Best Wedding Planning Service!
I am so glad that I chose Blush and Grace Events as our wedding planning service! From the first moment of contact, it was clear that our wedding planner, Ashley, was in our corner and dedicated to making our visions come to life! She made the planning process so much easier for me and helped me to organize everything, from start to finish. She thought of even the smallest of details that made our day so magical. On the day of our wedding, there were some issues that popped up with other vendors and services, and Ashley took care of it all, making sure that I was relaxed and focused on getting married. I couldn’t be more thankful for Ashley and all of her support through this entire process. -

Highly Recommend
My fiancé and I hired Tracy about 3 months out from our wedding and our only regret is that we wish we would have hired her sooner! She was incredibly helpful throughout the process, very responsive to all our emails. worked well under an immense amount of pressure, and generally just very "on it" which we needed. Tracy was wonderful to work with! Our wedding was on a private farm, so we were at a loss of where to begin with planning, and she made it seamless! Tracy Fink: The one you want in your corner
I'm going to preface this by saying that my wife is probably the most Type-A person you will ever meet. She has terabytes upon terabytes of google docs, excel sheets, powerpoints, and the like, and always has everything down to a T. That being said, we still needed Tracy. Tracy Fink was the absolute best wedding coordinator to have in our corner, not just for the day of, but for the entire planning process. My wife and I had a long engagement, two years to be exact, and we knew we needed help to plan our wedding. We chose to work with Tracy and it was the best decision we made (besides each other.) At every vendor meeting, Tracy was there to take notes, advocate on our behalf, and ask the necessary questions regarding the vendor service that we would have never imagined we needed to know. She helped organize and act as liaison between all our different vendors, and during the day of, she was incredible at making sure the night went perfectly, while keeping the minute to minute stresses off my wife and I's radar. For both the planning process, and for the day of, we have nothing but the best to say about Tracy Fink, and if you're in the market for a wedding coordinator, look no further. -

The most professional, organized wedding planner
Tracy far exceeded all my expectations from our initial meeting to the conclusion of the wedding. She came well prepared for our initial meeting to get an idea of what exactly we were looking for and how best to execute our ideas. She followed up to keep me on task while planning the wedding and introduced me to vendors she thought would be a great fit for my taste and budget. Tracy managed all the vendor contact and made sure any specific requests were passed executed. The day of the wedding, Tracy was the first person at the venue and the last to leave. She kept the wedding on schedule and organized. I was thoroughly impressed by her organization and professionalism and highly recommend her to anyone seeking a wedding planner. If you’re looking for a fantastic wedding planner, you will certainly be happy you chose Tracy. -

Tracy was wonderful to work with. Leading up to the wedding, she was always on top of it, quick to answer questions or talk through something and just a joy personally. During our wedding weekend, Tracy and her team were awesome. Tracy and her team were awesome. She immediately got an excellent feel for who we were and what we wanted our wedding to be like, and set off working for us immediately. Weddings by Tracy is the BEST!!!
Tracy is the BEST! We cannot say enough great things about her. We knew from the beginning we wanted a wedding planner since we were planning a wedding long-distance and during COVID but we never imagined we would have someone as amazing as Tracy. She helped us navigate having to change a ceremony location because of the pandemic, helped us navigate complicated family dynamics and the ins and outs of wedding etiquette. Tracy was always just a text or phone call away for anything we needed even if it was just that we were stressed and needed an ear. Day of the wedding she and Courtney were so helpful and made everything run smoothly. Tracy had great suggestions and always helped us feel like we were in control of our day. Through the past year Tracy has become more than just a wedding planner she is someone truly special to my husband and I. Hiring Weddings by Tracy was the best decision we made during our wedding planning process, she is the absolute best!!! -

The BEST planner!
Tracy was absolutely incredible for our wedding!! We had to push our wedding back due to covid so we actually knew Tracy for a few years after it was all said and done and I could not have asked for a better planner! My mom and I are both pretty particular how we want things and Tracy exceeded all expectations and made sure everything went perfectly! I would recommend Tracy to all brides! She is the BEST! -

Hire her!!!
Best decision we made was to hire Tracy! I do not know what we would have done without her during the pandemic! She was able to find us a new venue last minute, get a new cake for us without us even knowing the original wasn’t delivered, and just was so pleasant to work with! Just hire Tracy!
We booked Tracy as our wedding coordinator back in 2019 as we were planning our wedding for 2020. As you can imagine, we ran in to setbacks with our date due to COVID, and were forced to postpone our wedding several times. We were finally able to celebrate in April of 2021.
Tracy was there with us every step of the way. She never missed an important date, and truly made me feel supported through a tiresome planning process. This is all not to mention we are from out of town, and were planning both a themed AND destination wedding at Castle McCulloch. Tracy was our North Carolina lifesaver while we remotely planned every detail. She knew up and down what we wanted, and I was confident every step of the way she could answer a vendors' question in our place.
The day of our wedding, each event flowed perfectly. Our decorations were just right. Our vendors knew where to be. Our guests were swiftly moved room to room between events. Everything went off without a hitch — thanks to Tracy and her team.
You would simply be remiss not to hire her for your planning and coordination! Thank you, Tracy :) -

Prior to hiring a wedding planner, someone gave me the great advice to hire a DOC that has a good personality, because they are the person who follows you around your whole wedding day and sets the mood. That being said, Tracy is absolutely who you want to be that person for you!! She has such a kind spirit and flexibile/easy going energy about her, while also being able to "turn it on" when stuff needs to get done. We were a COVID wedding so without going through all the details of our wedding, I'll just say that having Tracy felt like such a safety net for us and made us feel at peace with every change we had to make. She was always there when we needed her to step up but she also was not overpowering and let us make our own decisions when we wanted to. Besides that, you can just tell how much she truly LOVES weddings and all of her couples! She's followed up with us multiple times since the wedding just to see how we're doing and I just think that is truly above & beyond! Go with Tracy, YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!! -

Could not have done it without Tracy!
When I booked with Tracy I didn't realize how much I needed her. She helped me sort through every contract and make adjustments so I got exactly what I needed for the right price. She answered every text message, email, phone call without delay. She takes care of her brides from start to finish. The best part about having Tracy by your side is that she makes sure your wedding day is absolutely perfect.. I never worried about a thing! Usually brides are stressed and running around like crazy on their wedding day, but Tracy does that for you. I didn't have to think about a thing! The Amazing Tracy!
I threw a circus themed wedding with three officiants on a working farm. There were so many personalities, vendors, performers, logistics, and I was completely overwhelmed by an intense new job in NYC. Tracy took care of everything. She knew just what to do, just who to call, every vendor she recommended was incredible and she took excellent care of everyone we worked with so I didn't even have to think about it-which was so important since we hosted the wedding on our own families farm. Everyone was impressed, the whole affair was incredible and I can't take credit for any of it. Tracy was truly a master of ceremonies. Because of her hard work, attention to detail, and professionalism, we were able to bring everyone together for a celebration we could really enjoy. -

Lee and I are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Weddings by Tracy for our big day. Tracy and her husband were extremely professional and provided such detail oriented, quality customer service. It was extremely comforting to know that we were in such good hands when so many details are involved with making the big day go as smooth as possible. What an experience!!!!!!! Tracy explained everything, is flexible, documents everything and with your ideas in mind, she customizes a plan that fits your vision as well as your budget. Every girl dreams about her big day and Tracy made sure that my wedding day was one to remember. She met with my now husband and I several times, she played all the songs we requested, she kept the guests on the dance floor and her energy, enthusiasm and professionalism were exactly what we hoped for in our wedding DJ. Review of Weddings by Tracy
I definitely do not recommend Weddings by Tracy. My husband and I contracted Tracy as our coordinator. Per our contract she was to schedule our vendors, be our day of coordinator and clean /pack up after our reception.
The day of the wedding both our florist and pastry chef were very late. This was of no fault of Tracy’s. However, it was brought to my attention by the bartenders and wedding party that Tracy was some with them and told them I had scheduled the vendors and ruined her schedule. In fact, I had nothing to do with the schedule. Tracy made the schedule.
We had told Tracy that after our wedding, while photos were made, that we would allow our elderly guests into the reception area in order to be out of the year. Tracy, very rudely, told our elderly guests they were not allowed in.
After the wedding it was Tracy’s responsibility to clean up and pack up all items. Our florist went thru the entire venue with Tracy and told her what was to be returned. Tracy then away approximately $200 worth of greenery. The remaining food and appetizers were also thrown away.
My husband and I paid for the lost floral supplies. We have contacted Tracy but never received a reply.
All in all, Tracy was rude to many of our guests throughout the evening. She spoke disrespectfully about me and my husband to the venue staff, and she was not reliable in regards to her responsibilities after the reception.
Tracy presents herself as being professional upon meeting her. She is quite the opposite. This should be your perfect day. Please choose someone else as your planner/coordinator so that your memories do not include the disrespect and lack of professionalism by Weddings by Tracy.Blush & Grace Events's reply:

The worst vendor I had to work with, would not recommend to anyone.
Tracy Fink was the absolute worst vendor I chose for my wedding. I paid her $5,000 for her full-service planning and all I got in return was the privilege of planning my entire wedding by myself with the added stress of having to do her job on top of that. She completely lacked any attention to detail and did not take any initiative. She was so utterly incompetent that I had to find time while I away on military duty to resolve the issues she failed to address. This was absolutely unacceptable and I would never recommend her to anyone. Below is a summary of some of her failures:
• Took absolutely zero initiative for anything and everything planning related. Never reached out to us herself. My husband and I had to constantly ask her for updates because she never kept us informed of who she had talked to and what was said. I had to take time while I was away on military duty to address many of her issues that she failed to resolve
• Failed to manager her own wedding planning website and never kept it up to date with contracts, payment due dates or amounts, even when explicitly tasked.
• Neglected to inform us of when vendor payments were due even when explicitly tasked. This led to vendors calling us directly to inform us that we had outstanding balances, including the day of the wedding.
• Failed to conduct quality-assurance check and verify that all information on the invitation was correct prior to it being mailed. The hotel that was listed was not the one that Tracy had created a room block for and created mass confusion for our guests.
• Failed to have any sort of back-up plan or foresight when vendors were non-communicative. I asked her explicitly if I should find another vendor who was responsive and she said “No that’s normal for people here to be unresponsive.” My husband had to contact vendors directly to resolve this issue and with absolutely no help from Tracy.
• Failed to accommodate our request to minimize travel. We are not local to NC and had to make 4 separate trips down because Tracy did not coordinate for food tasting, hair and makeup, venue touring, marriage license pick-up etc. to fall within a reasonable close time frame.
• Failed to disclose the necessity for a liquor license in a timely manner. NC requires a minimum of 2 weeks to process a liquor license and she informed us at our final walk-through that we needed one. I had to have a personal connection resolve this issue otherwise we would not have been able to serve alcohol at our wedding.
• Was unpleasant and a hinderance for our other vendors to work with. I received a complaint from one of my other vendors who was having trouble reaching Tracy to coordinate the day-of events. Tracy neglected to send her the itinerary as requested and was wholly unprofessional when confronted about it. This caused the other vendors to have delays in meeting their contractual agreements.
• Failed to coordinate and post a shuttle schedule, which led to the confusion for all our guests and caused them to constantly ask me when the next shuttle was coming.
• Failed to coordinate with venue staff and the baker on how many cakes we had, leaving our guests complaining that we barely served any cake and leaving us to throw out 90% of it at the end of the night.
• Was not available at all on the wedding day and utterly unresponsive. She did not coordinate with the catering staff on where to put dirty dishes, so my husband had to figure it out at the end of the night.
• Failed to have any contingencies in place. On the day of, our venue was not open at the time we paid for. Tracy had no solution other than to continue to call the venue. I had to take the initiative to move all my hair and makeup into my hotel room while Tracy proved useless and offered no other plan.
Tracy Fink is not a even a passable partial wedding planner. The sheer amount of stress and work I had to do after paying her a large sum of money is absolutely unacceptable. She failed us at every turn in our wedding planning process and I wish we had fired her early on so I could save myself the headache. For brides who want a full service planner, she is DEFINITELY NOT someone you want to use.

Kept Our $600- Provided NO service. COVID-19 and Governor forced a change to our date!
We contracted the services of "Weddings By Tracy" for our daughter's wedding that was to occur on May 30th, 2020. Due to circumstances beyond our control, COVID-19 and Governor Cooper's order to restrict gatherings of more than 10 people, we had to postpone until a later date.
Weddings By Tracy would NOT refund our initial $600 deposit as she said that she would have had to turn down others.
The contract we agreed to states that the only way a refund could be issued is in the event of an "Act of God". Many will consider a Global Pandemic as an "Act of God". We feel that since she performed NO services that she was unduly enriched at our expense.
Because of the Governor's order, every other vendor we worked with graciously offered refunds. Weddings By Tracy was willing to continue to work with us, but she had a previous commitment which prevented that for our "new date". Subsequently we had to retain the services of another planner prior to her providing ANY services.
We feel that Weddings By Tracy took advantage of a Global crisis to enrich herself during this period and penalize us for a situation in which we had no control.

I am so sorry you feel this way. As with all of my other weddings that had to postpone due to the Virus, my couples and I worked together to find dates that were available for them and all of their vendors. In that case all of them were able to be rescheduled. When we talked about rescheduling your daughter’s wedding, I waived the reschedule fee and agreed to the date that you originally wanted to reschedule to. You changed your date to one that I explained I already had a wedding scheduled for. It would have been unfair for my bride that was already scheduled for that date to change things on her. I offered to do all of the planning, I just could not be there the day of due to my already scheduled wedding. You said you wanted to go with someone else then. It clearly states in my contract, that you signed, that the deposit is nonrefundable and I made every effort to assist with your daughter’s wedding. Even with all of that you decided to go with a date that I explained was booked. I am not trying to enrich myself as you said. I am a small business and as with all of the other small businesses that are in this country, we are being severely affected by the Virus. I wish you and your family the best of luck. -
