Lisa is amazing!! we hired her to coordinate the event, provide florals and the grazing table and everything was perfect. The price was more reasonable compared to others we looked at and was a great value.. She also helped us find vendors when we struggled. She is thorough, organized, professional, attentive to details and caring. She responds quickly to questions and is always ready to help. The meetings, phone calls and the production schedule gave us assurance everything would go as planned. Her experience shows and hiring her was the best decision we made. Our wedding was perfect thanks to her. -

Blue Moon events did a phenomenal job coordinating our April 6th wedding. From the first call, till the end of our wedding we had the best experience working with Lisa and her company! Our wedding couldn’t have been more perfect, even with a few last minute weather changes to our timeline. Everything was carried out smoothly and according to our vision. Blue Moon events went above and beyond to make our day special and we honestly couldn’t have done it without them! I could not recommend Blue Moon Events enough. Once we were 2 months out from my wedding, my life got SO much easier with Lisa in it! She made me feel at ease through the (happy) stresses and our check-in meetings brought me a lot more comfort than I thought I needed. Lisa was professional, had great suggestions and ideas, and executed our wedding day flawlessly! I am so grateful that we found such a gem to help out with our big day ❤️ -

Lisa was amazing!! She kept us organized and on track, so we knew every detail of the day. I felt like we went over every single part of the wedding, and she even brought up things I would’ve never thought of. Lisa was an incredible coordinator and she did a ton to alleviate all of our anxiety. In the final weeks leading up to our vow renewal ceremony and reception, we were stressed out with all of the details, but she was able to calm our nerves at the moment when it counted most. On the actual day, she was so efficient and organized that everything flowed smoothly without any concerns. Lisa saved the day!! -

Without a doubt, the #1 investment and BEST money spent for our wedding day. My (now!) husband and I looked at ourselves several times throughout the night and mutually agreed that she was by FAR the best & most important person at our wedding. During the planning process, Lisa went above & beyond to make sure she answered all questions, kept EVERY detail organized, and really spent time getting to know me. She was calm, cool, and collected every time I saw her on our wedding day. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I repeat... HIRE HER!!!! -

We are so happy we chose Blue Moon Events for day of coordination. Lisa was easily the MVP of our wedding vendors. She was so easy to work with through two covid-related postponements, which made a world of difference to have just one less thing to worry about. She also went well beyond just being our day of coordinator. In the nearly TWO YEARS leading up to our big day Lisa checked in regularly throughout the process – offering vendor recommendations, providing her perspective on what was going on with weddings and the changing regulations when we found ourselves over our heads during the postponement process, and helping us figure out the flow for the day and all the miscellaneous things we never would have thought about ourselves. On the day of the wedding Lisa coordinated everything perfectly. The day went smoothly, and even though it turns out my mom forgot an entire box of décor at home (in my mom’s defense, something was bound to be left behind!) I didn’t even notice because Lisa did such a great job re-purposing what we had. Everything she set out looked beautiful! She also ran some discreet interference when unsolicited décor appeared from well-intentioned family, which I appreciated. It was just another benefit of having a day of coordinator that I hadn’t yet thought of! At the end of the night she helped make sure everything we brought got packed and sent home with the right people – again not an easy feat because we brought a lot with us! Lisa was such a delight to work with from start to finish and is well worth every penny and more! -

Working with Blue Moon Events was a great decision! Lisa helped everything stay on track at the wedding and helped wrangle our large wedding parties, which is a feat. She was so responsive and helped me decide on the best layout options including when we had to switch the entire wedding outside just a few weeks before! Hire them, you won't regret it! -

A day of coordinator is supposed to make sure that your wedding goes off without a problem and Lisa went above and beyond for us. I had the perfect day. If there were any issues I didn’t know anything about them and they were taken care of immediately. I couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator. She was the shero of the day. Thank you Lisa for everything. -

We were married last Summer in July and so glad that we hired Blue Moon Events! We hired Lisa as our Day of Coordinator and she is the absolute best at what she does and had us completely at ease throughout the process and on our big day! Our wedding day was perfect and we appreciate Lisa for being there to make our day memorable, to run smoothly and to answer any questions that we had. Lisa’s dedication and hard work was the sole reason our wedding went so smooth and perfect. We had many moving pieces and complexities to deal with, and Lisa managed all parts beautifully. She was more than just a coordinator – she truly was my right hand. The day of the wedding, I had enough confidence in her, I was able to relax and focus on being present in the moment. The passion she puts into her craft is truly incredible. She kept everything on track for us with a very well-organized production schedule. From the first meeting until the end she was professional, respectful, calm, and collective. She was very responsive throughout the whole process. I could not have asked for a better person to handle our wedding! -

Best Decision Ever!
I hired Lisa in the last couple of months before my wedding which was planned 4/11/2020 as my day-of coordinator and to help finish up what I had started planning. I work a very busy job and was so tired of all the planning/emailing/coordination to the point that I wasn't enjoying it anymore. Lisa picked up my half-planned wedding and happily finishing arranging all of my (probably poorly done) work without complaint! When COVID came around and my wedding was canceled, she was so flexible and came with me to my new date of 2/6/2021. She was very affordable, easy to get in touch with, and organized. Was very knowledgeable about my wedding venue and all of my vendors. She thought of and suggested things I never even considered. After hiring her I was finally able to just relax and enjoy the fact that I was getting married. My wedding day went so smoothly without me even having to lift a finger thanks to her. Highly recommend hiring Lisa! -
