Choose Bella Luna Event Planning!

We hired Bella Luna Event Planning to help us with our wedding coordination. Our wedding venue required a wedding coordinator and provided us a list of approved vendors. I had reached out to a few different coordinators but it was clear early on that Lisa Krishman of Bella Luna Event Planning was a clear winner. We were looking for a day of coordinator. I had most of my vendors booked & was looking for someone who would assist the day of the wedding & to my pleasant surprise, 'day of' services with Bella Luna actually start ~6wks prior to your wedding date! Lisa made an effort to get to know us as a couple & learn what our priorities and goals were for our wedding day. She quickly took over all vendor communication & made sure our contracts were followed. I will say I was an organized bride, but Lisa's help was essential and relieved a weight from my shoulders I wasn't aware I was carrying. She was so supportive, excellent with communication, and extremely helpful. She helped arrange a meeting with our caterer, venue, and florist about a month out from our wedding and it was fabulous. Sitting together and having all your vendors discussing the day of plans in one place was incredible and helped our vision truly come to life! Day of the wedding, things were amazing & we enjoyed every moment. If there was something that went wrong, we were completely unaware: either it didn't happen or it was never brought to our attention because Lisa had everything under control. We loved working with Lisa and our vendors did too! Choose Bella Luna Event Planning for your big day. I promise it's worth it.

My husband and I got married in October 2024 and we worked with Bella Luna Planning, specifically Lisa & Erin! I CANNOT recommend this company and this team more. My Day of Coordination package included meeting 6 weeks prior and meeting with Erin just that one time relaxed all of my nerves and I just knew everything was in good hands. On the day of the wedding, I truly, truly felt like I didn’t have to worry about anything. Erin was on time, professional, kept things moving along (didn’t even stress me out even though I now know we were a little behind schedule LOL), and overall just a pleasure to work with and wonderful person! 10/10 recommend Bella Luna Event Planning & Erin! 🤍

I can’t recommend Lisa and Bella Luna enough! From the moment we started working together, I knew she was going to be the perfect fit to help us plan our wedding. Throughout the entire planning process, Lisa was always available to answer questions, offer advice, provide a clear timeline, and help us stay on track with all of the details. We are especially grateful for how well Lisa worked with our vendors. She provided the best recommendations, managed contracts, and made sure all of our vendors were well-coordinated. On the day of our wedding, Lisa managed our timeline perfectly and ensured everything was set up on time. It allowed us to enjoy our day without having to worry about any of the logistics. Great experience with BL events

My partner and I had Lisa as our planner and it was hands down the best choice we made. From the beginning Lisa helped us navigate our vision, and keep what can be such a stressful process fun! Her communication is excellent, and without her I cannot imagine how big of a mess our day would have been. She is personable, organized, and has fantastic relationships with many vendors. The perfect choice

From my first conversation with Lisa, I knew she was going to be the perfect fit for my wedding. Her experience and professionalism were readily apparent, and she brought a level of calm and reassurance to what can be a very overwhelming process. Leading up to the wedding, Lisa was on top of every single detail. She made the process so easy that the only thing my fiancé and I needed to worry about was showing up and being present. She responded quickly and patiently to any of my questions, but she was always one step ahead, so I rarely even had questions. On the day of the wedding, Lisa was the perfect battle commander. She was calm and efficient, and the entire day went off without a hitch. I swear there must have been five of her with how many things she executed flawlessly. From wrangling vendors, to giving schedule cues, to attending to our families and wedding party, to helping my mom with my bustle, to checking to make sure I was relaxed and happy, she did it all. On top of all of that, Lisa is the sweetest human, hilariously funny, and a true joy to be around. BLE was the perfect choice.

No Stress, Perfect Wedding

My husband and I hired Lisa as a full-service event planner for our reception-only wedding at the Astorian. We are confident to say that she is worth every penny. BEST Decision We Made

When we first got engaged, I immediately reached out to Bella Luna as I KNEW I wanted them to plan our wedding after our close friend had nothing but incredible things to say about her experience with them. Truly, working with Erin and Bella Luna on our wedding was the best decisions we made!

AMAZING! Couldn't have done it without them!

First of all I just wanted to start with how AMAZING both Lisa and Erin were to work with. Not only did they plan my amazing wedding once, but they had to essentially scramble "replan" the wedding once we changed dates due to Covid. I think we told them that we wanted to change the date on a Tuesday and by Friday that same week, the entire wedding including venue along with all the different vendors were ready with our new date. Throughout the entire process they were very confident and reassuring with things and that honestly just put me at ease. Going into the planning process can be stressful, but having these two by your side is an incredible asset and worth every penny! When I first started planning my wedding, I wasn't sure if I needed a wedding planner/ was just considering maybe doing a month of type situation; however, the more I started looking into all the different things I wanted I became overwhelmed quickly. My husband and I knew what we wanted when it came to the band and booze, but otherwise we didn't have much input or idea on how we wanted to proceed with all the other decisions. Lisa and Erin were great for us in that they did all the research and had experience with different vendors. They would come to us with suggestions on the top two or three vendors that would work for our overall idea on what we thought our wedding should look like and they always nailed it. It can be very stressful when given too many options... trust me I looked into and "interviewed" at least 4 or 5 different wedding planners. That alone made me realize I needed assistance with decision making haha. I cannot begin to even thank them enough for helping us with everything and making the whole process way less intimidating. I realize that all brides are different when it comes to how involved they want to be with the planning process ( I for one didn't have every detail picked out and ready to go before I was engaged by any means) but to be honest I think Bella Luna can cater to and help all levels when it comes to planning out the big day! They really are the dream team and we couldn’t be happier with how great our wedding was. Lisa and Erin were both very patient, responsive, and fun to work with. A must hire vendor

I cannot say enough good about Lisa & her team. Her attention to detail made planning feel fun, and she never made my emails or silly questions feel like a burden. Lisa always had a recommendation when asked, but never pushed us to pick a vendor who may have offered her a kickback. At meetings, Lisa always took plenty of notes so we could focus the moment, and always had our backs. The day of, everything ran so smoothly, thanks in large part to Lisa & her team. When we had an issue a vendor being late and delaying a big element of our reception, Lisa was so quick to act that we barely noticed, and it left me free to relax and enjoy the wedding instead of worrying. Best Wedding Planners

I am so thankful I had Lisa and Erin from Bella Luna Event Planning to help me plan (and re-plan multiple times due to COVID-19) my wedding! They are incredibly organized, detail-oriented and attentive and went above and beyond my expectations in every way.

A few things that impressed me the most:

1. I never once felt like I was waiting on Lisa or Erin for anything. They responded to emails incredibly quickly (most of the time within an hour of me sending and never more than 12 hours later) and were prepared for every meeting and interaction they had with both me, but also with my vendors.
2. Lisa and Erin’s knowledge of/working relationships with Houston area vendors is exceptional. There are so many vendors to choose from and so having experts guide me through that process was super helpful and made my life a lot easier. The quality of services/products I got from all of the vendors was truly remarkable and top of the line.
3. My wedding was rescheduled 2 times due to COVID-19 and I was so impressed by how quickly Lisa and Erin were able to get everything rebooked with all of my vendors. Both times they had it all rescheduled within 48 hours of me telling them we were going to postpone. I honestly have no idea how they did it, but I can tell you that as a stressed out bride who just had to postpone her wedding date that was the most comforting thing that could have happened. This ties back into my first point above of never having to wait on them for anything.
4. Their attention to detail is amazing. I never had to tell them something twice – if anything I feel like they had to remind me about things I’d already decided upon. They also were great at picking up on my vision very quickly and so I always felt like we were on the same page.

I highly recommend Bella Luna to anyone looking for a wedding planner. I could not have had a better team helping me every step of the way. They truly are masters at what they do and I know that the fact I had no issues arise on my Wedding Day was due Lisa and Erin’s hard work.

Best wedding planners you will have!!

WOW! Erin & Lisa exceeded my expectations. After doing all my own research to find a wedding planner, I thought Bella Luna (based on reviews from other brides) seemed like they would be a great fit. And am I ever so glad that I chose them!

Just stop your research - the wedding planners that you need are these ladies. They are both so personable, fun & totally on top of their game! I have a very stressful job & planning a wedding was absolutely daunting to me & not the added stress I was wanting.

What I love the most about them was they really know what questions to ask to gather what your vision is. They walked me through everything & made sure they knew what was most important to me.

I loved that they provided me with options & vendors based off of what I desired. I cannot emphasize enough how important that was because it is totally overwhelming how many different choices & decisions you'll need to make throughout the process of planning your wedding - like stuff I never even would have thought about if it weren't for them!

They're so flexible to your needs - I really wanted to not be stressed & essentially just be given choices. If I wanted to be completely involved, they would have welcomed that as well. They're both just so wonderful & made my wedding vision come to life. It was more beautiful than I imagined, but more importantly, very little stress or worry!

They're so trustworthy & reliable, too. One of my favorite qualities about both Erin & Lisa was the Mama Bear mentality they had. I just knew that if something wasn't right or something got screwed up along the lines, they were on top of it or preventing it from happening at all. They were not about to let my big day get messed up! I didn't have a worry in the world on my wedding day knowing they were in charge.

Another huge bonus - if you have an overbearing mom/mother in law that wants to be way too involved - you can just tell her that there's nothing she needs to do because you have wedding planners doing everything for you :) They're super accommodating to those moms too - they'll find something for her to do to feel important & involved.
Hands down, Bella Luna was the best investment we made for our wedding & I can't thank them or recommend them enough!!

You need this wedding planner!

If you are second guessing the need of a wedding planner, STOP! GET ONE! Erin relieved so much stress on wedding day, just knowing she was there taking care of everything behind the scenes and making sure everything was timed perfectly. I would definitely recommend Bella Luna for planning, they were super great the whole time. Erin always answered questions I had, was always on top of everything, knew every detail of what I had planned, and so thorough. She really helped with things I didn't even think to think about. Just all around a great vendor to have for the most special (stressful) day.

Wedding planners of my dreams!

Lisa and Erin of Bella Luna were seriously the real MVPs of my wedding day. My mom and I knew we needed a wedding planner, and Team Bella Luna overdelivered! They met with us countless times, helped us navigate all the complicated contracts, called vendors when we couldn't track them down, and brought the vision I had for our wedding day come to life. They were so easy to work with and so much fun to talk to - when the wedding was over my mom and I both agreed we were sad to not have our meetings anymore because we loved hanging with them! ABSOLUTELY Perfect: Best Decision!

Bella Luna Team is amazing! Lisa and Erin are wonderful human beings and helped us plan and create the most beautiful wedding day we could have imagine and asked for. :) **LONG review below but so many important things I wanted to say!**

Great Personalities:
Lisa and Erin are both so easy to talk to, which was important to me because I wanted to feel comfortable sharing my honest ideas and thoughts. They were fun, positive, productive, and kind. They made wedding planning fun. With decision making, they were gentle, yet informative. All of the vendors that I hired for my wedding have worked with Lisa and Erin before and loved their experience with them. Definitely, their reputation is a great one in the wedding vendor business. It is VERY obvious that Lisa and Erin love their jobs and what they do. :)

Detail-Oriented:
I am a teacher, and I know that I am super detail-oriented and organized. Lisa and Erin blew me away. I was actually quite impressed and surprised to have met someone MORE detail-oriented. They both planned everything down to the second; every color, design, style, aspect big or small, was in their consideration throughout the wedding planning process. This put me at ease because I knew for sure that they would not forget anything.

Options:
My meetings with Lisa were so helpful and productive. We discussed what we wanted for in our wedding, and she had a series of helpful questions that she asked us -- what's a priority in our wedding, our love story, our families, our wedding party, etc. Lisa was patient and accommodating. Lisa and Erin have done many weddings before, so their advice and ideas were always so lovely. They are good at having a balance between looking at the big picture and the small details.

Highly Communicative:
I am incredibly impressed by how communicative Lisa and Erin are. They are quick to respond to emails. On the day of, they were SO efficient with communicating the timeline and keeping my wedding party up to date with everything. Not once was I “bothered” on wedding day. They let me enjoy the whole day without having to worry about everything. It was perfect because I got to soak up and cherish every moment of the day. Both ladies were SUPER punctual throughout the day. My wedding was a religious, traditional wedding. There was more than 1 location to be at, and they did it so gracefully. :)

Good Eye For Aesthetics & Beauty + What-You-Want:
I really and personally admired Lisa and Erin's eye for beauty. There were some ideas that I had, they took in, and gave a suggestion that made my idea only better. They took care of all of the vendors, set everything up, made my ideas come alive. I trusted their judgement and didn't worry what the set-up was going to look like. My 100% trust was there. It was such a fun, sweet, and joyful sight to see the reception decoration after everything was set up and ready for guests... it was a great surprise and definitely a highlight of my experience as a bride for the day. I felt so grateful for them when I walked in and saw our vision come alive.

Final Thoughts:
The day was so beautiful. It was perfect. More than perfect. :) My husband and I found ourselves being able to soak up the moments and enjoy the evening a lot more because everything was executed so well, so smoothly. This is thanks to Lisa and Erin's key to details, proactiveness, and positive approach to everything.

Wonderful, Professional Experience!

Lisa Krishman of Bella Luna Event Planning perfectly executed the wedding that we envisioned!

We hired Lisa for full service planning with an 8 month window. Our venue initially recommended Lisa.

Our meetings were well planned, efficient, focused, professional and fun!

Lisa helped establish a realistic budget and kept our wedding costs within the boundary of what we agreed upon. She is very practical and was able to help us sort thru all the extras that could easily sabotage a wedding budget!

Lisa is an excellent communicator and was quick to respond to our questions and concerns.

Lisa was thoughtful when planning our timeline, accommodating our unique vision for the ceremony. The venue, along with Lisa's assistance, allowed us to video the wedding with VR technology. We had grandparents who were unable to attend but were later able to view the wedding using Quest as if they were sitting at their exact front row seat!

A month before the wedding, we lost a member of the family. Lisa was able to keep the plans moving forward while we stopped to support our family.

She was an excellent liaison to the vendors regarding contract deadlines and payments, emailing us reminders when a payment was due.

During our meetings with vendors, you could sense the respect that Lisa receives from the many vendors she works with in the Houston area.

On the day of the wedding, I (the MOB) was able to completely relax and enjoy the wedding day knowing that I was in the best of hands! We had no surprises or issues. Every detail of the wedding came together as planned and it was truly magical!

We highly recommend Lisa Krishman as a wedding planner or for any other type of event!

Best day of my life!!! Thank you Bella Luna!

Bella Luna was absolutely AMAZING, and helped plan our perfect wedding!!!!! Erin and Lisa are a wonderful duo and are absolute pros! I was stunned when I walked into our ceremony/reception hall the first time. It was everything they said it was going to be and more, and all of the vendors they recommended were so professional and did exceptional work. I wasn’t a person who had dreamt about their wedding day since I was 5, but Bella Luna showed me how special a wedding day can be. It was the best day of my life, and they were a huge part in making that happen.

Also, it is quite a production to plan a wedding, and it was such a gift to have a team working with you to help deal with the nitty gritty details. Every time I hit a roadblock in planning, I could always reach out to them and they would always have a solution for me. They really just know what they are doing, and if you just sit back and trust them you will have a very relaxing wedding day. I think my favorite thing about Lisa and Erin is that they are so easy to talk to and make you feel extremely comfortable expressing your ideas or thought/concerns. They are both wonderful, but we worked mostly with Erin during our meetings and she is so so sweet. She was always available to help brainstorm ideas, or listen to my random thoughts/or questions and was extremely professional and comforting to have with me on the day of. My husband and I shared such a wonderful day together, and I would not have changed a thing! I highly recommend Bella Luna to anyone. Do it, you won’t regret it!! :)

Lisa K And Erin were the BEST! Very professional and creative. Our wedding experience was a fairy tale come to life. The ceremony and reception was beautiful and the aroma and candle light ambience of the room was filled with Romance. Our guests were amazed and thrilled for the wedding couple and families involved. Worth their weight in gold!

Lisa and Erin were the best to work with! They were always one step ahead of us and worked with us to make our big day go off without a hitch. They were incredibly responsive to emails and understood exactly what we wanted. The day would not have been the same without them! Between asking questions we didn’t even know were a thing, making a kickass timeline that was thorough and distributed to each vendor, and helping us manage a trying venue. This team is the BEST!! I’m one of 5 and we can’t wait to use them again!

Above and beyond what I hoped for!

I originally felt guilty that I needed help to plan my wedding. I had dreamed about this day for years, and I love details and planning. However, when reality set in (planning a wedding during grad school as I commuted between Houston and Washington state), I realized that I REALLY needed help! From the moment my mom and I met Lisa, I knew she was the perfect fit. Lisa is incredibly personal, organized and detail oriented, punctual with communication, and willing to go above and beyond to make everything run beautifully and smoothly - in the months leading up to the wedding and on the big day! Lisa was exactly what I needed as I planned my wedding from out of state! Every time I came in town from Washington, Lisa was willing to meet with me and work through details. Lisa was an absolute DREAM to work with!

From the moment I met Lisa, I felt like I had known her my whole life! We felt so comfortable that we felt like we became instant friends. There was no hesitation leading up to hiring her. The best wedding planners EVER!

BL Event Planning made my entire wedding day so incredibly wonderful! Lisa and Erin are awesome to work with and made my year of planning (from states away) so easy and enjoyable. I felt comfortable with them to share any and all my ideas for the big day and they made my ideas come to life in ways that I couldn’t even imagine and would respond to all of my emails in such a timely manner. Remarkable Team!

My husband and I are extremely grateful to our wonderful Bella Luna planners! I was initially adamant about relying on my excel sheets to plan the wedding, but am so grateful my husband was able to persuade me otherwise. Our wedding would definitely not have been so smooth and painless if it were not for Erin and Lisa, our magnificent wedding planners! Erin and Lisa have countless of phenomenal strengths. They are very organized and professional, as well as trustworthy, warm- hearted, and optimistic! Couldn't be happier

When my husband and I found Lisa, we knew immediately that we were in good hands. She's not only incredibly professional, organized, and insightful, but she brings an approachability and sense-of-humor that made the entire process fun - actually fun - for the two of us. I'll be honest, throughout the entire 11-months that we worked with Lisa, there was exactly 1-week that I was stressed, and it had far more to do with the guests than it did with anything else. haha. Each step of the process was neatly planned out, all the recommended vendors were a dream to work with, Lisa quickly and happily advised every time we had a question, and our wedding couldn't have made us happier. Even on the occasion that something wasn't coming together as planned, Lisa was there almost immediately with an alternate option (or 2...or 3).
To put it bluntly - Lisa was pregnant and had the baby while planning our wedding, and not a single thing was dropped or even delayed. She's nothing less than a superstar, and I guarantee that you'll be glad you chose her for your special day :)

Lisa Kirshman is amazing

When I first started to decide on vendors for my wedding, I wasn't sure that I would need a planner but now I could not imagine doing it without the help of Erin at Bella Luna! From our first meeting to coordinating times and finalizing details with all the other vendors... she made everything stress-free and was so sweet and always available when I needed a last-minute change or had questions about anything. There was a florist issue on the wedding day and she and her assistant Blair went above and beyond to save our day. 100% recommend Bella Luna if you are looking for a detail-oriented, prompt, and above all else, genuinely nice team of wedding planners!

Great service!

Planning a wedding can be stressful. So many moving parts, so many decisions, and so many outside opinions all fighting for space in your brain. But from the moment Alana and I sat down with Bella Luna, all the pieces started to fit together. They made everything easier, leaving no stone unturned, and just put us at ease. Bella Luna hands down made our wedding day the most fun, memorable, and loving day ever!

Having Bella Luna coordinate our big day was the best decision ever!

From the start, I could already tell that I needed to have Lisa on our vendor team for our big day. She was so sweet, thorough, and willing to answer all of our questions during our initial conversation! It was like I was talking to a long time friend even though we just met over the phone! :)

As our big day approached, we met with Lisa to go over everything and I cannot tell you how much stress was lifted off of our shoulders as soon as we sat down with her. She caught herself up to speed with our vendors, contracts, and she picked up where I had left off seamlessly. Lisa went through my "to do list" with a fine tooth comb and made sure that I didn't forget ANYTHING. When we were uncertain about something, she had option after option ready to solve our problems. Lisa really immersed herself into our wedding by reaching out to all of our vendors and just making sure that everyone was on the same page!

On the day of our wedding, I had nothing to worry about and I could truly enjoy our day due to the fact that Lisa had taken care of everything behind the scenes. Her attention to detail and design made our reception setup BEAUTIFUL and we could not have been any more in love with our reception space. She constantly made sure we were okay throughout the party by checking in on us, making sure all of the vendors were where they were supposed to be, executed our wedding seamlessly, and was quick on her feet with everything that was presented to her.

For all of our future celebrations where coordinating is needed, Bella Luna will definitely be number one on our list! I truly appreciate how sweet she is, her quick response, attention to detail, organization, flexibility, and how much she truly cares about her clients and their weddings! We love Bella Luna!

Bella luna is amazing

Bella Luna was the planner for our wedding last month and the entire experience from start to finish was incredible. Erin and Lisa made us feel super comfortable and relaxed right from the start. The wedding timeline they created was so detailed and beautiful. Wedding party and vendors knew exactly where to be at the right times and everything flowed flawlessly. Several people in the wedding party told us it was the smoothest wedding they had been a part of. And truly it was; we were never rushed and got to enjoy every moment. Knowledgeable, Experienced, & Very Friendly

Let me start off by saying this: I originally was not going to hire a coordinator for the big day. I was convinced to do so by my mom and my friends who had already gone through the process (comments came from brides with and without coordinators). I am over the moon that I not only did opt to have one, but that I picked such an amazing company :)
I mostly worked with Brandy throughout all of the planning and I couldn't ask for anyone better to have had by my side. I told her my likes/dislikes and she immediately was able to form a picture towards what I hoped for the wedding to be. It was in August & people STILL are talking about it to me, my parents, my husband, and his family. It was a dream come true & I can't thank her enough for every bit of help before and during it all. I've also had different bridesmaids thank me for having a coordinator since they never felt stressed during the wedding, unlike others they had participated in. We were all able to enjoy the reception without any worries as Brandy handled any little issue that would arise.
She helped make sure my vintage-like wedding was exactly what I hoped for, took care of all the time coordinating & scheduling of people, recommended amazing vendors, and was amazing to work with, since she felt like an honest friend who always had your back (and tells you when something looks good or bad when you ask for help). Our wedding wouldn't have been half as dreamy and spectacular without her, so I am thankful that she not only understood what I was aiming for, but helped me knock it out of the park.

I am not sure any words can do Lisa and Brandy justice for how amazing they are!! My mom found them online and just had a good feeling about them. We met Lisa for coffee, and we loved her. My mom pulled out her checkbook before we could even finish talking! They have been such a huge help! I cannot tell you how many emails they have answered of mine just asking silly detail questions like what color frame they think would be best for the seating chart. They can take your vision and execute it flawlessly (and better than what you could have come up with on your own). For example, they took some of my ideas and made a style board for me. It was exactly what I asked for, yet they made it one cohesive vision and way better than what I had in my head. They were worth every penny!! But even better, they were very reasonable priced! Lisa and Brandy will become not only your wedding planners, but your friends so that you feel completely comfortable during the whole planning process. Going to different vendor meetings (that of course they scheduled for you so you didn’t have to do anything other than tell them what dates work for you) was so much fun with them. It was great getting recommendations for vendors from them (we used all of their recommendations and all were incredible). And even nicer was not having to contact all the vendors right before the wedding – Lisa and Brandy handled it all! They pay attention to the small details and truly care about giving you the best day possible. For instance, I mentioned that I wanted a cookies n cream cake, but the cake vendor I was using didn’t have that flavor. One week before my wedding, they noticed that the cake vendor posted that as a new flavor on their Instagram page. They immediately emailed me and asked if I wanted to switch my flavor. Talk about incredible people watching out for you! They were so helpful on the day of the wedding as well and everything went off without a hitch!

I could not imagine how my wedding day would have gone without Bella Luna! Lisa and her team did an amazing job making my wedding day flawless!! Lisa did a great job preparing--she made working with all the vendors easy. She knows what to do to make a wedding day run like a well oiled machine! Not only is she fantastic at her job, but the moment I met her I felt like I'd known her for years! She is fun, bubbly, calm, respectful, and a joy to work with! I remember on my wedding day starting to stress about the bottom of my dress getting dirty due to the rain that passed through minutes before. Lisa looked at me and said, "if the bottom of your dress isn't dirty by the end of the night then you didn't enjoy your wedding." After she said that I felt relieved, and at the end of the night the bottom of my dress was in fact dirty because I had a BLAST! Thank you Bella Luna for making our day perfection!!

Lisa and her team with Bella Luna Bridal were absolute Godsends. Lisa is meticulously organized, upbeat, and always willing to find a solution for any issue. We selected the month of coordination package, and I so wish we had done full planning so that we could have worked together more. Lisa was willing to answer questions / give advice throughout the wedding planning process. When I lost my wedding dress to the Alfred Angelo bankruptcy, she came up with a list of dress shops, helped negotiate extended sales prices, and offered to be my shopping buddy as I have no family in Texas. When one of our guests passed unexpectedly a month before our big day, she gracefully stepped in and took the reins. She helped us navigate some rocky moments and difficult family situations that followed, and I am forever grateful for that.

The day of, Lisa and her team made it all happen like magic. Lisa helped keep our families in line during photos. Her team ensured the venue was set up impeccably. A missing family photo ended up in a frame, without me even knowing it was missing. Our day was perfect, and we credit it completely to Lisa and the Bella Luna Bridal team. The only thing I miss about wedding planning is getting to work with them!

The Bella Luna team was AMAZING! Brandy specifically made our wedding weekend flow PERFECTLY. From day 1 when meeting with the Bella Luna girls prior to the wedding, they made me feel comfortable and as if I was talking to one of my really organized friends who is helping with the wedding. I loved that! Then when the weekend of the wedding came, She made sure everyone including myself, my groom, all of the wedding party and our families were taken care of and knew what to do so that we could be in the moment and enjoy our day! Bella Luna Bridal was hands down the best money we spent on our entire wedding. I have been to plenty of friends weddings where we spend the entire day of the wedding setting things up at the church and venue, running around like crazy people at the last second, and feeling like we can't even enjoy the wedding or are so exhausted at the beginning of it because we had been working on it all day. What I wanted on my wedding day was someone who would take care of everything, all the behind the scenes work, and help me and my girls to feel relaxed and actually enjoy such a special day. I met with Bella Luna Bridal 6 weeks before my wedding and gave them all the vendors contracts, information, and even answered a super detailed questionnaire that I absolutely loved because they had questions on things that I hadn't even thought of. Our planner was the main person everyone contacted from that point on which made it smooth for communication between me and all the vendors and event details. My parents were thrilled that we had hired Bella Luna Bridal because even they said that they were able to enjoy, relax, socialize, and not worry about having to do all the parental duties of cleaning up afterwards and coordinating everything that might fall through the cracks. If there is one thing I would recommend to any bride in the Houston area, it would be to hire Bella Luna Bridal. Save yourself the tears, stress, anxiety, and potential melt down that you will probably have. It's worth everything!

Thank you so much Bella Luna Event Planning!! Immediately after getting engaged, I knew that living out of town, I had to have a wedding planner. I met with Lisa and felt immediately at ease. Lisa and Brandy are amazing event planners. Every vendor that they recommended were amazing and great to work with.I loved having Lisa and Brandy at vendor meetings, including looking at different locations for the wedding. They kept me and my now husband on track and were always available when needed.They knew my vision and made it into a reality.Whenever people asked me about wedding planning, I just showed them my personally created vision board.Living out of town and having a busy career, I loved knowing that all of my wedding planning was taken care of and in good hands. I also had the rsvp package where they followed up with everyone on the guest list to make sure we knew who was coming and not coming. This service is a must have. Finally, the day of the wedding was stress free. They took care of everything, and all i had to do was spend time with my mom and bridesmaids. My husband and I were very pleased and have no regrets about our wedding day. I went with full service wedding planning, but for people that do not want full service, I would at least recommend month of services as well.On the day of your wedding, you don't want to have to worry about organizing things with vendors, wedding day timelines, and making sure every person is where they need to be. Bella Luna Bridal and Occasions was the key to my wedding being a success. My mother and I hired them at the beginning of my 9 month planning period for full service planning. From the moment I met Lisa, I knew we would be in good hands. She was organized, patient, a great listener, thoughtful, detailed oriented, and whole lot of fun (this is just the tip of the iceberg). Lisa surrounds herself with a topnotch team, Brandy and Kalynn, are beyond fantastic as well.
They are all knowledgeable about the wedding and wedding planning industry, have a great network of FANTASTIC vendors (but were never pushy about me using their recommendations), and a have superb eye for all things beautiful. They truly made my vision come together better than I could ever imagine.

I was planning my wedding from across the country, which can be a daunting and stressful task. However, Lisa and her team were always there to take calls, answer questions, and return e-mails in a timely manner. They kept me on track with monthly timelines and reminder along the way.

On the day of the wedding, I didn't have to worry about anything except being a beautiful, blushing bride because I knew that the Bella Luna team would have everything under control down to the smallest details. I was able to relax and absorb my wedding day stress free. I can confidently say it was perfect and I would do it again, but only if Bella Luna is helping!!! Hiring Bella Luna was the best decision that I made in the wedding planning process. We hired them for month-of coordinating, and their knowledge of the reception venue (Hughes Manor) was so valuable to the process. Lisa and Brandy (and new to the team, Kalynn) worked diligently to ensure my timeline was created, communicated, and coordinated timely with all vendors. They were always so patient with all of my questions and replied promptly to answer them all. The team is thoughtful and works to make you feel like you are their top client. They did not leave any detail untouched so that everything would be just the way I wanted it. I was truly able to relax on my wedding day and enjoy it because I knew that they had everything under control. Through the reception, the team continued to work hard to keep everything going perfectly. I am so grateful for all they did to ensure it was a success! They were a delight to work with. Lisa and Brandy made my day go perfectly! During planning, they helped with every detail including some I hadn't even thought about. They were always responsive in emails, and I was always in the loop with vendors because of their help. I can't imagine putting on my wedding without their help. As the mother of a bride I was so overwhelmed with planning a wedding for my daughter. We instantly knew the day we met Lisa that she would be our wedding coordinator! Not only is she affable, but genuine. Her attention to detail made us feel like she was treating our wedding as her own – and she did! From the moment my mom and I met Lisa we fell in love! She was so personable and really took the time to get to know us. Before we talked "business" she wanted to know all about me and my husband (then fiancé). She came prepared with pictures of their past weddings and I already knew she was exactly what I was looking for in a wedding planner. I did not think things could be any better! Lisa then introduced us to Brandy and let me tell you what, they are the DREAM TEAM! I would have an idea in my head and they were able to bring it to life beautifully. Their exceptional style was always nice to have at vendor meetings because I knew if I was torn between two options, I could trust their suggestions on what would look best. Three months before my wedding I broke my leg. Not once during those few months did I stress over the wedding because I knew Lisa and Brandy had everything under control. I was able to concentrate on my health and not worry about any wedding details. The big "Day Of" was so relaxed and I did not once feel the need to check on the vendors or the venue. When I finally did see the Reception Hall and Chapel, I was blown away! I was overwhelmed with emotions because it was exactly what I wanted and more. I had brought a lot of personal items (pictures, lanterns, signs, etc.) and my family was dreading having to pack up after the wedding was over. After our send off, my family said the room was practically disassembled and my parents car was already all filled up! Lisa and Brandy are phenomenal! I was frantically searching for a new wedding planner after my previous one was no longer able to offer her services. We were 7 months out from the wedding and the only thing that we had accomplished was reserving a reception venue. I was also in the midst of coordinating my move to Houston from Dallas in the next few months, getting my home ready for sale, looking for a new job in Houston, and working 10-12 hour days, I was in need of full-service planning. I came upon Bella Luna Bridal on The Knot, and after reading the bio and perusing their website I had a feeling Lisa and Brandy would be a good match for me, and after a phone conversation with Lisa I knew Bella Luna was my choice. Lisa and Brandy completely captured my vision and style for the wedding. The vendor recommendations were top notch quality for the budget we had and spot on for the style I envisioned. I loved the monthly checklists provided for things to be done throughout the process as they kept my procrastinating self on task and made everything as stress free as possible. Our wedding day was perfect, and everything flowed as we had planned since Bella Luna was behind the scenes making everything work. Lisa and Brandi are the best investment you can make if you want your special day to be perfect. Seriously, I may even credit them with ensuring that we had the most ideal weather (75 degrees with 40% humidity haha) since everything else was handled so impeccably. I was planning my wedding in just over 2 months from California and knew that I wanted to leave any day of issues to the capable hands of a professional so I could enjoy what I had spent day and night planning. There are no more capable hands than the lovely ladies at Bella Luna. From our first meeting, I felt like I was hiring the most badass Matron of Honor in Lisa because she was professional, detail oriented, thorough, asked all of the right questions, etc etc but also felt like a friend. I trusted her right away (well after reading all of her stellar reviews and then sitting with her for 5 minutes knowing they were all true!) I felt like she was someone whose Type A organization would make my day flawless and I was right. She and her team are exactly who you want to go into battle with -- not sure if a wedding is the same as battle but it can be. I had done the heavy lifting in terms of planning -- styling a vision, finding/booking vendors, etc -- but Lisa and Brandi made it all come to life. She finalized details with all of my vendors and created a day of timeline to make sure everything ran on time and smoothly. And it did! I never felt rushed but I also felt like she was making sure we didn't forget any important detail we would regret missing. Bella Luna is like having a wedding concierge to attend to you on the most important day of your life so far...while also making you feel calm and authentically cared for. Yes, they are doing a job but you can tell the difference when someone is doing a job that they love. Lisa and Brandi love making wedding dreams come true and they did that for me. I'm out of space on this review so just hire them and then breathe easy knowing you're in the best hands.

Where do I even begin?!? All the positive things you read about this Team is 100% true! Lisa" & "Brandy" became household names to us this past year while planning our wedding, and I would have been completely lost without them! I found Bella Luna here on The Knot, and clicking that "message vendor" button was the best decision I could have made. I opted for the full service planning and would not have gone any other way. They made the entire process so easy, but more importantly, enjoyable. Working with Lisa and Brandy at BellaLuna was an incredible experience!

Their services were a gift from my now husband after our engagement, and WOW what a gift it was. I lived in Florida, my fiance was living in North Carolina, and the wedding was taking place in Houston. On top of that, I was trying to finish my Ph.D. and find a job. Let's just say I had ZERO time to plan a wedding.

That is where Lisa and Brandy rose to the occasion. They took my budget, broke it down and told me how much I could spend on each vendor. I asked that they give me one or two trusted vendor suggestions for each area of the wedding within my price range so I didn't have to make too many choices, and they delivered high-quality vendors in my price range with almost no thought on my part. It was amazing!

It was raining on the day of my wedding, so they seamlessly moved my outdoor ceremony indoors and made it look just as beautiful! My whole wedding was perfect because of their behind the scene work! All I remember was a smooth, easy day not worrying about any details- they took on that burden for me.

I feel like I lucked out completely! They delivered high-quality work worth well more than they charge. I wanted a beautiful wedding with as little planning on my part as humanly possible and that is what I got. They read my mind, understood my style, and made my dream wedding a reality.

You would be remiss to pass them up!

Lisa and Brandy are an absolute joy to work with, and I would recommend them to anyone (including my best friends!). From our first meeting, I could see that they were well organized and could manage both the big picture as well as all of the tiny details. We requested the full-service package, and also hired them to assist with the rehearsal dinner. They took care of everything from helping us figure out what is important and what isn’t, to handling all of our vendors, and responding to thousands of extremely detailed emails from my mother and me (an accountant and a mother who could organize the world). We couldn’t have made it through the planning process without them!! For the rehearsal dinner, Lisa ran the rehearsal at our venue while Brandy made sure everything was ready to go at the restaurant. The whole evening was seamless. On our wedding day, they handled all of the craziness too! I was tucked away getting hair and makeup done, and when I walked outside, the whole venue had transformed! They handled every detail and made sure that every vignette was perfectly arranged. Once the wedding began, we noticed a plus one show up for a couple that had only RSVP’d for one person. I let Lisa and Brandy know, and I don’t think the couple ever realized that there was now an extra seat and place setting at their table! During the reception, Lisa and Brandy also managed us so graciously, haha. They made sure that we stayed on schedule while also allowing us time to have those important conversations with our parents’ best friends or those guests that travelled from far away. They also helped my groom pull off a huge surprise for me! No detail was missed, and I wouldn't have wanted to work with anyone else. Lisa and Brandy, thank you for all that you did for us! You (or your groom) may be wondering what the heck you need a wedding planner or day-of coordinator for but ask yourselves this, "Do I really want to be bothered on my wedding day by the florist or caterer or DJ or photographer or the bazillion other people?" NO. Lisa and her team will make sure your day is seamless. Everybody told me to be sure to stop and enjoy my day but it all went by in such a blur that I can't imagine having to deal with vendors checking in with me for everything.

The month leading up to the wedding, Lisa took over and contacted all of my vendors, including some difficult ones. Wedding planning is stressful enough, you don't want to be chasing vendors and worrying about whether they'll sow up or not.

Some of my wedding was DIY and so I probably had more decoration and personal items than the typical bride. Lisa made sure everything came together and even packaged up all of my decorations (and there were a lot!) at the end of the night, which I was not expecting at all!

Lisa was like a best friend through it all and I'm sad it's all over. Do yourselves a favor and book Bella Luna!

We were skeptical about hiring someone to be our wedding planner because we thought we could do everything ourselves; however, we were convinced by our friends to give Lisa and Brandy a try. They were worth every penny. By the time we hired Bella Luna, we had secured just about all our vendors, but about 30 days prior to the wedding, we gave them all our contract and contact information and they took over. We no longer had to think about how to ask for something, confirm arrangements, or even do additional planning - they did it all for us. When we realized we needed a shuttle for us and a bus for our guests to and from the hotel and our wedding venue, Lisa and Brandy arranged it all. They were on-call anytime we needed them, they coordinated our final walk-thru with our venue, they promptly responded to all our emails, and they anticipated needs that we did not even know we had. On the night of our wedding, we truly did not have to worry about one thing. They ensured our last-minute guest changes were accounted for; they ensured that our design specifics were implemented perfectly, they made sure we had who we needed for all our pictures; best of all, they ensured we had a beverage when we needed one. They had our pre-determined itinerary and made sure we followed it. Lisa and Brandy were an integral part of making our wedding night stress free and our overall experience perfect. Mike and I are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Bella Luna Bridal & Occasions. I knew Lisa would be my wedding planner after reading her very FIRST email! I chose the full service planning because I am NOT a planner at all so I had the pleasure of working with her for a year! The description for full service planning states-stress NOT included… That is 100% accurate! Lisa and Brandy’s service and expertise made the wedding planning process stress free and fun! Lisa provided us with this awesome checklist in the very beginning and on top of that, Brandy would send me a reminder every month of what needed to be done. They responded quick to my emails, and always had great suggestions and feedback to any of my questions. I loved their honesty about anything and everything!

On our wedding day both Lisa and Brandy were everywhere making sure everything was perfect! My reception flowers had baby’s breath and Lisa knew 100% that I did NOT ask for baby’s breath! Lisa and Brandy fixed my flowers immediately! These girls do NOT play! I told Brandy and Lisa I need to have 5 minutes alone to eat my cake and drink my baileys and coffee- this is necessary. I almost forgot about it, but I came back from the restroom and there was my sweet Brandy waiting for me with cake and coffee! I absolutely love Lisa and Brandy!

My wedding was amazing! Our friends and family are still talking about our wedding! I could not have done it without Bella Luna Bridal & Occasions! Lisa and Brandy are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! They made my entire wedding planning process so easy and were incredibly responsive, even in the middle of the night (sometimes I'd wake up with 3am with lots of questions...). My now husband and I got married 6 months after we got engaged, and with all of Bella Luna's help that was more than enough time to plan and execute the wedding of my dreams. They were always on my team and advocated on my behalf, be it with vendors or cranky family members. They're amazing and I'm so glad I had the two of them and their advice all along the way!!!

I came to trust and rely on Lisa and Brandy so much as they helped me and my now-husband plan our wedding in July 2016. From the beginning, Lisa and Brandy were both incredibly responsive, creative, and proactive---I always felt as though they would be able to handle whatever the vendors or circumstances threw at us. They patiently walked me through the process from start to finish and recommended key vendors that made the day perfect. They also worked tirelessly behind the scenes to troubleshoot issues that arose so that I wouldn't have to worry as the big day approached. Lisa and Brandy are the best! We hired them to be our "month of" coordinators for our wedding and they knocked it out of the park. From the first phone conversation I had with Lisa, I knew that I could not go wrong with hiring Bella Luna and they’d make sure the wedding day would be stress-free. Lisa and Brandy are so nice, patient and fun to work with. They sent helpful reminders and communicated with my vendors so that I wouldn’t have to worry about it the week of the wedding. I completely trusted Lisa, Brandy and their assistant to take control of coordinating the entire day, making executive decisions and adjustments as needed. Everything was ready for us when we arrived at the church. They made sure that the floral and décor for the reception were set up to standards. All we had to do was show up which made it possible for us to enjoy our day and to have plenty of fun throughout the evening. Bella Luna were always on top of things. For example, when I arrived to the reception, the room lighting was not set to how we discussed with the venue and Lisa was already working on it with the floor manager before I asked her. Lisa and Brandy truly understood my vision and made it happen. I would highly recommend Bella Luna to anyone I know.

Lisa and Brandy were absolutely amazing! They were so helpful with finding the perfect vendors for us, and they were always on top of everything. The day of our wedding we did not have to worry about a thing, they took care of everything and made sure it all ran smoothly. It was the most stress free experience and worth every penny we spent.

I could not recommend Lisa and her team more! They seriously took care of every detail you could every imagine. And when the wedding came, I didn't have to do anything on the day of, just relax and enjoy the moment! Things got pretty crazy at my wedding and when I woke up the next morning I could not have been more grateful for Lisa and her team - everything I needed was taken care of! And for preparing for the wedding, Lisa responded quickly to all emails/phone calls and was such a joy to work with! She's so nice and made it all so much more fun. If you need a wedding planner this is your girl!! She was SO organized and had the perfect calming presence you need on such a crazy day. Pick Bella Luna, you won't be sorry!!

I feel so fortunate that I found and hired Lisa as my wedding planner. Our wedding day exceeded our expectations, in large part due to Lisa and her assistant Brandy. \r\n\r\nI don\'t think I was a very easy bride in that I had a lot of questions throughout the process and had a number of panicked emails near the end. She was always VERY patient, responsive and helpful. \r\n\r\nShe was also less than half the price of the wedding planner I spoke with before her - couldn\'t recommend them more!\r\n\r\n

So basically, Bella Luna Bridal is the best wedding planning service in the Houston area. I'm not kidding. They come in and have meetings with you, find out about you and your fiancé, create a budget with you, research what you want within your budget, make calls and meetings with vendors, all while making sure that you are getting what yo want and feel as stress-free as possible while dealing with your wedding. They can plan your wedding out from beginning to the wedding day or just coordinate the big day itself.
I have never worked with a wedding planner before but I can say with honesty that everything for my wedding went extremely well. From my stand point, Lisa and Brandy (the ones running the show at Bella Luna) make your wedding and your taste their priority. There are no dumb questions with them either, so if you are ever unsure about something you can always ask them and they wont make you feel stupid.
My favorite thing about them is that they are going to be honest with you about pricings, vendors, wedding traditions, and let you know: "its your wedding, do what you want to do." For example, when I was talking about getting a DJ with Lisa, she told me straight up how they will try to up charge you and sell you on things that you don't need. I loved her honesty and that she was looking out for me.
My wedding day was amazing and was like the exact vision that I saw in my head. They made that happen fore me. Their patience is amazing and they genuinely care about this day as if it was their own. They will not let you down!
They are incredible and like I said, the best in Houston. I really cannot say anything bad about them. The are the reason the best day of my life happened.

My daughter chose Lisa for her "month-of" planner and we could not have been more pleased. She took over, stayed on top of every detail, was professional and a pleasure to work with. I cannot think of a way that anyone else could have done a better job for us than Lisa and her staff. Wedding was 4/16/16.

I was fortunate to actually ENJOY the wedding planning process thanks to Lisa and her awesome team that helped out. After I proposed to my wife, we both knew we would like to do a quick wedding, but we wanted it to be a memorable night for everyone. A close friend recommended Lisa, and after the first meeting it was easy to see why. Lisa helped us weigh the pros and cons of each venue and she was great about using her past experience to inform our decision. Her flexibility in meeting times was a huge help considering our busy schedules. The meetings themselves were a pleasure, like brainstorming with a best friend on throwing an epic party. And the wedding itself was truly special, something we, and I’ll go as far as even our guest, will never forget. We really have Lisa to thank for executing it all seamlessly during the day through the night, she was wonderful.

I am so happy my sister recommended Lisa. Lisa had coordinated her wedding and it was beautiful so I knew I was in good hands, but now, I can say unequivocally she is awesome! My husband and I decided to get married three months after our engagement, and Lisa guided us the whole way. While we both worked during the day she talked with the vendors on our behalf, then communicated back to us clearly what we needed to know and any decisions we needed to make. I cannot say enough how much weight this took off our shoulders, having someone with the experience to deal with the vendors was worth it alone. But she did more, laying out a detailed checklist to help us stay on track while also serving as a friend when things seemed to be overwhelming. The big day went perfectly! I enjoyed the whole day and night, and it is funny because the whole wedding it just seemed too easy, heck enjoyable. But I know better, it wasn’t because we have this hidden knack for putting together a wedding, it was all thanks to Lisa.

What can I say? I just loved her!
We choose the partial package since we had already secured our venue at a winery outside of Houston.
Lisa has a bubbly personality & got the job done with a few laughs along the way.
The production that goes into getting married really had me stressing & I knew there was no way I had time to handle all the important details involved. I hired her using Thumbtack & never regretted the decision! She was attentive, funny, sweet & tough when I needed it. She was exactly what I was looking for & we were so pleased with the end results. A few of my wedding guests even made a comment about 'how on it' she & her team was. She found our florist & our wedding cake designer which were PERFECT for us - couldn't have asked for better!!!
Our ceremony was small (50 people) & the reception had to be moved inside due to weather, but that didn't seem to matter. Everyone had a great time & was glad they came! So glad since that was our overall goal -a celebration of our day.
I would definitely use her if I had to do it all again :)

I hired Lisa from Bella Luna Bridal once we decided to have our wedding at a private residence since I knew that would involve a lot more work and coordination. I wasn't ready to take all of that on by myself and she really helped with weeding through vendors and keeping track of the timeline and all the details and contracts. We planned my wedding in about 6 months and she was very on top of things and made sure everything was taken care of when it needed to be. She was also very helpful in vendor meetings by making sure we were being thorough and asking all the questions that I didn't know to ask. Weddings can get so complicated and if you've never planned one there can be a huge learning curve. Having that extra support while I had so many other things going on was such a huge help and just knowing that someone else was there to keep up with things too relieved a lot of stress. I think what I was most impressed with was her and her assistant's performance on the day of. I didn't have to worry about one thing and since we were creating a venue out of a backyard there was a ton of setting up and coordinating that needed to happen and they worked really hard all day and night to make sure everything we picked out came together just right. All I had to worry about was getting married and being with family and friends, they did an excellent job handling all the vendors and logistics the whole time. It turned out to be a beautiful event and everyone had so much fun. I would highly recommend Lisa with Bella Luna Bridal & Occasions, she'll definitely make sure that everything is perfect and she's both competent and fun to work with!

Long comment but the summary is: Lisa was amazing and my wedding would not have been as great without her.

I typically don't believe in 5 star reviews but Lisa definitely deserves every single one. I didn't get her involved until about 6-8 weeks before the wedding. I was originally looking for someone just to run the day of the wedding, I thought there wasn't much to do since I had already hired the vendors. How glad I am that I got her involved right away. She was so much help with the late vendor meetings - made sure they happened and made sure that I got what I wanted (for example, the vendor wanted a different table arrangement but Lisa encouraged me to stick to what I wanted and it turned out great!) She handled all the confirmations of the vendors and stayed on top of them. Instead of spending the last week running around like crazy, I got to enjoy my family and friends. Of course, we could not have done the actual day without her. She ran the day! I didn't worry about anything - not the favors, not the vendors, not the pictures, not collecting our stuff at the end. I was able to visit with people, dance and have fun without really a worry. While the florist, caterer etc were important, the night ran because of Lisa and I (and whatever friend/family designated to help) would not have had fun (we would have been too busy taking care of everything) had she not been there.

Being in the event industry, I could not have been more pleased with my decision to use an event planner for the day of my daughter’s wedding. This was a tough decision because I work with so many event planners and did not want to hurt the feelings of any of these planners.
Lisa did such amazing job down to every little detail. I have never seen such a thorough timeline. She was so on the ball and made sure that my daughter was happy at every moment and that I was as well. She managed all the vendors beautifully and kept everything running on time.
I highly recommend Lisa for any special event. It made my job that day of just being “mom” one of the happiest days of my life!

Lisa was an absolute pleasure to work with! She met with me multiple times before my wedding and was extremely detail-oriented to make sure she knew everything that was supposed to happen and all the vendors that were supposed to arrive at pre-determined times. She made sure that the wedding set up with all the different vendors was happening accordingly, and she let me enjoy getting ready with my bridesmaids. She made a very detailed timeline of our wedding day and on the day of the wedding, she arrived in the morning and was with us throughout the entire day and evening making sure everything ran smoothly. She and her assistant did a fabulous job! The entire wedding day, ceremony, and reception were all smooth sailing thanks to them! She was easy to get in contact with and responded promptly to phone calls and emails! I would definitely recommend her to any bride who wants to have an amazing and enjoyable wedding day :)

Words cannot express how much we appreciated Lisa’s hard work and attention to detail she provided before and during our wedding day. She in one word was simply amazing. After a few preparation meetings for the wedding we realized how much Lisa loves what she does. She is attention to detail in pre-wedding preparations, she stayed on top of vendors to make sure our day went well, and is very personable. We hired her about a month in advance and had several loose ends that needed to be tied up, Lisa tied them up and then some!!When we meet we did not feel like it was a business meeting or pressured to make decisions, we felt like we were meeting a friend who we knew was getting the job done for us.
On the day of she worked very well under pressure. We had a lot of moving pieces on our wedding day, but we were not rushed, and she took care of everything. We even had family members tells us later that she was great.
So, thank you Lisa for all that you did for us. As I previously said, you were amazing and we really appreciate it!!

The wedding we had been planning for 8 months turned out even better than we had envisioned because of Lisa. About a month out from our wedding day, we realized we had too many moving parts in our wedding day timeline with several different vendors (fresh flowers, paper flowers, DJ, mariachi, photographer, videographer, linens, venue, church, cake, Hora Loca/stilt performer) to try to coordinate it all ourselves, so we hired Lisa from Bella Luna Bridal, first because of the beautiful name of her company and second because she has such an awesome personality and is very smart. She communicated with every vendor and effectively dealt with two difficult ones, sparing us the hassle. We meet with her three times before the rehearsal/wedding day and she was very thorough and patient in discussing every little detail of our timeline and vendor list. She also took the time to go on a walkthough at the venue to better prepare. She communicated with us often and kept us on track on the days leading up to the wedding. I can stress out a lot, and was very stressed before walking down the aisle because, hello I'm about to get married and everything must be perfect! Lisa was there to calm me down and tell me that everything was going smoothly. From 1pm to 12am, and from walking down the aisle to exiting the venue surrounded by sparklers, I can say she and her assistant were always there taking care of all the behind the scenes tasks including directing guests and vendors and sticking to the timeline, as well as making sure we were comfortable. My parents couldn’t stop gushing about her attentiveness and hardworking ethic. I can't count how many people have told me it was such beautiful wedding or called it an "Epic Wedding". The most valuable quality of her coordinating was that it allowed my husband and I to fully enjoy every bit of our fantastic wedding day.

Bella Luna Bridal & Occasions was absolutely AMAZING!! We met Lisa at a bridal show and we were completely blown away by her. My now husband and I had her for the "day of". Which is really the month of. Lisa would email me leading up to the month before just to check in and get any information that she needed. She responds to emails & text very quickly! If at anytime I was stressed she would reassure me and take any work off of my shoulders. When we would meet face to face to go over things she always greeted me with a smile and a hug. She really made it feel more like I was working with a friend not a stranger. Lisa went over every single detail of the wedding and every single detail of the vendor contracts with me to make sure nothing was missed. She contacted all vendors and organized them arriving the day of. She also solved any problem that came up. I didn't have to worry about anything the day of because she took care of it all. When Lisa arrived the day of the wedding, she was all smiles and ready to get to work with her clipboard & extremely detailed timeline. Anything I forgot about she remembered. Lisa made sure that absolutely everything ran smoothly. After the ceremony and family pictures she made sure that my husband and I had the alone time that we needed.Throughout the night Lisa made sure that we had anything that we needed. I found out later that she did the same for some of our family so they could enjoy the night. Before the night was over she made sure that our personal items (clothes from that morning, etc), to go plates and some cake in the vehicle. We didn't have to worry about getting any of it together, she handled it all! I could go on and on about everything that Lisa did but that would be an EXTREMELY long list! Lisa was a life saver and everything that I needed/wanted in a wedding coordinator. I had the absolute perfect wedding. Thank you Lisa for everything! You are absolutely amazing!
