  It's worth a stress free day

  Avenue Blue brought all our plans and vendors together perfectly. The decor looked exactly like we discussed and it all ran so smoothly. 100% worth the money to save the stress of making sure people do what they need to do!

  No hiccups!

  Katie coordinated our wedding and was phenomenal! She and our photo/video team and DJ were all in perfect sync and there wasn't a single hiccup in the whole day.

  So worth it!

  Ben was awesome at putting together our timeline and helping us through a very difficult year (covid). The Day-of was super smooth and I know alot of work went into it. We honestly feel like we got 3x what we paid for. Thank you!

  Enclave / Avenue Blue

  We were looking for a DJ who was not as vocal with the mic, someone who would keep the dance moving but keep it highly professional. The Enclave team was awesome at monitoring requests and setting the mood throughout the night, both with lighting and their music choices. During the dance, he found appropriate times to quick check with us and queued us for key moments. It was truly a pleasure to have Enclave help host our dance! We bundled with a day-of coordinator through Avenue Blue as well who handled all our details down to even the smallest things. Ben worked great with our DJ team and kept everything on track and fun!

  So much stress saved!

  You never know how stressed you can be until you try and plan a wedding! That’s why my fiancé and I chose Avenue Blue to do the stressing for us. After months of planning, we were nearly burnt out and barely even looking forward to the day because we still had so much to do. One of my bridesmaids recommended Avenue Blue and I’m so happy I booked them!! Their experience coordinators helped out tremendously during the months leading up to the wedding. When it came time to walk down the aisle, everything was laid out and prepped so beautifully, I just enjoyed the moment!

  Our original wedding planner dropped out about a month before our wedding. I was so stressed about the details coming together, and I contacted Avenue Blue since they had exceptional reviews online and their price was the most reasonable. As soon as I met the coordinator, she put my mind at ease. She was so genuinely invested in my wedding, I felt like I was working with an old friend. If anything went wrong on our wedding day, I didn’t know or hear about it. Thank you, Avenue Blue, for a perfect day!

  Avenue Blue is an event saver! I was so close to a breakdown from all the stress of wedding planning, until a friend recommended Avenue Blue. I paired up with an excellent coordinator whose hands-on approach meant a ton of stress was lifted of my shoulders. I could finally focus on enjoying the big day, rather than dreading the details. I went with the month-of coordinator service and was delighted with the speed, quality, and thoroughness of our coordinator’s service. I can’t recommend this team enough!

  Enhanced Every part of our day

  My wedding coordinator was wonderful to work with! She helped put the finishing touches on everything from our ceremony lighting to our centerpieces. She was incredibly thorough in her attention to detail and drew from her own experience with previous events to help guide me through the day. I never felt like she was taking over – she was a guide, asking, clarifying, enhancing.

  Our Minds were at ease

  I loved our Avenue Blue coordinator. She immediately put my fiancé and I at ease when we met for the first time. Her questions proved she knew what she was doing and showed just how passionate she is about weddings.   Excellent bundle with Enclave Light and Sound

  Enclave and Avenue Blue were the perfect bundle for us. Enclave kept our friends and family dancing all night and were super easy to work with while planning and the day-of. Our Avenue Blue event was excellently delivered. We had full assistance through our day-of coordinator who really nailed down our timeline. I was delighted with how experienced and calm she was, and she even gave guidance and advice on things I would have never thought of. We honestly didn’t have to worry about anything on the day of the wedding – it was completely worth it to have the peace of mind and be able to enjoy the day!

  Huge Weight Off Our Shoulders!

  We hired Avenue Blue to be day-of coordinators for our wedding reception in November and we truly made the best choice. She was extremely responsive, highly-organized, and very reasonably priced compared to other options in the area. Our coordinator was a fabulous help and took the weight off my shoulders! I would recommend Avenue Blue to anyone planning an event.

  Awesome and Easy!

  My family had a number of important traditions that we wanted to include in our ceremony and reception. Avenue Blue made it all happen and made it look so easy! From making sure the microphone got passed to the right person quickly, to getting certain people together for specific photos we wanted, to helping hand out party favors at the end of the night – Ave Blue was awesome!

  Positive and Unflappable!

  Fantastic staff, super accommodating and definitely worth it for all that they take care of! Our coordinator kept us on time all day. When the photographer wanted to catch some last minute shots in the golden hour lighting, she made adjustments and ensured our entrance to the dinner was spot on. We loved her positivity and ability to keep cool under pressure.

  Our day-of wedding coordinator was the best! As the date got closer, I started worrying about asking family members to take on so much – I just wanted people to enjoy the day and celebrate. Then a friend recommended Avenue Blue, and after one conversation with their staff I was already feeling more relaxed. She had amazing attention to detail and kept the whole event running smoothly. Her friendly demeanor and professionalism helped our family focus on celebrating and not on running around. I cannot thank Avenue Blue enough!

  Early Start Made Easy

  We had an outdoor reception which meant we had a lot of vendors show up the morning of to set up, and Stephanie managed it all. She designed a really efficient system to make sure everything was in place and ready to go. It was amazing to get there early in the morning and then see the transformation by the afternoon ceremony! Our reception was gorgeous and we could not have done it without Avenue Blue.
