We highly recommend B-Rad planning to anyone looking into using a wedding planner. We only needed to utilize Brittany as a day of coordinator but she was so helpful throughout our whole wedding planning process. She truly goes above and beyond to make the planning process smooth sailing. I truly don’t think our wedding day would have been what it is without her! She is amazing at making sure the day goes exactly how you envisioned it and more. My husband and I used Brittany, the owner of B-Rad for our wedding planning. We purchased the full "hand holding" package, and everything was so seamless and easy --They handled communication with all of our vendors, advocated for our needs/wants throughout the wedding process and on our wedding day, they attended all vendor meetings, met with us several times throughout the process, constantly answered all of my texts/emails/phone calls with questions on a timely basis, and made sure the day went so smooth and we didn't have to worry about anything on the day of our wedding. They also gave us such great recommendations and wedding tips that I would not have found on my own. We are so grateful to have gotten such great care for our wedding day and would not recommend any other wedding planning company. -

It did not take long for my now husband and I to decide we wanted B-Rad for our wedding this past August. Initially we did a Power Hour with Brittany and at the very least I highly recommend couples take the time to do this as it will give you so much guidance on how to navigate the following months leading up to your wedding. The Power Hour was super informative, and Brittany laid out different ways to approach our wedding planning process keeping in mind what made the most sense for us. Ultimately, we decided to book B-Rad for the whole wedding planning process, day of coordination, and finally clean up. We were so fortunate to work with Emily for our wedding. From start to finish, she was personable, professional, and extremely passionate about her role to us in our wedding. Every question and task we presented Emily with she always had an answer or solution for us. We met with Emily many times via zoom, we did an in person walk through at our venue, and Emily also came to our rehearsal dinner to give all of our wedding party/family a run down on what to expect day of. As the bride, I did not have to worry about anything because Emily was already so many steps of me. Emily introduced herself to all of our vendors and ensured that if they had any questions, the vendors should be talking to her rather than us as the couple. She helped set up the day of and we were never left to task anything out to our family and friends. For example, she did the draping on the pergola/arch we got married under, she put out all of our table numbers and party favors, she briefed the vendors as they arrived, she helped fix one of my bridesmaid's dresses and helped me bustle mine, she made sure our puppy was taken care of, and she took all of the worry and stress our of our day. Emily's dedication to us from start to finish was beyond what we ever imagined, and we are so thankful to her and B-Rad for providing such excellent service to us. Book B-Rad for yourself and see firsthand! The service provided was well worth the money we spent, and I cannot recommend Emily and B-Rad enough. Do yourself a favor and just Book B-Rad, it will make your big day stress free, worry free, and absolutely amazing. Thank you for everything!! - The Masters -

We hired B-Rad just under a year before our wedding. Brittany helped us navigate everything. Unknowingly, we chose the busiest wedding day of the year and she still brought incredible vendors to our day. Brittany listened to what was most important for us on our day and ensured to keep that as a priority. The day of the wedding was seamless. From the very first email I sent Brittany asking for her services she felt like my best friend! She was not only so happy for us that we had gotten engaged but also so excited to start the planning process right then and there! Her communication from day one was phenomenal, she always would respond so quickly no matter what the question or issue was! Most of the time, it was within minutes to ease my nerves! I knew no matter what I needed she was always there for me. She gave very clear directions at each planning meeting on what I needed to work on and what was left to do. The spreadsheets she creates are simply the BEST! She thinks of everything; budget, guest list, packing list for the day of, song lists, etc! One of the most organized and timely people I have ever met! She truly cared about my feelings and what my husband and I wanted for our special day. She made us both feel so comfortable and at ease that we were in the best hands.
Brittany went above and beyond to make sure the day ran smoothly. I was a bride who didn't want her to leave my side and she never once did. She was the biggest hype girl the entire day; throughout the getting ready process she made me feel beautiful, for photos she always made sure my hair was in the right place with the wind, and into the evening she checked in on us throughout the night making sure we always had our favorite drink in our hand! She was so calm and full of energy the day of, it eased all of our nerves! If something went wrong I still to this day don't know and that's exactly how I wanted it! She took care of every little detail with vendors throughout the planning process handling the communication with them and all of the coordination the day of. Her impeccable attention to detail shined through seeing the way our tables were set up with our flowers and centerpieces for our reception. She executed my exact envision so perfectly!!
All in all, Brittany is one of a kind! She will ease every single one of your nerves and make your wedding the most wonderful day of your entire life! We couldn't have asked for anything more and feel so lucky to be able to have worked with her! She made all of our wedding dreams come true! -

We had the most fantastic experience working with B-Rad for wedding management. She was always incredibly professional and easy to talk with throughout the process. She thought about every little detail imaginable and make it all happen without any second thought. As the wedding got closer, she was also incredibly responsive to both essential questions/concerns and silly little details. She truly kept my head on straight any time I was starting to get overwhelmed!! I barely had to lift a finger when it came to final confirmations so I was able to focus on other details.
I was already incredibly grateful and impressed by B-Rad before the wedding but the best was still yet to come! It was so fun and reassuring to have B-Rad around during the day. The entire day from bridal party pictures, to ceremony, to family photos, speeches, and first dances went incredibly smoothly. As a type A person, it was one of the only days of my life I didn't have a care in the whole besides enjoying myself! I also cannot emphasize how fun it was to have her around. I would recommend B-Rad to absolutely everyone I know!! -

Booking B-rad for our wedding in June of 2023 was the best decision we made without a doubt! I was fortunate enough to see Brittany and Emily in action for my sister’s wedding in October of 2022 and I knew then and there that I needed them for my wedding too. Brittany and Emily were so easy to communicate with throughout the entire wedding planning process and made things so much easier to keep track of with their simplified spreadsheets. They were available to chat regardless of the time of day or no matter how silly the question might have been. They took a significant portion of the stress out of wedding planning and I am eternally grateful for that. Emily was so helpful on our wedding day with planning our entire day out, rallying our bridal party, speaking with the vendors, you name it! I would have been lost without her. Having a wedding planner was hands down the best decision we made during our wedding planning process. We only had a 9-month engagement and didn’t know where to start. Both Brittany and Emily sat down with us and put us at ease from day one. B-rad helped us assemble an incredible team and their checklists and spreadsheets were a great way to stay on top of our monthly/weekly priorities.
Emily took the reins and was our go to girl for all questions and vendor communication. She not only helped us make difficult decisions but also offered to help with last minute errands and made sure every detail was covered day of. She coordinated with vendors and, as all weddings have, dealt with last minute challenges gracefully without us even knowing there was an issue. When we felt overwhelmed, we knew she was just a phone call away and we always felt better after talking through our worries.
Emily and Brittany are not only professional, but are amazing people who truly love the wedding planning process and want to make sure your day is everything you dreamed it could be and more! -

Absolutely Blown Away
Wow, where do I even start? Brittany went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations. There are not enough words to recommend and commend her for her hard work. The day ran absolutely flawlessly. I have never been in a wedding that we were on time to everything however, with Brittany we were AHEAD of schedule the entire time. We had more than enough time to enjoy the evening because we felt so stress free. Caleb and I received endless compliments about how professional and efficient Brittany was. B-Rad Weddings & Celebrations is THE wedding planner that you want to have for your wedding. Brittany is a true professional of her trade, and is a major reason as to why our wedding day went off without any hiccups and was exactly as we dreamed it to be! Brittany's wisdom and experience helped us throughout the entire process, from choosing our venue and vendors, to the details of the timing of our wedding day. Throughout the entire planning process and day of activities, she always made use feel as though she had everything 100% under control, and she DID have everything under control. Brittany is on top of EVERYTHING and makes sure that things are planned as they should and happen as they should.
The week before and on our wedding day, everyone around us kept commenting on how calm we were, and that was because we had full trust in Brittany to execute all of the details. Not only did she execute......she went above and beyond our expectations and CRUSHED IT! Our wedding day was perfect!

Just did a "Power Hour" with Brittany and it made me feel so much better about the things I was stressed about. Loved being able to chat with her about all my questions for a minimal fee for an hour of her expertise. She was SUPER helpful with helping me work through our budget based on our wishes in relation to industry averages of costs. Who needs a fairy godmother when you have Brittany? I'm pretty sure she has a magic wand! When we first thought of wedding planning, I was confident that I could manage it all and only needed a second review where contracts were concerned. Nevertheless, I contracted with Brittany for wedding management & half-heartedly went to our first meeting. Brittany immediately caught up with my wedding plan, learned about my vision, provided me with a schedule & established my next steps. She is amazing - a mentor, guide, advocate, and also a best friend. Our reception venue canceled on us 4 months before the wedding, and I called Brittany in tears not knowing what to do next. She immediately went to task, brainstorming all the places that *WE* could contact that would not break the bank. Within an hour, I had multiple options & 1 very strong contender. Within a few days, I had a new wedding reception venue (…oh and we saved $$$ moving to the new venue). I was so thankful for her, she had alleviated and navigated my deepest fear calmly & confidently! Weeks leading up to the wedding, Brittany saved me time and energy by contacting all the vendors, confirming details, pulling together timelines for the vendors/bridal party & distributing them. Our reception venue allowed us to set up the day before, so I was able to go help/see the setup first-hand. We were in and out within an hour. Brittany made it so easy and even though we ran into a few décor hiccups, Brittany was able to come up with alternative solutions right away! At rehearsal, Brittany was instrumental in corralling everyone to make sure we are on schedule while still having the happiest & best time. On our wedding day, all we really had to think of was getting dressed and getting to the church, everything else was in Brittany's & the rest of the vendors capable hands. We were not stressed about details, were able to enjoy every moment to the fullest, and remained on schedule. Brittany also made a strong impression on our family and friends through the day. Even though we were running behind schedule in the church (mass ran a bit over- was still beautiful!) and we were in a hurry, she remained kind, polite, light-hearted, and very professional in her interactions. Thank you Brittany for all your encouragement, help, creativity, ideas, and was being so supportive as we planned the day of our dreams! I cannot recommend Brittany enough. Hiring B-Rad as our wedding coordinator was one of the easiest decisions in the wedding planning process. After our first conversation I knew that her services were going to be very needed, as I did not want to worry about anything on our wedding day. After all of our conversations and meetings I was more and more impressed with how she is more organized than I am, and thankful for the reminder to finish very important details that I managed to forget in the planning process. All I had to do was make sure I was dressed and ready to walk down the aisle, Brittany had everything else managed and taken care of, and I knew nothing about any issues that happened that day. She made it possible for me to relax and enjoy the day with my husband, family, and friends. My wedding party (groomsmen) are a tough group to control, and she made it look effortless! She did such an amazing job that even my photographer was super impressed, and wanted to refer her for her other clients! Brittany is truly amazing and I can't thank her enough for helping with our wedding in a year full of uncertainty! Even with a pandemic added into the mix, she went above and beyond in helping adjust our special day so that everything would run smooth. On our wedding day, the set up for the rooftop ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner was executed perfectly. I received several great comments from friends and family on how beautiful everything was. Where do I begin! Truthfully, Brittany was one of the last vendors I booked because I thought I could ‘handle it’ because I had so much of my wedding planned. I am BEYOND grateful I trusted my gut and booked Brittany. When people talk about what is worth “splurging” on for their wedding - it’s usually things like a photographer, or an open bar. Let me tell you - a great photographer or unlimited booze means NOTHING if you can’t relax on your own wedding day because you’re wrangling your uncle for family pictures, or wondering who is going to be the contact person for all of your other vendors, who is going to know your wedding INSIDE and OUT - maybe even better than you know it yourself - OR EVEN who is going to be the person to fetch you deodorant when you’ve been sweating on the dance floor. I can not recommend Brittany enough. It felt like I had a best friend there - who I could ask any favor of or any question and she handled any situation with ease. Having Brittany at our wedding meant I could take a deep breath and know that anything that would come up was HANDLED. Brittany was in the background when she needed to be and involved when she needed to be. It is truly a testament to her work when even our family members complimented her work. Brittany has gone from a complete stranger to a close friend, and I cannot recommend her enough. Worth every penny and then some. -

Hands down the best thing you can do for your wedding is choose B-Rad! From the second we hired her she jumped right in and knew everything about our wedding inside and out. Brittany met with my husband and I on multiple occasions to go over details of the big day, which were complicated due to the fact that we got married during a pandemic. Brittany took all of our requests that we wanted at the wedding and made every one of them happen. I am the type of person that stresses over every little detail and I really didn’t want to do that on my wedding day. Brittany made everything flow so easily. I did not worry once after she ran the rehearsal, and I saw first hand how great she handled corralling the wedding party, vendors, decorations, etc. Brittany truly will do everything in her power to make sure that you have the happiest day ever. I cannot say enough about her services! Afterwards almost all of the vendors, wedding party, and parents approached me saying how they couldn’t believe how great of a job Brittany did. Seriously don't know how we would of made it through the Wedding Day without Brittany! her professionalism is beyond belief, We did not have to worry about absolutely NOTHING! Brittany made sure our visions were all done exactly how we asked! She truly was a blessing and so grateful for her! -

As a vendor, I appreciate being able to work alongside some truly wonderful vendors and people. Brittany is no exception! She is a talented wedding planner who made sure that we had all the information we needed to make our jobs easier. We were never left wondering about any details, and the wedding we worked with her on turned out marvelously! I look forward to working with Brittany again on future weddings, and know she will delight every couple she works with.
