Kelsey and her team did a phenomenal job planning our wedding. We truly cannot thank her enough for everything she did to make our day so special. From the very beginning, Kelsey helped us select incredible vendors that perfectly matched our vision, and that made all the difference.
She also played a huge role in helping me define my wedding aesthetic, from the overall vision to the tablescape details and even the wording of our invitations. She made sure every little detail felt cohesive and perfect.
Kelsey was always responsive, organized, and proactive throughout the entire planning process, which gave us so much peace of mind. Any time I had a question, she was always available and ready to help, no matter how big or small.
Even when we were down to the wire making final decisions, she stayed calm, helpful, and solution oriented, making sure everything came together seamlessly.
Her team was just as amazing, helping us stay on budget, build a detailed timeline, and connect with vendors we genuinely loved working with. On the wedding day, everything ran smoothly and we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment.

We came across Kelsey after seeing photos from our friends’ wedding and immediately knew we needed to book her. She exceeded every expectation. We chose the partial planning package, and Kelsey was there every step of the way, from guiding us on what to do next to giving advice on colors and special details. She truly made our dream day a reality.
On the day of the wedding, I had zero stress as a bride. Everything ran so smoothly, and if something didn’t, I had no idea. Our entire family was in awe of Kelsey’s organization and calm presence. We look forward to seeing her again at future friends’ weddings and as a friend in the future.

Best decision i made in my planning process was hiring Kelsey for full planning. Kelsey took the time to get to know JM and I and understand our vision for our wedding. We toured so many venues before choosing Oxford Exchange. Kelsey connected me with the vendors that could bring our vision to life and helped put all the pieces together. She answered all of my questions and concerns. Prepared our timeline. She joined my vendor meetings and stood beside me in all the decisions. I valued her experience and opinion during this process and she remained transparent, professional, and so much fun to work with! Our wedding day was far better than we ever could have imagined and the day ran so smoothly. I did not worry about a single detail day of as I knew that Kelsey had everything handled and I had zero stress!!! Kelsey & Téa took care of me and my spouse the entire evening. Making sure we had everything we needed & prepared us for each transition. When I walked into cocktail hour & dinner my jaw was on the floor with how beautiful everything was. I cannot say enough about how amazing Kelsey made our wedding (planning & day of)!!! -

We are so happy we went with Kelsey, Liv and everyone else at Bloom & Grow for our wedding in St. Pete! Kelsey was organized, responsive and kind, helping us stay on schedule throughout the entire process and day of. I don't know what we would have done without her and her team!
Bloom & Grow is also connected to some of the best vendors in the area, and they helped us select absolute top notch vendors to be on our team. Our photos, music, design, etc. would undoubtedly not have been as wonderful as they were without the B&G team!
Kelsey and her team were also so supportive, encouraging us to make decisions that reflected us as a couple. She took our vision and improved on it, bringing it to life in the best way imaginable. Not only did we have the best day ever, but our families and guests also had a wonderful time. A few people even commented specifically on how lovely Kelsey was to work with and how hard she and her team worked all day.
Thank you so much Kelsey for making our day feel so special and ensuring it went off without a hitch. We will cherish the memories forever! -

Hiring Kelsey/ Bloom & Grow Events was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, Kelsey brought a sense of calm, confidence, and creativity that made the entire planning process not only manageable but genuinely enjoyable.
She took the time to get to know us and understand our vision, and then she brought it to life in ways we never could have imagined. Every detail—from the big-picture logistics to the tiny finishing touches—was handled with such thoughtfulness and precision. Her eye for design is incredible, and her vendor recommendations were top-notch.
On the day of the wedding, Kelsey was a true hero. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing because she had it all under control. Everything flowed seamlessly, and we were able to be fully present and soak in every moment. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful and well-organized the day was, and that’s 100% thanks to her.

From start to finish my wedding planning experience with Bloom and Grow events was flawless, perfect, amazing! There is a lot going on in your "Bridal Era" and it still is not even talked about enough how busy and stressful at times it can be, but having Kelsey made all of the difference! She truly cares and was always in my corner and always looked out for me, my best interest, and what I truly wanted. She's your biggest hype girl and cheerleader! Celebrating every step of the way! She is so organized and kept it all straight and I swear, I could not have planned my wedding without her! There aren't enough words to truly capture the praise Kelsey and her team deserve. Throughout my entire wedding planning process, I was able to confidently tell everyone that it wasn't stressful at all. As the day approached, I remained calm, and even on the day of the wedding, I never once felt stressed, anxious, or on edge. That kind of peace is truly priceless! Not only did this allow us to be fully present on our day, but my family as well got to sit back and enjoy without having any responsibility of tasks. Wedding Planning
I am extremely thankful I hired Bloom and Grow Events for my wedding! I had so many people ask me how I was feeling the week of my wedding and I could genuinely tell them I felt ready, excited and was looking forward to just taking it all in and I owe that ALL to Kelsey and her team! They helped me put together such an amazing vendor team and truly brought my vision together so perfectly!
Kelsey is extremely professional and skilled at her job but, just as importantly, she is kind, thoughtful, genuine and truly made me feel like I was planning my wedding with a good friend! On the actual wedding day, all of my friends and family loved her and, of course, everything went perfectly!! I cannot recommend her enough!!!!!! -

We are so happy we found Kelsey, she and her team made everything run so smoothly. We did not have to worry about anything on our daughter’s special day. I cannot fully express my gratitude and appreciation for Kelsey and her team at Bloom and Grow Events. My friend referred me to Kelsey the day I got engaged and I could not be more thankful for that. From our very first meeting 14 months before our date, Kelsey understood my vision...sometimes even better than I did myself! The attention to detail, promptness, and professionalism of everyone at Bloom and Grow is truly remarkable.
A couple days before our wedding day, it became clear that the weather was not going to cooperate how we wanted. Kelsey somehow managed to coordinate the delivery of a tent the morning of our rehearsal, clear umbrellas, and every detail of our "Plan B" for the day of. During the first look, our photographer told my husband and I that he could not believe how chill I was in the midst of the weather and change of plans. I credit all of that to Kelsey! I never once worried about a single detail through planning and the day of our wedding. I am so happy to have truly enjoyed every moment of our wedding day without stress thanks to Bloom and Grow.
Kelsey, Ashley, and everyone at Bloom and Grow took care of everything and more on the day of. I received so many compliments during and after the wedding on how fantastic they were. When you get engaged, everyone tells you how stressful and how much work it is to plan a wedding. That was definitely not the case for me having Kelsey in charge. She took care of every detail and executed my vision better than I ever imagined.
I can genuinely say that for the 14 months prior and the day of (despite weather and a freak TECO outage during cocktail hour), I enjoyed every moment of our big day and cannot credit and thank Kelsey enough. If you are considering Bloom and Grow Events, I cannot emphasize how happy you will be to have them plan your wedding. We are forever grateful to have hired Kelsey and for her kindness and her expertise! -

As a planner myself, I knew I needed a coordinator who would execute our wedding day flawlessly, and take care of everything so I could just enjoy the day. Without a doubt, hiring B&G for our day-of coordination was the best decision we could have made for our wedding. Before wedding week Kelsey was so responsive and proactive as we finalized things and went above & beyond to make sure we had a great plan in place for the rain in the forecast.
Day-of, Kelsey and her team were unbelievably kind, thoughtful, helpful, organized, and proactive. There was not a single thing we wanted, or even really thought about, that B&G wasn’t already on top of. They helped us execute a beautiful rain plan that saved our wedding and I simply cannot state enough how happy I am that we hired them. Would recommend 100 times over!! -

The best of the best!
If you’re reading through these wondering if a wedding planner is something you need the answer is YES, and more importantly the answer is Bloom & Grow. Planning your dream day can sometimes start to feel overwhelming and like you are constantly making decisions on your own. Kelsey took all of these feelings away knowing that I had someone by my side in the planning process that cared just as much about our day as I did. Her expertise and experience helped me make some of the most important decisions about our day from helping with my vision, budgeting, colors, flowers, and everything in between. One of the things I valued the most about B&G in the planning process was the communication with our vendors. Kelsey did an exceptional job asking all the questions that hadn’t even come to my mind yet and was constantly communicating with everyone to make sure we were all on the same page; Something I don’t think I could have done on my own. The weeks leading up to our day I felt like I was missing something because I was SO relaxed and everything seemed to be done. The second I would think of something Kelsey was three steps ahead and it was already taken care of. Come the day of our wedding I truly knew I had NOTHING to worry about and I could just sit back and take in the entire day. Kelsey and her team couldn’t have done a better job at making sure our vision came to life. The day was seamless due to this teams work. They continued to check in on me to make sure I was comfortable, had eaten, had my glass full, and happy with how my day was going. I can’t stress enough how essential Bloom & Grow was for our day. If you’re looking for someone who is organized, has amazing communication, and is an expert in event planning you found the right place. We love you B&G! -

Hiring Kelsey for our wedding was one of the absolute best decisions we could have made. She was with us every single step of the way. From our engagement, to our vendors, to being there for us just to be there, and on our wedding day she was there. Everyone at the wedding complimented her and her teams hard work. Leading a wedding with 200 guests isn’t easy but she did it. She was seriously more than a coordinator to me, she was a major supporter, she kept me calm, and honestly she became a friend.
