We had our wedding at this venue last week and everything was wonderful! From the food, to the service, to all the wonderful free upgrades and surprises... It all just came together perfectly because Marriott really worked with us to make sure the day went off without a hitch. I highly recommend this hotel for your future wedding. 🙂

If you’re looking for a beautiful venue with a staff who cares about making your event as special as possible, look no further. Jenn was an absolute dream to work with for the year leading up to our reception and the day of she made sure everything was just perfect. She went above and beyond with small details to make us feel so special and we just could not thank her and the Marriott team enough. From someone who had two wedding receptions and saw night and day customer service, HAVE YOUR WEDDING HERE!!!

Let me start by saying how this place was overall the most amazing venue we could have picked! Jenn eliminated the need for a planner because she helped us with everything. Our guests loved the hotel, the food, the location and the price! We felt like the most important people in the world. You must use the honeymoon sweet it’s worth every penny I would not change a thing!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the moment we toured the hotel to check them out and see the ballroom, I was sold. We toured some other venues, and they were lovely, but the excitement and commitment radiating from the coordinator at The Marriott at LeCom had me sold. She was kind, explained things in further detail when asked, and overall excited to be hosting us, truly. The coordinator was so so helpful from the start when we booked, to the perfectly executed day of the wedding, I just can not stress this enough! The entire staff there was amazing, every single one. It was also so convenient and fun to have the hotel right there in the same building after the reception! If you are considering checking them out, do yourself a favor and at least have a conversation with them before booking a different venue, you will not regret it!

We postponed our wedding at another venue due to COVID and just couldn’t wait any longer, so we searched for a place with to elope. We wanted luxury but still had a budget, and the Presidential Suite was the perfect space for the 12 of us to celebrate, and for my husband and I to stay in afterward. It was perfect, EVEN in February.

The staff at the Harborcenter Marriott truly outdid themselves. Working with Jenn, the sales coordinator, was wonderful. She thought of everything, anticipated our needs, and was there for us every step of the way. Truly top notch service. Even if I could do the day over, I wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you Harborcenter Marriott!

We looked at multiple wedding venues and selected the Harbor Center. It was the best venue by far! Jessica the event planner was amazing to work with, she was always very professional and accommodating. We would highly recommend working with Jessica at the Harbor Center!

We loved our wedding reception at the Buffalo Marriott at LECOM HARBORCENTER. They made this an unforgettable and unique occasion, making it special in so many ways, with a few surprises too! Very happy with what this venue provided for our big day.

This venue is incredible. Jenn the catering manager went above and beyond for my husband and I during the entire planning process (she's an angel, I could rave about her all day). I knew from our first tour that the Marriott would be our venue when Jenn handed me a little welcome bag with Marriott and newly engaged goodies. Our experience at the Marriott felt so personal. The food was incredible - people are still raving about it! Their bar set up wow'd so many of our guests. They're very reasonably priced, offering a variety of packages to suit everyone's budget. And last, you cannot forget, their honeymoon on us program (as long as its still offered). The money you spend on your reception translates to varying nights of a honeymoon at a select few Marriott properties - that alone was another selling factor for us. 10/10 recommend the Marriott for your wedding!!

I cannot say enough about this venue. Everything was absolutely amazing. The entire time leading up to our wedding and the wedding day exceeded our expectations. Jenn and Emily were incredible and were always there to answer any questions that we had in our days and months leading up to our wedding. Everyone who attended or who was part of our bridal party has said how amazing and beautiful the wedding was and how accommodating everyone at the Marriott was to them. We had the most amazing and incredible experience. If I was to do it all over again, I would not change anything. It was absolutely perfect.

From our first visit to our wedding reception, Jenn Viterise was excellent in every aspect. She was super responsive to our communications, was flexible with our tasting and menu selections, and coordinated everything with our vendors. She took care of all the small details from room setup to signage matching our theme. Odd and last minute requests were no problem for Jenn and her team. Everything Jenn did was top notch!
All of the staff was courteous, professional, and friendly. Our guests could not stop raving about them! The beautiful lakefront views from the Larkin Room were especially breathtaking at sunset.

Our stay at the Marriot went very smoothly. Our last minute changes/,request were met immediately. The events held at the Marriot had been taken care with warm, professional and courteous staff.
One particular staff worth mentioning - Jennifer Viterise(catering sales) was absolutely awesome in every respect. Her response to any queries were immediate, very professional. I do want her GM to give here full credit for ensuring our/ guests stay very comfortable as well as ensuring event rooms being ready always for the occasion.
This hotel is great in every respect.

Everything from the people to the food was absolutely amazing. The wedding planner was outstanding and helped us from the planning to the day of and everything we needed. The entire staff was incredible and the place was gorgeous! Truly amazing experience!

We had a small wedding reception for my husband's brother here. EVERYONE that we interacted with at the hotel was amazing. I have never had a better hotel experience in my life and we travel quite a lot. We have stayed in some very fancy hotels and have not gotten better service than we did at Buffalo Marriot. I have never stayed at a hotel where the staff were more thoughtful, accommodating, and customer oriented than this hotel. The rooms themselves were spacious, clean, well decorated, and comfortable.
Everyone took precautions for COVID by wearing a mask and keeping distance, and the rooms are sealed after cleaning for protection from COVID.
Sara, the event manager, was incredibly friendly, accommodating, patient, and provided great ideas to make our event special despite the circumstances. Clorissa the director was also absolutely the nicest and is a great asset to anyone planning a wedding or event at the hotel. On the day of the event, the staff was so kind and accommodating. Literally anything I needed was delivered in less than 5 minutes to our door and we asked for quite a few things that day and had quite a few deliveries- flowers, food, decorations, cake, etc.
I cannot stress enough the wonderful experience we had with Buffalo Marriott and the staff I hope we get to visit again soon.

Put elegant gathering together in about 6 weeks. Everything was perfect, no one ever said no to us and even though it was COVID-restricted, we had a dream wedding and reception we will cherish always. Can’t recommend enough.

Jessica and her staff provided us with a wonderful and memorable experience. They were accommodating and attentive to all our needs including last minute changes. Jessica was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had in a straightforward and timely manner.
The room looked great, the food and bar were excellent. The rooms we rented from the hotel for ourselves and our guests were clean, looked great, and had wonderful views of the surrounding waterfront. Jessica and her staff treated us like family and threw in a few extras that we appreciate to this day.
We would highly recommend having a wedding or any event at the Marriott in the Harborcenter.

We had our wedding and reception here on May 5, 2018. The place is beautiful, the staff is absolutely amazing, and they were completely willing to plan an incredible day within our budget. Jessica and her team made us feel like royalty! I would use this place for any type of event!

The harbor center was so accommodating when it came to blocking off hotel rooms for our wedding day. They even left us a hockey puck with our wedding date, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries for after the wedding! So thoughtful!
