  Betty is hands down the best cake baker I have ever had! Her cakes are amazing and taste fantastic. They are not dry at all and the flavors and icing is perfection. We requested a carrot cake for our grooms cake which everyone raved about. However my favorite part of our wedding cake was almond with a cappuccino filling and buttercream icing. Our guests ate every last piece. We had 3 flavors in all!

  Betty Weber was a pleasure to work with and no other cake taste compares. Every sample we tried was so delicious I knew we were done looking. Our cakes we’re also exactly what I envisioned them to be.

  Love Mrs. Betty!!!! My cakes turned out amazing, and she worked with me to surprise my husband with his cake! It was UF on the outside and FSU on the inside - it took a little planning, but it was hilarious to see his - and every other Gators fan - reaction to the cake! Our wedding cake was phenomenal as well, she is so detailed and really puts care and love into her cakes. She is worth every last penny that you will spend!

  Betty Weber cake is AMAZING! Any flavor you choose is absolutely to die for. Everyone was asking where our cake came from and said it was the best they had ever had. She did a tasting for us ahead of time and then did our wedding and groom's cake.

  Betty makes the best cakes in town. She did our daughter's wedding cake and the grooms cake and they both were delicious. Many of our guest stated that the cake was the best they have ever had at a wedding. When you go to weddings you usually see so much leftover cake...this was not the case. The guests loved it. What was left we took to the day after party and it was gone before the end of the day! Can't say enough about Betty and how great she was to work with! Will definitely use her for future events!

  Betty Weber saved the day when my baker canceled just two weeks before my wedding. Not only was she able to make me any cakes for the wedding, she made our dream cakes. The white wedding cake was a simple design and coconut flavor that was so delicious. She made a simple cake look special with a few extra touches. The groom's cake was a crazy cake made to look like a cooler with fish in it, she nailed it! Down to the handles and coleman logo, the cake was a show stopper. Both cakes were so delicious we had no leftovers of the groom's cake (red velvet) and only a little of the wedding cake. She was incredibly easy to deal with and was less expensive than the other quote I got from the only other baker I found skilled enough to do the groom's cake. She also handled delivery to the venue, which was on time and no trouble. The girl (also a baker/decorator on her team) came to set it up and made sure the cakes looked perfect.

The brides cake was exactly like my daughter had described, showing that she was carefully listening to to her request. The grooms cake was great! Being huge Alabama fans, she made a fun and conversational cake complete with hounds tooth and a 3 demential elephant on top. Several guest inquired about who did our cakes. Of course the taste matched the creativity that stood on the outside. Her pricing was very affordable which was an added bonus!

  THE CAKE!!!!! Our cake was AWESOME! Betty Webber did such a great job making our dream come to life. We asked for a lot- a pair of dungeons and dragons-syle dragons in silver and gold sitting on top of books. And she did it! It was delicious too- we chose lemon as our base. At first we were a little wary when we tried the sample she provided, but the lemon was incredibly subtle and was great with our menu of rather heavy foods. I received a number of compliments about the taste, even of the fondant which most people avoid. A young cousin told me “I’ve been to a lot of weddings, and have had a lot of cake. Yours was the best.”

  Betty Weber did a wonderful job with our wedding cupcakes and the bride and groom cake!! Some of my guests who stated that they didn't really care for cupcakes even loved hers! She decorated them to match our beach theme and they were very reasonably priced. We loved them!!

  She provided the cakes for my daughters wedding. The Chocolate Le Creme is to die for. We had 45 people at the wedding, and enough cake to tripple the people. Still, the chocolate cake was gone in 30 minutes. Totally devoured. The bridal cake was Italian Creme, loved it too!! Service, Responsiveness and Flexibility were really all done through our wedding Planner, Kay Lee Events, but I didn't hear any negatives or complaints from Kay.

  Just take a look at her work and you will see why she is so popular. Not only are her cakes beautiful but they are delicious ! She can create anything you can imagine . Three of my daughters have had Betty Weber wedding cakes and they were all different and equally as beautiful ! Not to mention she is a sweet wonderful person .

She was able to translate our preferences and ideas into a truly impressive finished product. We were so pleased with our cakes and we continue to hear how our cakes were "the best wedding/groom's cakes our guests have ever tasted!" It was my dream to have a Betty Weber wedding cake and I can't speak more highly of her and her talent. It was well worth the investment. Thank you Betty!

  Our cake was exactly what we wanted! It looked absolutely beautiful and tasted equally so. We chose alternating layers of Italian Cream Cheese and Almond (No, it doesn't not have bits of almonds) Trust me. It's better than regular vanilla cake! It was very moist and delicious! We have the top layer of the cake in our freezer, and we can't wait to open it up on our anniversary and savor the taste of our wedding day once again!!

  Our cake was exactly what we wanted! It looked absolutely beautiful and tasted equally so. We chose alternating layers of Italian Cream Cheese and Almond (No, it doesn't not have bits of almonds) Trust me. It's better than regular vanilla cake! It was very moist and delicious! We have the top layer of the cake in our freezer, and we can't wait to open it up on our anniversary and savor the taste of our wedding day once again!!
