  Best Decision Ever.

  
  Of the millions of decisions I made for our wedding, hiring Cabo In Love (Candela!) was one of the best. I am a type A, neurotic, extremely detail-oriented bride, and they took all of my communication, my changes, my freak outs, my bridezilla moments, with stride.
  
  From the moment we signed their contract, we felt so at ease. They essentially took the wedding planning process, and laid it out on a platter, making our choices so easy. I can honestly say that the whole wedding planning process for me was virtually stress free BECAUSE of Candela & Cabo In Love.
  
  Also I wanted to note for the day of coordination— all of my guests said that the wedding was one of the most organized they’ve ever been to, and that the flow of the day was perfect. And!! You can tell that each of the CIL staff was genuinely HAPPY to be at my wedding. This isn’t just a job to them.
  
  Shoutout to the two assistants who stayed through the end of the night— yall rounded my rowdy guests together and got us all home safely. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. THANK YOU!!! I miss you guys already 🥹

  Absolutely Amazing

  Cabo in Love was amazing throughout the whole experience. They helped us from very early on in our planning to the very end. With our work schedules it was tough to stay on top of things, but Candela was great at taking off that stress with keeping everything organized and outlined while making sure we knew when things were due and when decisions needed to be made. We never had to wait on them for an answer for anything. They worked with us to stay within our budget and find alternatives to help us create the look we wanted for the welcome party as well as our wedding day. They made everything so easy for us throughout everything but especially on our wedding day. They were extremely professional and helped the day go off perfectly. I would recommend Cabo in Love to anyone looking for wedding or party planning.

  Highly highly recommend!!

  We can’t recommend Pao, Ceima, and the team at CIL highly enough. They pulled off an AMAZING weekend with 3 nights of events, culminating in our dream wedding. They were so flexible with us when we wanted to do something slightly unconventional, but also great at helping us understand how weddings work and guiding us in making the best choices for our evening. They were also so respectful and helpful when it came to keeping an eye on how much we were spending - we definitely wanted to hunt for the best deals on some things, and Pao was so helpful with this.

  Best decision we made. Choose Cabo in Love!

  I am not sure we could put into words how grateful we are to have found Paola and the team at Cabo in Love to plan our destination wedding in Cabo. From the moment I first reached out they were responsive, enthusiastic and a joy to work with. This team is passionate about weddings and their primary focus from beginning to end is making sure you have the exact wedding on the exact budget you want. There's no need to spend hours searching for all of the different vendors because they will simplify the process by giving you 3-4 of each to choose from. You will get honest feedback about the pros and cons of any venue that you are considering (what's included? how is the food? how is the service?) which is so refreshing. They will not lead you astray. They are supremely organized, and so helpful to answer any and all questions, or address any concerns you may have. Planning a wedding is stressful enough and planning a destination wedding could be even more so, but not if you work with Cabo in Love. The whole process was exciting, simplified and fun. Their mantra is to make sure you "enjoy it" all. They will make you feel like you are their only customer and you will be so taken care of. Your wedding day will be everything you dreamed of, thanks to them. I have to give a special shoutout to Natalia, our coordinator who became a good friend and our strongest advocate throughout this process. Her's and Paola's joy, passion, and focus made this experience that much more special and fun. We will love and appreciate Paola, Natalia and the team at Cabo in Love forever. CHOOSE THEM!!   Cabo in love wedding planner

  My husband and I would hire Cabo in love again, over and over and over. From day one Pao was loving, patient, kind, responsive, and so much more. This process couldn’t have gone smoother for us and we built a relationship with the team along the way. I was Truly stress free and my wedding exceeded every expectation. Hands down the best experience ever. Wish I could Relive it all over again!!!!

  Fantastic planning and execution of our dream wedding!

  Pao and team were terrific from the very beginning. From introductions to touring venues on our first visits, they were so knowledgable and helpful on every step along the way. They were very conscious of the budget we had in mind and provided many options and styles to accommodate our exact wishes. In the planning process, they were extremely responsive to our many whatsapp questions and frequent facetime check-ins. This constant contact, even months away from the event was so helpful and comforting in planning a destination wedding . Their choice in location, music and food vendors was spot on and couldn't have asked for better combination. 
  
  On the wedding day itself, they were extremely efficient to make sure everything was done perfectly down to the second, all the while making sure we had an unbelievable and unforgettable experience. Beyond our expectations, there were also many instances of Pao and her team stepping in to ensure our guests were comfortable. We highly recommend Cabo in Love in planning and celebrating your special day.

  11/10 Experience!

  Paola, Candela and the rest of the CIL team made wedding planning and our wedding day an absolute breeze! Our day went off without a hitch and was absolutely perfect. I didn't once feel like I had to manage anything on the day of the wedding (and I am admittedly a bit of a control freak) so that was huge for me. The entire day from the very beginning with hair and makeup all the way to the last song of the night was flawless. I still can't believe how smooth it was! On top of that, we had a major family emergency in the last few months of wedding planning that made it very difficult to think about wedding planning. As soon as I let Paola and Candela know they were incredibly kind and helped to take things off my plate, while reassuring me everything was in order. I can't thank the team enough for our amazing day!!

I reached out to Cabo in Love and met Pao, and she saved me! Every single detail I wanted, Pao, made come to life. Even though I changed my flowers and layout numerous times, Pao was more than happy to make my wishes come true. Our wedding day was one of the best days of my life. I did not have to worry about one thing! Pao handled every single detail, and was still responding the night before at 11pm, helping me add more additions, and calming my nerves. This wedding would not have happened without you, Pao. Every single one of our guests told us this wedding was so well organized and planned out, and constantly mentioned that our wedding planner was amazing and assisting everyone throughout the night. Thank you so so much!!

  Best wedding planner in cabo

  Hiring Pao and her team is one of the best decisions we made during the planning process. Our wedding would not have been the same without her! We loved being able to ask her any questions and get a quick response, and she had a solution to any issues that arose. Pao really made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable and I think that reflected in how the wedding went. All of our guests said it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to! Pao is kind, caring, organized, and we are so happy to have gained her friendship during planning. We will miss her so much!   Amazing experience with Cabo in Love services!

  
  We absolutely loved our experience with Cabo in Love services, specifically Pao Buendia and her team, who executed our wedding perfectly. Pao was so attentive and helped us plan every last detail of our day. She also did an amazing job of coordinating and communicating with all our vendors including 2 vendors we had fly in from the US. So many friends and family came up to us the day/night of our wedding to tell us how amazing, attentive and wonderful our planning team was! We could not have enjoyed our day more and it was all thanks to Pao and the entire Cabo in Love team!!!

  If you are planning a wedding in Cabo, this is the team you need. Paola and Candela made planning a destination wedding as easy as possible for us. From connecting us with multiple vendors, to making sure there were no issues the day of. Everything flowed so perfectly the wedding day and her team checked on me constantly to make sure I was good. With simple things such as making sure my veil was secured properly to making sure I had water and was calm before and during the event. Cabo in Love is truly the dream team that you need for your wedding day. Thank you Paola and Candela! You women are the absolute best!

  Would recommend Cabo in Love to anyone!

  The absolute best wedding planning team in Cabo!! Paola and Candela made the planning process so smooth and easy. We would not have been able to have the beautiful destination wedding we had without their expertise, recommendations, and help. We had trouble picking our venue and Paola had the perfect suggestion for us that I couldn't have been happier with. Candela was always there to answer our questions right away and made sure we were happy with every decision made. They made us feel so at ease the day of our rehearsal dinner and wedding, and I felt so comfortable in their hands. You can tell they are passionate about their work and love what they do.
  
  Would recommend this wonderful team to anyone looking to plan their dream wedding!

  The absolute best wedding planning team in Cabo!! Paola and Candela made the planning process so smooth and easy. We would not have been able to have the beautiful destination wedding we had without their expertise, recommendations, and help. We had trouble picking our venue and Paola had the perfect suggestion for us that I couldn't have been happier with. Candela was always there to answer our questions right away and made sure we were happy with every decision made. They made us feel so at ease the day of our rehearsal dinner and wedding, and I felt so comfortable in their hands. You can tell they are passionate about their work and love what they do.

  I honestly can't say enough great things about Pao and Paola! They ensured we had a dream come true wedding weekend!! From advising us and taking us on site visits to pick our location, to helping arrange transportation, to helping pick the right hair/makeup team based on my style, photographers, DJ, Florist, to helping advocate for us with our resort, etc. etc. etc.!!
  
  They spared no detail, and didn't let one thing slip through the cracks as it came to showtime. Our wedding weekend went seamlessly and it was BEAUTIFUL!! AND they surprised us with amazing romantic decor in our suite for our wedding night.

  Wedding of our dreams thanks to Cabo in Love & PAO!

  I can't say enough about Pao and the Cabo in Love team. It's hard to put into words how amazing they are because they truly did everything and more to give us the wedding of our absolute dreams in Cabo. Pao has been working with me for over 10 months to help me execute the perfect celebration for my husband and I and all our closest friends and family, and she exceeded our expectations ten fold. From my last minute requests to the 10 billion emails and video calls back and forth, Pao truly made me feel like I was the only bride she was working with and I think that says everything about how incredible this team of planners is. They made me feel at ease throughout the planning process and also on my big day! I love Pao so much and could NOT have done any of this without her!

  We found our first wedding planner in Cabo for our wedding and she was just not satisfactory. We asked around and we found Paola. IT WAS AMAZING.
  
  Paola & her team (Candela, et al.) just surpassed every expectation we had re: how organized, helpful, thoughtful, professional we thought a wedding planner could be.
  
  We were VERY difficult clients - 5 wedding dates because COVID kept forcing us to push - and we had demanding guests from Europe, NYC, MIA, ATX, SF, LA. We did a 4-day event with La Lupita and Hotel El Ganzo that had magicians, music videos, multiple photographers on multiple nights...and Paola & team handled it with aplomb.
  
  At least half our guests told us that this was the best wedding they had attended in their life. And they are largely in their 30's and 40's so they have a LOT of experiences of high-end destination weddings.
  
  In short: it is inconceivable to us to think of having done this with anyone else and be this happy and this relaxed. Now we are just basking in the glow of the photos rolling into WhatsApp and Insta.

  If you're getting married in Cabo, you NEED to hire Cabo in Love!!

  Where do I even begin! Even as a wedding planner in the states I knew I had my work cut out for me planning our wedding in another country. I learned real quickly that a coordinator in Cabo is not only helpful but it is necessary if you want any freedom with the hotel venues. Luckily, in our first meeting with Paola she was honest and upfront with us and we felt comfortable with her immediately. From the moment we hired Cabo in Love, Paola and Candela were there every single step of the way. Answering 100 emails a day, reassuring us and helping to make every single detail of our wedding perfect. They negotiated contracts for us, gave honest advice and put us at ease when we were unsure about things. When the day came, every single expectation we had of our wedding day was exceeded and we were truly blown away at how perfect everything was. Easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding was hiring CIL. They ensured everything ran smoothly so we all had to do the day of was enjoy ourselves- any enjoy ourselves we did!!   I cannot say enough positive things about Paola and her team. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with her for a year and a half, and throughout the entire process, she was nothing short of amazing.
  
  From the very beginning, Paola took the time to get to know us as a couple and understand our vision for our dream wedding at Flora Farms. She was always available to answer our questions, offer advice, and provide support whenever we needed it.   I cannot begin to extoll the virtues of the Cabo in Love (CIL) team and how they made our wedding a fairy tale event. Planning a wedding from a distance is challenging and difficult to navigate. The CIL team have relationships with the best vendors in Cabo, recommended the highest quality people based on my preferences and price range and pulled in together beautifully. Before and especially at our wedding, their attention to detail was amazing. They took care of every detail even those I hadn't thought about. I was able to enjoy the wedding from early morning until the last dance without once having to manage any details. They are lovely, caring women and I highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding in the Cabo area.

Everyone told me after how she handled it perfectly and I’m super grateful. I highly recommend hiring her, as I cannot imagine how different my wedding would have been If we just used the wedding coordinators from the hotel. Thank you!!!!!!

  Our head planner was Pao Buendia and she was absolutely remarkable! We started with CIL about 6 months before our wedding as we weren’t getting the planning services we required from our venue. Pao came in and saved the day. She was very communicative throughout the entire process. Very thorough, capable, dependable and overall very lovely to work with! She made sure all our services were lined up to our expectations, coordinated details with the venue and made sure our 3 wedding events went off without a hitch! We consider Pao a friend for life and we cannot recommend Cabo in Love enough!
