Hiring Bekah as our daughter’s wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made during the entire planning process.
She is the perfect balance of professional and personable. From our very first interaction, she was organized, detail-oriented, and incredibly thorough — but also warm, approachable, and easy to talk to. She made us feel heard and supported every step of the way.
Our wedding had a few sensitive family dynamics and guest situations that we were honestly very concerned about going into the weekend. Bekah handled those moments with such professionalism and gentleness. She navigated everything discreetly, respectfully, and calmly, which meant more to our family than we can fully express. We were able to stay present and enjoy the day knowing she was quietly managing things behind the scenes.
When a food vendor situation didn’t go as planned, Bekah immediately stepped in, took charge, and resolved the issue without any stress reaching us. What could have been a major distraction became a non-issue because she handled it so efficiently.
Throughout the entire celebration, she smiled, laughed, and acted completely at ease — all while managing countless moving parts. We were able to party, celebrate, and soak in every moment because we trusted she had every detail under control.

Hiring Bekah Laine Events for my wedding was the best decision I made. I opted for her "Day of" coordination package and Bekah and her team took over about a month to the wedding and were so helpful in getting all of my vendors on the same page. Bekah's team was extremely responsive with any questions I had, and I trusted them completely with my wedding day. The day itself was so totally and completely stress free because I knew that Bekah and her team would take care of everything. The wedding was perfect and the timeline seamless because of their amazing work! My family and friends got to relax and just enjoy the day together! If you're on the fence, I promise there is no money better spent for your wedding! -

From the beginning, Bekah was very responsive and professional, dotting every "i", and crossing every "t"! She gave us great ideas, met with us and venue, coordinated vendors and rehearsal! Oh, and the day of the wedding....she had things rolling and organized! We had no worries and were just able to enjoy our special day. Bekah and her assistant took care of every detail and kept things moving smoothly! We are so happy to have had her be a part of our event! Well worth every penny and more!!!! -

Bekah was an absolute God send. I chatted with a number of event planners and after one call with Bekah I knew she was the one. She is an excellent communicator, organizer and risk mitigation queen. She is the pillar of calm and handled two days of chaos like a boss. I also loved her sense of humor and easy going nature. I’d love to work with her again in any event planning capacity in the future.
