Working with Lisa as our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She brought so much professionalism and experience to the process.
In the month leading up to the wedding, she scheduled regular calls that helped keep everything on track. She created a detailed timeline that kept me organized and ensured no important detail was overlooked. It gave me so much peace of mind going into the big day.

Lisa was an amazing coordinator. She is extremely organized and on top of everything. Even though we just had a month of package, we met with her 5 times in the lead up to the wedding and talked through all the particulars. She did a great job of asking questions and helping with whatever we wanted to do. She is very well priced and I feel like we got way more dedicated service with her than we would have with a more expensive or larger coordinator group. Lisa at Blue Moon Events Texas did a wonderful job as my day-of coordinator! Our wedding was just about perfect, and that is mostly because of Lisa and all her help. We had to switch plans last minute due to weather, and I was so stressed out about how it was going to work. But Lisa magically made it happen, and it was a wonderful night! Blue Moon Events was our wedding MVP!
We are so happy we chose Blue Moon Events for day of coordination. Lisa was easily the MVP of our wedding vendors. She was so easy to work with through two covid-related postponements, which made a world of difference to have just one less thing to worry about. She also went well beyond just being our day of coordinator. In the nearly TWO YEARS leading up to our big day Lisa checked in regularly throughout the process – offering vendor recommendations, providing her perspective on what was going on with weddings and the changing regulations when we found ourselves over our heads during the postponement process, and helping us figure out the flow for the day and all the miscellaneous things we never would have thought about ourselves. On the day of the wedding Lisa coordinated everything perfectly. The day went smoothly, and even though it turns out my mom forgot an entire box of décor at home (in my mom’s defense, something was bound to be left behind!) I didn’t even notice because Lisa did such a great job re-purposing what we had. Everything she set out looked beautiful! She also ran some discreet interference when unsolicited décor appeared from well-intentioned family, which I appreciated. It was just another benefit of having a day of coordinator that I hadn’t yet thought of! At the end of the night she helped make sure everything we brought got packed and sent home with the right people – again not an easy feat because we brought a lot with us! Lisa was such a delight to work with from start to finish and is well worth every penny and more!

Lisa was an absolute lifesaver! I was hesitant on getting a coordinator but decided that I needed to, so I hired Lisa and her team for day-of coordination. Me and my husband had a huge wedding party (30 people) and Lisa managed everyone on our wedding day amazingly. Without her, it would have probably been chaos, lol!! We had an outside wedding in July and she had a glass of water waiting for us at the best times. I would not have been able to do it without her! We hired Lisa for our intimate wedding ceremony/reception. Lots of detail went into it and she helped us every step of the way. I hired Lisa in the last couple of months before my wedding which was planned 4/11/2020 as my day-of coordinator and to help finish up what I had started planning. I work a very busy job and was so tired of all the planning/emailing/coordination to the point that I wasn't enjoying it anymore. She also sat with us through many hours of phone calls and web presentations, as we weighed our different options. She performed exhaustive research brainstorming florals, the ceremony itself, clothing options, decor, and food. We also wanted a variety of entertainment options for our guests (petting zoo, armadillo races, poker tables, etc.) and she leveraged her contacts to find us great vendors for that, too.
Finally, during the big day itself, Lisa was there, hustling from minute one to the very end, directing vendors, setting up booths and supplies, and troubleshooting so effectively that we weren't even aware of it. And after everything was over, she went above and beyond the call of duty, helping us load all our decor, supplies, and leftovers to take back home.
All in all Lisa was a delight to work with, and we recommend her HIGHLY. She makes dreams you didn't know you had, come true.

I can literally not say enough about how amazing Lisa was. She was so much more than just a day of coordinator! She was with me throughout the entire planning process and our wedding would not have been anywhere near how amazing it was without her. Nicole is Amazing!!!
From the moment Nicole responded to my inquiry about the venue to the moment we picked up our decorations and supplies after the reception we enjoyed the process. Nicole was always available to meet with us or a call away whenever we needed anything! Nicole made this whole thing so easy for us. Over the course of the year, there were plenty of times that I thought I was being a crazy bride, but Nicole always reassured me and answered all my questions. When it came time for the big weekend every aspect was handled with true professionalism while also making us feel like we were the most important event of the season - and trust me when I say there is definitely nothing special about us! Nicole worked seamlessly with our vendors and the entire event went off without a hitch. No detail was overlooked and we didn't have to think about anything other than having a great time. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the food, thought the location was beautiful, and left happy. You Nicole has a lot of experience with weddings, and know the ropes super well, she works hard to make your day unique to you. I would recommend Nicole over and over without hesitation.

Hiring Lisa was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding day! From the very start she was so kind and extremely helpful. Her presence has a peace about her that every bride craves not just on their wedding day but through the planning process!
We had many phone conversations prior to the day and she did all of the timelines and planning. My wedding was on a family property and not a venue so there were a lot of extra things I had to plan that a typical bride might not, and Lisa was knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way! The day of Lisa was everything I hoped for and expected - she was calm, took charge, and made sure everything moved along perfectly. We had various things pop up the day of and she handled them all in stride and kept it away from me.

I thought planning a wedding for 20 guests with no help would be a piece of cake. Boy was I wrong. Luckily, in my frantic state I made the wise decision to hire Lisa. She was so much more than I was hoping for. She helped with vendor suggestions, timeline flow, keeping me on a planning schedule and went to look at the venue with me to ensure everything would be perfect. The day of went flawlessly. Even when the cake wasn’t decorated with the flowers I had purchased, Lisa decorated my cake flawlessly. Then at the end of the night everything was packaged wonderfully for us all to take out. So thankful for Lisa
I realized soon into planning my wedding that I was going to need a Day of Coordinator. I'm so lucky that Lisa was available, I honestly could not of done it without her. She was AMAZING and truly went above and beyond my expectations. She'll schedule a few calls to go over things like the wedding day timeline, decorations, vendor contacts and then just takes care of the rest of it. Lisa keeps you organized and makes sure that everything goes smoothly. I didn't know there were little hiccups throughout the day until later because she just handled them with ease. She took all the stress away
Lisa was amazing!!! We used her for the day of coordination. We had a few scheduled calls to check status of everything, work on schedules for the wedding day and any other items that needed to be done. Our best investment
You NEED Lisa for your wedding. No exaggeration when I say that she was the best investment that we made for our wedding. After a year of planning and a ton of money spent hoping for the perfect day, we're shocked that we're able to say that's what we got. We honestly believe that we owe that to Lisa. We were able to celebrate and truly enjoy our day without any stress. If there were any issues, we never found out about them. She made sure that we were able to stay in the moment and enjoy each other. In the 90 degree heat, she was running back and forth constantly making sure that we were hydrated. Hiring a wedding coordinator was the last thing I wanted to do, but the absolute best thing I could have ever done!
Lisa was more than amazing. She was Heaven sent! My husband and I were trying to plan everything ourselves and for the most part were able to. When we realized we were going to need help, we didn't want to ask our family or friends because we wanted them to be able to enjoy our wedding as well (not work). My husband looked at some Google reviews and found Blue Moon Events. We met with Lisa and she is very detail oriented. At the end of our first meeting it felt like a weight had been lifted off our shoulders. We could breath easier knowing someone with so much experience was going to take care of all the little details we wouldn't have time for on our big day. Lisa was able to contact all our vendors and make sure was going to be perfect. We were able to have meeting over the phone with her as well. We hired Lisa as our day of coordinator. She took so much stress away during the planning process. Leading up to the wedding we had check-ins to make sure we were on schedule to book and plan everything. She also has an awesome Google Doc she uses to help document everything wedding related. Lisa was amazing! She was in constant communication with me in the weeks/months leading up to the wedding. And she was an invaluable help to us the day of our event. Everything went so smoothly! Bottom line: lisa is amazing & a must-have!
I cannot speak highly enough about Lisa & Blue Moon Events. We tried to do as much DIY as possible for our wedding, and therefore hiring a wedding planner was lower on the priority list. Thank goodness we wised up and got Lisa! Without her, I know for a 100% fact that our wedding would not have been as beautiful or gone as smoothly as it did. I couldn't believe how reasonable Lisa's rate is because she's worth 10x as much. Throughout the entire process, she was professional, efficient, and easy to get in touch with. She always answered my calls/emails and helped walk me through the preparation & day-of processes. Not only did she help manage our timeline and our vendors, she stepped in in such a huge way! Lisa helped set up decorations (and we had quite a lot of "little details" that were envisioned and needed to be tended to), even when some of the decorations were unexpected. Our florist ended up bailing on quite a lot of the intended & previously discussed duties, and Lisa didn't hesitate at all to pick up the slack. She set up ceremony decor, created our sweetheart table, set up table centerpieces, and even put the florals on our wedding cake! We walked over for cake cutting and I was shocked to see a blank cake (which was not what was discussed with my florist), but Lisa said "give me two minutes!" and sure enough, two minutes later she had arranged florals on the cake in the perfect way that I had pictured. At the end of the night, she helped us get everything squared away and settled. I know she worked very hard to make everything the way we wanted, and she went above and beyond. We are so appreciative of her! Don't wait like us to get a coordinator as the last thing you do, hire Lisa as your #1 task while planning! Thank you THANK YOU LISA!!

Lisa was so wonderful thpughtout the entire planning process. She is so organized and on top of her games that every time I spoke with her my anxieties were eased and I was assured that everything would turn out great because she definitely knew what she was doing. My husband and I are a military couple who were stationed separately for the entire planning process and not in Austin so I was nervous about planning everything so far away but Lisa made it a dream. She was communicative and always helped make sure everything was all set, especially because I had never planned a wedding before and wouldn’t have known to confirm all the little details like what the linens would be set up like. Lisa even has rental pieces available and her chargers looked awesome on our tables. She was the best coordinator I could have asked for! Thank you Lisa!!!

Lisa is worth every penny. Hiring her was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding day. Lisa has a soft spoken, calm way about her and she puts you at ease and handles everything with professionalism. She is cool as a cucumber! I wasn't planning on booking a coordinator but ended up using Lisa for day of services. (Which is really at least month of) Lisa was such a HUGE help and I know the day would not have gone so smoothly without her being there. We made a very detailed timeline together so I knew exactly what would be going on at the wedding which is great for your peace of mind. Lisa was incredibly easy to speak to and the wedding day went off without a hitch. I highly recommend booking her for your big day!

Jen was fantastic! Where do I begin? We hired Jen as our day of Coordinator and she was amazing. She kept our day moving seamlessly and smoothly.
She handled all of the deliveries with my other vendors and ensured everything was exactly how I wanted it. I never even knew my cake was 2 hours late being delivered until days later! Highly recommend her!

I didn’t have a Day-Of Coordinator budgeted, but I am SO glad I hired Lisa anyway. Her services were worth every penny. As organized as I was, there is no way I could’ve enjoyed the day with my daughter without Lisa’s help. Highly recommend her !

The first thing I said to my husband when we finally sat down to dinner was "Lisa is amazing, I would have paid her double!"
We were having a tiny (30 people, including us) wedding, on an equally tiny budget, so my partner wasn't entirely sold on the idea of paying someone to coordinate our wedding. I am SO GLAD that we did, and that we hired Lisa.
From the very beginning she was understanding of our needs with the small wedding & budget. Lisa organized several calls with us to go over all the details, even the ones that I still never thought of after all the planning. She put together our full timeline and organized all of the vendor information. All this was already a huge help and relief, but Lisa really stood out on our wedding day.
The day of my wedding party and I were running late getting to the venue. Vendors & deliveries were due to arrive at Mercury Hall at 3pm, when I was just walking out the door. If it wasn't for Lisa being at the venue and coordinating everything, I imagine our flowers & lounge furniture just would not have made it. While setting up, Lisa realized that the linens for all of our tables, which should have been included with the rentals picked up by my now-husband weren't there. Our rental company never included them with our order, and before I even knew it Lisa was on the phone with their office organizing the delivery. After dealing with that fiasco, Lisa also ran our rehearsal on the day of, thus saving us some extra $. Somehow in the few minutes while I was getting dressed Lisa managed to get the linens delivered and set up the entire venue. Of course, Lisa also kept us all on schedule, made announcements, made sure we were fed, helped manage our music, cut our cake, lit the sparklers for our exit, and I'm sure did countless other things about which I have no idea. THANK YOU, LISA!
If you think you don't need a day-of coordinator, please think again and then hire Lisa for your own sanity & enjoyment.

Do yourself a favor, and hire Lisa Campbell. She made sure everything was smooth and guided us through the day. She put together a detailed production schedule and was in contact with my vendors. Most importantly, she was more than helpful with stepping in, and solving some vendor issues I had. I am so thankful we hired her and her team.

To be honest, I was a bit on the fence about needing a day-of coordinator, until I met Lisa. Afterwards, I knew I needed someone like her, who was as detail oriented and organized as I was, to help manage our big day. Looking back, I don't know what I would have done without her there. Although we hired Lisa as our day-of coordinator, she was attentive throughout the months leading to the wedding and continuously checked-in to ensure everything was going well. She took care of following up with the vendors before the wedding and really helped put me at ease on the day of the wedding. We had a few set backs like the power to the venue going out and the video camera having some technical issues, but Lisa was on top of all of it and made sure the evening went smoothly and that we were on track for the evening.

Lisa was helpful, organized, and professional at every step. We felt so much better knowing that she was on top of the schedule and making sure everything went according to plan. We were much more relaxed and free to enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about the timing of the speeches, cake cutting, dances, etc. There was also plenty of ways that Lisa went above and beyond our expectations. I'm so glad Lisa was there to help with many different aspects of coordinating vendors and taking care of the loose ends at the end of night after we left. She did an amazing job!

LISA WAS AMAZING!!!! I hired Lisa last minute as I thought I could get away without hiring any kind of Wedding Coordination, and I am so glad I did. She was the best investment I made during my wedding planning. She was fabulous with communication via telephone and email. She worked with my schedule when it came to meeting up at the venue that was 2 hours away from her location! She was even able to accommodate us when our wedding rehearsal got pushed back an hour. During the wedding she was an absolute angel! She jumped in and immediately started decorating and doing a million things at once. She read my mind and did everything as I would have wanted without even having to ask. When an issue with the ice company came up she handled it and I never even knew what was going on - which was amazing! Lisa is a life saver and I couldn't recommend her more! I would hire her again and again and even pay double. Lisa is worth every penny!

I would highly recommend Blue Moon Events Texas! Lisa and her team are so great and easy to work with. Lisa worked with us (all of us) to plan our family reunion. She did a full service planning, we also hired her for extra time on the Saturday of the reunion, which wound up being a 16 hour day. She worked with us to coordinate vendors for all the food and floral centerpieces. She created a Schedule for our family activities, came the Friday before to do full set up and prep, picked up breakfast from the bakery on her way in Saturday morning, Coordinated the BBQ lunch, and the full delivered dinner that night, and everything in between, even staying to do full clean up at the venue to ensure the deposit was returned to us. She created a beautiful and fun filled day with special attention to detail for our Nautical themed reunion by the lake!

Lisa saved the day! I have always planned my own parties but this time, for my wedding reception, I just couldn't get it going. I wasn't sure what I wanted, where I wanted it and I was having a hard time finding the time. It was Lisa to the rescue. We met over a nice cup of cappuccino and before we were finished she had asked me all the right questions. We now had a plan. A plan that was executed perfectly with not a lot of time...about 6 weeks. When I arrived at the location the day of the reception, I almost cried. It was just as I had imagined. Lisa is wonderful photographer and an amazing person. I asked her to take some family photos of my family and she helped me choose a place and was very flexible in scheduling a day and time. When we arrived I had to feed my daughter and she was so patient and asked me what kind of photos I wanted and how I wanted my photos edited. Throughout the shoot she continued to be patient and had lots of ideas for photos and was very fun to work with. At the end she showed me some of the photos she took and asked if there was any others I would like taken. The unedited photos were AMAZING. When we got our edited photos they were even more stunning and I was so happy to hang them up and send to friends and family! She also sent us the unedited ones to keep as well which is such a bonus. I definitely will be using her as my photographer in the future and recommend her highly!

We would schedule bi-weekly, and then weekly meetings over the phone where I'd get so much planning done, things I never even thought of! Whether it was Plan A or Plan B, Lisa was an excellent wedding coordinator
We initially selected Lisa to coordinate our 60-80 person wedding in Austin, TX because she is very personable, responsive, and had reasonable fees. However, the Covid-19 pandemic forced us to downsize to only having 10 guests, and therefore, we no longer needed as many coordination services. Lisa allowed us to use our initial non-refundable deposit to pay for a slimmed down "day-of" coordination, and she was worth every penny. All of our guests said they were incredibly impressed at how smoothly everything went, from controlling the music, to directing guests, and recommending other venues for our downsized "Plan B." While we wish we could have had her for our original plan, she was essential in making our wedding day perfect.

Okay so I wasn’t going to write a review, then I started hearing more of what happened from friends and family, so here we are. Lisa did an awesome job on the time line for my wedding, but when it came to time to the actual wedding,it all started falling apart. She said she would call the vendors ahead and make sure that they all get a timeline...didn’t happen! I had all my vendors calling me up days before the wedding, saying she never called and got one. (When she told me she talked to them)
She said she wasn’t able to make it to the rehearsal,cause she had another wedding to go to, so she added the “extra” hour to the wedding day, showing up over 30 minutes late.
She never introduced her self to the groom(my now husband)till 15 minutes till he had to walk down the isle. I also had guest STANDING during the ceremony, which I said was one of my pet peeves. (I even sat out 20 extra more chairs then the guests I was expecting) She kept bringing every small problem to me, when she said she would bring those things to my matron of honor. I also never saw her when things were happening. My photographer(also friend) let me know what to expect to happen next and when.
To top it off when it came time to clean up after the night she said she had to go cause she had a wedding the next day AND expected a tip after dipping out an hour early.... My wedding was great no matter what, but I wouldn’t recommend unless all you are wanting is to spend 600 on someone to help with a timeline.
