We had to change wedding planners just one month before our big day, and Paula at BACS Event was truly a blessing. She listened to every single detail (and I had many!) and never missed a step. From the moment she stepped in, her genuine and sweet personality gave me peace of mind.
On the morning of the wedding, Paula sent me a text saying not to worry because she would take full control and she absolutely delivered on that promise. Our wedding was elegant, flawless, and perfect in every way. The decorations were breathtaking, and so many of our guests said it was the most beautiful setup they had ever seen.
Paula and her crew didn’t just coordinate; they served Daryl, me, and all 120 of our guests with grace and professionalism. My heart is so full of gratitude for her making our day everything we dreamed of and more.

If we could give more than five stars, we would. Planning a destination wedding is never easy, but our experience came with an especially unexpected and stressful twist: our original venue in Costa Rica was abruptly sold just months before our wedding day, wiping out all of our group reservations and vendor contracts. It could’ve been a complete disaster, but thanks to Antonio and his team at BACS, it turned into something even more magical than we could have imagined.
From the moment the cancellation happened, Antonio stepped up with a level of leadership, professionalism, and grace that I have never encountered before in any industry. Within days, he found and secured a new venue that was not only more beautiful but better suited for our needs. This venue was not advertised as much on the internet, so we would’ve never been able to find it ourselves. He personally went to see it as he wanted to make sure we got the very best. Antonio introduced us to Paula from his team, and they both personally contacted every vendor, negotiated contracts on our behalf, and ensured that not a single detail fell through the cracks. Every challenge was met with calm, confident problem-solving, and every solution came with clear communication and genuine care.
What makes Antonio and Paula truly exceptional is how proactive and responsive they are. They updated us constantly, answered every question we had, and made sure we never felt alone in the process. Even with dozens of moving pieces and challenges, they handled it exceptionally well. On the wedding day itself, everything went off perfectly. The setup was stunning, the timeline was perfect, and our guests could not stop complimenting the atmosphere and organization.
Antonio did more than plan a wedding. He protected our piece of mind, saved our celebration, and delivered something better than we ever thought possible. I have never given a recommendation this strong in my life, and I can say without hesitation: If you are planning a wedding event in Costa Rica, hire Antonio and his team. You will not find anyone better.
