Hiring Boca Event Planning was, without a doubt, the best decision we made for our wedding! Even though we brought her on at the last minute, she made everything feel effortless and perfectly executed. She truly turned our vision into reality, making our wedding day everything we hoped for and so much more. From the very first conversation, she completely understood our style, vibe, and what we wanted. That connection made all the difference, and her ability to elevate our ideas was beyond anything we could have imagined. The décor, layout, and printed materials were stunning—every detail was thoughtfully designed and beautifully cohesive. What really set her apart was how she kept us organized, calm, and on track from the start. On the wedding day itself, she was an absolute magician. We didn’t have to think about a single thing because she handled every detail, from last-minute adjustments to ensuring the timeline flowed seamlessly. Her ability to anticipate our needs allowed us to truly relax and enjoy every moment. Our guests are still raving about how beautiful everything was, and we’re in awe of how she pulled it all together. Hiring Monika was one of the best decisions I made during my entire wedding process.
Going into the day, my biggest fear was that I would be overwhelmed or too stressed to actually enjoy it. I also worried that something would go wrong and take me out of the moment. None of that happened, and I truly credit Monika for that. She created such a sense of calm and trust from the beginning, and then completely delivered on it. She was incredibly organized and detail-oriented, but more importantly, she was proactive. She advocated for me with vendors when needed, followed up consistently, and made sure everything was handled without me having to think about it. The week of the wedding, when the weather unexpectedly turned cold, she secured heaters last minute and adjusted everything seamlessly.
She was always available, always responsive, and never made me feel like I was asking too much. At the same time, she respected my vision and never pushed her own opinions. She supported my decisions and made sure they came to life exactly how I wanted. I was a very type B bride balancing nursing school, and she was so patient with me. She kept everything moving, followed up when I needed it, and made the entire process feel manageable.
At one point she told me, “you’re going to float through your wedding day,” and I did. When I walked up to the altar and saw everything—the florals, the setup, my future husband—it was exactly how I had imagined. Everything came together so beautifully, and I was able to be fully present in that moment.
Our wedding was smooth, organized, and genuinely enjoyable. Our guests still talk about how perfect the wedding was and how it was one of the best they’ve been to.
Monika brings a rare balance of calm, warmth, and quiet confidence. She knows when to step in, handle things, and make sure everything is exactly as it should be. Throughout the entire process, she made me feel supported and never alone. She truly gave me the wedding of my dreams, and I am so grateful for her. -

There isn't a word in the dictionary to describe how amazing Monika is. Could not recommend Boca Event Planning more when planning your wedding. She brought us so much peace and joy during the entire process and is worth every penny! You can not get married with out having a wedding planner help you- trust me! After our first conversation, I said to my now husband, "cool, I can finally sleep at night and not stress". One of our biggest and only regret was not hiring her sooner. Monika went above and beyond and thought of every little detail. She had so many amazing suggestions and gave the best advice, and really did a great job at bringing our vision to life. She did our floor design (not an easy task), place cards, made the most beautiful table numbers, helped with our flowers and placing them in the venue, secured our linen, coordinated the entire timeline with MC, venue, photographer, and all vendors, coordinated the rehearsal, brought a suitcase of items any bride could possibly need on her big day, made multiple trips to the venue and to our home prior.. just to name a few. We were blown away with everything she did for us. She's incredible. Professional, trustworthy, friendly, sweet, and so insanely good at what she does. There isn't a stone left unturned with Monika when it comes to planning a wedding/event. She's someone you want in your corner, cheering you on with a beautiful smile on her face, and supporting you every step of the way. We are so blessed to have met her. I will miss her dearly but will absolutely stay in touch -

Monika is incredible. She is professional, tasteful, and extremely detail oriented and we feel lucky to call her a friend. We simply could not have gotten married in the way we did- with little stress and anxiety- without her. Our only regret was not hiring her sooner- she is worth every penny and then some. She thinks of every detail and interacts with bride, groom, and all other vendors with ease and kindness. She’s the glue and you need this type of professional in your corner on wedding day! -

Monika (Boca Event Planning) was absolutely incredible to work with and our wedding was perfect. From the second we hopped on the initial intro call, Monika was personable, engaging, knowledgeable, and professional. We decided to go with her complete/full package of services, and we would recommend the same to anyone else in a heartbeat. Immediately upon starting to work with Monika, she helped us prioritize what needed to get done, identify vendors, review stationary and website language, and so much more. Throughout the planning process, Monika made so many suggestions that saved us time and money and simply improved our wedding experience altogether. She is extremely organized and an excellent communicator, so we always felt confident and reassured that she was on top of all the things that were being juggled during the wedding planning process. Monika always made us feel at ease and assured us that we were right on track. After every single call with Monika, we would say to ourselves “I feel much better now” or “That was extremely helpful.” Monika was also a consummate professional in advocating and defending our preferences and opinions when other people tried to throw in their two cents. Monika’s role preparing for and on wedding day was also invaluable. The timeline that Monika prepared for day of took so much stress off our shoulders and helped our day go off without a hitch. Monika and her team handled all of the day of communications with the venue and vendors, as well as loading all of our personal items before the end of the night, so we could truly enjoy every last moment of our wedding. We had such a great experience!! -

Where do I even begin… Monika has been by my side throughout the wedding planning process from the very beginning. I hired her for “month-of-wedding coordination” but what she did for me was far beyond “month-of”. She was always a text message or an email away and ready to answer any questions I had. From proof-reading my ‘save the dates’ and wedding invitation to helping me decide on table settings, she assisted me through it all. I am the type of person who likes to micro-manage ever single little detail so to trust someone else with my wedding was HUGE… but with Monika, it was easy. After meeting with her for our first consultation we had an immediate connection and I knew I was in the most capable hands. Monika took my vision and FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. She is the perfect balance between remaining professional and being a genuine friend. If I’m being honest, she was there for me through a very vulnerable and emotional time, in the mist of the wedding planning process, and helped guide me through a very tough decision. It doesn’t get any better than her. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for my husband and I—we are forever grateful for you. -

Monica did an amazing job planning our wedding! We worked with her for over a year and she helped us take care of every detail. When we hired her, I told her "your job is to make this fun for me." She definitely held up her end and constantly went above and beyond meeting our expectations. About a week before the wedding, the videographer canceled due to a family emergency and by the end of the day she had already found us someone else with a similar style and price point. Her vendor relationships and experience are invaluable. We can't thank her enough! Our day never would've been as amazing as it was without her support. -

I have quite literally dreamed of my wedding day since I was a little girl and Monika made it come to life in ways I never thought possible. My now husband and I did a 2 year engagement but jumped very quickly into wedding planning. We had heard about Monika through a family friend and as soon as we chatted with her, we knew she was the one. There were so many phone calls, emails, Instagram DM's, & texts for TWO years. SO much planning and when I tell you I had the best night of my life. I could not have dreamed of a better wedding and Monika made it all happen. Monika takes care of everything, I have no other words besides she just knows what she is doing. Her attention to detail is something that I will forever be grateful for. I would have to say that my favorite thing about her is that she will advocate for you and your partner. If you want something, she will make sure that you have it. No matter what! She had a literal child during our planning and still made sure that every single part of my wedding was taken care of. The Sunday before my wedding, my fiancé and I were sitting and eating bagels talking about how we felt like we should be more busy then we are. That right there is why I love Monika, we were so calm and she really took over everything and made sure that the bride and groom were not stressed one bit. I did not just gain a wedding planner, I gained a friend. Monika is such a joy and light to have around. She really wants you to have the best day ever and will make sure of that. On my wedding day, I did not have a single ounce of stress, I just knew that she had it all taken care of. I cannot wait to see where she goes! If I could go back, I would do it all over again! -
