We couldn't have asked for a more amazing wedding planner than Erin Wood. From the moment wedding planning started, she exuded professionalism, creativity, and a genuine passion for her work. Throughout the entire planning process, she was incredibly organized and attentive to every detail, ensuring that our vision for our special day was brought to life flawlessly.
On the wedding day itself, Erin was an absolute lifesaver. She managed everything behind the scenes with such grace and efficiency that my partner and I were able to truly enjoy every moment without worrying about a thing. Not even a power outage could stop her from making our day so special.
From coordinating vendors to making sure the timeline ran smoothly, she was on top of it all.
I wholeheartedly recommend Erin to any couple looking for a dedicated and talented wedding planner. Bread and Butter is SO amazing!! Erin is incredible!! She is so detail oriented and in planning a wedding, of course that matters so much!! She made my dream wedding come to life and was so fun to work with. I appreciated all of her guidance, enthusiasm and encouragement in planning our wedding. Erin is a dedicated wedding planner, she truly loves what she does and is SO good at it. From coordinating with all the vendors to all of the behind the scenes work on our wedding day. She was incredibly kind, organized, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire day. You could tell how much our couple trusted her—they were relaxed, happy, and everything flowed beautifully.
Her efforts on Joe & Victoria's wedding day helped us and all the other vendor be able to deliver our best work!
It’s always a pleasure working alongside a planner who genuinely cares and helps create a seamless experience for everyone involved. Highly recommend! -

Shannon Sent on 12/27/2024Organized, great project management skills, very easy and most pleasant to work with. She's upbeat and ready to plan and serve.
We had 10 bridesmaids and groomsmen and the typical # of vendors, but 200 RSVPs. Erin was very positive and had really good suggestions and ideas for seating charts, event timelines and overall readiness. We were a bit behind on getting songs to the DJ and getting a final guest list, but not a problem for Erin. I think she was intuitive in understanding what was most important to the couple after getting to know what their preferences. She worked great with all vendors. She was also good at not letting the bridal party off the hook with preparation for the wedding day! They practiced, despite not being at the actual venue. She's really good - highly recommend Erin and her team! -

Bread & Butter ended up being the perfect fit for our wedding planning needs. Erin helped us with the month of planning and also did our day of coordination. In the month leading up to the wedding, she was very attentive to all the moving pieces and details. She helped us nail down last minute vendors, make decisions on details, seating layouts, rain plans and kept in contact with our vendors leading up to the wedding and day of. She was always available to hop on a call or answer an email regarding little details or stressors that would arise in the planning process. On the day of she coordinated our wedding with efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail. She truly made our wedding vision come alive by setting up the venue, running the evening on schedule and making sure we stayed in the moment to enjoy our big day. She handled everything the day of, so we felt like we could enjoy our wedding without being stressed or worried about little things that would come up. I couldn't think of a better match for our wedding planning and day of than Erin and her team. She was an integral piece in bringing our vision to life and executing it better than we could've hoped or imagined. I would recommend Bread & Butter to anyone looking for a professional, yet fun and personal, event planning company!
