Hands down, the absolute BEST decision that we made during our wedding planning process was working with Blush Bouquet Wedding Planners!!!
I was the type of bride who was verrrry particular. I had a vision of what I wanted, but was a little bit overwhelmed and was not sure how we would ultimately get there. I did my research, and after speaking with several potential planner candidates, I can honestly say that going with Blush Bouquet Wedding Planners was a no brainer for me. While other planners were rigid on where their role began and ended (i.e. exactly what they were willing to help with), Bari (the owner) was completely flexible to do whatever it took to bring our vision to life. She customized her planning service package to fit my needs, and adjusted pricing accordingly to ensure that it made the most sense for both parties— if you’ve been planning a wedding for 5 minutes you’ll understand how unique that is. From the moment we chatted during my initial consultation with Blush Bouquet Wedding Planners, I knew that they would transform our wedding day dreams into a reality.
Bari was hyper-organized— she created an unbelievable, Google doc to share our guest list, track budget, and document all of our wedding timeline and details as we progressed towards our wedding date. She checked-in with me constantly! She and her team were a phenomenal source of wedding inspo, and helped me to research and come up with some really creative ideas that our guests really appreciated! Bari always inquired to see what she could help take off my plate, and made sure we were abiding by our established goals from a timeline perspective, which helped keep me on track.
Bari was an amazing advocate, and was integral in helping us to finalize contracts with hotels for guest blocks, and key vendors for our special day. Through her extensive contacts in the wedding industry, she was able to help negotiate on our behalf to get us some amazing discounts which saved us a great deal of money. She has close ties to individuals in the printing industry and because of this, I was able to work with a designer to create custom invitations from scratch— I can’t tell you how many compliments we received from our guests on the invitations alone!!
As we approached our wedding, when all of our major planning was done and everything started to become “more real”, Bari scheduled time just to check-in on how I was feeling. She always had a way of reassuring me that we were good to go, and whenever we encountered hurdles, she provided me with solutions that put me at ease as the big day approached. While the rest of the vendors I worked with were much more transactional, Bari genuinely cared about me and my future husband. I can’t even really tell you how important this piece was to me during the final weeks, and it gave me such a sense of confidence and reaffirmed my faith in both her and her team.
On the wedding day itself, Bari and her Blush Bouquet Wedding Planners team absolutely blew us out of the water!!! They were early, and had such a calming presence for both me and my bridal party. They kept us 100% on schedule at all times, which really allowed me to just let go of all stress and be present in the moment on our special day. I had an urgent situation arise with my wedding dress (as a result of a poor seamstress decision on my part), and Bari, who, in magical turn of events, also happens to have some seamstress expereience, was on her hands and knees making all of the necessary adjustments to my dress. No one had any idea that we had literally altered it moments before I walked down the aisle!! She had her team on-site at our reception venue location coordinating everything to make sure that every single detail that we outlined together was executed to perfection. They held our vendors accountable to our vision and timelines, and if any issues occurred throughout the night we were completely unaware of them because Bari and her team handled. Throughout the evening Bari and her team ensured that my groom and I had enough to eat and drink, and also made sure that our immediate family and bridal party members were taken care of! At the end of the night when it was time to leave, Bari and her team packed everything up for us, and by the time we got back to the hotel it was all neatly organized already in our suite.
We had the absolute best time on our wedding day— my husband and I so were able to feel completely carefree (BEYOND rare for me) and euphorically happy and in love, and I can truthfully say that Bari and her team blessed us with that luxury because we were able to trust them whole heartedly. To this day our guests keep assuring us that it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to, and I attribute this victory to the efforts of Bari and her team.
To Bari and the Blush Bouquet Wedding Planners team, words truly cannot express my gratitude for everything that you have done for myself, my husband, and our families. You are beyond talented, and more importantly, you are truly incredible people. I am so lucky to have found you, and I will continue to scream your praises from the rooftop for years to come!
To all of the brides who may be reading this: I could not recommend Bari Blush Bouquet Planners enough!! 100000000/10, Michelin Star, the Michael Phelps and Simone Biles of wedding planners. If you’re still vetting planners, STOP. You HAVE to hire Bari and her team for your big day! As a type-A bride that likes a little control and structure, Bari was everything I needed and MORE. She thought through everything, all the small details I didnt consider, and gave me transparent and honest feedback on the larger decisions I was making for my wedding. Working with her was like working with a best friend who equally cares about making your wedding the best day of your life! She grounded me when I needed calm, hyped me up when I was anxious, was assertive with vendors when needed, organized when things got chaotic, fiscally responsible to my budget when I wanted to splurge lol, and genuinely provided me the best wedding planning experience.
Even when it was raining all morning and I thought we needed to move things in house, Bari watched the weather app like a hawk and convinced me to take the chance on an outside ceremony based on weather patterns. The second there was confirmation of no rain during the ceremony time she was able to completely switch everything over to an outside ceremony (originally getting set up in a tent) and the vision came to life! Her and Antonia pulled off what I thought would be impossible, a perfect august wedding day with rain in the forecast.

What do you say when you KNOW your wedding would not have been the wonderfully executed masterpiece that is was had you not had an amazing wedding planner? Well, keep reading… I hired Blush Bouquet because Bari was knowledgeable, experienced, and organized. The first time we spoke on the phone our relationship felt very natural. She asked questions. She made suggestions. She was genuine. I knew then that my search for a wedding coordinator was over… over the course of 16 months, I made A LOT of changes (like firing the photographer 3 weeks before the wedding). Through it all, Bari was supportive. When I got discouraged, she encouraged me. When I was nervous, she calmed me. She became not only my wedding planner, but my confidante, my therapist, and my friend… my wedding day was almost perfect. Those minute details that were not perfect were of no fault of Bari’s (ie, the venue served an appetizer at Cocktail Hour when it was supposed to be served to guests “To Go” as they left the venue. But I digress… all of that just to say this: YOU WILL NOT REGRET HIRING BLUSH BOUQUET! Bari and Melissa (can’t forget Melissa. Love her, too) can handle any event, big or small, scheduled a year out or a month out. They are professional and transparent in all they do. -

We found Blush Bouquet through online reviews. Bari responded within an hour or so to my initial email and made the experience very easy. On the day of the event, Bari had two other people with her to execute our wedding reception. Bari's team knew how to make the space work, handled all our vendors, and made set-up and clean up as easy as possible for us. Bari's price was very reasonable for the work she did and it was a pleasure to work with her. -

While we didn’t end up having to use Bari and Melissa- they went above and beyond to help to plan a tentative last minute Philly wedding due a family emergency. They had excellent communication with us and we’re very on top of helping us make last minute decisions. We were luckily that the family crisis was resolved and we didn’t have to have a back up wedding but if we did we would use Blush Bouquet every time!! -
