Where do I even begin... my wedding day was an absolute DREAM! And a HUGE part of that credit goes to having a great planner. Norma was just what we needed from beginning to end. She understood the vision, she executed everything perfectly, she connected us with vendors, helped us stay in budget, and even made the right calls on wedding day when we needed to pivot for things. She is the only reason we could go into our wedding week and day absolutely STRESS FREE!
When we started the wedding planning process over a year ago, I had thought a lot about if we even wanted a planner as I am very type-A and like to be in control so I can feel like things got done. This was important when we were selecting a planner as I work full time and knew I couldn't do it on my own + needed an expert to help me with the things I wasn't thinking of. We had a few calls with different wedding planners and ultimately ended up choosing Blush by Brandee Gaar. Speaking to Brandee herself we felt like we could put our trust into her team to carry out our needs. Because of my type-A personality, we decided on partial planning just so I felt like we had some control. I had a couple "to-do's" on my plate but Norma really took charge on the big vendors, facilitating conversations, helping us navigate our budget, prioritizing vendors, etc. I had no doubt in my mind that Norma would steer us right. We had just the right amount of meetings, attended final conversations with vendors a month out, and Norma constantly made us feel validated in our decisions while coaching us on her experience in this industry.
When it came to the day of, it was absolutely stress free. Norma and her team were PHENOMENAL and we cannot thank them enough for helping us with the biggest day of our lives. Norma created the timeline, and even made one for our wedding party and families. And we stuck to it! She made sure everything ran seamlessly, which is just what we needed.
I know I wrote a lot of words here but there are no words to describe the gratitude and appreciation we have for Norma and Blush BBG. Our wedding day was absolute perfection and we couldn't have done it without Norma. Thank you for everything🤍
If anyone is not sure of if they need a planner because you think you have it under control (which is how I was) TRUST me when I say, you will absolutely not regret putting your trust in Blush BBG. Having a good planner can make or break your wedding and it is absolutely worth it to lean on someone to have things taken care of so you can enjoy the big moments. Absolutely recommend them, you will not regret it 🥰 -

Choose Norma!!
We had the absolute pleasure of working with Norma Ventriere as our day-of wedding coordinator at The Estate on the Halifax, and I truly don’t have enough words to express how grateful we are for everything she did to make our wedding not only beautiful—but smooth, calm, and joyful from beginning to end.
Even though she was technically our “day-of” coordinator, Norma went far beyond what that title implies. From the very beginning, she made me feel supported, understood, and completely at ease. She didn’t just show up a few weeks before the wedding—she was engaged early on, helping us stay on track, offering helpful advice, and making sure we had everything we needed well in advance. Her calm, confident energy was exactly what I needed during the planning process.
On our wedding day, Norma proved she’s truly one of a kind. There was an unexpected issue with our florist—something that could’ve caused major stress and disruption—but Norma handled it completely behind the scenes. She was able to contact the florist and get them to drive nearly two hours back to the venue to fix the problem. We didn’t even know about it until later because Norma took care of it so gracefully and efficiently. I still have no idea how she pulled that off, but I’m so thankful she did.
Her team was also incredible—practically invisible in the best way. Things were always where they needed to be. People were always where they were supposed to be. It felt like everything was just flowing perfectly, and that’s because Norma and her staff had every single detail locked down. Any little question or moment of confusion that popped up was handled quickly, quietly, and with total professionalism.
Because of Norma, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every second of our wedding without worrying about a thing. We were able to laugh, cry, dance, and celebrate knowing that someone incredibly capable had our backs the entire time.
If you’re getting married at The Estate on the Halifax—or anywhere Norma Ventriere works—you will not regret having her on your team. Her warmth, organization, and ability to think quickly on her feet make her an absolute essential on your wedding day. She’s not just a coordinator—she’s a lifesaver. -

A photographer's dream!
As a wedding photographer, I work very closely with event coordinators and I can honestly say Sophia and the entire Blush team are incredible at what they do. These girls will do anything to make sure that our couples have an incredible day all while bringing a calm, kind and fun energy to the room. I remember a particular wedding where we had to navigate pouring rain all day and because of our collaboration, we didn't miss a beat. As a vendor and friend, they have shown me time and time again that they are leaders in the industry and I love anytime we get to work together! -

Stop + book!
I’ve worked with the team at Blush for over 14 years—and if there’s one thing I can say without a doubt, it’s that they truly care. Here’s the thing about choosing wedding vendors, especially planners is that you’re not just picking a package or a checklist. You’re choosing people. People you trust to help bring your vision to life, keep you calm when things get stressful, and make the whole process feel less overwhelming.
What I’ve always loved about Blush is how they balance structure and creativity. You can talk through all the logistics, numbers, and details with someone like Brandee (who just gets it), and then fully vibe with a creative like Sophia who brings the magic. It’s truly the best of both worlds.

Excellent coordination and the best emotional support
If you think you hired the best coordinator in the business and it's not Ashley from Blush, then she is objectively not the best. Ashley stepped in to take the worry out of detail planning and vendor coordination, but what I never expected was the amount of emotional support she offered during the ups and downs of last-minute changes. From vendor mishaps to guest emergencies, Ashley was there to validate, reassure, and advocate every time. Incredibly responsive, not even a major holiday stopped her from checking in and making sure we were good to go! In addition, she is an amazingly kind and strong person; a true joy to know. If you think you don’t need a coordinator, challenge that thought and reach out to the Blush team! Ashley will never let you down. -

Sophia helped make my dream wedding come to life!
I worked with Sophia for the past year and she has just been absolutely stellar, if you need a wedding planner she is it! Not only is she the best at what she does, but she was such a pleasure to work with. She perfectly captured my vision for my dream wedding and helped me each step of the way from venue tours, to meetings with all sorts of vendors, and helping it all come together for the most perfect day. She even helped it all come to life while finding options for me to keep within my budget and schedule. I couldn't have asked for anything better! She is also so sweet and kind, and on top of everything so that I didn't have to be. She was also there for me each step of the way when I was unsure of my decisions or having those pre-wedding jitters. My wedding went so smoothly and I did not have to worry about a thing, I was able to fully enjoy the day and be present in the moment because I knew Sophia was there to help behind the scenes. Apparently there was also an issue with the cake that I didn't even know about until afterwards because she took care of it! Not only did I get to have my dream wedding, but I also made a friend and I will forever cherish the whole experience. -

Amazing planner!
My fiancé and I knew we wanted something special for our wedding day, but with only a few months to plan, we were uncertain if our dream wedding was feasible. However, when we spoke to Sophia, we knew she was the one to make our dreams into reality.
Sophia's passion and dedication to her craft were evident. Despite the tight timeline, she assured us that she could bring our vision to life – and she did so in ways that far exceeded our expectations.
Sophia's attention to detail was impressive. She meticulously coordinated every aspect of our wedding, always listening to my ideas throughout the process and helping me put my vision into words. I have a busy schedule, and she always respected my time in our lunch-hour Zoom calls, ready with an agenda, updates, and emailed to do lists post-calls. Her knowledge and industry connections were evident, and I was easily able to trust the quality of the vendors she brought forward, always letting me make the final decisions. Since we do not live in Orlando, this was invaluable!
One of the most remarkable things about working with Sophia was her ability to capture our unique style and personalities and incorporate them into every aspect of the event. She took the time to get to know us as a couple, helping us infuse the wedding with personal touches that made it feel like "us" in every way. Including live Star Wars characters and a Lego guest book!
Beyond her exceptional organizational skills and creative flair, Sophia's professionalism and calming presence were invaluable throughout the entire journey. Planning a wedding can be extremely stressful, but Sophia was always there to offer guidance, support, reassurance and a laugh, making the process enjoyable. Sophia is the main reason I had fun planning my wedding - I truly felt like I was working alongside a friend I had known forever!
On the day of the wedding, Sophia ensured that everything ran seamlessly, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the moment. I had virtually no stress because I knew Sophia was there to handle anything that may go awry.
In conclusion, if you're searching for a wedding planner who will go above and beyond to make your dreams a reality, look no further than Sophia. Her passion, creativity, and unwavering commitment to her clients are truly unmatched. Plus, she will make it a fun and enjoyable process for you! Sophia from Blush
I had such an absolute wonderful experience with Sophia from Blush as my planner. She was quite literally AMAZING! I cant rave about her enough. From the start, Sophia had excellent communication and I loved our sit down Zoom chats to discuss wedding ideas, visions, timelines, expectations, etc. I am someone who is super organized and has planned numerous events for my friends and family, and finding someone just like me in a wedding planner was such an amazing gift. Sophia and I genuinely felt like friends because our conversations were so organic. Even my fiance (now husband) commented how fantastic she was with everything! Best Planner Ever!
Choosing a wedding planner is not easy task. As an out of state bride, in the middle of a pandemic, choosing a it was an extremely important decision. My husband and I wanted someone communicative, professional, and organized who we could trust from Connecticut. Our first interaction with Blush staff was with Jess during a consultation. We immediately developed a great rapport with her and she was certain Blush had the right planner for us- Rachel Baxter. We weren't sold just yet so Jess organized a zoom with Rachel so we could virtually meet and vet her. We loved Rachel immediately and hiring her as our month of coordinator was the best wedding planning decision we made besides booking a venue. We added vendor meetings to our package and also took advantage of communicating with Rachel via calls, email, and text over the course of a year and a half and really appreciated the ability to do so. She was a true godsend and handled our wedding day with grace. We honestly had a stress-free planning process and a wedding day that went on without one hitch and we credit Rachel for contributing to both. She has a great relationship with most vendors in the area and always to understand our vision for every aspect the day. She coordinated our vendors and made sure they all executed our perfect wedding day and we are so grateful for it. I am sure all Blush planners are amazing, but we are biased and have to say that Rachel is simply the BEST. Thank you for everything Rachel! We miss working with you already! -

Your wedding day will go by fast and it’s worth every penny to have someone looking out to ensure the day is everything you dreamed It to be!
Attentive, professional, responsive, patient! Dierdre went above and beyond from Day 1. Before the wedding she made sure she knew of every plan and wish for the day so she could keep track of every detail for me. Her number one priority was ensuring my husband and I could relax and have the best day possible. She coordinated our day without a flaw and we stuck exactly to the intended timeline! She was there to greet and coordinate the vendors, set up my decor and personal items, and managed all aspects of follow up when we had an unexpected hiccup leading up to the ceremony. I did not have to think about anything other than refilling my champagne! She was a master at moving the evening along and directing the guests to the next event (cocktail, ceremony, line up for the send off). Everyone was taken care of. I was so grateful she came out help me with my dress on the beach for the photographers so my bridal Party could grab a drink and socialize. Fix the Bustle, take a bathroom break or share a quick hug she was there for me in every way. At one point she even boogied her way on to the crowded dance floor to top off our drinks! Thank you Dierdre for thinking of everything, taking such care and giving so much attention to detail on our big day! We could not have enjoyed it the same without you!

Rachel from Blush helped make my wedding magical!!
My now husband and I are extremely happy and grateful for Rachel and the Blush team. I cannot imagine how I would have even planned anything without Rachel. My husband and I both work very demanding jobs and having the Blush resources and vendor recommendations at the tip of our hands relieved so much stress. We are most grateful for the vision that Rachel helped us create, we knew going into planning that it was going to be complicated because we wanted a multicultural wedding that honored our cultures and our families while not compromising the simplicity of just giving it a touch of our personalities. Rachel went above and beyond to help us source vendors that were bilingual and helped us in incorporating parts of Catholic traditions during our ceremony and reception. We could not be happier with the turnout of the timeline, we received so many compliments about how well planned it was. Finally, as a bride I am so happy and excited to have gotten all my must haves and Rachel was instrumental in making it happen!!! I had a bilingual ceremony with a touch of Catholic traditions, I had a first look with my dad and my then finance, my table scapes were beautiful, I had plenty of picture time, my DJ moderated the event in English and Spanish, we had a Mariachi, made the famous Mexican Vivora (Snake) dance happen, I got to change into my 2nd dress, and finally we had cake to go boxes by the sendoff location. Our guests had so much fun and we received so much love and compliments on our wedding. Don’t sleep on it and hire Blush to make your wedding magical!!!-

The Coordinator You Need
There is a LOT of planning that goes into a wedding, especially when you live three hours away from your venue and you’re planning it during COVID. We knew we needed a “day of” coordinator as a requirement from our venue, but we wanted an “event coordinator” for the peace of mind it brought. Blush by Brandee Gaar was able to take all the craziness of our Hindu-American wedding and turn it into pure perfection. We met or interacted with almost the whole crew at BlushBBG, with Brandee herself taking lead our wedding weekend. Hindu-American weddings are something else; they are colorful, boisterous, intricate and loooooooooong. Our events included a welcome party the night before our wedding, a morning wedding ceremony (including a baraat, which is a parade for the groom), a luncheon, a cocktail hour and a reception. Like I said, they are long! Nothing we wanted or needed was too big or small for BlushBBG, and the attention to detail was on point.
There were hiccups during the wedding weekend, as there always are. Brandee was able to handle them with grace and never made anything feel overwhelming or rushed. Changes were approved by us prior to her bringing them about, and the couple of more serious issues she was able to get under control quickly and efficiently. As the bride, I had never been to a Hindu wedding and was relying heavily on my now-husband and his family to cue me in to details. The BlushBBG team was able to bear with me while I made one change after another as I learned more about the wedding and its ceremonies. They really did beautifully and our wedding was a massive success thanks to their hard work. If you are looking for an event coordinator, especially for a wedding (and if it’s a Hindu-American wedding even better), Blush by Brandee Gaar is your team! -

There’s phenomenal & what we experienced well surpassed it!
We recently got married at Bella Colina & reached out to blush for the day of service. I was able to do a lot of the planning up to the wedding on my own… but oh man, when it came closer to the actual day there would have been so many things I forgot if it wasn’t for Rachel. She helped me with so many details you just don’t think of and her actual day of service was amazing. She was so on top of things and that allowed me to be fully present in the moment and enjoy my special day. Every time I asked something she was already well ahead of me by three steps. Rachel was amazing, even more impressive because she just had a baby a few weeks prior. I will recommend blush to everyone!! We are so grateful for your service.

Extremely Easy/Low Stress
We worked with Serena as our day of coordinator. Planning a wedding during COVID with multiple vendors and date changes can be a little tough. They worked with us through it. As the event got closer, my stress levels were eased because Serena was on top of things. She was sweet, positive, encouraging, and organized. They had tools that made creating and changing the seating chart so easy. I have heard so many compliments about how well planned and organized our wedding was. Definitely worth hiring! -

Absolutely incredible! We love Jess!
There are NO WORDS for how thankful we are to have found Blush! Working with Jess was the absolute highlight of my wedding planning experience! She was the most valuable resource we had hands down, from the first call to our wedding day! Both me and my husband truly enjoyed every call, meeting, and recommendation that came from her.
I am someone who knew I wanted to be very involved in the planning process, and my husband is more laid back. Jess took the time to get to know both of us individually and our vision. We truly trusted any recommendation she made, and are so happy we did - everything turned out better than we could have ever imagined. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, stress free, and best of all we got to enjoy every moment with our guests because the details were already handled - we 100% have Jess and Blush to thank for that! Such a smooth wedding day
Rachel was amazing and so was everyone we spoke to or worked with at Blush! She was able to point me in the right direction during the planning process then we did our meetings over zoom as we got closer to the wedding day. She made me feel much more calm and reassured that I wasn’t behind on the planning. She triple checked all the small details I never even thought about and I didn’t have to coordinate the other vendors on the day of, she handled it all. One of the main reasons I went with Blush was knowing that there would be two people for the day of, it’s a huge value and it meant even less I had to think about. They kept track of the timeline and made it so that our wedding parties and family got to enjoy themselves instead of checking the clock every 10 minutes. On my wedding day, I just had to be there and they did the rest. At the end of the night, they made sure all the random items like cake, envelopes, and flowers made it into my parent’s car as well. It was all so smooth and I am so thankful we got to truly enjoy the evening :) -

Pick Blush BBG and work with Jess! Best wedding decision we made!
We had the Day of Service and I must first mention that after doing a lot of research on planners and the different packages offered, you get more with this package then any day-of service you will find elsewhere. I was lucky enough to be introduced to Jess during my search for coordinators and this was probably the best thing that could’ve happened for our wedding. I know it’s cheesy but from my very first call with Jess, I could see her passion for making wedding dreams come true. The 10-12 months leading up to our wedding she helped me with so many questions and provided some really valuable vendor referrals. Weeks before the wedding she organized all of our vendors and created our wedding timeline and resume. This was so helpful as it’s easy to quickly become overwhelmed with all of the vendors and different timelines. When the wedding weekend came, Jess was there for every detail. From the rehearsal to all of the things that go into the day of, she was absolutely amazing. We have had so many friends and family members compliment her and the way she handled everything. She made us not worry about a thing and truly treated us and our families as if we were her own family. I actually felt like she was one of my best friends through the entire night. Every time I turned around, there she was with my lipstick touch up and a big smile. If there’s anyone who can make your wedding day less stressful, it’s Jess. Whether your looking for a full planner or a day of coordinator like us, I promise you, you will be beyond happy with your decision to go with Blush by Brandee Gaar. And, If you have the opportunity to work with Jess specifically, your wedding will be everything you’ve ever dreamed of.-

Wow, we absolutely love Blush!! They are an incredible group of ladies who only want the best for your big day! We were paired with Brandee, the owner of the company and she went above and beyond to make sure each little detail was what we wanted while keeping us on track. Also what I love about Brandee and Aislinn is their honesty, they will give their genuine expert opinion and steer you in the right direction. They were super easy to communicate with, we could send them a text/email with very quick response time. Would recommend Blush, especially Brandee and Aislinn to anyone getting married in central Florida area! Thank you both for helping our dream wedding come together -

Wonderful service
This vendor was on the recommended list for our venue. From the beginning, Blush was very detailed about the process and made things easy for us. We were originally assigned Jess; however, Taylor was ultimately assigned as our day of coordinator given her experience with our venue. Taylor was very knowledgeable, responsive to emails and answered my copied amounts of questions. When it came to the day of the wedding, she and the venue worked flawlessly together.
From an execution stand point, it was very clear that Taylor is very experienced and made sure everything ran smoothly. Even when my boutonnière stained my wife’s dress prior to the ceremony, Taylor was quick with a solution. She knew exactly how to remove the stain and did so for my wife.
The entire day from start to finish was coordinated perfectly and we could not have asked for a better outcome for our wedding day! Taylor was awesome and would highly recommend her! -

The Best Wedding Coordinator
Brandee owner of Blush personally managed our wedding process. She is great and is an expert on coordinating weddings. Our wedding was perfect . We met with her and explained to her everything we want and on out wedding day she ran the whole things flawlessly like it was her daughters wedding! She is also very professional and our guests were very impressed on how she conducted the whole event.

Phenomenal Wedding Planning Experience
We planned our wedding for over a year with Alison Watkins as our full time planner, and she was absolutely amazing and indispensable throughout. We were planning from afar and couldn't have done any of it without her. She was extremely experienced and organized, and we loved all of the advice she had to give, especially choosing great venders. Working with her was a really wonderful experience :) I highly recommend Ali as well as Blush for your wedding needs!!! -

The most personable, fun, organized, and amazing day of coordinator!!!
I can't begin to explain our gratitude to Jess Clark. She truly went above and beyond as our day-of coordinator. When our original venue canceled on us 6 months out, I immediately reached out to Jess. She dropped EVERYTHING and asked me to meet at her office. She spent the entire day calling around and visiting venues with me. She was exactly the person I needed to calm my nerves and get things done. She was wonderful and helped us find and book a new venue that very same day! She is exactly the person you want/need on your wedding day!! She is the most fun, personable, and organized person you will ever meet! She literally was prepared for everything and the day went so smoothly! I did not have to worry about a thing! Our guests said our wedding was the most well executed event they had ever attended and we owe that compliment to the most amazing day-of coordinator, Jess Clark! -

Book Blush... Just do it! You won't regret it
I came across Blush when I asked our venue for their preferred vendors list. I reached out to a few other planning companies, but I felt more of a connection with the ladies @ Blush due to their kind and genuine nature.
During our initial call with Blush after we got engaged, I remember having a million questions about anything and everything. They answered one of my questions right then and there before we even signed the contract. This was when we knew we had to book with them! It was really refreshing to finally find a company that values their clients or potential clients over making a profit.
Although we only purchased the day of coordinator package, we had a feeling we would need advice from an expert throughout the planning process. They explained that they would be available for months leading up to the wedding. We decided to trust their word and book with them... we do not regret this decision one bit :)
Ali was chosen to be our day of coordinator and we absolutely loved her. I was more involved in the planning than my husband was (all he cared about was that he wanted a ribeye on his wedding day lol) and Ali was the perfect balance for me! I am very detail oriented and a perfectionist and because of that I have to weight EVERY option before making a decision. Ali has magical powers and somehow simplified every decision I had to make. She's had so much experience in this industry I did not have any doubts trusting her.
You can really tell that Ali loves her job, especially on the day of the wedding. She was so excited & energetic, but also calming and reassuring at the same time. She was somehow able to quiet our crazy & large bridal party, which is a task in itself. She stayed by our sides all day & made sure that we always knew what was going on and always had drinks in our hands (this is actually more important than I thought).
We were initially going to have the ceremony @ the atrium, and the reception on the lawn but it was supposed to get down to the 50s that night. We ended up moving the ceremony to the lawn and the reception inside (we made this decision at the rehearsal). During the wedding day when Ali and the team were setting up, I had realized that I forgot to mention which way I wanted the chairs facing for the ceremony and they were facing the other way. Ali immediately communicated this change to everyone and 10 minutes later everything was fixed! She made sure to communicate to me what this change meant in a clear and consise way. Something so complicated in my eyes made simple yet again! Normally this is something that would have me really worried on the day of the wedding, but Ali handled it with such grace and I did not feel an ounce of worry.
Thank you Ali for being you! I now know why you've been in the industry for so long and why so many of our vendors RAVED about you. :)

I got married in October and worked with Ali! She was amazing and made the wedding planning process so easy. She was extremely organized and never let me forget any of the important little details I needed to tend to. She was very patient with me and offered lots of great tips and ideas. We worked hand in hand and I couldn't have done this without her. I was pretty busy with work during the whole process and it was so nice to have Ali available to contact the vendors whenever needed and answer all my questions when it came to rental coordination and all the tiny details that go into planning a wedding. The actual wedding day was perfect! Everything went so smoothly, it was so nice not having to worry if the vendors arrived on time or what set up was needed. I was able to sit back and enjoy my day with the confidence that everything around me was going to plan. Other than finding the venue (I hired Blush after signing my venue contract) Ali helped me every step of the way. Do not hesitate to hire Blush! They have an amazing team & will help you make your wedding dreams come true. I hired Ali for the full wedding planning package and although it was the most expensive option, I have zero regrets! I wouldn't change a thing about how the wedding was planned & I will forever be grateful to Ali for all of her help. -

Best. Planner. Ever.
I saved this review for last because I knew it would be the hardest one for me to write as it does not seem possible to explain how amazing Jess is in such a small amount of words, but here goes. As a Type A, organized, detail oriented person, I had a hard time thinking about relinquishing control of wedding planning to someone, but for my sanity, I knew I needed a month of coordinator (plus my venue required it). I did my research and set up calls with several companies. The first few were horrible – I was not allowed to talk to the actual planner that I was going to be assigned and everyone that I spoke to seemed so stuck up/not fun. I was so disappointed, but I had one last call scheduled and it was with Blush. I was so pleasantly surprised when I learned I was going to speak with the actual planner I would work with. Enter Jess - I knew I was going to hire her within the first minute of our call. We immediately bonded over our love of Disney and dogs. She is so fun, kind, funny, organized, sweet, energetic, and every other positive adjective you can think of. She put me at ease by saying that she was willing to do whatever to make our wedding vision happen. Even though she did not really jump in until the month prior to the wedding, she was so helpful in all the months leading up to the wedding. She was there to answer all of my (many) questions via text, call, and email and gave me vendor recommendations. By the time she took over, I had all the vendors hired and most of the details worked out. She took over, especially with scheduling which was amazing because I could never have organized that in those final weeks when so many final things popped up. Before I knew it, it was my wedding weekend and as someone who gets VERY stressed easily, I can tell you that Jess handled everything so perfectly that I did not feel any stress even when we were thrown several last-minute curveballs. When we had a small hiccup at the reception, my husband tried to get involved to help resolve it and she refused to let him and insisted that he go and enjoy the party. She handled everything so quickly that there was not even time to worry. She also was so sweet and patient with all of our family and accommodated any special request, no matter how unique. My family, in-laws, and friends were so wowed by her – she is unlike any planner any of them had encountered before (same for me). She constantly checked on us throughout the night. She did everything possible to make sure we had the perfect night and we absolutely did. From the day that I hired her until the last second of our wedding when she dropped us off at the bar for our after party (and after when she brought stuff to our hotel), she went above and beyond. There is no one like her. Jess is a wedding superhero; this review does not do her justice. Do yourself a favor and hire Blush. You will be so happy that you did!

Jess went way beyond the call of duty!
Can’t say enough on what a fantastic job Jess from Blush did for our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding. When six months prior to the wedding we lost our wedding venue, Jess took our daughter immediately looking and helped her find a fantastic venue. We feel so lucky to have had her. She kept everyone at the wedding in line and moving forward with great kindness. Bottom line, we couldn’t have done this without her. Don’t look any farther if you want someone who is professional, experienced, patient and so very easy to work with who understands what it takes in putting on a wedding. -

A Wedding Fairy Godmother
Jess from Blush was nothing less then our "Wedding Fairy Godmother" she not only helped us keep on track but was there to give us the needed push when it came down to getting the endless details of our event to align, then make sure the execution was flawless on the day of the event.

Alexis was our perfect Day of Coordinator!
I cannot express enough gratitude, appreciation, and awe of Alexis from the wedding and leading up to it.
From our very initial conversation over a year ago, she was incredibly kind, professional, personable, and made me feel like she genuinely cared about not only the day, but me and Chris as well. Alexis was always easy to access and talk to- she was incredibly responsive, organized, detail oriented, and knowledgeable. Going into wedding planning and hiring a day of coordinator, I knew that I had a strong vision and thought when it came to the wedding, but needed someone more knowledgeable to bounce ideas off of, to ask recommendations from, and to think through things in the lead up, with someone who would be able to successfully execute and manage everything day of. Alexis was absolutely incredible- she checked in with me regularly to make sure I was on track, asked me questions and brought up points that I hadn't thought about, and was able to listen and give advice when I had a difficult time making a decision, ran into an issue with a vendor, or was trying to determine how to best handle a complex family situation. After finally being able to meet in person (my fault for being so far away!), I instantly felt more at peace because I knew she was so on top of everything, that we were in sync with what the vision was, and was so confident in her ability to mitigate conflict and issues.
In the weeks leading up to the wedding- Alexis was my saving grace and only reason for my sanity. She was always one step ahead of me- reaching out to vendors before I had the chance, getting everyone on the same page (which I feel like may have required more effort for my wedding than others- I'm not sure if other weddings seem this disjointed some times, but it didn't seem to matter how many color coded excel sheets or thorough emails or phone calls I had with some vendors- they didn't seem to listen until Alexis talked with them), and helped me work through some last minute issues that came up to what seemed like imminent rain, etc. I must have texted, called, or emailed her every day for the 3 weeks before the wedding- and even when she probably should have taken more time for herself, she always always talked through things, was kind, and was able to find a solution to the problem.
The actual wedding day she was an absolute god send- the day of she dealt with my bouquet that didn't turn out at all how I wanted, coordinated all of the vendors seamlessly, and stopped problems before they happened or without me knowing it. She ensured the entire day ran so smoothly- I had everyone from my bridesmaids, to my mother in law, my own parents, and even random guests who had interacted with her coming up to me to tell me how incredible she was. Alexis made every single person she worked with feel like they were being taken care of, made sure everything happened on time, worked behind the scenes to make sure problems stopped before they happened, and was incredibly efficient. I did not give her an easy task with each table being a bit unique in it's set up, each person having an assigned seat, and having so many items that we brought that she was responsible for on the day of- she ensured that everything was in it's place, that other vendors were in line, and that we had all of our items when everything was packed up. My mom and in-laws RAVED about how absolutely amazing she was and how thankful they were that she was there for the entire day, and especially how smooth she ran everything at the end after Chris and I had left and they stayed back to clean and take things (seriously- they've mentioned her specifically in every single phone call we've had since the wedding). I also wanted to note how much we enjoyed Kim on the day of- thought we didn't get to know her over the course of the year like we did Alexis, Kim was the person there to help calm me down before walking down the aisle, there to help when buttons from my bustle were ripped out to fix it, and was so positive the whole day- I'm not sure what role she vs. Alexis played on the day of, but we really enjoyed working with her as well!
In my everyday life I am very type-A and in wedding planning I took it to a whole other level- putting months of research into every decision, trying to make everything with each vendor (and my own google drive that I shared with Alexis) as organized as possible- I knew that when it came to the actual wedding I was going to have a hard time letting go if I didn't trust the person responsible. Alexis was the perfect fit for me. Going into wedding planning, I knew that my photographer at videographer would have an intimate relationship with me and my family that day, but I didn't expect that Alexis would as well. She saw me at my most stressed, happiest, and most anxious I've ever been and I am so incredibly thankful, and happy that she was the person who was there. The wedding truly wouldn't have been possible without her ! (I’ve included some of the photos from the details she executed so show how well it all came together! )-

Alexis is the best!
We had Alexis as our planner and she was great! We chose the partial plan and it was worth every penny. Alexis cane with me to pick out my dress, joined me for vendor meetings, and met and ran the walk through with our caterer a few weeks before the wedding. She was always available via email or phone and kept checking in with me to make sure I was calm. We couldn’t have done it without her! -

The Best Decision I made in the Wedding Planning Process!
I can't say enough wonderful things about Blush! My wedding planner was Ali and hiring her was the very best decision I made in planning my wedding!! I have such a hard time making decisions, so the whole wedding planning process, I felt like I was all over the place. I had a vision of what I wanted my wedding to look and feel like, but it was so hard to form concrete ideas of how to make it that way. Ali figured out my vision and she brought it to reality!! An amazingly beautiful, wonderful reality that exceeded my expectations!! The week after my wedding, I thought back on all the details and kept thinking "it was perfect!" Everything was exactly how I envisioned it to be. And I truly have Ali to thank for that.
Most of the vendors I chose were from her recommendations, and all of them together made my wedding day more than I could have imagined. Ali and the Blush team know the best vendors and will make recommendations based on the look/feel you want for your wedding ... and your budget! Ali was always very conscious to stay within budget, which was great. She was always so organized and kept me on track during the whole planning process.
On the day of my wedding, everything ran so smoothly. If there was a hiccup somewhere, I didn't know anything about it. Ali had everything down. She even had an emergency sewing kit on hand! So when one of my guests stepped on my dress and ripped both layers of the bustle, she was right there, under my train, fixing up my dress so it didn't cause me any issues. She also made sure to clean up all the details and load them in the car at the end of the night so that none of my bridesmaids, nor my mom, had to do it.
I was referred to Ali by a friend of ours and I'm so thankful that i was. Wedding planning is super overwhelming and very stressful. There were a couple times that I would call Ali, freaking out about something, and by the end of the phone call, I'd feel just so much better.. it was like wedding planning therapy! Hiring Blush, and specifically Ali, made things so much easier throughout the whole planning process. You will not be sorry if you choose Blush for all your wedding planning needs! -

Taylor is my Wedding Angel!
Where do I even begin?? Taylor was my little wedding angel. She is truly AMAZING. Taylor was so helpful when I planned my destination wedding from Ohio, she suggested vendors, and if I had any questions she was so quick to respond. I have expectations and she exceeded all of them, she is soooo detailed oriented which as a bride you need. I didn't have a maid of honor and wanted my mom to enjoy the big day, and Taylor handled everything so smoothly, and perfectly. She is so classy and on it. As a bride she thought of things I would never have even thought of. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her, or how anyone can have a wedding without a planner, it's an absolute must have. On the day of my wedding my hair and makeup girl cancelled and I called Taylor, she was so calm and was able to call my venue and have someone come on site within less than 30 mins, she let me get ready and walk down the isle feeling beautiful, she truly saved the day. We originally were assigned a different wedding planner who left the industry shortly after we selected our venue; however this was early on in the process and didn't affect the overall planning process. After this happened we were introduced to Alexis! The day of planning encompasses much more than just the day of. Alexis answered several emails from us leading up to the wedding, answered phone calls from us and even met us during our food tasting. Alexis took care of all the details on our wedding day, we didn't have to think or worry about anything. We were originally supposed to be married outside but due to inclement weather this changed. Alexis made the call and changed the details for the ceremony on the morning of the wedding, we didn't need to get involved in any of it. We also had some last minute changes to our wedding program which she incorporated without any hiccups. We were very lucky to have her with us on our wedding day! Brandee is one of a kind. If you are thinking about getting a Wedding Planner to help Design & Coordinate, Brandee is your girl. She stepped in and saved the day when we had a bit of a rocky start to wedding planning. I cannot say enough positive things about her - she was always there for my husband and I as we went through the planning stages. She was quick to respond and always eased our concerns. We hired Blush for our day of coordinator. Alexis was with us every step of the way with continual check-ins, check lists to keep us on track, suggestions and advice on how to tackle issues that arose. She met with us multiple times to discuss ideas for various vendors, compile contracts, and create the timeline for the big day. She was always available to answer our questions and was the guidance we needed to make our day perfect.
When last minute items started to go wrong the day night before the wedding, Alexis stepped in and handled it wonderfully, leaving us to enjoy the rehearsal dinner with family and friends. Unexpectedly, there was an outdoor music concert happening next door, which would have played thru our rooftop ceremony, but Alexis convinced them to take a break so we could get thru our ceremony. The lengths she would go to make our day perfect!
In short, our wedding was a wonderful time, but that is only because we had Alexis from Blush to help us. We really can't speak highly enough of how much she helped us. It went off without a hitch because of her planning, day of presence and professionalism. Thank you, Alexis. We cannot recommend Blush enough! -

My venue came with “coordinator/planning” services but quite a few months prior to the wedding I realized that wasn’t enough to ensure a perfectly smooth wedding day - so we did 6 weeks of planning with Maria .
Out of every vendor / every item purchased / every thing in regards to our entire wedding — having Maria help us plan was 100% our best decision and investment. For any bride reading this — you can skip many things but for your sanity-a wedding planner is absolutely a requirement.
Our wedding day was absolutely 100% magical perfect wedding bliss . Pure happiness; where we focused on each other and just had so much fun . We were not bothered by anything , no problems no mistakes , no vendors missing , no late arrivals etc ( I am sure something had to have gone a little crazy because we had 14 vendors !) but Maria handled everything so we never knew of anything different other than we had the most perfectly amazing wedding day imaginable and every single guest agrees -

We had Alison as our day of coordinator. Originally we were not going to use one, but our venue required it. We are definitely glad we did. Alison wasn't there for us just on the wedding day, she helped us plan and find vendors. We planned our wedding from out of town so it was a little difficult knowing where to go. She was always there to answer questions and provide advice. Since we were out of town we had all the things we ordered (guest book, unity ceremony, wine box, etc.) sent directly to her. She took care of all of that "stuff" and made sure we got it back after. The day of she literally did everything. We had so much stuff that needed to be set up, but we did not have to do any of it. She coordinated with all the other vendors and made sure everything was set up. She kept everyone on schedule and kept everything flowing. Alison was amazing! Thank you so much for everything, we keep getting comments about how great our wedding was and it is largely in part to Alison and her hard work. -

I cannot say enough nice things about Alison, our day of coordinator. Although she was the day of, we were in contact with her the whole time. She provided advice to us on vendors and ideas for how the day would go. We planned from out of town so she was always available via email or phone call. She even allowed us to have all our stuff shipped to her so we didn't have to bring it.
On the day of the wedding she was so organized and detailed. We were not in the right mind to go running around setting everything up. She took it all and directed everything, it was amazing. I would say that we actually got to enjoy the fun of the wedding and had no stress because of Alison. -

Even though she was strictly a "day of" planner, she met with us a year out, went to our tasting a few months before and worked with me closely one on one the month before the wedding. Lisa Hernandez was PERFECT!! There aren't enough words to explain everything she did for us to make our day special. She was completely soaked from the rain because she was trying to save everything from our reception so it could be moved inside and "re-created" since our outdoor reception was unfortunately ruined last minute by a typical Florida afternoon rainstorm. The dedication she put in would make you think it was her own wedding she was planning for and that is what makes her amazing.

I used Blush for my wedding and I cannot say enough positive things about Brandee. She was completely organized and professional. She saved us from several snafus (we had ordered chargers that were too large to fit at the tables) through her experience, attention to detail and creative problem solving. Lexie was my wedding day savior!!! I had spent over a year planning a wedding at the Omni Amelia Island, until Hurricane Matthew got in the way. My entire wedding was evacuated to the Omni Orlando. The resort knew how stressed an evacuated bride would be, three days before the wedding and immediately calling back-up. Lexie stepped in and immediately got my wedding planned. She found replacement vendors for those of mine that had to cancel, she found time for us to rehearse, she put together a timeline and kept me calm! She was extremely professional but fun to be around. She made it look easy, which is what I needed, but I know it was a lot of hard work.
You would have never known that my wedding was planned in three days, I can only imagine what Lexie can do with a proper amount of time to plan a wedding. I was 100% ready to cancel the wedding and just get married at the courthouse back home, until I met Lexie. She thought it was possible to throw together a great wedding in three days and she was right. Over the past two years, I have hired Brandee Gaar to coordinate 2 large weddings in my family. Not only is she approachable, reasonable and sophisticated, but she managed these two elaborate events, from start to finish, with professionalism, taste and the highest level of accomplishment. Most recently, I put the execution of my daughter's wedding at the Four Seasons Resort in Orlando, Florida, solely in Brandee's capable hands... including a complicated hotel contract covering hundreds of rooms and multiple days of parties, floral/draping/lighting needs for a décor theme so demanding that it required immense creative vision, vigorous negotiation, multi-vendor coordination, bravado and over 22 hours of onsite, through-the-night, set up. One of the packages that comes with booking your wedding at Reunion Resort is a day-of wedding planner from Blush. Right from the start, I was connected with Kyle. She reached out and let me know what tasks she would take care of and made sure to let me know that if I had any questions to let her know. Throughout the wedding planning process, there were several times I reached out to ask her for vendor suggestions and she immediately responded with a list of people I could contact. For wedding specific questions, she provided suggestions based on things she had seen at other weddings and her own personal/professional experience. About a month before the wedding, we skyped (I was planning from Boston) and went over all of the big and smaller details. She literally thought of everything, making the process so much easier for me. After talking to her and realizing how wonderfully organized she was, I asked her if I could pay an additional fee to have her at our wedding ceremony at Holy Cross Church. At our rehearsal, Kyle was so friendly, on time, and made sure that everyone knew exactly what they were doing. Having her there left me feeling so calm for the next day. The morning of the wedding, Kyle arrived early and collected everything she needed for the reception. She was just amazing. She made sure everyone was ready-to-go and stuck to the schedule we had created together. She took care of EVERYTHING without me even having to ask her any questions. During the reception, Kyle kept us on schedule, but made sure we enjoyed EVERY SECOND of our wedding. I went into my wedding day 100% worry free (which is a big deal for me— as I am a worrier by nature) and trusted that Ali would handle everything and make it perfect. Ali made sure everything was flawless on our wedding day. If anything went wrong I definitely did not know about it. Ali handled every situation calmly, gracefully and always had a smile on her face. Ali knew exactly what was important to me and advocated on my behalf as if it were her own wedding. I literally could not have planned my wedding without her. Blush by Brandee Gaar and Ali Watkins were absolutely amazing for our wedding in January 2016. We elected for the "day of" package, but Ali and Blush were instrumental throughout the planning process. Ali was available to answer all of our questions, big or small, and provided us with wonderful and helpful guidance as we planned our big day. Ali was also wonderful at coordinating all of our vendors to make sure everything ran smoothly the day of the wedding-- it was amazing and such a relief. The day of the wedding, Ali was absolutely amazing- she kept things moving, set up our decor, and helped us get down the aisle in one piece! I found Blush at a Bridal Show and was immediately taken by Brandee's warm welcome and well design booth/material. I reached out to her after I decided to use a day of coordinator and was happily assigned to Maria Balestriere. Maria not only did a phenomenal job executing my vision, but throughout my year of planning checked-in with me to see if I needed advice/help with any vendor recommendations. She was very knowledgeable! When it came time to meet with her, Maria was very professional and helped me organize the information I still needed to figure out. The biggest relief as a bride was letting someone else take control of your wedding timeline. I can't tell you how invaluable it was to have Maria build, revise and really "own" this timeline for me. Being a project manager, I live and breath by timelines and it is such an essential thing to have for weddings; Maria did a super job. The day of the wedding the venue was beautiful and she made sure all my wishes and vision was replicated. I am so grateful for Maria and highly recommend Blush to brides who want their day to be stress free and smooth sailing! -

After meeting with Ali from Blush the first time, my fiancé looked at me and said right away it was the best money we had ever spent (and this was before our event). Ali was AMAZING and helped us from start to finish bring our vision to life (we did a Mad Hatter theme and held our event in multiple locations around our resort which was a challenge). She knew local vendors that we worked with and was able to provide us savings we never expected, essentially paying for herself. I would recommend Ali to anyone if you are looking to get married in the Tampa or Orlando area. We could not of done it without her. -

Ok, just stop now and hire Kyle G. As your wedding planner. (And yes, Kyle is a female!). She was amazing! Professional, responsive to all my requests and questions, and just on point with everything. She ran the show, fixed my dress, solved vendor drama, brought me champagne to calm my nerves, took care of my family, and also decorated my reception space ( with Lee Forrest). She did a fantastic job....And I only had the month of coordination. It was so nice to have her help...well worth it. Highly recommend -

She was so well organized and was there for anything I needed. I truly had no idea what I was doing and having her help in covering everything that goes into a wedding was priceless.

When we booked our photographer, we asked for recommendations for other vendors, one of which being a day-of coordinator. Blush was highly recommended, and after reading such amazing reviews I booked right away! I am so glad I did :). I had done most of the work as far as booking most of our other vendors and planning the theme, decor, etc. but I knew I wanted to be relaxed the day of and did not want my fiancé or I (or anyone in our wedding party) handling anything the day of. I thought I would just have a day-of coordinator to help the wedding itself run smoothly, but I got so much more! Lisa worked with me from the beginning, constantly checking in to see if I needed help with any of the planning or needed any recommendations. About a month before the wedding, she began gathering all of the details for the day, going over my contracts to make sure nothing had been missed, and contacting all of my vendors to get everyone on the same page. She created a timeline/resume for the wedding which was essentially everything anyone would ever need to know in a single packet - dictating where everyone would be and when, and what each of my vendors was to provide and set up the day of. We had a couple of minor issues at the last minute, and Lisa took care of everything! We even met up in our PJ's the morning of so that I could drop off some decor I had forgotten to give to her earlier :). The day after the wedding, I was worried we had left several items at the venue, but Lisa had gathered every single item and made sure they went home with one of our groomsmen. She even took it upon herself to take several pictures of the venue, decor, and us, and sent them the following day. We could not have asked for more! Thank you, Lisa!! -

I will be the first to admit that I never understood why anyone would pay money for a wedding planner with the ability to use the Internet to look up vendors and to do your own planning. When contracting with the Omni ChampiosGate in Orlando Florida, it included a wedding planner for the rehearsal and the day of the wedding. My daughter it included a wedding planner for the rehearsal and the day of the wedding. My daughter insisted that we needed to pay the extra to have Blush help with all the other details. The Omni gave us Blush's info and we contracted them for the entire planning. The owner, Brandee Gaar, immediately contacted us and she herself took on the planning of Lauren's wedding.
From our first meeting with Brandee, we knew we were in the right hands. I could tell that she was really understanding every detail my daughter was thinking about. We had been looking all over a vendor we could afford to create a special invitation my daughter really wanted. Brandee took one look at it and put us in contact with the perfect person. That set the stage for the start of everything coming together so beautifully. not being from Orlando it would have been near impossible to have found all these top notch, trustworthy, vendors. The second huge recommendation was the florist. Brandee had such a feel for what my daughter was looking for she sent us to the perfect florist. Also, at her office an AMAZING vendor, Kim's Chalkshop, had some her pieces and a book of her work. Since my daughter was having a black and white wedding, Brandee recommended her highly. We had never seen anything like her work and Kim's pieces, working closely with all of the vendor's Brandee recommended, created the perfect decor.
Brandee was at every vendor meeting, was so professional and very fun to work with. A couple of weeks before the wedding she sent us the detailed "wedding resume" which I call a time line. Not one detail had been overlooked. It was ALL perfect!

We worked with Kristen and used the "day of" service, which is actually a full on planning service from 6 weeks out. Kristen was phenomenal- She worked through every single scheduling and logistical detail for us to ensure the wedding went off without a hitch. She gave us multiple suggestions for back up plans (we were expecting rain on the day of our wedding), and great advice every step of the way. I made a great choice contacting Brandee when I was looking for a wedding coordinator. She was very flexible and easy to work with. She set me up with Lisa and I honestly cannot say how amazing of a coordinator and person she is. She was so sweet and so interested in every detail of my big day. She made the last few months of my planning stress free and fun. She was always in touch and kept me posted about everything. Everything was organized so nicely and she kept my vendors informed and made sure they knew exactly what I wanted. After just over a year of planning my husband and I got married this past Saturday! I had the privilege of working with Brandee and her team throughout the whole process. Before getting into the logistics, one of the top reasons I’m so happy with our choice is that Brandee is just an absolute joy to have around. You spend so much time with your wedding planner and it makes the whole process so much more enjoyable if you really like her. Especially since she is in and out while you get ready for the wedding.
Here are my top logistically reasons to work with her:
- Design: Brandee’s eye for design is just phenomenal. You come in with a few Pinterest pictures and a billion questions and she transforms your venue space into the image in your mind that you never even properly conveyed to her.
- Vendors: The team of vendors she works with blew me out of the water. They are all brilliant at what they do, but they also seem to genuinely care about making sure you have the perfect day. Especially Lee James (Florist) and Ben with Kaleidoscope (lighting).
- Emergency management: Like with any planning, there were apparently a few hiccups right before my wedding. I never even knew about it until after the reception because she dealt with everything.
All in all, she was absolutely incredible. I am so lucky to have had her help through everything. Thanks Brandee and the Blush team!!!

I do not know how we could have pulled this wedding off without Alison, our coordinator from Blush. Our venue required that we have at least a day-of coordinator, but we ended up asking Ali to also work on our decor as well. She was incredible. She helped us make appointments, coordinate with our vendors, and ensure that our wedding was as beautiful as we envisioned. Ali helped us theme out our wedding and connected us with the vendors that made it possible. In the final days before the ceremony, my mom and I kept asking ourselves, "How would we have done this without Ali?" The day of, she was equally instrumental in ensuring that everything went smoothly and that my husband and I had no worries. Prior to hiring Blush as our coordinator, we had heard so many wonderful things. Now we know why. I would highly recommend them to any bride. -

At the last minute our reception had to move indoors due to the weather. Brandee was easy to work with and very organized. On the day of the wedding she made sure that everything went as scheduled and happened on time. She is professional and worth the money. Most importantly she worked within my budget. -

Elizabeth Barrow from Blush was amazing! I was a bit of a procrastinator when it came to some of the wedding planning and finalizing the details, but Elizabeth made sure everything was right on track and our weekend was fantastic! Elizabeth was easy to get in contact with and always available. She truly made my life a little less stressful during the planning process and during our wedding weekend. Elizabeth got along with everyone and it really was such a memorable experience!! -

The first thing any newly engaged bride-to-be should do is book a day of coordinator with Blush by Brandee Gaar!! I cannot imagine what I would have done without my day of coordinator, Kyle!! She went above and beyond, even before my wedding day to assure that my day went as smoothly as possible! She checked in with me often to see how the wedding planning was going and offered advice regarding possible vendors. She also created a detailed timeline so every major to minor detail was handled and taken care of the day of. What made her completely shine was handling everything when plan B had to be executed due to rain. She handled everything, made the decisions she thought I would be happiest with, and directed everyone to be onboard with her to get things accomplished...all while keeping me calm :) Despite having to turn to Plan B, the day was flawless thanks to Kyle, her assistant Elizabeth, and their organization. Thank you!!! I would recommend Blush's services to any bride-to-be!! :) They took so much stress away from my planning my big day! -

I know how important it is to have a coordinator for your big day, but it really hit home on my wedding day! Brandee is the best! She coordinated our wedding for us and I cannot tell you how amazing it was to know she was at the helm during our big day. She took care of all the details during our wedding and made everything run seamlessly. We had the best time at our wedding and it was in no small part because of Blush!! I am blessed to not only have had them there for my wedding, but to be able to continue to work with such an amazing company! -

Brandee was amazing and went to great length to make it perfect for the day. We had lots of added items to be displayed and she handled it all well trying to make it the easiest on the family. She was there til the end getting it all loaded with precision team work. Couldn't have done it without her. So thankful for her and her team. -

I was one of the brides that thought that I would not need a wedding planner.But the venue we chose required us to have a wedding coordinator for at least the day of the wedding. We chose Blush! The following week I met with Brandee and she listened to all that I was envisioning and started planning right away. She is so well known in the industry she was able to get us everything we wanted/needed for our perfect day, from recommendations of other vendors to organizing every single aspect of the wedding.Brandee was able to let me relax during the process while she was organizing everything on the other side. She made our day PERFECT.The day of the wedding arrived quickly and Brandee showed up early to the place we were staying with my dress and accessories. She reassured me with everything! Once we got to the Church, I met Elizabeth from her team who was sent to the church to oversee everything and make sure everything was going as planned while Brandee left for the reception venue to make sure everything was getting ready. Once we got to the venue, everything was set outside and then (crazy Florida weather) it started raining...We were devastated and dinner had to be moved inside...Brandee was able to calm us down making sure that the wedding would still be beautiful no matter what.Brandee, her team, and the other vendors were amazing and were able to move all the guests inside for dinner and it never looked like a backup plan. They were so fast, and we are so thankful for the amazing service they provided us.Nothing can't stop Blush, not even rain at an all outside reception! While we were all enjoying our dinner inside, Blush and all the other vendors were hand drying the entire outside area so we could be moved outside after dinner.There is no doubt in my mind Brandee and her team from Blush were the reason why our wedding day went without a glitch.We could not have done it without Blush.
