Vanessa was everything and more we could have imagined as our wedding planner. We contracted her for day of coordinator plus a few consulting hours. We had 4 months to plan our big day in the middle of a pandemic. I needed someone that would allow my vision, have my best interest and guide me during the planning process. If your budget allows it, full-service planning/design is the way to go! Vanessa is professional, efficient, precise and very intuitive with her couples. I knew at our first meeting that I made the right choice with her. No matter the issue or crisis, Vanessa was so patient and understanding.
I ran into a dead end with my design idea for the ceremony and reception. Vanessa stepped in and met us at the venue and designed an exceptional reception floor plan. The ceremony lay out in my head didn't work out and she helped draw out a new one. There were little details that I never thought of and she made sure nothing was overlooked.
She was always available and she promptly replied to every email and text. We openly discussed details every step of the way and she went over contracts for every vendor I hired. She executed every detail so perfectly. On our big day, there was a lot happening and there were so many moving parts. She managed to keep everything organized and made sure the vendors were setting up as planned.
We have 3 toddlers (age 3, 1 year old twins) and she effortlessly helped with our kids and dressed our daughter in her flower girl gown. Our twin boys ran off in the distance before the processional and Vanessa took on the nanny role without hesitation.
There was so much more that happened behind the scenes that she took care of. Vanessa was the real MVP of our wedding day. We are so thankful for her and her assistant because our wedding was the BEST day of our lives! -

We loved working with Vanessa on our wedding. We had already planned a full wedding for summer 2020 that we had to cancel due to COVID. We had rescheduled that same set up for summer 2021, but we knew in early January it was not going to be possible. So we decided to completely rework our plan and get married in Vegas with a smaller guest list. My mom found Vanessa and told us immediately that we would like her. Vanessa understood that we were tired and frustrated because we had already planned a full wedding and we didn't want to have to completely start from scratch. She took our pinterest board and our existing plans and ran with it. Vanessa knew what we wanted and did everything in her power to make sure we got it. She found a design company that could recreate our pinterest vision. She already had a great working relationship with our venue (Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa) so that was seamless. When I said I wanted something cool and nightclub-esque for a photo booth, she found us a vogue booth. She took charge of communicating with all of our vendors (photography, videography, dj, etc) and made sure that the only thing I had to worry about on the day of my wedding was getting dressed and getting married. If you need a wedding coordinator/planner in the Vegas area, make sure you give Vanessa a call! -

What a wonderful experience we had working with Vanessa! Our wedding was absolutely beautiful, down to the smallest detail - we received so many compliments. Everything on the day of the ceremony went as smoothly as could be, and we were able to really relax and enjoy such an amazing day. In the beginning, we had ideas of trying to plan our own wedding. It didn't take long to realize we were in way over our heads. Full planning relieves a lot of stress and anxiety, and ensures the process is fun instead of a headache. Also, we really loved all our vendors, and ended up with much better matches for things like photography than we would have arranged on our own. For us, full planning was one of those things where it's harder to see the value until you go through the process, and then in hindsight realize what a good investment it was. -

Vanessa was incredibly professional, however she also has a caring human quality that makes her extremely receptive to individual concerns, wants and needs. As an “out of town” couple who was planning their dream wedding from 2500 miles away, it was paramount to us that we choose a wedding planner who not only understood our needs, but who had the ability and determination to bring our dreams to life. We contacted Vanessa as a day-of-coordinator 3 weeks before our wedding, realizing that there was no way we could pull off a 170 person wedding without a coordinator. Vanessa is an amazing person who delivered 500% the level of help I thought we needed. She not only SAVED our wedding day, but she made it SO much better than we could have ever imagined.
She is the most calm and organized person, took charge of all of our wedding day details and vendors immediately, made sure we kept to a timeline on final decisions, and executed the day with complete perfection. Late changes didn’t phase her one bit, she’s completely on top of every single detail and nuance leading up to the event, and was incredibly vigilant throughout the event.
She has strong intuition and foresight which means she’s always 10 steps ahead of us. She could sense when we were about to make a weird decision and magically guided us to a place of best decisions without ever being pushy. For example, I planned to have the wedding rehearsal in my hotel room and she rallied us to have it at the venue which helped the actual ceremony go without a single hiccup.
I had opted out of linen and chair upgrades my venue offered because of the cost. Vanessa understood why we made this decision and connected us with her own vendor contacts who provided us a discount so we were able to have a truly beautiful reception at a fraction of what our venue tried to charge us. I even forgot to bring my wedding dress to the venue and she quickly drove back to our hotel for me like it was no big deal. Even during our couples photos, she made sure I was attended to, holding my dress and styling my train so our photos would look great.
We love Vanessa so much! Our only regret is not reaching out to her earlier in our planning process. Our wedding, guests, and happiness were her sole priority. She is seriously an angel and a wonderful person to work with. We recommend other couples consider working with her with our whole hearts.Blanc Events's reply:

Here is a review from a groom’s perspective: I just wanted my guests to have fun and I was clueless about how to make this happen when the planning process started. As my bride and I continued to add things to our big day with 170 out-of-town guests, the coordinating began to get overwhelming. On top of that we had difficulty with the venue, which had promised to handle everything for us. When we decided to bring in Vanessa at Storybook events, we were getting pretty stressed out. From the first moment that she spoke with us via phone, she put us at ease. We thought, "if she can manage a troupe of travelling circus performers, a wedding would be a piece of cake for her. "It proved to be just that. The wedding was a smash hit for our families and our guests. Everyone said, “Best. Wedding. Ever.” For every, hiccup, mistake, or question we had, Vanessa was there, including when my wife left the wedding dress in the hotel room on the day of the ceremony! She erased the mistakes we made as they happened. If I did a wedding every year, eventually I would figure out where the stress points are and I could make it run smoothly on my own. Since I have no experience planning a wedding and don’t plan to have another wedding, it was a no-brainer to hire Vanessa. If you are reading this… you should too.Blanc Events's reply:

Vanessa literally saved my wedding. When I first picked my venue, I thought I had scored. Little did I know that that venue would be so difficult to work with/accommodate my needs. Every coordinator I talked to did not feel comfortable taking on such huge task of working with my venue. Luckily, an angel named Vanessa came to my rescue. Let me just say that the wedding of my dreams would not have been possible without Vanessa's help. She is the definition of a true Wonder Woman. She literally gave birth a month before my wedding and still ROCKED it. My wedding day was so blissful and everything came out PERFECT. She was always on top of things and it was so easy to communicate with her. If I had a question about anything, if there was a worry, if I wanted a different point of view, she was always a call/text/email away. Vanessa truly went above and beyond and never made me feel pressured/worried about a single detail. She brought awareness to a lot of my blindspots and for that I am very grateful, as my wedding day wouldn't have flowed as smoothly as it did if I didn't take her tips into consideration. I would HIGHLY recommend having a wedding coordinator for your big day, and if you do, make sure it's Vanessa. She is extremely experienced, very professional, affordable, super sweet & caring, and overall such an amazing human being. I am so grateful that I met her because not only did I get the best coordinator for my big day, but I also got a lifetime friend.Blanc Events's reply:
