What an incredible company to work with! We wouldn't change a thing about our experience with CCW.
Planning that we expected would be stressful and a day we imagined would be kind of harried turned out to all be a breeze that we could truly enjoy thanks to McKenzi, Mel, Ginger, and Penny at Cactus Collective Weddings. I just can't say enough good things about their good vibes, professionalism, responsiveness, and expertise. I never felt worried about things or like I was bothering them with my questions.
AND THE PHOTOS. McKenzi captured the energy of our ceremony in gorgeous pics we cannot stop looking at. We don't consider ourselves photogenic people, but McKenzi has us out here feeling like models! Narrowing down our faves for a wedding album is proving impossible because there are just so many to love. -

Do not hesitate to book with Cactus Collective. From beginning to end the experience was exceptional. Being from out of country it’s hard to know where to begin but they made it great from the start. From their constant and reliable communication to their focus on all the little details they did not disappoint. They put our minds at ease from the start that they had everything under control. It was an amazing experience and a day we will never forget. We used three of their recommended vendors as well who were equally as impressive. I really can’t say enough good things. -

Amazing!!!
Cactus collective is simply the best!! We wanted an intimate wedding with our immediate family and close friends but didn’t really know where to start and definitely didn’t want a typical Vegas wedding being locals. They took us through the process from start to finish helping and guiding us every step of the way. Everyone involved took the time to listen to our wants and needs ensuring every detail was perfect on our wedding day. It was affordable, simple, and elegant, literally everything we wanted. Cactus Collective created the destination wedding of our dreams. The location was absolutely breathtaking. The Eldorado Canyon Mine and Nelson’s Ghost Town was the perfect backdrop for us and our small group of family and friends.
Allie and Penny guided us from beginning to end. Every detail seemed to be custom for us and our love of the outdoors and exploring.

I am so happy in my decision to use Cactus Collective Weddings! I wanted a wedding-ish feel (dress, bouquet, pictures) but I did not want the stress of organizing all of this. With Cactus Collective Weddings you make a few clicks on the computer to choose your venue, bouquet, decor, and any other additives. And done! So easy! And then they proceeded to execute all my wishes perfectly! If I had any questions or changes, they were very approachable and quick to respond. I appreciate their interest in learning about myself and my groom and our story, that meant a lot, and certainly made it a personable experience. They are such a nice, professional group that are great at what they do. They truly made my experience feel special. I recommend them without any reservations! We knew we wanted to try finding a package-type deal in Las Vegas for our small wedding. Sadly we had a terrible experience with a large Las Vegas resort's event planning department. Luckily, we found CCW online, and after reading a few reviews and browsing their website, we filled out the contact form and had a call scheduled within days. Ginger was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. She promised their team would handle most of the big details for the ceremony (like officiant, florals, and site rental) with lots of add-on options should we need or want. She was not kidding! We opted for a few add ons like music, a site visit, extra photography, videography, and champagne toast. The team was communicative throughout the whole process and helped us incorporate a personal, DIY touch. The ceremony went smoothly and we couldn't have been happier! As a photography-centered planning company, we also loved how our wedding photos turned out (the number/variety of different shots, group shots, and quality). -

Absolutely amazing
Cactus Collective Weddings is the best wedding planning company EVER. From the moment we reached out to them to the day of our wedding, they made everything so easy and stress free. Due to COVID, we had to replan our wedding 3 different times and had to wait 2 years for our wedding day. We were so disappointed when we had to postpone our wedding the first time and then when we had to postpone it for the second time, we were at our wits end. We were ready to just go to the court and call it a day. Then I found CCW and they took all of our worries. Their services are not your typical quickie elopement ceremony, they go above and beyond to make everything you want on your wedding day to be special. Our wedding was small, intimate, and absolutely perfect all because of Cactus Collective Weddings. I would HIGHLY recommend Cactus Collective Weddings to anyone who wants a small, intimate wedding. -

Cactus Collective is by far the best, affordable, stress free wedding experience. My friend found them by chance on Instagram when wedding planning became overwhelming and ended up flying over to Vegas from Miami to have her wedding through this company. It was by far the best and most beautiful wedding I have attended (she had hers at Red Rock). When I got engaged during a pandemic, planning a wedding just didn't seem plausible until we happened upon their Pop-Up Elopement package. I can't recommend this company enough. Whether it's their elopement or regular wedding packages, you won't regret it. They provide everything and you won't beat the breathtaking photos and settings. -

After choosing to postpone our big wedding reception until fall 2021, my wife and I decided we still wanted to get married and celebrate our love. We thought an elopement in Vegas would be the perfect balance of romantic and cheesy to lift our spirits during this chaotic year, but we knew we didn't want to do the Elvis chapel route. McKenzi and her team put together a beautiful, simple, fun ceremony for us at El Dorado Canyon and I seriously didn't have to do ANYTHING except answer a few emails! I am currently in grad school while also working and my wife works long hours, so we were truly so grateful at how easy and stress-free the experience was. All the vendors McKenzi connected us with (Presidential Limo for transport, Elizabeth Le Photography for photos, Wanda's Weddings for our officiant) were perfect, professional, kind and communicative. It let us just focus on having fun on our road trip, write our vows, and show up the day of in a beautiful limo with beautiful florals and a picturesque ceremony spot waiting for us. If you're looking for a hands-off, no-fuss, laid-back elopement experience, you will definitely get it with Cactus Collective! -

We loved the experience from start to finish. Planning a wedding in 2.5 weeks was a breeze with Cactus Collective! Mckenzi was so responsive in jumping up to help us out with our tight time frame. We felt zero stress. After planning and postponing our original 200 person wedding two times (thanks COVID-19!), we wanted no hassle and no hassle is what we got! We got just the right amount of emails with just the right amount of information as to be informed but not overwhelmed. The photographer, Jessie, called me the morning of the wedding and concisely gave me the info I needed and helped me get excited for the day. And she took AMAZING photos which we will cherish forever. The onsite host Vanessa was personable and kind and made us feel so special. Showing up to your wedding never having met any of the vendors that will be there may sound risky to most couples but Cactus Collective has curated such a good group of trusted individuals so the couple can just show up and be whisked away to the wedding of their dreams! -

I would highly recommend Cactus Collective if you are looking to elope! They have plenty of packages to fit each budget. I got way better quality of value for my money than I ever imagined. I was so happy with my experience! I had around 30 guests and went with the Saugaro Package at Red Rock Canyon-overlook. Taylor took our photos and they were absolutely stunning! The photos Cactus Collective showcases on the site is exactly what you get. She did a great job of capturing the ceremony, group, couple, and some candid photos. The whole day was so low-stress I didn't even cry! LOL. They took care of the park permit, pastor, bride and groom flowers, on-site coordinator, and 90 minutes of photography. I went with their preferred vendors for hair/makeup (Smoothbrides) and transportation (Elite Transportation) and holy cow, they blew me away! I've never felt so beautiful and the transportation was flawless. They even stopped at the Las Vegas sign so we could pop some champagne and get pictures. I would trust McKenzi and Cactus Collective a million times over! Thank you, Thank you! -

Cactus Collective helped me plan a destination wedding at the scenic Valley of Fire outside of Las Vegas. The owner texted me back the same evening I contacted her and was willing to accommodate every request. As a former event planner myself, I appreciate the thorough communication and attention to detail. We had a group of about 30 on the big day, and everyone commented that the ceremony, officiant, food, decor and overall experience was amazing. They have solid relationships with several vendors, so if you're looking to add extra touches, just ask! Thank you Cactus Collective and your incredible team for a day I'll always remember!!! -

My husband and I took a trip through the American desert last year and spent a long weekend in Las Vegas. What FUN we had, we knew it was our dream to come back and get married there. We definitely wanted something different than the little chapel style wedding, something closer to the earth & the wonderful natural side of LV, so we were thrilled to find Cactus Collective & McKenzi who seemed to create exactly what we wanted - an intimate gorgeous ceremony surrounded by natural beauty. We chose the Red Spring boardwalk for a mid-day wedding. We really wanted sunset, but unfortunately there was another couple who reserved that time. But believe me, this place is gorgeous any time of day and we were so happy with our decision.
Through the process, McKenzi & the CC team were unbelievable. Back and forth via email (across the country, my husband and I live in Philly) everything was sight unseen, so it was wonderful to have people on-location with suggestions for additonal vendors, etc.
CC organized everything for our group of 40, i.e. benches for our older guests, live music (Josh Crooks is so talented) and of course our wonderful custom charcuterie spread. Our officiant Angie was incredible - her words about love, marriage and life itself were so inspiring and warm. Our entire group was enchanted by her ceremony. Our coordinator Allie was so helpful and kind! Everything was on a schedule, but it felt so organic and never once did we feel rushed.
We can’t say enough wonderful things about Carrie our photographer. She brought us up deeper into the desert and with her artistic eye, could tell exactly which rock us standing on would create an amazing photo, with the sun shining behind us and the perfect surrounding. We loved her so much an will cherish our photos forever!
McKenzi really makes sure that every element of your “Modern Vegas Elopement” is both everything you dreamed of & simply flawless. We loved working with this company to create our dream desert wedding & we cannot recommend Cactus Collective enough! -

McKenzi did an amazing job with our photos. We chose Cactus Collective Weddings over other vendors in Red Rock Canyon because of the difference in quality of photos we saw online and she truly exceeded our expectations. I also can not say enough about Angie our officiant. She was calming, kind, and used our story to make the ceremony personal to us. I loved her and she truly made the ceremony special and not rushed! The backdrop, the flowers, the weather it was all perfect. We wanted something low key but unique and worthy of the occasion. Cactus Collective was the best choice we could have made. -

I cannot began to thank you and your staff enough! Other than the wind, which who has any say in that, everything was PERFECT. And the cake and champagne that you graciously shared, knocked it out of the park!! Our families (and US) were blown away. Steven and I knew you & your staff were special and that we were in great hands. But wow, we were amazed. My sister and brother both came up to me afterwards and expressed that from the start of all this, they each had fears that it would not go well. Stated that working with a company you do not out and throw in them being out of state, there are a million of things that could go wrong. I am happy to report that they were speechless at how seamlessly your team handled things and how your personal touches made it the epic event it was.
I truly cannot express how great our day was and that is the direct result of your team. Oh and my flowers.....SPOT ON! So great in fact, we kept them with us to bring home to Michigan. Which required a 4 day road trip, TSA security check and a plane ride. And it was worth it to keep that memory.
Jessie was fantastic. Her energy, thoughtfulness and professionalism never wavered. She was a rock-star. Took the time to listen to our concerns and work with us to get the perfect picture. Steven and I were speechless that she personally called us the morning of to talk about the pictures. Which thankfully we have a lot of!!
Angie, where do I start? I have been in way too many wedding to count yet I have never interacted with an officiant like Angie. I am honored to say that she was mine. There are no words to she how perfect she was. Her love and passion for what she does shines through her soul and cannot imagine the day without her. Her words were beautiful, moving and resonated with everyone there. Everyone in attendance felt their power and were each moved to tears at some point. She is an amazing asset to your team and please keep her so that other couples get to start marriage like we did.
Please thank both Jessie and Angie again for us and our entire family. McKenzi, you have done an amazing job and thank you from the bottom of my heart for putting our wedding together and making it everything we could have asked for and than giving us more! From the start, we stopped telling people we got married in Las Vegas because we knew it was NOTHING like what they were thinking, drive thru with Elvis. Not that there is anything wrong with that. But what you gave us was so beyond that. The whole thing was so personal and so "us", no one believes it all happened without us ever talking on the phone or meeting in person. One of the things that I loved the most was the group text you sent me with Jessie and Angie the morning of. While that was probably a small detail to you, it blew me away. To have you take the time to reach out and make sure everyone was set but also have each-others contact was so impressive and calming. You are top notch! -

I reached out to Cactus Collective with a seemingly impossible wedding turnaround time (I believe 3 weeks!), and was surprised to get a prompt email back from company founder and lead photographer, McKenzi. She assured me that my date would be doable, and at that point began to take on really all stages of planning - from helping me select a venue based on attendance and availability (and booking said venue), to coordinating with vendors of florals and sweets, even recommending a makeup and hair vendor, who I ended up going with. I went into the wedding planning process honest with McKenzi, telling her I didn't want to be overly involved in decision making - I trusted her vision completely, and boy did she and her team deliver =) On top of wedding planning, McKenzi is an incredibly talented photographer who was able to capture the most gorgeous photos on site (and knew the best locations offsite for perfect desert photos). Everything was truly perfect - my elopement ceremony was the best I could have imagined, and most importantly, I could relax and enjoy the day with my friends, family, and husband, knowing so many details were taken care of by McKenzi and CC. 10/10 would recommend to anybody considering a unique desert ceremony or elopement - you can't get better than this. -

Above and beyond all expectations!!!!
As extremely busy people, my husband and I were looking for someone to help us plan a quick and easy elopement. Well, we received so much more than that! McKenzi was an amazing coordinator who knew exactly what to ask and prepare for our perfect day. She handled everything so seamlessly and I had nothing to worry about. The area at Red Rock and my florals were outstanding. Our photographer, Jessie, was so talented with the camera and we had such a relaxing experience with her. Our ceremony was also so beautiful. Angie is an amazing officiant and makes you feel like she has known you for years. You can tell everyone in this company truly loves their job. Lastly, photos were very important to me as we did not invite anyone to our wedding. The pictures were more than I could of asked for. Everyone has said the photos look like they are out of a magazine and wish their wedding pictures would have been even remotely as good! Thank you so much Cactus Collective for everything! We are so happy with our decision to elope and spend time with you! -

From the moment I contacted McKenzi, I was impressed with her fast response, professionalism and friendly manner.
The day itself was perfect, our officiant wrote such a beautiful ceremony and even though we had just met it felt like we’d known her in years, she really made us all feel at ease and it was just perfect.
My flowers were beautiful, I went for the succculent bouquet and it was georgeous, you can replant it after the ceremony, which I thought was a lovely touch.
And as for the photos - they are phenominal, McKenzi is such an amazing photographer, the photos felt so natural and we had fun taking them - the results were just amazing!! We have so many to choose from and get to download and print them all in high res. We organised our Las Vegas wedding from home in Scotland via e-mail (call is offered) and it honestly couldn’t have been better - if you want a unique wedding in a beautiful location with some awesome vendors - don’t bother looking anywhere else, use cactus collective!

McKenzi was very responsive with all of my questions and concerns- she truly made it a stress free process. My succulent bouquet was beautiful! I have gotten many compliments on it, and was able to take petals from it home to grow as a keepsake. And the pictures! Love, love love! I couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Susan Sent on 03/05/2018My wedding couldn't have been more beautiful! I planned my wedding in less than 10 days lead time. McKenzi and her group at Cactus Collective were absolutely wonderful! I was able to plan everything remotely and mainly through email. It was extremely convenient and everything was smooth and seamless. The minister was wonderful and the ceremony was perfect and personalized. The flowers were unique and beautiful. I was even able to keep my succulent bouquet and turn it into a succulent garden. Our photos are more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. You cannot go wrong with Cactus Collective Weddings!! When we renew our vows I will choose Cactus Collectives again! I will certainly use them again and will have McKenzi take family photos next time I am in Las Vegas.

From the moment we reached out to her about having our wedding in Las Vegas, McKenzi was so responsive and professional! She booked our vendor (Bonnie Springs Ranch), officiant (Peachy Keen Unions), florist (Gaia), and of course, the photography (Taylored Photo Memories). She was very flexible and welcoming, especially on the day of the wedding when we had a hiccup with our transportation. And her photography is amazingggg! The pictures turned out SO beautiful! We are so excited to share our images with our family and loved ones!

Our wedding was so easy!
We started planning our wedding during 2020 and going with Cactus Collective was one of the best choices we made. We had decided on The Neon Museum as our venue and when we came across Cactus Collective and their wedding packages it felt like fate; we picked a date and contacted them right away.
Terms and what is included are all right up front. There were no hidden costs. Every vendor that they recommended was professional and amazing. Communication with them is easy and mostly occurs in the final 2 months before your event. I spoke with Ginger several times after scheduling phone calls. They were excellent at staying up to date on COVID mandates/guidelines (that changed several times in the year between our date and when we signed the contract). We ended up having 40 guests and they were able to pull off a beautiful ceremony and a cake and champagne toasts for us in an hour.
We also did an engagement shoot with Cactus Collective. Our photographer, Carrie Pollard, was arranged as part of our wedding package and Cactus Collective was able to secure her for our engagement shoot at our request. She was wonderful to work with on both occasions and our photos are amazing.
Our parents loved Alex, our minister that was arranged through Cactus Collective as part of our package. He and our on-site host Ashley were so helpful on the day, there is no way that things would have gone as smoothly without them. -

A+ Cactus team, stress-free, and perfect photos
McKenzie and her crew at Cactus Collective made our wedding day so magical. We married at Cactus Joe's with a 20-person guest small wedding. We had many questions and requests and McKenzie graciously researched all our options and listened to all my ideas. It was so stress-free. We just showed up and all the details were arranged. Such beautiful flowers and an amazing officiant (Judy). The natural beauty of the setting was really captured in the photos and we will remember our special day forever. -

Booking online and communicating over the phone or thru emails may not be ideal for some, and we had our doubts too at first, but Cactus Collective Weddings had been really helpful and informative all throughout. McKenzi and her team worked professionally, and we are grateful to them for making our wedding a dream come true! We had some modification with the contract, and they have been very accommodating with our requests and the changes.
