Brittany and her team at BAO were helpful and I would highly recommend them for all brides. She was laid back (which fits my personality) and helped me with any small details that I had questions about. My wedding day was perfect and our guests were very happy with the wedding. I know the small details wouldn't have been taken care of if Brittany and her team were not involved.

Working with Brittany and BAO was a breeze. Other than picking out our venue I had not made many decisions when it came to planning when we hired Britt. She made it is giving us step by step plans of when we needed to figure out x, y, and z and was always there throughout the planning process to answer any questions we may have had. The day of our wedding went so incredibly smoothly. When people ask me if anything went wrong "as it always does" I honestly can say there wasn't anything! We were so happy to be able to spend the day with our friends and family without having to worry about any of the logistics. Thanks to BAO, we had a flawless day!

Living over 700 miles away from where I started the planning process for my wedding, I quickly realized I needed some extra help. The moment I got off the phone with her from our first phone call I knew she was hired. Any worry, concern, question was answered almost immediately at all hours, any day of the week and being a busy woman who worries all the time I cant tell you how much more relaxed that made me feel! Most brides ask friends and family who to use for vendors but I had no choice to go in blind off of reviews which was scary. Brittany helped me pick out the perfect vendors for me, working within my budget and even helping me save some money to add extras I didn't think I could afford. I have said it over and over again, there is NO WAY I could have pulled off such a beautiful day without her. The day of the wedding I didn't lift a finger and didn't worry about anything because it was already done before I even had the chance. The relationship we built with the planning process was professional but we got to know each other so well I honestly always felt like I was talking to my friend. Thank you for everything

I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about Brittany and BAO! They made every part of the planning process fun and easy which is saying a lot considering I was planing my Wilmington wedding from Seattle, Washington. The day was flawlessly executed and whats best is, if there were any hiccups I never knew. They really did make my day the most enjoyable as possible. Brittany really does give each and every couple her undivided attention. You would never know she has events almost every weekend if she didn't tell you. She has a true servants heart and her passion for these events really shines. I would recommend BAO to any and everyone looking to organize an event. They really are THAT good!

You know how they always say SOMETHING will go wrong on your wedding day? Well, not with this team! My wedding day was absolutely PERFECT!!! These ladies know what they are doing and the owner/boss Brittany knows how to get sh*t done! They responded quickly to all questions, big and small, via email and phone. They are also very grounded and work well to help you remain in your budget with quality vendors. Worth every penny and more!

Brittany and her team are absolutely fantastic! She did a wonderful job from our first meeting through the end of the reception. We could not have asked for a better coordinator! We had a perfect wedding day. Through the entire process she was helpful with any questions or concerns and always got back to me promptly. We cannot thank her enough for the wonderful job she did!

Brittany and Jessica did an amazing job helping coordinate our wedding from afar. Planning a wedding from Boston made things a challenging sometimes, but they were there to help us through every question along the way. We wanted a lot of customized details - including a beer garden during our cocktail hour- and it was excuted flawlessly because of them! I'm so glad we chose BAO as our wedding coordinator!

Brittany and her team were absolutely WONDERFUL!! Our day turned out so perfect, even with the rain! We had the absolute best time, couldn't have asked for more! Leading up to the wedding, Brittany was very helpful with choosing vendors and getting everything set up for the big day! The team even helped with a last minute fix to the flowers that were delivered, making sure they were exactly what I had pictured! I would recommend BAO Events to anyone getting married in the area as the day truly was stress-free for me and my husband! Can't thank them enough!

Our caterer connected us with Brittany and from day 1 we knew she had it together. Even when she has a million things going on (which all the best folks always do) she made time for us and listened to our concerns. We like to think of ourselves as fairly organized people, but there were details that we would have never thought of that she brought to our attention. She solved problems before we knew they were problems, kept us in the loop about things we needed to know about and kept us oblivious of drama on wedding day. We could have done it without her, but it wouldn't have been what we wanted. Thank you, thank you. We had one shot to make it perfect and Brittany and her team were indispensable. Book her now. If she's available.

We used BAO for a day of coordinator, but we got so much more. This option is great for the person who is planning on doing some DYI projects. Brittany, owner of BAO, kept me on track with my vendors the entire time and made sure important items were completed in a timely manner. Brittany and her team have a creative eye and brought my vision to life. I did not worry or stress about one thing on my wedding day because of BAO. I would have paid twice the amount for the piece of mind I received.

I had to take some time before I was able to write my review for BAO Events, as there was so much to say about how Brittany and Jessica did such a monumentally amazing job in the days leading up to, and day of our wedding. No bride wants to hear that a tropical storm is getting ready to make landfall on the day of your wedding, but not only was I totally calm knowing that Brit and her team had a plan B, and even plan C if needed, but I was able to relax and have fun! The ability to be able to move both the ceremony and reception locations back and forth at the last minute was flawless. Our guests never knew there was even a plan B - it all looked so amazing. I had so many compliments from guests that this was the best wedding they've ever been to (except their own, of course!). Thank you again Brittany and Jessica, this day would have not been the same without you.

I would like to take the time to Thank BOA Events and there staff for doing and outstanding job running my corporate event. Brittany and have staff went over and above our expectations and we could not have been more excited. They where so focused and paid attention to all the details that we needed to succeed. The venue set up was breathtaking. All the attendees can not stop talking about how great the event was and how much fun they had. I would highly recommend BAO Events and plan to use them going forward for all my events. Thank you once again. I could have not done it without you.

They are true professionals with lots of experience. BAO suggested vendors and put me in touch with a great group of people. When I think back on my day, I will always remember Brittany, her professionalism, and her kindness. Amongst all the commotion, she also made sure that the groom and I sat down to eat!!! Thank you BAO!!!

Working with Brittany and Kacin of BAO Events for my destination wedding to Ocean Isle Beach, NC could not have gone more perfect! She was there to help every step of the way- from finding and suggesting vendors to helping me set up flower arrangements for the ceremony. She was always responsive when I had a question or needed something and was really fun to work with. The day of was pretty hectic and she stepped in and literally took care of everything! I was told I was a very calm bride-to-be/bride and I can say that is mostly thanks to her! She helped me create the best day of my life and I am still being told by guests how great she was!
