We can't say enough good things about Brooke and her team. They went above and beyond our expectations, helping from the very beginning. In the early stages, they helped us in our search for venues when we were WAY too busy with our jobs to spend time on that. They personally accompanied us to every venue visit, helped us ask the right questions, and eventually found us a perfect gem of a place that we never would have found on our own.
We quickly learned that good communication is one of the most important things when dealing with any vendors, and their reliability-as well as honesty- put us at ease during a very stressful planning process. Special thanks to Dana for taking very diligent and thorough notes in our phone calls, and always replying to our questions quickly! In the weeks leading up to the wedding, their team really shined, and proved just how invaluable their role was. When I think of the amount of things we would have had to do by ourselves if we didn't have them- coordinating between vendors, tracking down contacts who are hard to get in touch with (saving us from hours of frustrating emails and phone calls), researching places to find the best price-points, the sheer amount of stuff hat needed keeping track of... it would have been chaos without them because we were both in over our heads with preparations as it was. Brooke was always a step ahead, asking us about things we did not even know we needed to think about, and her experience and advice helped prevent us from making bad planning decisions that we would not have thought about otherwise.
On the day of the wedding, her calm presence and organization lifted such a huge weight for us- as stressed and busy as we were, half the things I'd been worrying about turned out to be totally fine or already taken care of. They showed up early and stayed late for setup and breakdown. They communicated with our parents and other wedding party members to make sure everyone was on the same page. They were attentive to our needs and quick to act in any situation. The day went perfectly and I was happier than I ever imagined I'd be.
If you are thinking of saving costs by skipping a wedding planner, consider how busy your life already is, and the value of your own peace of mind over the coming year ahead of you. Wedding planning is a full time job in and of itself, and having someone working to alleviate the burden was the best planning decisions we made. I would recommend Brooke and her team to anyone- worth every dollar and more. They did an amazing job! -

My husband and I were married in early November 2024 and our wedding planner Brooke Voris, Dana and team were absolutely amazing to work with to plan our special day over the past year!
From the moment we met Brooke and Dana, it was obvious that they knew the ins and outs of wedding planning which was overwhelming to think about at first. The team was well-connected to the venue, vendors, the key steps in the planning process, timeframes and all involved. They made us feel at ease after each interaction with them, as well as, were easily accessible— always available to quickly assist us with any questions and concerns that came up along the way. We could not have planned the wedding that we did without Brooke, Dana and team!
On our wedding day, Brooke and team were on top of the logistics, made sure that every aspect was perfect and that we were having the best day of our lives! It is not possible to have been happier with the coordination provided by Brooke and Dana! From the moment we engaged their services, Brooke and Dana demonstrated an unparalleled level of professionalism, very impressive communication, and attention to details that truly made our daughter's wedding unforgettable. So many things we would have never thought of! Everything just flowed and during of the meetings leading up to the big day, we felt more and more confident that all was going to be done correctly.
On the big day, Brooke was flawless and brought a level of confidence and ease that really made my husband, and I feel so confident. She managed the timeline with precision, ensuring that each moment flowed seamlessly from one to the next. Her calm demeanor and problem-solving skills kept us at ease - even when we had a vendor disappoint us (not her fault) she was on it and took control! We said that we never even needed to look to find her when we needed her as she was right there and like I said, on it!!
Many thanks to Brooke Voris Weddings! We HIGHLY recommend them to any family looking for a dedicated and talented wedding planner. We are forever grateful that they made our daughter's wedding a dream come true.

Between the advice, coordination and peace of mind we felt more comfortable and at ease having them with us every step of the way. 11/11 graduating bride review
I got married on 11.11.23 and I really really want to start my reviews with my wedding planner because my gosh I CAN NOT recommend her enough!!
Brooke goes above and beyond to make sure your day, week, years (had her booked for 2+years lol) go so smooth you get to actually take in and enjoy the process. Along with her amazing team, I had monthly progress emails to help guide me along with to do’s for that month. Progress video chats also allowed us to touch base and iron out details together. I never felt pressured or rushed and their advice was so incredibly helpful. Then the big day came!
I can’t express enough how calm I was from the moment I woke until the moment I went to bed that night (this is big coming from a perpetually anxious person my entire life). Her team helped with checklists, vendor coordination, timelines, decor setup and breakdown, day of text line, vip contacts and everything and anything in between. I just feel like if you can even have an initial consult with Brooke, DO IT.
Above all else, she’s such a wonderful human! How can you beat that? Good people around you on your big day that you can trust mean everything! Do yourself a favor and get this woman on your side for your best day ever 😊 -

Booking with BVW was hands down the best investment we made for our wedding. At first I didn't think I needed a coordinator and was determined to handle everything, but I quickly realized that I needed help! We found their day-of coordination package to be the best value compared to some others. They not only provide day-of coordination, but we met with them several times before the wedding day (including on-site), they provided templates to help with organization, and they answered any question we had within 24 hours. Dana and Melissa are incredible! I honestly do not know what we would have done the day-of without Melissa! Highly, highly recommend Brooke Voris Weddings!! -

The BVT was an integral part of our wedding weekend and helped us coordinate everything from pre-planning to execution of the rehearsal dinner, wedding day, and event on Sunday at our family's property. They listened to our ideas and vision and helped bring them to life and make them better than we could imagine! Our day would not have gone as well as it did without Brooke and her team. We initially didn’t plan to hire a day-of coordinator, however as we got to a few months before our wedding we decided to reach out and thank goodness we did. I’m a type A person and was feeling anxious about the execution of our day. Brooke’s team swept in and put me totally at ease. They were SO thorough in learning about every single detail of our day from start to finish. They created a detailed schedule, stayed in touch with all of our vendors the week of, coordinated our rehearsal, came for an extensive site visit, ensured all of our décor was set up/moved as it should have been, worked with our venue coordinator to call the shots throughout the night, and so much more. They truly felt like our right hand and we were able to have total trust in them. If you’re on the fence about booking them, just do it! -

Brooke Voris Weddings were amazing to work with. They helped me plan and coordinate the perfect wedding! I literally had no idea what ant next steps were and every time I opened my email I feel like I had gotten an update from them on what my next steps should be. Dana and Melissa were absolutely on top of everything and the biggest help ever! Not only we’re they the sweetest but they were very prepared, lost my hanger getting to the venue they had a pack of cute pearl hangers for back up! My hairspray went missing they pulled it right out of their bag! My bustle broke because of my husbands big goofy feet they were on the ground figuring out how to pin it all up to make it work for the rest of the night! I 10000% say to hire them you will definitely not be disappointed!! Thank you girls for everything it was perfect! -

Brooke Voris Weddings were absolutely amazing to work with. They helped me plan and coordinate a perfect weekend. Dana was incredibly in both preparing for my big day and being a calming presence before and during my actual wedding. They were incredible responsive (unlike my other vedors) and instilled confidence as my big day approached. The were flexible and were able to meet me at the venue in person a few weeks before the wedding- I like out of town so it was the only day I could meet. During my wedding Dana kept everyone on time- communicating directly with my maid of honor, best man, and all the vendors. I didn't need to worry or think about every detail. She also worked with the vendors to setup all my details exactly how I imagined and better. I couldn't recommend them enough- HIRE THEM! -

Back in February of this year I reached out to different wedding planners in the Malvern, PA area. I was going to be planning a wedding at my childhood home but I no longer lived in the area so I knew that I would need an organized and enthusiastic planning partner. I had a phone call with Brooke Voris Weddings and then a follow-up call the next week after I had some follow-up questions and had spoken with other planners. I was very impressed with her experience, enthusiasm, her warmth and her genuine love of weddings! I hired her and her team after the second call and met with them in March at my parent's house to discuss the plans in person. During that meeting I asked her for a ballpark of what weddings at non-traditional venues (aka backyard weddings) price out to be and I will say, while it was more than I thought, Brooke was spot on in her range. We hit the mid-point of it. I was grateful for her guidance and her teams willingness to trouble shoot the few issues we had, as I was not able to be there. Brooke and her team were invaluable in the planning stages, insightful during my vetting processes with the vendors, and key during the actual wedding day. The end product turned out to be even more beautiful than I imagined. Thank you Brooke, Julie, and Leah! -

Brooke and Dana are the best! So many great tips to make planning easier and Skype calls to keep you on track. As we got closer they confirmed all the times with our vendors and locked in the timeline. The day of was great I didn’t have to worry about a thing Brooke and her team set up everything and kept us on track! Actually early we were ahead of schedule most of the day. We did go with our rain plan it did stop raining but was just too wet for outside and Brooke and Dana set up our ceremony space beautifully was so perfect! And at the end of the night broke everything down as well. Brooke is so worth it I couldn’t have imagined the day going so smoothly without her! -

Brooke and her team helped me navigate multiple venue changes and didn’t hesitate when my fiancé and I decided to have on a wedding on our farm where we needed to bring in everything from soup to nuts (I’m talking bathrooms, ice, tent, tables, chairs). They pulled off the party of a century with food trucks, hay rides, horses, chickens and ducks, a live band, a two step and even an ice cream truck. They executed a perfect ceremony 40 minutes away, navigated a break period and managed to have the whole thing set up and ready to go before cocktail hour. They helped to create the barn wedding of my dreams and even when things got crazy they stayed calm cool and collected. I have never felt more relaxed and trusting than I was on my wedding day knowing this team had it under control. Highly HIGHLY recommend. -

I can’t thank Brooke and her team enough, Nicky, Melissa…everyone was amazing! Even from the initial phone call when Brooke asked me about every little detail and then put it in a mood board and sent it to me as the initial proposal. The team was there the entire process from changing my initial venue to a slightly difficult mother of the bride to creating a plan B in case of rain. Even though Brooke is based out of King of Prussia they drove all the way out to the Jersey shore. I would definitely recommend Brooke and her team to my friends and family. Stop your searching and book the Brooke Voris team before someone else does!!! -

Brooke & Nikki were literally such amazing women to work with while planning a wedding! Every single meeting i felt less stress and they were such a help for everything day of! Not only did they make sure my husband and I had all that we need, but our immediate family as well! Everyone talked so highly of them after our wedding, and they truly felt like important guests at our wedding!
Sad our planning is over, but would recommend them to our closest friends & family!

We got married at the Old Mill in Media in November 2021 and were recommended by the venue to use Brooke Voris as our day of coordinator. We worked with Brooke and her team for a year and a half to plan and prepare for our wedding. We met with Brooke and her team every few months during this time, and each time every member of the team came prepared and enthusiastic about helping us plan the wedding of our dreams. Throughout the entire process, my husband and I felt nothing but support and encouragement (despite going through all the ups and downs of planning a wedding during a global pandemic!). They all were so accepting of any unique ideas we had (we had a lot of non traditional wedding details), and truly ran with the ideas and made great suggestions. Brooke and her team were always there for us, with a quick email to respond to any of our questions or providing their knowledge and expertise when we didn’t know which way to turn. The day of our wedding went smoothly and that is without a doubt thanks to Brooke and her team. We highly recommend having Brooke Voris as your day-of coordinator! It is one of the best decisions we made! We can’t thank them enough for all their hard work and for making our day so magical! -

My wedding was 10/15/2021 at the Old Mill in Rose Valley. I hired Brooke and her team to do day of coordination for my wedding and I was blown away! Brooke and Nicole were fabulous! They were hands-on, and were so organized. From speaking with limo company and making sure I wasn’t seen before the first look, to having the photographers photo list to make sure everything was done on the list and done on time, I couldn’t have felt more at ease as a bride. She even made sure the make up and hair crew were on time to the hotel and knew the time schedule! When we first called about inquiring services all I needed was extra hands to set up the table centerpieces, and also someone to be at the venue so my family and my soon to be husband’s family didn’t have to worry that day. Brooke went beyond — literally she was cleaning the blood off of my shoes after I had blisters, and she bandaged me up! To say they had the essential “emergency kit” is an understatement. Some of my curls fell, and Nicole rushed in with a curling iron and hairspray before the ceremony took place. After the wedding, Brooke and Nicole stayed behind and they cleaned up our grass wall we made, loaded our cars with everything that was left in the venue that we brought (decor, alcohol etc.) - we were so appreciative of the extent that they went to to ensure we were at ease. My dad is a very “do it ourselves, we can do it kind of person.” He had said, “I couldn’t imagine that day without them.” He was blown away because originally he thought I was wasting money on something that we could of done. Their service is way more than we could’ve ever done or asked for and they had everything under control! Everyone was very impressed with everything they did! She was amazing to work with every one needs a Brooke and Nicole on their wedding day! -

My entire family, my husband, my husbands family, and many friends who knew of the struggles we were having by trying to still have a wedding during covid will tell you that it wouldn't have happened without Brooke and Melissa. Even without covid there were many obstacles we could not have handled on our own including the marriage license, Venue issues, and a hair and make up artist I couldn't get to answer calls or emails. If it wasn't for their advice, positivity, and incredibly motivated attitudes I could not have relaxed and enjoyed the wedding day like I did. Any situation that arose on the wedding day they handled swiftly and the day continued to run smoothly. They set up a time to dance under the stars with my husband to the song "Dancing in the Moonlight", which I think of often. They made all my dreams for the day come true.
They set up all decorations and items the day of and took everything down, leaving time for my husband and I to visit family and friends. They saved the items we wanted to save and loaded it into our van. They were also at the rehearsal helping us organize were everyone would be (there was a flash flood and didn't know where we would be getting married, but they had a plan for either meadow, courtyard or covered lodge area). The most important of all is they listened to how we would like things and never pushed things to be how they thought it should be.
If there is one item you budget for or make room for it is Brooke and Melissa. There is too much happening in one day and you need them on your team for everything to run smoothly. By the end of your wedding day they will feel like longtime friends who have given you the gift of one truly magical and perfect day. -

We are so happy we decided to work with Brooke and Melissa! Getting married during Covid presented its own set of unique challenges and they supported us through each one of them. When we were forced to change our wedding date AND venue (which was a much further distance for them from our original venue), they helped us pivot with ease and have confidence in our decision during such a difficult time. Each time we met or spoke over the phone, you could feel how invested they were in our process and how genuinely excited they were-- offering great ideas and suggestions that fit our venue and the thoughts we had shared but hadn't yet found a way to execute. When we finally reached the home stretch and were in the last two weeks leading up to our day they were so helpful in picking up last minute items, handling some venue concerns on our behalf, and even fielding a bit of family drama! The day of they cheered us on, got everyone where they needed to be, and reminded us to eat, drink and enjoy. I'm not sure how they do what they do (possibly a secret super power?), but we are so grateful for all of the many things they did for us throughout the process. We can definitely say that our day wouldn't have been the same without them! -
