Ashley is phenomenal! She was helpful every step of the way, with every detail. It was a huge relief to us to know what good hands we were in on our wedding day and it only proved to be true when the day came. We couldn't have asked for better day of coordinator/consultant than Ashley!

You need to hire Ashley immediately! Seriously, she is the absolute best. Our wedding day flowed so seamlessly and I didn't have to worry about a thing, other than having fun with friends and family. Ashley thought of EVERYTHING and made sure all our ducks were in a row. I wasn't sure if I needed a coordinator or not. Turns out I did. Hiring Ashley was probably the best decision I made while wedding planning. She will really take the time to make sure your day is absolutely perfect, just like mine!

Ashley Packett is AMAZING! We could not have been happier with all her work and help throughout this process. She was very organized, professional, responsive, friendly and always cool, calm and collected. Because of Ashley we were not worried about a thing on our wedding day. It was such a pleasure working with her and I would highly recommend her to any bride!

I was a diy bride. I needed Ashley for the day of my wedding for setup and to execute my vision. Ashley did so much more than that. She went above and beyond anything I ever expected. She responded to all if my emails, suggested ideas, contacted my vendors, and made my vision come to reality l. My wedding was beautiful thanks to Ashley. Also, Ashley stayed within my budget. Amazing!

I'm so glad we decided to have a day of coordinator and even more happy we had Ashley. Ashley was recommended by a friend who is "type A" like me. Having Ashley made the day go by so smoothly. We met a couple of times prior to the wedding and with these meetings my mom and I were able to tie up any loose ends or complete things we had forgotten about. She had our timeline together so everyone knew where to be and at what time (even the unruly groomsmen! ;) as well as know what was going on. She contacted all the vendors prior to make sure everything was set. It was so great to have her there especially when something unexpected like realizing no one knew how to tie the bridesmaids' corset dresses came up. She even helped me with my lip gloss right before walking down the aisle because my hands were shaking! I would definitely recommend Ashley. After the wedding my mom and I both commented on how we were not stressed the entire day and I think that has to do with having Ashley there.

Ashley and her colleague, Sherry, absolutely made our wedding the PERFECT day! I would recommend her service to any of my family and friends. She completely surpassed all of my expectations and enhanced our wedding in so many ways. It was all because of Ashley that we had THE BEST TEAM of wedding vendors...photography, florist, hair/make-up, DJ, rentals...Ashley knew all the best people. AND everyone in the wedding industry who we talked to LOVES Ashley! Definitely worth the investment! She is wonderful!

Toni and I cannot thank you enough for all your hard work during and prior to our wedding! Thank you so much for meeting with me and providing amazing advice and for helping me during the most important day for Toni and I. We can honestly say we were venue stress free because we knew that you were coordinating everything for us! Thank you for making everything run so smoothly on 12/13/14 our wedding day and for taking so much stress off my plate prior to the wedding which enabled me to have fun which is what weddings are supposed to be for a Bride. Hiring a day-of wedding planner was one of the best decisions I made and working with Ashley and Sherry was an absolute pleasure. From our first meeting to the days leading up to the wedding day, Ashley was on-task and helped make sure everything was ready and organized properly. She hooked us up with amazing vendors and kept everything organized and flowing smoothly. Most importantly, she contacted all our vendors and worked out a master schedule of the day which kept everybody on the same page and ensured we were not rushed at all. As for the wedding day, Ashley scheduled everything perfectly so we had plenty of time to get dressed, take pictures and really enjoy our day. Sherry was with us at the church rehearsal and on the wedding day and made sure everything ran smoothly. She was absolutely awesome and I felt no stress because I knew Sherry was on top of it. Whenever I needed something or had a concern, I went directly to Sherry who handled it for me. Because of Ashley and Sherry I had a perfect, stress-free wedding, thank you!!!

Ashley and Sherry were awesome! The day was beautiful and everything went smoothly. The bride and groom were so happy and everyone had a wonderful time. They will be my first call when my next child gets engaged! Highly recommend them!

Ashley and Sherry were so fabulous to work with and such an integral part of making sure my wedding day flowed smoothly. I was referred to Ashley by my photographer who had such great things to say about her and I booked with Ashley after just one phone conversation! Ashley was responsive, organized, so helpful, enthusiastic, warm, and innovative. My wedding was held at my husband's parent's home and things would not have run as smoothly if Ashley and Sherry had not been there running the show from behind the scenes. I, my husband, nor or families had to worry about making sure our vendors were doing what they needed to do or about the timing of anything and Ashley and Sherry even both stepped in and helped when food service was running a little slow. They went above and beyond and I am so grateful they were there on our wedding day. They also organized a rehearsal which though our wedding was small, was very helpful. In addition, we had a sit-down 'intensive session' prior to my wedding where we hashed out any final details that still needed to be worked on and Ashley was always so prompt with responding to emails and offering ideas/suggestions. I highly recommend Ashley Packett Bridal and Event Consultants and know for sure that family members and friends will be using her services in the future as well :)

Ashley and her team were the best. The wedding and reception were flawless. We didn't need to worry about anything and enjoyed our daughters wedding and reception. Would have Ashley do any event in the future. Very professional

Ashley made the day for my daughter and me! Her calm professionalism was spot on! Not only is she so much fun to work with, she is dependable and and knows exactly what she is doing! From the moment she arrived the day of the wedding..we knew we could relax and enjoy the day and the reception because she had everything organized and under control! She even helped keep the very gregarious groomsmen on task! Her assistant, Sherry, was wonderful too.
She was also very reasonable cost wise which is a big help when planning a big wedding. Thank you Ashley!!!!

I wish I could give Ashley higher than a five. She was amazing! As a planner myself I wanted to make sure I hired someone I had complete trust in. I felt an instant connection when I met Ashley.
Ashley worked with me to create a detailed timeline for our special day. She organized the rehearsal to make sure everything would run smooth on the day of. She contacted all of my vendors to confirm timrs and responsibilities. She even dealt with a few rowdy groomsmen... Because of her hard work and dedication to our vision, our day was flawless. Thank you, Ashley!!!

It is with great enthusiasm that this Mother of the Bride from Upstate New York highly recommends Ashley Packett as a Bridal Day of Coordinator! A lifelong DIY-er, I planned/designed/made everything but the food for my daughter's environment-friendly, Florida beach wedding and garden reception. Without Ashley and her able assistant Sherry, I simply would not have survived the day. They truly are magicians – using everything I provided (36+ packing boxes!), they transformed an empty beach and garden into our vision of the perfect wedding, right down to the smallest detail. That alone was worth their very reasonable fee, but they also supervised and managed the entire ceremony and reception with style, grace, and an invaluable sense of calm. With them in charge, everyone was always in the right place at the right time ... not an easy task with a wedding party of 14, two families, 75 out-of-town guests, musicians, photographers, hair and make-up team, etc. at an outdoor, beach-side resort venue! After the last dance, they packed up all the décor (because everything was recyclable!) and returned it to our hotel room . . . again, a life-saver for this MOB. From our first meeting until we said good-bye after a long, spectacular day, Ashley and Sherry were simply THE BEST in every conceivable way! If you are planning an event in the Tampa/St. Pete area from afar or nearby, do yourself a favor and call Ashley Packett. You’ll be very glad you did!
(FYI, Ashley came to us via 2Birds Events in St. Petersburg. They also provided the wedding party florals, ceremony officiant, and recommended our amazing bakery, Hands on Sweets. 2Birds does it all and is TOTALLY AWESOME!)

Hands down the best decision I made was to hire Ashley Packett as our day of wedding cordinator. We met a few times ( her preference ) to make sure I was getting all my to-do's lined up and to make sure she was informed on all our vendors. When planning a wedding everything can get pretty chaotic pretty quickly and she made me feel organized and let me know what I should expect with a detailed time line.
The day of the wedding Ashley handled everything she promised and everything went so smooth. I was relaxed knowing Ashley was there for me.

Wow, where to begin? I will start by saying I had consultations with two other wedding coordinators before meeting with Ashley and was left feeling uneasy and uncomfortable hiring either of them. From the second I met Ashley I knew she was "the one" for me. Hiring her was the best decision I made throughout my planning process. She is beyond amazing at her job and handles everything that is thrown at her with complete grace.

If you need to hire a day of wedding coordinator, you need to hire Ashley! From the first day we met, she saw, loved and helped bring my vision to life. My ex-husband, who I remarried, lives out of town during the week so she helped me with little details that were overwhelming for me to do during the week while being a mother to our two girls.

The day of the wedding, she arrived early to assure that my husband and I had a calm and relaxing day…she even took care of some vendor employees that decided they didn't want to do their job that day. She doesn't mess around!

Her caring personality and professional, but fun, attitude helped us have a wonderful wedding day that we will always remember. Because of Ashley's help, we loved this wedding so much more than our first one!

I thought that hiring a day-of-coordinator was just going to give me an added sense of security on my wedding day. Once we met for rehearsal, though, I quickly realized I would have been totally lost without her! As it turned out, we had no idea what we were doing. Luckily, she was there and calmly guided us through the process. She made decisions with consideration of our opinions and points of view. From the second the guests arrived, until the last one left, she was directing traffic in a friendly and easy-going manner, checking on our vendors to make sure everyone was happy, and making sure everything ran smoothly and according to plan. Every curve-ball that was thrown her way was handled swiftly and gracefully. She went above and beyond before the ceremony as well- even picking up our desserts and delivering them to the event. She made sure all of our personal items were with us before we left too. There is no way I would have remembered everything!

Hiring Ashley was by far the best move I made in the wedding planning process. She was a lifesaver. She does her job extremely well, with a perfect blend of professionalism and coolness. She's a real class-act. I plan on recommending her to everyone I know!

My husband and I would highly recommend Ashley. We enjoyed working with her so much! She is so professional, organized, and has the best personality. Ashley coordinated our day and the timeline she prepared was excellent. She is extremely detailed oriented and I know our day went off without a hitch due to her! Our families even remarked to my husband and I how indispensable Ashley was to us! We had a perfect day and I know that Ashley was a huge part of it! Ashley was an INCREDIBLE day of coordinator for us!! She met with us twice before the wedding and gave us great advice (a few things we wouldn't have even thought to ask!). She was also always available by phone for questions or just when I needed to vent about crazy family issues :) During the rehearsal and wedding she was everything we could have asked for and more. She was nice to everyone while still being decisive and firm. I have two friends whose day of planners were awful and they really put a damper on the day. Ashley was the opposite of that- everyone, including the groomsmen, commented on how they couldn't believe a wedding planner could be that nice. During the wedding she managed issues without us having to worry about anything… somehow a missing tablecloth magically appeared and an intoxicated uncle was unable to give an impromptu speech ;) We have already recommended her to several friends who are getting married!!

We were so very lucky to have Ashley as a part of our wedding. We hired her for Day of Coordination services. Quite honestly Ashley was one of the best vendors we got to work with. She is professional AND fun. From the beginning of our wedding planning, we knew we wanted to DIY many parts of our wedding celebration. Ashley took every part and made our vision come to life better than we had even imagined. Our initial meeting put all of my wedding day fears to rest. I knew we had chosen the right person. Throughout our correspondence she had every detail thought of. She caught details I hadn't thought of.

The wedding day was wonderful and exactly what we had hoped for, because of Ashley. She handled the day of details with tact. She used all of my DIY efforts and created a beautiful setting. She did all of this with a smiling face and a sense of humor. This was invaluable!

It is harder than I thought it'd be to sum up how pleased we are with Ashley's services. We are truly appreciative of her efforts and skills in pulling together our wedding day vision. She is wonderful!!

Wow! Hiring Ashley Packett as our day of wedding coordinator was probably one of the smartest decisions I made in the wedding process. After walking her through my ideas of how I wanted everything she handled it from there, which is just what I needed. She is fantastic at coordinating and is a great person to have by your side for the wedding. I will never forget when I told her I had sand in my shoes right after walking back up the aisle she got down and took my shoes off and brushed the sand off my feet. That is proves to me how much she wants to help brides have the best wedding ever.

When I was in the initial stages of wedding planning, I quickly realized I could not do it alone. I called Ashley Packett and I am SO, SO HAPPY I did. She was beyond professional and responsive. She was there to clue me in on details I hadn't thought of yet, lend an ear and help me solve problems when I was frustrated, get genuinely excited with me about the fun wedding plans and to truthfully save the day with calmness and composure at the wedding. This allowed me to focus on getting married and having the best time of my life!! I will confidently recommend Ashley to any and every bride I meet. She really blew me away!

We cannot say enough fabulous things about Ashley. She was the best decision my husband and I made throughout our planning process. We foolishly believed we could handle planning a wedding for 150+ guests so we were thrilled when Ashley agreed to step in for some day-of assistance. My husband and I ended up having a wonderful wedding and could enjoy each other and our guests knowing every last detail had been taken care of. Ashley was great throughout the entire process. She came in to our wedding in the later stages of planning, so we already had our other vendors lined up and ready to go. We just needed a general leading the show and that is exactly what she delivered. She helped us decide some of the decisions that we didn't know we had to make and kept the bride cool, calm and collected from start to finish.

Pre-event: Ashley took great notes, put together solid game plans and made good decisions in leading our other vendors through the walk through.

Day of: She was on top of everything. She came in and directed us when we needed directing and took to the sidelines when everything was flowing as it should.

Our family and friends all had a great time and it is an event we will remember forever.

Ashley surpassed every expectation I had of working with a wedding coordinator. We met with her about six weeks prior to our wedding date, immediately loved her, and hired her. While always professional and down to business, she simultaneously has a great air of fun and lightheartedness about her that made her perfect for our blend of a traditional and untraditional wedding. She got us organized, made us comfortable, and made all of our last minute planning a reality.

On the day of our wedding she was effortlessly calm and collected and it felt like having a great friend transition us from one part of the wedding to the next. Little did we know that she had dealt with non functioning air conditioners at the venue (while it was 80 degrees outside!) and a missing wedding cake that didn't show up until right before the wedding - she handled everything flawlessly and we were never the wiser.

From the day we met throughout the whole process, she was genuinely excited and happy for us - knowing that she had our backs made us breathe a sigh of relief and be able to completely enjoy our wedding. Ashley has my strongest recommendation - she's practically the fairy godmother of wedding coordination!

From the Grooms point of view:
Best money we spent for our wedding. Ashley is a very organized person who is spot on when details and issues. When the entire day went off script I only needed to talk to one person and that was Ashley. She keep my groomsmen in order, when issues came up with my bride she was on it, and when it came to making sure the DJ did what we wanted him to do and not what he wanted to, Ashley took care of it so I/we could enjoy our day.

Personally I thought I did not need this and it was a security blanket for my bride so I went along with it. I was wrong, I needed her just as much as my bride needed her, she made the day for us and if you need any details feel free to contact me and ask any questions or concerns you have. I will gladly tell you my story if you give me a few min on the phone.

When our daughter set her wedding date she advised us that she wanted to use a Wedding Planner for the rehearsal and day of wedding. As the mother of the bride I kept wondering what would we use her for? I believed that by then everything will be taken care of. I cannot tell you what a wise decision it was on our daughter's part to hire Ashley. Our wedding/reception experience would have been vastly different without the guidance and management provided by Ashley. She did a fantastic job. I own my own business and I will tell you, this woman is professional, confident and necessary. She is organized and on top of everything. I would use Ashley again in a heart beat for an event. Ashley was very helpful to my husband and me. As parents of the groom, we were able to relax and join the fun while she kept us abreast of where we needed to be and what we needed to do at the wedding and reception. I strongly recommend Ashley Packett! She was extremely helpful throughout the wedding planning and most importantly on the day of the wedding. We had coordinators through the church and reception location, but having her run the day from one location to the next was the best thing that happened to us! She was on time, professional and took care of everything she said she would (and then some). We couldn't have done it without her and I highly recommend her for your wedding or event.

Hiring a wedding coordinator was the second best wedding decision I made, hiring Ashley Packett was the first. When the wedding is over you will receive tangible memories from your other vendors; photos, videos, photo albums, marriage vows and more flowers than you know what to do with. Ashley provided my groom, mother and me with peace of mind leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day. This intangible service is one that I will remember forever. Thanks to Ashley, I had confidence that all of our planning and vision would pay off because she was attentive to each little detail as well as the big picture. Thanks to Ashley, we all were able to enjoy each moment of the weekend because she handled with professionalism, grace and patience anything that came her way. Prior to the wedding, Ashley met with my mother and me to discuss the wedding timeline. Ashley conducted herself in a very professional manner. She was well organized and kept us on task. More importantly, she was also very caring and kind during the rehearsal and most importantly on the day of my daughter's wedding. Ashley was more than I could have ever asked for! Having her there for my big day was such a relief, and the best spent money out of everything. If you are debating whether you should spend the money or not, just imagine chaos and drama ensuing on your big day..then everyone turning to you to fix it..(not my idea of how a bride should feel on her big day) She is so professional, friendly, reliable, creative, assertive and just plain awesome! I have been to a couple of weddings since mine and I secretly gleam inside knowing that my day was perfect...because I had Ashley. Everything flowed smoothly, was perfectly coordinated and best of all there was no drama... Now don't get me wrong, there will be some drama, but the difference is having a true professional there that will diffuse any situation and focus on keeping you calm and beautiful!...which is the bride's job anyways :) I had so many guests compliment her, saying that she was involved, proactive and got things done while being invisible all at the same time!!. She would also be great for events other than weddings, however, you can see she has a passion for weddings!
