Working with Corinne and her team was nothing short of amazing. We just had a very large wedding weekend in the catskills and every detail was handled with perfection by Corinne and her team. She was organized, kept us on track with budget, introduced and found amazing vendors, and most important, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very responsive to all of our needs and we never felt we were one of many weddings she was planning . She handled every aspect of our wedding including all communication with vendors, managing the budget, and even packaged the welcome bags and ordered all the supplies we needed. I can't wait to have another wedding and use her and her team again. -

Corinne was our planner for our May 2025 wedding. Back in 2021, we were a part of the bridal party for our best friends’ wedding who had the best experience with Corinne (especially in the midst of having to move their entire event from summer 2020 to summer 2021 due the pandemic). We personally witnessed how smoothly everything went and how perfect the wedding turned out for them, and so when we got engaged, we booked Corinne without considering anybody else (we even made sure she was available before pulling the trigger on locking down our date at our venue).
We only hired her for the smallest package she offers, but it still felt like we were her only clients. She swooped in to literally save the day multiple times throughout the process, and we felt like we could go to her with anything. No question was silly and she put our vision and needs first.
We wanted to curate a wedding weekend with multiple events where we could truly disconnect and spend as much time as possible with our guests, and we were able to put our phones away the second we arrived at our venue and know with confidence that every single thing would get handled. And it did perfectly with zero hiccups. It was truly the most beautiful and perfect day. We could not have imagined a better wedding, and we know that Corinne was a huge part of this.
Corinne and Bonnie are amazing. If you hire them, they will think of things you never would have thought of or anticipated and handle any problems that arise before you even know about them. Corinne also has a great working relationship with all of our vendors, from the venue staff to our photographer to our DJ, and I’m sure that’s true for most of her clients getting married in the Hudson Valley or the Catskills. You’re in great hands with Canvas Weddings! -

First of all, we are so grateful to Corinne, her entire team, and all of the vendors involved for this incredible opportunity for the LGBTQ+ community. It just shows the incredible care and love Canvas Weddings brings to their work. We felt so cared for every step of the way. As far as planning goes, everything was timely, organized, and thoughtful without feeling rushed or forced. The venue chosen was beautiful and the Canvas team did an amazing job of making the space even more inviting. Even though it was “just us” it felt like we were surrounded by family. One of the best decisions we made for our wedding this past summer was working with Canvas Weddings. We were so grateful to have hired Corinne and spent the most fun and productive year and half working with her to plan our big day. Corinne and her team were so thorough, organized, professional, kind, thoughtful, prepared, communicative, and overall awesome! Corinne put us at ease and calmed our concerns, answered our questions, and advised us based on her years of Hudson Valley wedding industry experience. We were repeatedly complimented by other vendors in the industry for hiring Corinne and Canvas Weddings as our planning team. Corinne worked with us every step of the way from matching our design and aesthetic vision to our vendors, floorplans and rentals — to handling all vendor communication and budget tracking. On our wedding day, Corinne and Bonnie ran a tight ship and all of our planning and effort paid off as we experienced such a smooth, stress-free event where we were able to be present and enjoy! We cannot recommend Canvas Weddings enough and we wish Corinne could continue planning the rest of our lives for us! -

Booking with Canvas and getting to work with Annalise was the best thing that happened to us in planning our wedding. Annalise is amazing. Literally zero negative things to say. She is so very responsive, she anticipates any hiccups and solves for them before they even come up, is so experienced in not only planning and executing a wedding at a high level but also knows the ins and outs of your vendors and their needs. She gets to know her couples and is able to help create a wedding that fits THEM - nothing is or felt copy/paste.
We planned a wedding with 10-15 vendors, got ready at 2 different locations off site of reception, dealt with difficult ceremony logistics, and Annalise never broke a sweat. I don't know how she does it.
Annalise is a burst of sunshine and the queen of keeping it cool. I have a vivid memory of telling Annalise towards the end of our wedding not "if anything went wrong today, I have no idea about it" and it is so true! She made the final two weeks of planning and our wedding day completely stress free - she's that good!!

BOOK CANVAS WEDDINGS!!!! Seriously, the best decision we made was working with Corinne and her team. They are beyond incredible. Organized, fun, lighthearted, professional, all around 10/10. We starting working with Corinne at Canvas Weddings shortly after she was recommended to us by our venue. Since the moment we started working with her, she took every bit of stress off our plate. The way Corinne takes the guesswork out of everything and the way she *very* meticulously organizes everything very much put us at ease throughout the entire process, and getting Bonnie's help along the way was a special added bonus. The entire wedding weekend was executed perfectly, every vendor Corinne recommended was amazing, and we would have been absolutely lost without her and Bonnie. Working with Corinne and Bonnie at Canvas Weddings was quite possibly the best decision we've made, outside of deciding to get married in the first place.
Corinne is a professional in every sense of the word, and so is the rest of her team. At each step of our ambitious wedding weekend plan, Corinne was there with ideas, solutions, kindness and genuine support, and working with her was truly additive to our enjoyment. Freaking out? She's there to talk you off the ledge. Stuck at a planning impasse? She's there with 3 viable options. Looking for someone to cheer you on? She's there with the right words at the right time, and a vibe that reminds you that it's all going to be great if you just keep going.
We may be biased, but it's hard to imagine someone doing this job better than Corinne and the Canvas Weddings team. We worked with Bonnie for our wedding this past fall and couldn't have been happier with our experience. We opted for Canvas Weddings partial planning/wedding coordinator package, which allowed us access to Bonnie's services throughout the 3 months leading up to our big day. Bonnie was in touch, responsive, enthusiastic, and organized. She guided us step by step through important and easy-to-forget "to dos" throughout this crucial time, always prepared with talking points at our meetings. She was on top of our vendors with whom she frequently communicated, and alleviated us of the stress of assuring our plans were all set from that end. We worked together to carefully construct our wedding "day of" schedule down to every minute detail, along with contingency plans for each part. On our wedding day, Bonnie assured everything ran smoothly and on time, managing us, our wedding parties, our guests, and our vendors seamlessly. This was of utmost importance to us because we wanted to focus all our attention and energy on each other and our friends and family on our special day. Bonnie was reliable and troubleshooted any bumps in our plans throughout the day efficiently and effectively, all while remaining cool, calm, collected, and always smiling. The fact that she didn't exude any stress during these moments made us feel at ease the entire day, no matter the situation. Working with Canvas Weddings was a dream come true! My wife and I immediately felt at ease with both Bonnie & Corinne, as they "got it" — fully supporting our unique vision of a wedding and helping execute day of so we didn't need to sweat the small stuff.
One cool thing about their story is that they come from the theater project management and set production world - so you're not just getting a kick ass event planner, but someone who really knows what it takes and what's possible for a high stakes production - which weddings can often be!
We worked primarily with Bonnie leading up to our big day, who went above and beyond in every single way! She truly cared about us and played such a supportive role in this rite of passage. We really appreciated her emphasize on finding the joy in the wedding planning, which can sometimes feel tedious. Canvas Weddings had many helpful resources, from check lists and reviewing contracts to "misc stuff" they brought to the wedding. We could say 10 million more things, but to summarize, we can't imagine our wedding with Canvas Weddings and would recommend 10/10! -

Corinne was truly INCREDIBLE, and we will be forever grateful to her & her team for making our dream weekend come true. When we started our wedding planning two years ago, my now-husband and I shared some amount of apprehension and dread. Thank god we found Corinne, who made the entire planning experience an absolute joy. She has a meticulous attention to detail, which we were witness to throughout the entire planning process and then saw come to life over the multiple events of our wedding weekend. Many of our guests commented on the beautiful execution of the day and how everything seemed to flow effortlessly. My husband and I were able to just fully relax and enjoy the whole weekend, since we had absolute faith that Corinne were on top of every last detail. Corinne and her team are absolutely incredible and amazing human beings. We met Corinne back in 2021 and knew we would be planning our wedding over the course of 2 years. She checked in periodically, helped us read through the fine print, looped us in only when needed, and executed our vision flawlessly. Corinne is an absolute dream to work with. She helped us plan an intricate 3-day wedding, complete with a rehearsal dinner, spectacular wedding and a 3-year-olds birthday party on the Sunday. I am a Virgo and both my husband and I plan events for our jobs so we are very exacting and demanding and Corinne exceeded our expectations. Her attention to detail and willingness to help with any task no matter how small is admirable. She helped us with every aspect, from an overall aesthetic to helping me lace my dress corset, and never broke a sweat doing it. We could never have pulled off the wedding of our dreams without her. The best part is that Corinne does not impose her vision of a wedding on you, she gently navigates you thru thousands of decisions with ease. Our wedding defintiely would not have happened without Canvas Wedding. Corinne was an absolute rock star from first starting to plan in pre-pandemic times, to navigating a covid postponement, to making sure day of everything went off without a hitch. She was so easy to bounce ideas off of during the planning process and was so intuitive in picking up on the style and vibe we were going for. She made sure that all of the little details that we definitely would have lost track of were not only taken care of, but also made sense and lined up with the aesthetic we were going for. She was also so wonderful when it came to keeping us calm and talking us off the ledge when the inevitable stress of planning a wedding got to us, and was always available for a reassuring talk when we were freaking out. And on the day of I never worried about a single thing, ever, because I knew Corinne had this. And she absolutely did. Having Corinne on our wedding day was the absolute best decision we made. As a "pandemic bride and groom" it was extremely difficult to plan our wedding with confidence but Corinne made that possible. Her commitment to answering every email, call, and text illustrates how much she truly cares about her clients. We actually had a few last minute (and day of) hiccups but Corinne kept me super calm and reassured me everything would work out. Additionally, she had our back and stood by our side while we had to make tough calls. Oh, and my dress decided to break last minute, she saved the day with a sewing kit and her hidden sewing talents! Corinne is a PLEASURE to work with and will make your day unforgettable while matching the vision YOU and your significant other want. Corinne is talented, hard working, and fierce. I wish we could give Corinne and her team 6 stars out of 5! Needless to say, planning a wedding throughout a pandemic was a bit stressful. With shifting regulations and our ultimate goal of making sure our small wedding could ensure our guests' safety, Corinne was an incredible partner to me and my (now) wife. She connected us with so many amazing vendors who were able to help bring our wedding vision to life. She was responsive and proactive. Not to mention she's just a joy to talk to and spend time with. If you're looking to have a wedding in New York state, we can't recommend Canvas Weddings enough. -

Corinne is compassionate, loving, kind, a breath of fresh air, and she cares about her clients more than anything.
Words cannot begin to express the love and gratitude I have for Corinne, but I’ll try. Plain and simple, if you are planning a wedding, you NEED Corinne, you’d be LUCKY to have her! My husband and I quickly agreed that the most important thing about our wedding was not losing sight of why we were getting married and we refused to get caught up in all the craziness. I am not exaggerating when I say that she made our day ABSOLUTELY everything we could have wanted and more! She brought my vision to life more than I could have even asked her to. Once she took the reins all the weight was lifted from our shoulders and we were ready to relish in the best day.
Not only did Corinne take all the pressure off the planning, but when our wedding day came I was more relaxed than I could have hoped for and was able to be completely present and not worry about a single thing. If something went wrong (which it didn’t because Corinne is amazing) but if it did, not only did we not know, we didn’t have to handle it!
Corinne is compassionate, loving, kind, a breath of fresh air, and she cares about her clients more than anything. It doesn’t matter your vision, Corinne will make it happen. She wants nothing but the best for you and your spouse and having her in your corner, loving your love, and wanting the best for you two.

We Love Corinne!!
We had a lot going on in our careers right before our wedding, so having a wedding planner on board was a must. We are so happy that we found Corinne because she was so organized, responsive and flexible with us. The planning process was really a minimal source of stress, even in the week leading up to our wedding. Corinne completely understood what we envisioned for our wedding day--from the aesthetic to the easy-going vibe, and she really helped to elevate the ideas we discussed with her. When my beautiful wife and I decided to get married, I didn’t quite – yet – understand the huge amount of work and planning that was ahead of us.
Plain and simple, of all the decisions we made throughout the entire wedding planning process; finding, meeting and engaging the services of Corinne at Canvas Weddings was, without doubt, the best by a huge distance. From the very start, she was so lovely, organized, insightful and so, so helpful and made our own personal journey so much more achievable and amazing. In hindsight, I just do not know what we would have done without her – just in general, but especially on our wedding day itself. Her empathy, understanding and gentle behind-the-scenes work was incredible and perfect.
So, down to the brass tacks – Corinne will meet you, work with you to understand what YOU want. When you need recommendations, she will come armed with many high-quality ideas. She will take off the heavy work, the stress-inducing chasing down vendors and multiple contract reviews. She will organize you and not be annoyed if it takes you a long time to decide or get back to her amid your busy lives. She will get you discounts when you are too overawed to even think about asking!
She is also so lovely to be around – just really nice, respectful, pleasant and funny! And believe me, when you are sharing this very personal journey with someone who starts as a stranger, that is REALLY important. She became someone we trusted and knew was there when we needed her – above and beyond.
I cannot stress enough how much Tara and I would recommend her services. If she is available, book her NOW! You will not regret it for one second and you will not get such value-for-money for anything else in your wedding day planning! Thank you, Corinne – we love you!

I would have been completely LOST without Corinne. There is absolutely no way my wedding could have been pulled off without her. There were so many moving pieces to a camp wedding from the multiple vendors, activities, decor, so many tiny nuances that Corinne juggled expertly. She made it so that my family and I could head into the wedding day stress free and enjoy the whole weekend without worrying about a thing. Corinne totally understood what was important to us, what we were looking for style wise, and had amazing ideas. I could not recommend Corinne more!! -

Not only did she find me gorgeous J.Crew bridesmaids dresses at a steal of a price, she called piles of vendors for me and many of them told me later what a pleasure she was to work with. Plus, she was always a voice of calm to still the how-on-earth-do-you-give-a-party-for-two-hundred-people fears in my head. And she was right: my wedding day was my favorite day of life so far, thanks in large part to her efforts.
