Hiring Stephanie for our wedding was one of the best decisions we could have made. We initially chose Stephanie because she vibed with our personalities, and didn’t pressure or push us towards any “traditional” wedding things that we didn’t want to do. We wanted a wedding that was truly ours, and she had many anecdotes and examples of how she had helped others bring their unique ideas to life. It also happened to work out that she managed the venue we had selected! Throughout the whole process, Stephanie kept us on track with planning, ensured all our vendors understood what we wanted, she celebrated our idiosyncrasies and helped us take our fragmented ideas into a cohesive event. We were nervous going into it, with wedding details and decor, there is no trial run or a way to test to see what anything is going to look like until the big day. That level of trust is hard! But Stephanie knocked it out of the park. Particularly the month leading up to the wedding and the big day itself, Stephanie kept things moving, made sure we got what we wanted and executed things beautifully. She even helped to bustle my dress in a pinch! We love her! -

My husband and I were engaged for three years, so it only made sense that we threw all caution to the wind and planned our elopement (micro wedding) in under ten weeks. I was definitely of the mindset that I wouldn't need a coordinator because 'we're eloping after all' ... y'all. Stephanie was the missing piece. I was having a hard time keeping up with vendor emails and the logistics of setting up our ceremony. She does it all. She rocks it all. Our ceremony and cake reception were set up beautifully. Her communication was fast, and we loved our wedding info packet. We couldn't have done it without her. -

Stephanie was fantastic to work with. We used her full service option and it was worth every penny. Stephanie was kind, personable, had great attention to detail, and generally made sure our day went incredibly smoothly. She has great relationships with awesome vendors and we were really happy with everyone she recommended.
Stephanie paid attention to our budget and never once pressured us to do something we couldn't afford or that wasn't "us." She got our style and she was super ready for our ideas even if they weren't traditional. If you've been looking at wedding planners and getting stuck because everyone seems like they'll plan an airbrushed, generic event that doesn't fit your vibe, stop looking and contact Stephanie. -

Above and Beyond
Stephanie was an answered prayer. Our wedding was delayed a year because of covid and I ended up procrastinating on wedding planning as a result.
In came Stephanie about two and a half months before the wedding.
She immediately got to work on helping us with all the details. She asked ALL the questions, a lot of things I never would thought about on my own. She wanted to make sure my big day was exactly what I wanted — and to be honest I didn’t know what I wanted until I started working with her.
My wedding day was everything I could have imagined and more. I didn’t have to lift a finger for my rehearsal and on the day of the wedding. Stephanie had it all under control from set up to tear down!!
I cannot recommend B&B Events enough. Stephanie was professional, easy to work with, and just a joy overall. I highly recommend her business!! -

We loved working with Stephanie as our wedding coordinator! She is very detail-oriented and organized which made our wedding planning process very smooth. I loved how I didn't have to worry about any of the details on the wedding day because she had everything under control. Stephanie is the most amazing wedding planner! She and her husband Matt were so incredibly pleasant to work with! I recommend them to anyone looking for a planner. They're super fun but also very professional and they always get things done. You can tell that they really care about and connect with their couples and really have their best interests in mind.
When we first contacted Stephanie we didn't even know where to start with wedding planning and she helped us so much with clear guidelines, tasks, resources, monthly check-ins, and meetings. She's so organized and really made sure we felt comfortable about everything. She also helped us figure out our creative vision and a theme that truly felt unique to us.
We had to postpone our wedding because of Covid and Stephanie stuck through everything with us and navigated all the challenges calmly and with a great attitude.
Our wedding day was amazing and stress-free thanks to her and Matt, and all the other amazing vendors we worked with (that she helped us find). We're so grateful and couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner or a better day!! :) -

She's a rock star!
Stephanie was a superstar. I originally planned to hire her for just day-of-coordination but after meeting and talking with her we decided on her partial planning package instead. I'm a bit of a control freak and I've been waiting to plan my wedding since I was a child. So I was pretty certain I could handle things myself. I'm so glad that I went with her though! She was so great to work with. She got super excited with me about my plans and had such awesome ideas herself. She also knows her stuff and is so well organized and has all the tools in place to help even the most unorganized bride have the day of her dreams. She was very realistic with me without ever shooting down any of my plans or ideas. If there was something that I wanted to do but wasn't sure how to make it work I knew that I could count on her. I got engaged back in 2017 and we planned to get married in September of 2020. The pandemic was simply a nightmare that no bride could have planned for. March of 2020 I was supposed to be 6 months from my wedding and the world was on lockdown. Stephanie was my lighthouse in that storm of a scenario. She worked to make sure that I remained calm, despite my family experiencing the loss of my father and me having to teach during a pandemic. Stephanie worked hard to make sure all of our vendors were up to date with any changes, that our guests would feel safe and comfortable, and that even though it was different than originally planned it still remained the day of my dreams. It was so nice to know that she was on my team. The day of the wedding all I had to do was sit back and enjoy the day because I knew everything was being handled by Stephanie and her awesome team. So if you're getting married then please do yourself a huge favor and hire Beauty and the Budget. She will be your rock star and the vendor you can't do without! -

Beauty and the Budget Events was fantastic in wedding planning our 2020 wedding ceremony. We had to change our plans due to covid-19 and B&B Events were flexible and adaptable when we had to change our larger wedding to an elopement ceremony in our backyard. Everything was perfect! We needed a lot of assistance with our wedding design plan and B&B Events quickly understood our style. She combined my fun and colorful style to my partner's modern and clean style. Everything was absolutely beautiful from the cake table decorations, reception dinner decorations, and our selfie backdrop! B&B Events was always professional, responsive and went above and beyond to make my wedding day super special! I highly recommend B&B Events for coordinating your wedding day! -

We found Stephanie on Wedding Wire in January of 2019 and hired her as our Day of Coordinator. "Day of" is just a speck of what Stephanie actually does for couples - she is the backbone of the entire communications with vendors and logistics of the ceremony/reception. She is amazing at problem solving and eases any nerves you may have. Stephanie has a knack for answering the questions you never even thought to ask. We could have have asked for a better planner - she is professional, extremely organized, and makes your dream wedding day come true. -

Stephanie was excellent to work with. From the first meeting until after the ceremony she was prompt, professional, and strove to understand exactly how *we* wanted our wedding to be so that she could ensure that all the details were just so. This was made more difficult by our wedding being mostly DIY, but she put in the work to ensure that everything was setup and coordinated perfectly. -

Stephanie is easy to work with throughout the planning process. We opted for Theme Design Workshop and Day-Of Coordinator. The Theme Design Workshop really allowed us to focus on a vision for our wedding. The theme was exactly what WE wanted, she was not over powering or pushy in any way. While we were getting closer to the big day, she helped us get organized with what we needed to have to make our vision reality, she met with us multiple times to go over the finer details of decor and timeline. Our wedding was in Greensboro, NC but we are living in Columbus, OH and the distance did not hinder us at all (thank you Skype!)
Bottom line: she's great to work with, attentive to detail, and listens to & promotes YOUR vision for your big day.
I will be recommending her to all my friends when their big days come :) -

Stephanie was our rock during the entire planning and day of process. She knew exactly when to encourage us to just breathe and not stress about every single little detail. The best thing about working with Stephanie was that it felt like she was not just another vendor, but a friend in our personal circle. She is incredibly professional and kept us right on track with monthly phone calls but always remained light hearted and never stressful. She attended vendor meetings with us and truly listened to what we wanted. She had great suggestions on vendors that fit our budget but also knew how to shift our budget around in other areas when I didn't want to budge on a particular things. On wedding day she did a fantastic job time managing and dealing with any surprise bumps in the road. She even had club soda ready for me when I spilled a red drink all over my dress - after she was done, you couldn't see a thing! We would recommend Stephanie and her team to anyone looking for a wedding planer who is truly passionate about her job and will work her very hardest to make sure that your wedding day is EXACTLY how you want it (while still finding a way to stay in budget). She made the entire process so stress free and we could not have asked for a better day!
