Our experience with Paula was nothing short of magical. Paula is truly such a gem and I cannot recommend her enough! We planned our wedding from out of state but I wasn't ever remotely stressed because I knew we were in such good hands with Paula. She is so on top of everything during the planning process, is detail-oriented, organized, and above all is extremely compassionate and caring. This is more than just a job for her and it's evident in everything she does. She has amazing relationships and contacts with local vendors as well which made the entire planning process extremely easy and seamless. Look no further, I cannot think of anyone better than Paula to have planned our wedding!

Miami Wedding Planner

Paula is the absolute best!!! She made my dream wedding come true- it was a fairytale weekend. Paula is a pro planner: her attention to detail, timeline, vision and ideas were incredible. We couldn't have planned our wedding without her. Not only does Paula bring a dream team for the wedding day, but she knows all of the right Miami vendors to work with (from the florist, photographers, lighting etc.) The day was truly seamless, we wish we could do it again!

Wedding planner extraordinaire

Paula was absolutely amazing! This was our third attempt at getting married, second city, and a destination wedding for all of our guests. From finding the venue down to the silverware on the table Paula was crucial in every aspect. She asks questions, takes notes, gives her opinion while always keeping your wants and needs the priority, and stays on top of everything every step of the way. The weekend of the wedding I had zero stress because of her. She has the perfect balance of respect and professionalism while being sweet and kind! She kept the night and people on track and I can truly say we would not have been able to do it with out her. We love Paula and could not recommend her more!

Best Planner!!!

Paula is the absolute best! Everyone at my wedding was commenting on how on top of everything she was - even with all kinds of unexpected last minute changes due to weather. Paula planned not one but TWO weddings for us, because I had to re-schedule due to COVID. Doing it all without her would have been unimaginable. On top of planning everything, recommending the best vendors and keeping me and my family sane, Paula also has great relationships with all of the vendors she uses and they do not want to disappoint her, which is huge!

Working with Paula Jackson was a dream. She was SOOO easy to work with. She is the most organized and hard working person I have ever met. She is kind, warm and creative. I had the absolute best experience working with Paula. I had not a clue where to start and she took care of every question from start to end, helped me set up my website and the day of my Wedding was helping me change into sneakers at midnight. The Best Wedding Planner Ever!

Having Paula as our wedding planner was a complete life saver. We couldn't have done it without her. She made our vision come to life and it exceeded all our expectations. She is very organized and is such a professional. Not to mention she is the nicest person ever! We had our wedding in Mexico with all our events outdoors. She makes sure there is a plan B and C in the case of unpredicted weather while still keeping your aesthetic.

She's been in the industry for so long that she's heard it all and knows how to fix every curve ball that comes your way. We would honestly use her to plan all our life events!

Went Above & Beyond

Paula is an amazing wedding planner! She truly went above and beyond for us. Our wedding was better than I could have ever imagined. She helped us with our venue, wedding contracts, getting vendors who we almost lost out on, and so many other steps along the way. She accomplished all the desires we had with a grace and ease that belies the determination and persuasiveness she holds. Paula is magical

Paula Jackson is the best money you will ever spend. Hard stop. Period. End of sentence.She's there when you need her, whenever you need her. Morning, noon, night, weekend, holiday, whenever- she finds time to accommodate your schedule. Paula makes you feel as if you are the only wedding she is planning. My now husband and I were planning our wedding for January 2019 for our venue in Ft. Lauderdale while living in NYC with busy jobs. We were stressed, clueless, had no help, and completely in over our heads. Enter Paula Jackson, the saint. Paula, created a very detailed organized planning timeline that only a true professional could. She thought of everything and knew when it needed to get done, no matter how big or small. Paula fixed our website, negotiated with vendors, arranged in-person meetings for our quick trips down, and always documented everything with scrupulous notes. By the weekend of our wedding we weren't even stressed as Paula had everything done and all we had to do was enjoy. The day of, Paula and her team were like wedding magicians. Coordinating ALL the vendors, the wedding party, family photos, and all requests. Whenever anyone needed something Paula was there. Groom's sister has a headache - Paula gave her Advil. Bridesmaid's hair fell out - Paula pinned it back up. My bustle broke- Paula got on her hands and knees and literally sewed it back to perfection. Paula brought our wedding vision to life and made it better than we could have dreamed.

Paula is amazing!

Paula is 100% the reason why our wedding weekend was the best weekend of our lives. We did not have a single problem the whole weekend and if there was one, we don’t know about it because we had Paula on our team! We started working with Paula a few weeks after we got engaged. She helped us with our venue searching trips; always reaching out to the hotels to set up tours and meetings with the on-site event people. Once we decided on Nizuc, Paula started working her magic helping us negotiate room rates, giving us suggestions on vendors, etc. Anytime we met with Paula or jumped on the phone with her, she was always a few steps ahead of us already having answers to questions that we had not asked her yet. Adam and I are so busy that we would sometimes go a while without speaking to Paula, but she was always working behind the scenes to get whatever done that had to be done. When the weekend finally arrived, it seemed as though Paula and her assistant, Lorena, were always in 10 different places at once. I remember Adam telling me countless times that he lost something; sunglasses, wallet, shoes, etc. and sure enough when we asked Paula if she had seen them, she would respond with “Yes, I have it”! Paula means business, she keeps you on a timeline and she makes sure everyone is well aware of the timelines and because of this, each one of our events ran smoother than we could have ever hoped for. Throughout the entire process she was always there for us to answer questions, calm nerves when needed and make sure that the wedding weekend was the very best it could be, and oh my, did she do an extraordinary job. The best decision I have made over the last few years is saying ‘yes’ to Adam asking me to marry him, but choosing Paula as our planner is a close second!

Fairy godmother of wedding planners

I honestly don't have enough to words to describe how amazing Paula is! We used her from the start (to help secure the venue) through our Sunday brunch. Having a destination wedding could be a scary thing - since you are limited to vendors from another country that you don't know much about. One of my reasons for choosing Paula was her experience in the Riviera Maya area and we could have not have been happier with all her vendor recommendations (and negotiation skills). Paula makes you feel like you are the only wedding she is planning - from dealing with the venue, vendors and your guests she does not miss a beat. From reaching out and emailing our guests before hand to make sure everything not only runs smoothly for us, but for our guests as well - to the extremely detailed weekend timeline for the venue and all our vendors. Everything went PERFECTLY (you know people always say things go wrong at your wedding but you will be the only one to notice?) well I can say NOTHING went wrong thanks to Paula and Bsocial and I would recommend them to anyone a million times over. Thank you Paula for making my dream weekend become reality :)

Stress-Free Wedding Day

Paula Jackson and BSocial Events are incredible wedding planners. They provided support, in terms of vendor suggestions and availability, as well as guidance during the entire planning process. Paula created an extremely detailed timeline that resulted in a stress-free, amazing wedding day. Our vendors knew their specs and requirements because Paula communicated our plans accordingly. By far, the best money we spent on the entire wedding was to work with Paula from Bsocial Events. I worked with Paula for over a year planning my special weekend and she was incredible, to say the very least. She was meticulous with all of the details and so creative. Any vision I had or idea that came up, she worked with me to bring it to life. She was also very sensitive to my budget and helped me accomplish everything I wanted within it. I think the best part about working with Paula is that she genuinely cares. She puts everything into each event and I could tell that she put pride in her work and cared just as much about the outcome as I did. After my wedding, guests were coming up to me commenting on how much they liked Paula. She was everywhere! I'm trying to think of anything that I would change or improve to make this review as helpful as possible and I truly cannot think of anything. Our wedding was a dream and I could not recommend Bsocial events enough. Ten out of Ten!!!

I am so grateful to have worked with Paula for my wedding this past November 2017! She was simply outstanding! My husband and I were married at the Four Seasons in Miami and celebrated with all of our children from our previous marriages (8 in total)...Paula was a blessing from the moment I first spoke with her all the way until the end of the night when I cried saying goodbye! She was nothing but professional, competent, efficient, helpful, kind, thoughtful, resourceful and extremely calm and patient throughout the entire wedding process! Paula was a life-saver for us. I highly recommend not only having her help during day-of-details but also having her in the months before the wedding. I cannot possibly say enough good things about Paula. She is absolutely amazing and the best decision I made in my wedding planning process. Paula helped me throughout the entire process and was there to guide me every step of the way. I feel so blessed to have had her help and our wedding was just beautiful because of her efforts. Living in a different state than our ceremony, I knew I would need someone I could trust to help me with a lot of the decision-making and Paula never let me down. Paula. My gosh. She.is.AMAZING! I cannot describe how fantastic she is! I met her in passing while she was setting up for a wedding at a venue that I was touring & in that short time my mother and I talked with her she gave us some great advice & in the process secured my utmost confidence. I am an out of town bride, & quite busy as I am a physician. With that comes my inherent personality type A. I am very picky, a perfectionist & have a hard time passing the baton by my nature. But Paula demonstrated to me that she was beyond capable for the job. In fact she was perfect for the job as she demands perfection herself without being overbearing. I had spoken to some other wedding planners prior, but things just felt right with Paula! She is so helpful, even before her call of duties. She worked with my mother & I to create my dream wedding and it exceeded my expectations thanks to Paula. Paula handled everything with brilliance. Everything from seating charts, schedules, confirming vendors, even coming to vendors appointments, crunching numbers...the list goes on. On the day of my wedding she was there running around almost in 2 places at once. When she was needed, she was on it! She was on the side lines putting out fires, making sure things didn't deviate from the plan. She was assertive when needed to keep things on point; Cool, calm, & collected. She had a 2nd assistant the day of my wedding & both Paula & her made my day grand! Seriously, the assistant fetched a curling iron & was helping with my hair when she didn't need to. Stretching my shoes to make them comfy. They would touch up my lipstick, puff my dress yet at the same time they made sure my family/grooms family had everything they needed. She is the master of wedding planners and the epitome of everything a girl needs to make her big day a success! I am not quite sure if anyone holds a candle to her really. We are forever grateful! Paula was instrumental in helping my husband and I plan our four day destination wedding at Nizuc Resort and Spa in Mexico. We ended up having over 180 guests and six events throughout the course of the weekend. We were initially drawn to Paula because of her experience planning destination weddings, especially in the Riviera Maya. My husband and I were living in San Francisco, our family was in New York and we were trying to plan a destination wedding in Mexico. Needless to say, we were pretty overwhelmed up until we hired Paula.

We worked with Paula over an 18 month period. During this time, we had weekly phone calls, sent countless emails and went on two planning trips to Mexico. At each phase in the planning, Paula made sure to communicate what decisions we needed to make and which vendors we needed to hire. Paula also handled all of the negotiations with the vendors and the hotel and reviewed every contract to make sure they included all of the proper clauses, costs and protections.

Even though a majority of our wedding planning was done remotely, Paula handled this extremely well. During our weekly calls, Paula made sure to keep my mom and I on task and ensure that we made all of the decisions that were required (this was not easy for my mom and I!). In between our calls, Paula followed up over email with additional details, information from our vendors, cool ideas, etc. Furthermore, while Paula had amazing documents and spreadsheets of her own, she was also flexible and open to incorporating my crazy spreadsheets into our planning process (I was an intense Type A bride!).

My husband and I would recommend Paula to any couple who is looking for an experienced, fun and reliable wedding planner. Our wedding weekend was absolutely perfect and we owe a lot of that to Paula. There was no way we could have put together such a fun and complex wedding weekend without Paula. Thank you, Paula!!!!

Paula is amazing at what she does. Hiring her was the best decision we made. We loved all of the vendors she recommended and she helped save us a lot of money without sacrificing quality. We were planning our Miami wedding while living in another state and she helped organize everything so we didn't have to be physically present for most of it. She went to all the important vendor meetings with us and even on her own sometimes to make sure we received what we wanted. There are so many things to do the day of the wedding that it can get very overwhelming if you don't have someone you can trust helping you out. Everything went very smoothly and I didn't even know everything that could have gone wrong until Paula told me after the fact. I felt very relaxed and was able to enjoy our wedding day thanks to Paula. Thanks again for everything. We couldn't have done it without you!

Paula is the most amazing planner in the world! I got married in October 2016 and she was with me every step of the way. The week of my wedding there was suppose to be a hurricane and she was able to make me feel sooo comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole thing. She was able to make sure everything ran on time and fix all the cracks before anything could happen. She is always on top of everything without breaking a sweat . She not only planned my wedding but also my cousins and my sisters. Her attention to detail is amazing and her customer service is excellent if I could give her more than 5 stars I totally would. I highly recommend her for any event !!!

I don't even know where to begin - Paula literally SAVED my Mexico destination wedding. After having a horrible experience with a "well-known" destination wedding planner, we were desperate for someone to take over who could fix all of our previous planner's mistakes and help us pull off a flawless weekend. Paula did more than that...she gave us the wedding of our dreams and the best weekend of our lives. We would NEVER have been able to do it without her.

Here's what makes Paula so amazing:

- She responds to emails/questions quickly, is super thorough/communicative and very flexible (she had no problem scheduling our lengthy catch-up calls late at night, which worked best for us)

- She pushed back on vendors when she felt they were being unfair or overcharging us (which happened more than once), ultimately saving us a LOT of money

- She is the most organized person I have ever met. Her planning calendar, timelines and spreadsheets are works of art.

- She's clever, resourceful and creative. Paula often came up with ways to save money we hadn't thought of and suggested amazing decor/lighting/music/floral ideas we'd never considered. (she has SUPER chic taste.)

- She is always pleasant, professional, and (perhaps most important) extremely calm, no matter how stressful or overwhelmed you feel.

- She goes the extra mile. ALWAYS. Without thinking twice. And not just for the bride and groom - she'll go above and beyond to make sure that your family, extended family, and friends are all happy, relaxed and looked after. (My dad was so blown away by Paula, he even included a special shout out to her in his Father of the Bride speech.)

By the end of the wedding weekend, our guests couldn't stop raving about Paula and even dubbed her the "wedding MVP." My husband and I agree that hiring Paula was the best wedding decision we made, hands down. We will be forever grateful to her for giving us the best weekend of our lives!

Do it! Paula is organized, responsive, available, professional, and a real advocate for her clients. She seamlessly handled every wrinkle that arose (and I'm sure she took care of many problems we never even heard about). I work in the hospitality industry in New York City (as does my family and my husband), so as obnoxious as it is to say, we have extremely high expectations when it comes to customer/client service.
Paula went above and beyond during the planning process --- 90% of which was done remotely as we are based in NYC!
Paula is an amazing event planner--whether you need help with corporate or social events, Paula is the one to go to.
She also made sure that we never went too crazy with our spending just for one day of our lives (AKA our wedding) and was a tough negotiator with the vendors---which we LOVED!!
From NYC to Miami, we LOVED LOVED LOVED PAULA!!!

When I met with Paula I was very stressesed with the wedding process, and she not only brought peace but helped my vision become a reality. Paula was an incredible asset to our wedding planning and without question the most important investment we made!

To say we could not have done it without her is an understatement. As the bride, Paula brought a sense of calm to the process and to the wedding itself. There were so many times that Paula suggested things I never knew I wanted or needed until she brought it up. She truly did whatever she could to improve the overall experience for my husband and I and our guests.

Throughout the planning process, Paula made herself available for late calls often to accommodate our schedules and kept track of every detail over the course of a year. She not only kept us on budget, but found many ways for us to be more efficient through her experience and recommendations. Her experience and relationships with our resort and local vendors were invaluable. Overall the weekend consisted of 6 events all planned and executed by Paula from start to finish.

After the wedding, Paula went above and beyond to help with follow-up with our resort and other vendors, making sure they all delivered what they promised as well.

I don't know what we would have done without Paula as our wedding planner!
She made the planning process much easier for us. We were able to feel comfortable and relaxed knowing she had everything under control and knew nothing would fall through the cracks. Her professionalism and experience with vendors was extremely helpful to us.
Everything went just as we hoped it would throughout the whole weekend. We were able to relax and enjoy everything without worrying about any logistics. I'm so appreciative of all the hard work Paula put in since the beginning and especially the day of. I am so grateful to Paula Jackson and BSOCIAL for making my wedding not only a dream-come-true but also for making it so easy. Paula helped keep us organized, on-schedule, and she had really great ideas that made the event even better. for example, my colors were black and gold and instead of all the tables with gold tablecloths she suggested having a few with black and gold stripes to make the tables pop---it ended up looking amazing. She also helped us find great vendors so that we spent money on things that mattered to us and saved money in other ways. I highly recommend Paula!

Thank you to our amazing wedding planner, Paula, for her passion and energy. Paula was more than our wedding planner. She was our eyes, ears, and heart reader. I say heart reader because she understood all the emotions we felt before our wedding, during and after. When I look back at my PowerPoint presentation that I created to show the ideas in detail to Paula (yes I did a powerpoint presentation LOL). She not ony nailed it... She over delivered! I have no word to express how amazing Paula is. She took care of all the little and big details that made my day special. I am glad we listened to her suggestions, my ceremony and reception looked amazing even better that I have ever imagine. The day of our wedding we didn't have to worry about anything and my mother got to enjoy the wedding instead of running around, everything went as planned. Paula was incredibly wonderful to work with. At first I was planning the wedding from out-of-state as my mom was taking full control. She had already hired the vendors when we decided we needed some help mid-way through. My mom met Paula first and called me immediately to rave about her! Throughout the planning Paula and I mostly communicated through email and phone. She was always available and on point with everything! Things that I never even thought about, Paula was there and on top of it!
We finally met at my tasting and it was amazing. She made it so comfortable, had all the right questions and led us in the right direction. The last few months of planning Paula coordinated everything and made sure the bridal party and other vendors all had a perfect, detailed time line.
Paula made our wedding day more spectacular. She took care of everything and we truly had nothing to worry about.

Paula is a blessing from up above! She is the ideal wedding planner. I searched long and hard before I hired her. I called several planners and they all treated me as another number to their list of cliental. Paula on the other hand was attentive and interested from day one. Her personality and charisma was the first thing that made me want to meet her.
After meeting her and seeing how organized and knowledgeable she was on weddings and the requirements necessary to plan them I knew that we he had hire her. She was so helpful along the way taking care of all details and last minute fires. Paula told all bridesmaids, groomsmen and family to contact her if they needed assistance because she wanted us to be “stress-free” and she did an excellent job at this!

The day of the wedding everything came out spectacular and we were not stressed at all. In fact all we did was get ready, go outside and enjoy the wedding.
Everything was setup and in its place and looked incredible. Many guests in the reception also commented that she was surrounding the room to assure that everyone was pleased. Guests also commented on how she was excellent at attending to their needs.

I could not even begin to imagine what the wedding would have been like without her. I would hire Paula for any and all events that I hold and would blindly recommend her to others.

I am literally writing this review on my honeymoon because Paula and B social events was that amazing. From day one Paula was able to answer all my questions and handle everything. I mean EVERYTHING!! I had guests commenting how on point she was throughout the entire reception and ceremony. I did not have to stress about one single thing. I was introduced to Paula Jackson through a friend who worked with her on her own wedding. Within the first 15 minutes of our first conversation, my father and I knew that we had found the right person to plan my wedding. From start to finish, Paula had a special ability to remain cool and calm, which gave me so much peace throughout the process. I knew that I was in good hands, and that she would do everything in her power to make sure our wedding weekend was exactly the way we dreamed it would be. She works night and day (I really don't know how she does it!) and she's very dedicated to her work, and her brides. I had a destination wedding in Mexico, and had four days of events including a rehearsal dinner, welcome cocktail, wedding ceremony and reception, and farewell brunch. We had just under 120 guests, and she somehow managed to pay special attention to each and every one of them. The resort even had photos of our VIPs (i.e., my dad, mom and mother-in-law and father-in-law) to make sure that the staff gave our parents extra-special attention. It was the best weekend of my life! There was so much love in the room on our wedding night, and I wouldn't change a thing about it.

We hired Paula to be our wedding planner for our wedding in Mexico this past May. Besides the decision to marry each other, this was the best decision we made!

Words can not adequately describe how incredible it was to work with her, how diligent and organized she was throughout the entire process, how she was on top of every single detail, and how much she cared about making the weekend so special for us. It sounds cheesy and cliche to say, but our wedding weekend was truly the best week of our lives and we owe it all to Paula!

We hired Paula to help us from the start for the entire process. She helped us reach out to dozens of hotels across the WORLD to figure out pricing and help us map out a budget. Once we zeroed in on a couple hotels we liked, she was an ABSOLUTE PITBULL in negotiating the contracts. There is not a single detail she will miss and was instrumental at getting pricing down significantly and adding multiple clauses to protect us.

Once we agreed on a hotel, Paula worked relentlessly to reach out to vendors and help us bring our vision to life. She contacted numerous vendors for everything we wanted to do, comparing prices to ensure the best prices possible.

Fast forward to our actual wedding weekend. Paula was incredible in being on top of every little detail. We are both neurotic at times & an event like this would historically be very stressful. But knowing Paula was there gave us such peace of mind that we didnt worry.

Paula is literally the perfect wedding planner. She is extraordinarily detailed oriented, she is very organized, she is extremely hard working (nightly phone calls for hours!), she is extremely tough when she needs to be (do not mess with her!!) and at the same time is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. She is so good at her job that we often refer to her as the Lebron James of wedding planning! I could not recommend someone more! The only bad news is that after the wedding you will miss her terribly!

My wedding was a mixture of international guests, various events during the wedding week, and so many different vendors, that it was beyond overwhelming. Hiring Paula let me relax and actually enjoy my wedding month! She took care of everything. She is organized, responsible, easy to work with, and goes above and beyond to help and make sure everything is taken care of.

Amazing experience with B social Paula Jackson

Paula is the most fabulous wedding planner!!! We couldn’t have planned my daughters wedding in Miami without her.

Paula was with us every step of the way- she is a true professional. She knows how to balance our top priorities, while also sharing her opinion when needed. Paula also knows all of the right people to work with (from the florist, photographers, lighting etc.) Everyone loves working with Paula - you don’t have to worry about a thing. All of our guests could not believe it, it was a fairytale wedding. Everything went perfectly the entire wedding weekend- we were able to relax and truly enjoy watching our daughter get married!

We LOVED Working with Paula!

We hired Paula for our February garden wedding in Miami and she was a dream to work with! Paula has years of experience in the industry and has great instincts when it comes to wedding timeline, design and overall planning. Paula also has deep knowledge of, and great relationships with all the vendors in the area. She was very budget conscious and saved us significant money throughout the process. On multiple occasions, she offered to roll up her sleeves and DIY things to save us money. We also loved Paula's colleage, Cynthia, who was a calm and steady presence on wedding day and a pleasure to work with.
