The Best Decision we made for our Destination Wedding
Hiring Cabo in Love was hands down one of the best decisions we made while planning our destination wedding in Cabo San Lucas. From the very beginning, Pao Buendia exceeded every expectation we had and made what could have been a stressful planning process feel organized, enjoyable, and exciting.
Planning a wedding from another country can be overwhelming, but Pao’s knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail gave us complete confidence every step of the way. She was always incredibly responsive, patient, and genuinely invested in making our vision come to life. No question was ever too small, and she consistently offered thoughtful guidance, creative ideas, and honest recommendations that helped us make the best decisions.
What impressed us most was how flawlessly she coordinated not only our wedding day, but our entire wedding weekend. From the welcome party to the ceremony and reception, every event flowed seamlessly. Our timeline was executed perfectly, every vendor worked together effortlessly, and every detail was exactly as we had envisioned.
Because of Pao and her amazing team, Roy and I were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment with our family and friends instead of worrying about logistics. We received countless compliments from our guests, many telling us it was one of the most beautiful, organized, and memorable weddings they had ever attended. Hearing that meant the world to us, and we know it was possible because of the incredible work Paola put into every detail.
Beyond being an exceptional planner, Pao truly cares about her couples. She treats your wedding as if it were her own and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. By the end of the planning process, she felt more like a friend than just our wedding planner.
If you’re planning a wedding in Cabo, I cannot recommend Cabo in Love and Pao Buendia and Pao Camacho enough. Their experience, organization, creativity, professionalism, and genuine passion for what they do is unmatched. They gave us the wedding of our dreams and memories that Roy and I will cherish for the rest of our lives.

Cabo in Love is truly the dream team!
My primary planner was Ceima, and David (one of the owners) also joined many of our meetings. From the very beginning, it was obvious that wedding planning is so much more than a job for them, it’s something they are genuinely passionate about. They truly care about their clients and are dedicated to bringing each couple’s vision to life.
They provide a carefully curated list of high-quality vendors based on your preferences, making the selection process so much easier. They also keep track of every payment, due date, and contract in a shared spreadsheet that you have access to, and they send timely reminder emails so nothing falls through the cracks. Wedding planning involves an overwhelming number of details, yet somehow they manage everything with incredible organization and professionalism.
Communication was always excellent. They were responsive via both email and WhatsApp, and I always felt like I had someone in my corner.
On the wedding day, their service truly exceeded every expectation. Their team was there from start to finish, ensuring vendors arrived on time, overseeing the entire setup, checking in on both my husband and me throughout the day, and guiding our guests so everything ran seamlessly. Ceima stayed by my side while David was with my husband, making sure we were both taken care of every step of the way.
Because of them, I didn't have to worry about a single thing. I was able to be fully present and enjoy one of the most important days of my life.
After the wedding, I received countless compliments from our guests. Everyone commented on how organized everything was and how smoothly the entire day flowed. They could clearly see the Cabo in Love team working tirelessly behind the scenes and were incredibly impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail, and work ethic.
Cabo in Love made my wedding day what it was, absolute perfection, and I will be forever grateful. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They are honest, trustworthy people who genuinely have your best interests at heart, and that kind of peace of mind is priceless.

Cabo in Love is the only choice!
I first reached out to Paola at Cabo in Love in June 2025 after we chose Los Agaves at Acre as our wedding venue. I honestly was not looking forward to the wedding planning process, so I really wanted to make it as low stress as possible by hiring somebody. From the very beginning, I felt like she truly understood my vision and had the expertise to bring it to life. Candela Fernandez was assigned as my wedding planner, and I immediately knew she was the perfect fit. She was incredibly organized and had a clear plan for how the next 11 months would unfold.
I can be very indecisive, and throughout the process she was always kind, patient, and steady. Even when I wasn’t the most responsive, she gently kept me on track, offered honest and thoughtful opinions, and made sure I never felt overwhelmed. Her knowledge of the venue and local vendors made everything seamless, and I felt completely comfortable knowing she regularly worked with the same vendors I had chosen. Having someone so familiar with the area was especially important to us since this was a destination wedding.
Candela kept everything impeccably organized: our budget, our timeline, and every next step. She was extremely responsive. We struggled to get in touch with the hotel room‑block coordinator, and she stepped in firmly and professionally to help resolve the situation. When we visited Cabo for our tasting about six months before the wedding, she coordinated everything, picked us up, and took us to different hotels so we could decide where to host our room block.
As the wedding approached, she kept me on schedule with payments and even helped coordinate a few discounts that could be handled in cash the day before. At the rehearsal, she guided me, the bridal party, and the groomsmen through every detail with so much patience-repeating anything we needed to ensure the day would run perfectly.
On the wedding day, she was calm, professional, and completely in control. I also met Pao Camacho, who was just as lovely and capable. My father‑in‑law had arranged a special and surprise delivery of a surfboard for our guestbook, and Candela and Pao made the entire process effortless. Throughout the day, Candela and Pao kept everything running on time, and I never felt rushed or unsure of what was happening next. If anything went wrong, I truly had no idea because they handled everything flawlessly.
Multiple guests commented on how professional, kind, and well‑coordinated the team was. I am genuinely so grateful for Cabo in Love and especially for Candela for their time, care, and attention in making our wedding day an absolute dream. I wish I could work with this team again! -

When we began our search, we interviewed many planners. Cabo in Love stood out immediately. They demonstrated professionalism, deep industry knowledge, incredible connections, and genuine warmth that the others simply couldn't match. They were the only team we truly connected with, and moving forward with them was the best decision we made — second only to deciding to get married.
Their process is beautifully organized — structured enough to guide you, but collaborative enough to make the vision feel entirely your own. During our site visit, they had a full itinerary planned and delivered a level of service I wasn't expecting and was completely blown away by. During our tasting, they took meticulous notes so we could simply enjoy every bite, sip, and moment. That said so much about who they are.
I'll be honest — I was the classic detail-oriented bride (my mom might say bridezilla). From the very beginning of planning our 25 year vow renewal in Cabo, Paola Buendia created a sense of calm that carried me all the way through the celebration.

We worked with Cabo in Love for our original wedding five years ago, and when our big celebration had to be postponed due to COVID, Paola and Candela were nothing short of incredible. When we started searching for a planner to help with our wedding we had no idea how to pick one. Well from the moment I spoke to Pao at Cabo in love I knew she was the right one for us. My mother was hospitalized from a stroke a very scary moment in time for us. But Pao was never pushy or aggressive with the approach she simply told me to take my time in making my decision in which I did just that. Well when we got started omg she went all the way in in all the details things I would have never thought of. She was always readily available and quick to respond I even threw her some crazy request and she always came thru. I highly recommend services with this team. She was so organized and new when to leave buffers so deadlines were always met. My husband was so reluctant to t to hire a planner but by the end of our planning he said I don’t know how we could have done this without her. She was so patient with me and was a true pleasure to work with. She made all of my dreams come true and honestly it was better than what I expected. I dont know where to begin because I had the most amazing experience with my wedding planner Pao and Ceima at Cabo in love weddings. From the initial meeting, Pao made me feel so comfortable and helped guide me through the process of planning my wedding. I am not an organized person nor do I like putting together events so they made what would have been hell for me so joyful and easy. They guided me step by step to find the perfect venue, organized a welcome party and a farewell sunset cruise, helped me keep within my budget, negotiated and made suggestions on items I wanted to incorporate, met with me as often as I wished, was helpful and ready to make any changes even weeks before the wedding and along the way always assured me "dont worry Ruth, it will be amazing". And they were beyond right. They helped plan every detail of our weekend, was with us all weekend, went above and beyond creating the magic of my wedding day and I was in tears saying bye to them at the end of the weekend. I had zero stress or anxiety because I knew their team would handle everything perfectly and they delivered. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! I cannot recommend Cabo in Love enough. I planned a wedding in 5 months and not one part of it was stressful because of them. Also, the day of my welcome party, it rained and we had our boat cancelled. Before I could even stress, Pao and Natalia already had a back up plan booked and transportation set up. Where do I begin to explain my experience with Cabo in love? When I think of our wedding I strictly think of all the work Cabo in love put into it and how much fun I had collaborating with Cabo in love. As a type A bride I had a lot of specific requests, and Candela, our primary planner, delivered every single time. She never left us in the dark and always steered us in the best direction. I couldn’t have planned our mexico wedding without her. She had incredible organization and all the best resources. We will greatly miss her and her creative mind. To Pao for being by our side on the wedding day. From zipping me into my wedding gown, to traveling back and forth between my husband and I. She really made the nerves more at bay knowing she was supporting us. And to candela and Paola for holding it down at the venue and setting up all my DIY requests. I couldn’t have imagined a more special and beautiful wedding.
We will miss every part of the process with candela from our trial visit where we got to check out 3 hotels and 3 venues. To missing witnessing how the Cabo in love team was always on their toes and ready to react. For example, when my sister forgot my daughter’s flower girl dress at the hotel 30 minutes away. In less than an hour our planners had the dress on a taxi to arrive at the venue in less than an hour. Just in time for us to get the cutest photos with our daughter.

Pao & Natalia with Cabo In Love made our wedding day PERFECT. And I'm saying that as an over-obsessive Type-A bride. I absolutely cannot imagine my wedding day without them. They thought of every single detail, executed everything flawlessly, and went above and beyond to ensure we felt cared for every step of the way.
Their professionalism, attention to detail, and calm, reassuring presence allowed us to truly relax and enjoy the day without worrying about a thing. They handled everything seamlessly, so we could focus on celebrating with our loved ones. They were such a special presence throughout the day (even helped me fix my poor-fitting dress over and over again until it was perfect) and even our guests loved them so much. They are problem solvers and were experts at everything I worked with them on.
I looked forward to every Zoom meeting, every email, etc that led up to the best wedding. I trusted a lot of their recommendations for vendors and they built a team that was beyond my wildest dreams while considering the budget.

I just recently had my wedding at Flora Farms in Cabo, and I am still in shock with how perfect it was!! I cannot recommend @caboinloveweddings enough. I had initially booked with a different planner and I stuck it out until August, and at that time I just wasn’t happy with my planner and did not feel confident so I decided to reach out to Paola to see if she would be able to work with me even though it was so late in the game. We had a video call and I immediately felt a sense of relief, she even guided me through how to handle leaving my “planner”. The following day I followed up with Paola and I booked her for my date and to help me get through the last months leading up to the wedding. Paola let me know that I would be working with one of her planners, Candela and then she would be joining us on the day of. Candela was amazing through out the rest of the planning process, and when I say I must’ve sent a million emails, I really did and she responded to every single one of them right away. I never had to follow up for any responses. She was so patient with me and all of my questions and was very informative and helpful when I would get confused or frustrated. Fast forward to the week of our wedding, we had a meeting before our welcome party with Candela and Paola and I gave them all of my items for the wedding and I was a bit unorganized and Candela kept reassuring me that it was OK and not to worry about it, which I needed to hear.
NOW for the day of! Both Paola and Candela were by my side for the entire day, I never had to wonder or ask where they were. They were so helpful with myself and my children and my family and we never once felt unsure of anything. They were so reassuring, and punctual and professional I literally could not stop thanking them for all that they had done. They saved me at a time when I felt so frustrated and let down by my previous planner. We cannot express enough praise or gratitude to her and the entire team - Pao & Paola also. Pao & Ceima at Cabo in Love were absolutely INCREDIBLE! We had the most amazing experience working with them both over the past year while planning our wedding. They recommended incredible vendors and kept everything on track throughout the planning process. We can't even begin to describe how incredible and at ease they made us feel during the wedding weekend. We had an absolute blast with all of our guests and every detail was meticulously taken care of. They ensured our vision was executed perfectly! Best Decision Ever.
Of the millions of decisions I made for our wedding, hiring Cabo In Love (Candela!) was one of the best. I am a type A, neurotic, extremely detail-oriented bride, and they took all of my communication, my changes, my freak outs, my bridezilla moments, with stride.
From the moment we signed their contract, we felt so at ease. They essentially took the wedding planning process, and laid it out on a platter, making our choices so easy. I can honestly say that the whole wedding planning process for me was virtually stress free BECAUSE of Candela & Cabo In Love.
Also I wanted to note for the day of coordination— all of my guests said that the wedding was one of the most organized they’ve ever been to, and that the flow of the day was perfect. And!! You can tell that each of the CIL staff was genuinely HAPPY to be at my wedding. This isn’t just a job to them.

Absolutely Amazing
Cabo in Love was amazing throughout the whole experience. They helped us from very early on in our planning to the very end. With our work schedules it was tough to stay on top of things, but Candela was great at taking off that stress with keeping everything organized and outlined while making sure we knew when things were due and when decisions needed to be made. We never had to wait on them for an answer for anything. They worked with us to stay within our budget and find alternatives to help us create the look we wanted for the welcome party as well as our wedding day. Pao and team were terrific from the very beginning. From introductions to touring venues on our first visits, they were so knowledgable and helpful on every step along the way. They were very conscious of the budget we had in mind and provided many options and styles to accommodate our exact wishes. 11/10 Experience!
Paola, Candela and the rest of the CIL team made wedding planning and our wedding day an absolute breeze! Our day went off without a hitch and was absolutely perfect. I didn't once feel like I had to manage anything on the day of the wedding (and I am admittedly a bit of a control freak) so that was huge for me. The entire day from the very beginning with hair and makeup all the way to the last song of the night was flawless. I still can't believe how smooth it was! On top of that, we had a major family emergency in the last few months of wedding planning that made it very difficult to think about wedding planning. I honestly can't say enough great things about Pao and Paola! They ensured we had a dream come true wedding weekend!! From advising us and taking us on site visits to pick our location, to helping arrange transportation, to helping pick the right hair/makeup team based on my style, photographers, DJ, Florist, to helping advocate for us with our resort, etc. etc. etc.!!
They spared no detail, and didn't let one thing slip through the cracks as it came to showtime. Our wedding weekend went seamlessly and it was BEAUTIFUL!! AND they surprised us with amazing romantic decor in our suite for our wedding night.
I feel like Pao and Paola became very much part of our family and friends through this process. When either me or my husband were stressed, they would quickly arrange a call to discuss any concerns. I just can't say enough good things, and while I am now blissfully a newlywed, I know I will miss my interaction with the whole Cabo in Love team.

We found our first wedding planner in Cabo for our wedding and she was just not satisfactory. We asked around and we found Paola. IT WAS AMAZING.
Paola & her team (Candela, et al.) just surpassed every expectation we had re: how organized, helpful, thoughtful, professional we thought a wedding planner could be.
We were VERY difficult clients - 5 wedding dates because COVID kept forcing us to push - and we had demanding guests from Europe, NYC, MIA, ATX, SF, LA. We did a 4-day event with La Lupita and Hotel El Ganzo that had magicians, music videos, multiple photographers on multiple nights...and Paola & team handled it with aplomb.
At least half our guests told us that this was the best wedding they had attended in their life. And they are largely in their 30's and 40's so they have a LOT of experiences of high-end destination weddings.
In short: it is inconceivable to us to think of having done this with anyone else and be this happy and this relaxed. Now we are just basking in the glow of the photos rolling into WhatsApp and Insta.

Where do I even begin! Even as a wedding planner in the states I knew I had my work cut out for me planning our wedding in another country. I learned real quickly that a coordinator in Cabo is not only helpful but it is necessary if you want any freedom with the hotel venues. Luckily, in our first meeting with Paola she was honest and upfront with us and we felt comfortable with her immediately. From the moment we hired Cabo in Love, Paola and Candela were there every single step of the way. Answering 100 emails a day, reassuring us and helping to make every single detail of our wedding perfect. They negotiated contracts for us, gave honest advice and put us at ease when we were unsure about things. When the day came, every single expectation we had of our wedding day was exceeded and we were truly blown away at how perfect everything was. 4 months planning, modern day plague = Dream wedding!!!!!!
My now wife and I started planning our wedding literally 4 months before our wedding date (July 31, 2021), during the peak of COVID. Our friends and family now fully equipped with their vaccine armor and shields were anxiously trying to find an excuse to take a much needed vacation. Most people take a year + to plan a destination wedding, or any wedding (period) and Paola & Co put together a stress free fairy tale weekend for 100 people during the modern day plague in another country in 4 months. She is professional, prompt, and straight up gets shit done (pardon my language) but I cant believe how amazing literally everything turned out in such a short amount of time. Any questions, concerns, last minute requests, were promptly attended to and there was no time of the day that she wouldn't immediately respond. Incredible Planner
We live in Las Vegas and wanted to have a destination wedding in Cabo. This gave us a little anxiety not even knowing where to begin or how to get things started, so we decided to hire a wedding planner. We came across Cabo in Love with Paola and couldn’t have chosen a better planner! She is the sweetest and most accommodating to work with and her prices were exceptional. She showed us all of our amazing vendor options, and handled all
of the communication within the year of planning, even with the hundreds of questions we had throughout. The day of the wedding was seriously a dream come true. She walked us through everything. She handled my bustle which was unexpected. She made sure we were okay the whole day, and executed everything on time and professionally. We are seriously so blessed and impressed having chosen Paola. Thank you times a million Paola, and of course we hope to see you again when we revisit Cabo!

I absolutely loved Paola and she made our destination wedding so easy! I decided to do this wedding last minute while in Cabo and started emailing. I told her exactly what I wanted and what we were looking to spend and she made it all work. She found the most beautiful spot on the beach, minister, photographer and flowers all within two weeks. I sent her pictures of a bouquet I wanted and it was perfect. She was great responding, so organized and so sweet. I would highly recommend her her services!!Cabo In Love's reply:

I can’t say enough kind words about Paola with Cabo In Love. She was my daughters wedding planner. Paola did a phenomenal job from the beginning to the end of the entire wedding process. She patiently answered so many questions, met with us for venue visits and tastings, provided great musical options to choose from for wedding day. Paola introduced us to reputable vendors which we were very well pleased. The welcome dinner was a hit! And then the wedding day, all the details fell in to place effortlessly. LGBT-Friendly Destination Wedding
Paola, with Cabo in Love, did such a wonderful job at our wedding that without her we simply wouldn’t have had the wedding. Being from out of country, we relied on her for everything and she was resourceful, responsive and patient. I have to say that one trait you definitely want your planner to have is patience. Paola’s positivity and professionalism were simply incredible. My husband and I are not exactly the creative kind, so she was in charge of coming up with everything in terms of decor and it looked spectacular. Her network of vendors was extremely impressive and everyone she recommended delivered over and above our expectations. I would, without a doubt, recommend Cabo in Love to anyone I know, as her incredibly hard work ethic and talent are the only reason we had our dream wedding. I do not even know where to begin! Choosing Paola was one of the best decision we made when we planned our destination wedding in Cabo. Obviously we are not from Cabo and it is nearly impossible to go there every month or so to make sure everything is in working order for our wedding day.
Stress of planning a destination wedding was all gone when we found Paola. She made sure everything was perfect for our special day from day one! My wife and I had ideas that we found on websites and she made it come to life!
Our welcome party, rehearsal dinner, and our wedding was beautiful because of Paola. She made sure everything ran smooth as possible and assured us everything was taken care of to make sure our days were stress free while we had our wedding week in Cabo! I would highly recommend Paola for any event❣️❣️❣️We had a weekend of events - rehearsal dinner, welcome party, wedding and farewell brunch. Everything went perfect except the wind during the wedding service which she had no control. I would rate her 11 out of 10 -exceptional in every way.Cabo In Love's reply:
