We’re the perfect example of you get what you pay for.
Started our wedding journey trying to save as much money as we could and opted for hiring a wedding coordinator instead of a planner (we didn’t know the difference at the time).
Well… it took us 2 months of achieving absolutely nothing to realize that we had made the wrong choice.
Some Google searches and we came across Ashley Nicole Affair. We jumped on a call with them and immediately realized these ladies knew their stuff.
Our expectation was to hire somebody that would take us by the hand every step of the way and that’s what ANA delivered.
Although that’s not what impressed us the most…
We know we all make mistakes and sh*t usually happens along the way; and a lot can be said about a person’s character and values depending on how she deals with it.
Well, Ashley did an amazing job navigating through the curve balls life threw at us while planning our wedding and we respect that.
That being said, Ashley has built her team with a great system behind it. Everybody knows what needs to be done, how, why, and where. No matter what, they got you covered.
Kerri and Ashley planned and built our dream wedding from the ground up. The amount of rentals that ANA has for your special day is stunning! … and really helpful!
Ashley crafted beautiful florals and nailed our vision.
Amanda, Starla, and Diandra, were the coordinators present the day of our wedding and they were incredible too! They made everything super easy, fluent, natural, and made us feel taken care of. Not to mention the 3 of them were super sweet and everybody at the wedding loved them.
Because of Ashley Nicole Affair, we enjoyed our wedding day 100% stress free! -

If you are an Austin bride doing your research, STOP what you are doing and book Mallorie and the Ashley Nicole Affair team right now. I mean it.
I discovered ANA through Villa Antonia's preferred vendor list and came to their open house with a plan. I had done my research, I had my list, and I was ready to interview and feel out the vibes of every single coordinator on that list. Then I met Mallorie first. That was it. I never bothered vetting anyone else. I was so confident in her that I booked them in 2024 for my 2026 wedding and never looked back.
Over two years of planning, Mallorie became so much more than a coordinator. She answered every question I couldn't find online, gave me honest recommendations about Austin wedding standards, and made every single meeting genuinely fun. Her own wedding aesthetic is absolutely gorgeous, and she helped me find a way to draw inspiration from it while still making my day completely my own.
Mallorie went on maternity leave during our planning process, and I never once felt anxious about it. That says everything about the trust she had built with me. Ashley, the owner, stepped in seamlessly and was just as fast, attentive, and wonderful. This team does not miss a beat, no matter what.
What really sets them apart is their calm. On the day of, and even at the rehearsal, when small things didn't go according to plan, they handled everything with grace and always had a backup plan ready. I never once felt stressed. Not once.
I am genuinely sad the planning process is over. I still get the urge to reach out just to chat, and honestly I hope we find a reason to work together again in the future. If you want a planner who is talented, knowledgeable, and someone you will actually love spending the next year or two of your life with, look no further. HIGHEST possible recommendation. -

We are grateful to Ashley, as well as our coordinator, Mallorie, who we now consider a friend. This would get 10 stars if the scale went that high! -

ANA is the BEST!! Amanda was a dream to work with leading up to our wedding and the whole team was incredible on the day of (including Mallorie who jumped in as our 2nd lead planner). Not only did my husband and I notice, but we had GUESTS complimenting us on our planners. Saying how on top of it they were but never rude or pushy. Lighthearted but always one step ahead of every variable.
It rained and rained all morning and they had backup plans for everything. In the afternoon, it turned into a beautiful day but I had full confidence that the team would have been able to make the absolute best of the situation had things turned out otherwise.
ANAs resources are really unmatched with an entire inventory of rentals, very well priced photo booth etc. And they created my dream seating chart in a snap.
I don't know how people throw themselves a wedding without a planner. ZERO regrets about paying for a team behind you. If you are in doubt, you can book ANA with confidence.

I cannot say enough amazing things about ANA. From the moment we met Ashley and Amanda we knew we were in the perfect hands. Not only were they completely supportive of our vision for our wedding- but they were completely supportive throughout the whole process. Amanda was our direct coordinator and we could not have loved her more. We ran into a few unforeseen hiccups in the last month leading up to the big day (not related to ANA at all!!) and Amanda's calming presence and willingness to get involved to help us meant the world.
Our wedding day was incredible and we could not have gotten there without ANA. Amanda also recommended a DJ for us- knowing what we were after for our dance floor and MAN did he deliver (huge shout out to DJ Nick!!!)
Another huge plus was that with their sister company Fleur and rental program- it was so easy to coordinate all our florals and accessories we needed to help bring our vision to life.
We HIGHLY recommend Ashley Nicole Affair. You will be in the absolute best hands. THANK YOU AMANDA BARTZ AND THE WHOLE ANA TEAM!!!! -

Ashley Nicole Affair was one of our first vendors booked for the wedding, and we are so glad we had this team by our side. Amanda was our right hand throughout the entire wedding planning process, keeping us organized and able to handle any bumps along the way with ease. I truly can't thank her enough! From meeting with us multiple times in San Antonio to answering every text with care, Amanda was incredible to work with, and kept me from any notion of "bridezilla." Wedding planning can come on pretty strong, but with the result feeling so seamless, I know we had one of the best behind us. Amanda tirelessly reminded me of what mattered most and always encouraged us to make choices that suited us first and reflect our uniqueness as a couple. The BEST Wedding Planners. Period.
If you've been researching wedding planners in Austin, stop your search here! I can genuinely say that our wedding would not have been as smooth or fun to plan without the Ashley Nicole Affair team!
At the beginning of planning, we had conversations with MANY wedding planners in the area, and after our first conversation with Ashley, we instantly knew Ashley Nicole Affair was the one. She really "got" us and was so easy to connect with, while also showcasing an impressive understanding of the wedding industry and an outstanding network of vendors in Austin.
Beth was our main wedding planner, and it was truly the perfect match! From the get-go, she put us at ease, established clear timelines/goals to set us up for success, and offered incredible vendor suggestions that were highly rated and matched what we were looking for within our budget. The planning process was nothing short of stellar. She took our scattered ideas and turned them into a cohesive, breathtaking vision, complete with a gorgeous look book to bring everything to life. From helping us with table settings (which she graciously met us MULTIPLE times to revamp to match our aesthetic after much indecisiveness on our part) to emails, calls, and constant texts – she was always there to answer our questions, calm our nerves, and make us feel like we were her top priority.
On the day of our wedding, Beth, Amanda & Weslyn made the day an absolute breeze. The flow of the day was flawless, and allowed us to bask in every moment with each other and our friends and family without worrying about a single thing. Every interaction throughout the day was light and fun, and they handled all the details of vendor management and unexpected logistical hiccups (as are bound to happen) without us ever noticing.
We've been married now for 3+ months, and we look back lovingly on the process and the day of our wedding with sincere gratitude and joy. Thanks to their recommendations, we were surrounded by vendors and people that, by the end of the day, felt like old friends - and that especially rings true for the amazing ladies at Ashley Nicole Affair!

I can not recommend Ashley Nicole Affair enough! The entire team is phenomenal. From my first introduction call with Ashley I knew they were going to be amazing. I chose the month of coordinator package and had the pleasure of working with Amanda throughout my planning process. Amanda was extremely helpful, supportive, and responsive. She promptly answered all my questions, coordinated with all my vendors, and gave me helpful advice throughout my planning process. My mom and MIL met Amanda at our tasting and were very complimentary of her. Amanda is an INCREDIBLE planner! On the day of the wedding I worked with Weslyn and Amanda, they were so helpful and organized. Thank you so much ladies for making my day as incredible as it was. I knew from the moment I talked to Ashley that ANA was right for us. I had so many questions and she made me feel completely taken care of immediately. No question too small. ANA has all the services and more you could need in a planner. They provide countless vendor referrals, their own rentals which we used for welcome signs, table numbers and seating charts. They even have an AMAZING creative calligrapher on staff that we worked with on our stationary, named Liz of Green Girl Design Co.
Beth and team brought my vision to the finish line. Taking us to Premiere to sort through linen & flatware rentals, flawlessly organizing & coordinating all additional vendors and finalizing all of our day of details. From setting up our bus with our DIY “Just Married” sign and cans to all the other details we brought in (which were a lot!) - everything was just as envisioned. Beth even helped connect my dad with musicians at the University of Texas to surprise me with a live performance of a song he wrote day of, in addition to documenting so many details and videos for us throughout our big day. I truly cannot recommend this group enough. Look no further - ANA is IT.

The best decision we made for our wedding!
Ok, so let me start off by saying that there is a reason Ashley and her team have a 5 star rating at almost 200 reviews and honestly I’m not sure what else I can say that is different from every over couple who is raving about them. However, I will try my best to convey my gratitude and talk about my experience- and buckle in because it’s a long one.
I personally loved every second of planning my wedding and found many of the tasks enjoyable that friends of mine hated doing. However, when it came to turning that Pinterest board and my ideas into a realistic plan, I was helpless. I knew I needed help and definitely wanted someone for the day of my wedding to run the show (Trust me, if you are on the fence about having a planner do not skip hiring one)! I booked ANA for the design full service planning about 2 years before my actual wedding and it was the perfect package for what I needed!
During the entire time (that’s right, not a month before your wedding or some limited communication package) I could email Ashley and ask for recommendations, advice or really anything! Her response time is also unreal which is just amazing. Furthermore, her portal and documents are perfection when it comes to staying organized. Ashley and Beth created an absolute dream look-book from my ideas and Pinterest boards using their rentals (I essentially exclusively decorated my wedding with their inventory). When it came time to my actual wedding and saw everything in person, it took my breath away. My guests described it as a “fairytale wedding” which couldn’t sum it up better. They nailed it. I had Beth as my lead planner and Mandy as my second planner during the wedding day. And holy moly you guys… when I tell you that if it were not for Beth the last 2-3 months before my wedding I don’t know how I would have gotten through it. Seriously, I can’t even think of a way to convey how amazing she was anytime I needed help or had a change in plans (or another change…). She was on top of it!
During the wedding I knew I was in the best of hands and was able to truly enjoy the day and not worry about a single thing. I mean… zero stress at a wedding for the bride?! Unreal! But Beth and Mandy made that happen for us.
If you’ve stuck through this review to this point you’re either a couple still deciding or Ashley and her team. For my couples out there, you have found your wedding planner. Stop looking and reach out already. Best vendor decision I made and worth every penny. For Ashley, Beth, Mandy and her team… thank you. From the bottom of our hearts you are doing amazing work and are true professionals in this industry. These ladies were at the top of my list to hire! Amanda Bartz was my planner for my wedding and she knew what she was doing. She listened to me when I needed to vent, and was patient when I couldn't decide on many things. She was a rock star on the day of as well. She was in charge of setting up my flowers, setting up table settings, and making sure everyone was doing what they needed to do. I recommend hiring them with rentals involved. At the beginning of your planning process it may not seem worth it, but trust me it is! My day wouldn't have gone smoothly without her! -

From the moment I reached out to Ashley Nicole Affair and described to Ashley my complete cluelessness as to where to start with wedding planning, she was the warmest and most supportive soul I instantly knew working with her and her team would be a joy and lifesaver. We went with the Design Full-Service Planning package and I am so thankful we did. We worked mainly hand in hand with Beth for the 9 months leading up to our wedding and she was the most helpful and calming person, any worry or fear i had she would immediately put me at ease and she was so responsive it was amazing. She put together the most beautiful design plan for our whole wedding and although i was extra picky when it came to little changes i wanted to make when i tell you i lost my breath when i first saw our wedding in person I truly mean it. Beth took everything we had been discussing and brainstorming and dreaming and made it all 10x more beautiful than i could have ever imagined. All of our vendors raved about how wonderful and easy it was to work with her and I just feel like she was the friend you always need when wedding planning who is also very much getting the job done. We also worked with Rachel on our wedding day and she was so sweet and so wonderful. Anytime my drink was close to running out i would spy Rachel heading our way to fill us up and check in on anything we may need. Highly recommend!!

Amanda was my ANGEL from start to finish! She calmed me down during my panic moments, kept me on track when I got busy/frantic, helped immensely with the most amazing vendor recommendations, then communicated on my behalf with many of my vendors, dealt with my crazy scatter-brained self, and on wedding day, she and Rachel absolutely KILLED it putting our whole vision together. There were a couple of hiccups on wedding day that I never knew a thing about until the next day (see transportation below) because she handled them before they could become an issue. I am beyond grateful that Amanda was there for me, and can't thank her enough for all of her help! -

Ashley and her team are the best wedding planners around and we are so happy we picked them for our June wedding at the Allan House. We had the "month of coordination" package but our planners (Beth & Rachel) of the team went above and beyond what they needed to do. First of all, they were available to talk to our vendors starting 60 days before our wedding. I felt we could reach out to them with last minute problems and everything was handled. Beth and Rachel were SO professional and uplifting on the day of the wedding. My husband and I were so impressed with how seamless the day went and I highly recommend them to my friends who are also planning weddings!! The day wouldn't have been as enjoyable and perfect without them. -

Let’s just start right off by saying… YOU NEED TO BOOK ASHLEY NICOLE AFFAIR!!!! I literally could not have done it without these ladies. By “it”, I mean planning the most amazing, magical, relaxed, fun wedding of my life. From the beginning of my engagement, I was just not really into the “wedding planning process”. I found it to be overwhelming and stressful, and this is coming from someone who loves planning things in normal life. When my mom and I found ANA, our world was rocked in the best way and we booked them for Partial Planning so they could design everything. We immediately clicked with Ashley and Beth and they quickly put us in touch with other vendors through their extensive network in Austin. When we were looking into floral vendors, Ashley jumped in to let us know about Fleur Affair (book them too!) and since we loved and trusted her so much, we knew she was also the best one to do our florals. Ashley and Beth were so responsive to my mom and I’s hundreds of emails and really helped us feel at ease.
Fast forward to April 2022, a few months before my wedding. We finally got to meet Beth in person (we do not live in TX so hadn’t even seen the venue in person yet) at our venue walkthrough and she blew me away! She was SO organized and prepared. She covered every little detail with us, and I knew we had someone in our corner who cared just as much as we did. Having Beth take over the vendor coordination after that meeting was truly a god-send so that I could focus on the 100 other things you have to do before your wedding :)
June 18, 2022 was the best day of my life and I owe SO much of that to Beth, Ashley, Amanda, Helen and Liz. THANK YOU SO MUCH ANA TEAM! -

Amazing Experience
Kerri and Graydon with Ashley Nicole Affair were phenomenal. They helped me with “Month of Planning”. They organized all my vendors and deliveries so that I did not have to worry about any of it on the day of my wedding. They also designed beautiful programs and menus for my guests. I cannot recommend them enough. My wedding was gorgeous, and because of them if there were any problems, I didn’t have to deal with them. They were easy to reach and responsive when I needed them. Their services are invaluable. Even if you want to “DIY” your wedding, having a month of planner is invaluable. They will set up everything for you and set up a timeline for your special day so that you can relax and enjoy the time with your family and friends. Time with those you love on one of your most important days is priceless. I highly recommend them and could not have done it without them. -

If you’re looking to hire a wedding planner look no further than the team at Ashley Nicole Affair!
Amanda, Beth, Ashley, and Rachel all assisted in making my wedding dreams come true. I had the month of package, but had consistent communication the entire year. There was no question they didn’t help answer. Even the small questions that I felt like I was bombarding them with.
I felt at such ease day of knowing I had such a rockstar team. To top it off Rachel literally made sure me and my husband had drinks in our hand the entire evening plus making sure we were eating and even packed up a to go bag of everything so we could eat once we left that evening.
They are the whole package! I’m so thankful to all of them. -

Words cannot express the appreciation I have for Ashley and her team. Between the pandemic and my parents moving out of state right after I got engaged, I was feeling pretty hopeless at the prospect of planning a wedding. But after my initial phone call with Ashley I knew that her & her team would have my back every step of the way. Over the past year and a half as a full service client of Ashley's, I got the star treatment. She emailed me at the right times to book key vendors and was NEVER pushy but always there when I had questions. Sure you can read vendor reviews on websites but knowing Ashley had first hand experience with certain vendors and knew who to recommend saved me so much time and headache. AND IT SHOWED ON THE BIG DAY LEMME TELL YA! The day of my wedding went off without a hitch, and any problems that arose I didn't know of until after the fact. Because Ashley HANDLES it and makes your day perfect. I didn't want to be a bride unable to enjoy her big day, running around trying to fix things and guess what I didn't have to be! I could write pages but lemme leave you with some bullet points that might be helpful to potential couples, especially those looking at the full service offering: - ATTITUDE! Ashley and her team never gave the impression that wedding budget would be an issue... some planners I talked to acted like you needed to spend $100k for a wedding. So gross. Ashley would NEVER. - RENTALS!!!! I wanted a decked out wedding but didn't want to have to buy custom neon signs, candles, or rent a photobooth... I went wild looking thru Ashley's rental inventory to make my wedding fit my aesthetic. - HELP! was a text away, seriously. If I had a problem I just texted or emailed and got a response pretty instantly. - VISION! I had a strong vision for my wedding and the team got that from day 1 and made sure it happened (shoutout especially to Beth for her help with chair/linen/tabletop rentals) No matter what your budget or what package/service you pick with Ashley you will not be sorry. Best money we've ever spent. THANK YOU QUEENS! -

Ashley Nicole Affair completely exceeded my expectations. I had no idea what a planner would do, what their role was, and how I could actually “need” their services. My venue required a day of coordinator however. I contacted Ashley and she sent me her info. I’ll be honest, I could not justify the pricing but went against my initial thoughts and went ahead and did the middle package she offers. This was one of the best decisions I made and I’ll explain why. Beth, was actually the one I worked with up until the wedding. She called me and we went through the walk through and she helped lock in last minute details. On our wedding day, I actually had Ashley, Beth, and Amanda…Yes, AKA Charlie’s Angels. They helped with keeping me on a great time schedule, helped facilitate the bridal party, worked on small details, even had our plates ready to eat and we never had an empty drink. But the most important piece, is the church ceremony was 30 minutes from our venue. I somehow forgot my veil. Beth drove all the way to get it to me literally seconds before I walked down the isle. It was at that moment I hugged her and she just smiled and said “I got you girl” I couldn’t be more thankful for her help and reassurance throughout the day and looking back I would hire them every time. Wedding planners are a must, for your own sanity. Just make sure you choose Ashley Nicole Affair ❤️ -

I cannot begin to express the gratitude we have for Ashley and Beth. We hired Ashley's team to help with month-of planning, but never expected all of the support she would provide us many months leading up to our wedding or the friendship I would build with them. From the second we Facetimed back in early 2021, I knew I picked the right coordinator! She has the best energy, it's literally contagious. Beth and Ashley were my hype squad at any given moment, answered any and all questions I had (even at 2am when I was having mental breakdown about my color scheme) and made me feel like I could trust them. Trusting someone with ultimately the most important day of my life was scary, but I knew they would come through to make it perfect. Both Beth and Ashley went above and beyond to make our day so special, everything we ever wanted! More specifically, the day of our wedding, Beth was so wonderful to work with- she is sweet, cool/calm/collected and never seemed to break a sweat even when I was freaking out about my dress. Our timeline moved so smoothly, she made sure we ate a full meal and had a drink in our hand at all times! There's so much more I could say, but in sum: I was so happy I made the choice to hire this team and feel so lucky to have made these friends that I will be in touch with, even long after my wedding. From the very first phone call with Ashley, I was confident about my decision to partner with her and her team for my wedding. She understood my insane attention to detail and organization so well that she knew how to focus me. She not only understood my challenge (my engagement was a short 13 weeks), but she reassured me that the wedding of my dreams could still be achieved in that timeframe and made a recommendation for month-of services. That didn’t mean she wasn’t going to be there until the last month; in fact, Ashley’s knowledge of vendors and introductions helped me get started - so many of the vendors I reached out to were fans of Ashley Nicole Affair so it made working with them easy and efficient. Her process and documents kept me and my husband on track with our planning details. The access to her rentals and photobooth made the whole process even more streamlined.
Ashley and her team were there for me emotionally during the entire process and never did I feel like I was bothering them on email, text, or calls. Especially during the pandemic, things can and do change a bit and they were all so flexible and supportive with every change we had to make. I really had the dream team by my side: Ashley, Amanda, Bridgette, and Liz - and each of them were consistent about communication, responsiveness, staying calm, and managing change. The month-of/day-of really came to light for where they shine because I never had to worry about ANYTHING! I was so impressed that all we had to do was show up. The team knew how to orchestrate the rehearsal, guide people, and keep everything in order with all of my vendors (almost 20 of them). On the day of the wedding, they quickly helped resolve an issue where two rhinestones on my belt on my wedding dress were missing. They got extras and glued them on for me. They even orchestrated our grand entrance in a way we hadn’t planned at the venue, and it was such a hit - coming out on a skateboard (groom) and longboard (me). They managed everything for me. I am someone who has a hard time relaxing as I like to know where everything is - and I trusted Ashley and her team and they came through. We left that evening with everything in our car as we had planned.
Finally, the team captured so many wonderful moments and put them in a google folder immediately so we could cherish the many memories we could not have captured that day on our own. I really feel like I just made new friends for life and would highly recommend Ashley and her team!

At the end of planning, Ashley and Emily were more like family than wedding planners. I started the process advising fellow brides that wedding planners were crucial, and by my wedding day, I was telling brides the ONLY option was to have Ashley and her team help...no one else is worth it in my eyes. They talked me off ledges, stood up for me with vendors, swooped in when mistakes and hiccups happened (these WILL happen....its just having people in place that will fix it), and made my quirky ideas come to life. I had some family issues the night before (FUN), and Ashley and Emily stood by my side assuring me that nothing was going to ruin my day...and they were right. I had to last minute use Ashley's glam booth due to another vendor trying to give me the run around after a contract was signed, and boy was it a HIT! Another vendor quoted me 8 times the amount for a floral idea I had and Ashley immediately told me no AND DID IT HERSELF BECAUSE SHE IS A CREATIVE GENIUS. The decor you get with her package too is a money saver, and would be worth it just for that. I truly cannot recommend Ashley and Emily enough as an anxious human who only works with genuine people. Do yourself the biggest favor and have Ashley Nicole Affair plan your big day! -

From the first time we talked to Ashley on the phone when trying to decide who to hire as our wedding planner, we knew she was the perfect choice. Planning a wedding in the midst of a pandemic was stressful, and Ashley and her team were there with us every step of the way to make sure everything was taken care of. We hired Ashley Nicole Affair for the partial planning services and it was the best decision we could have made. She gave us her contacts and recommendations for vendors, and everyone she endorsed delivered ten fold. She even steered us in the right direction when we decided we wanted to hire a face painter! Communication was a big factor for us and Ashley promised that she would always respond as quickly as possible - she definitely held up her end of the deal. She responded to us within hours even on vacation with her family! We had very clear ideas of some things we wanted (band, food, photography) but had little vision when it came to design. We gave Ashley very few ideas and based on our lack of concept we were afraid our day was going to be a strange mishmash of colors and themes, but she knew exactly what she was doing. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and better than we could have imagined. She took the few parameters we gave her and delivered something spectacular. Unfortunately sickness kept her from being with us on the actual day, but Emily and Beth were fantastic day-of coordinators and made us feel at ease the entire time. Emily was even able to wrangle our crazy families which is no easy feat. I can not recommend Ashley Nicole Affair more. You will not regret hiring this team! -

I could write three separate 5-star reviews for Ashley and her team.
I hired Ashley-Nicole Affair for month-of-coordination. This comes with unlimited texts and phone calls. From day one, it felt like I was working with a friend.
Ashley helped us put together a vendor team that was perfect for our event, even when our taste was a little different. When I said her husband's photography was a little too traditional for me, she had just the photographer that was exactly my taste. I wanted to have Kerlin's kolaches and Fresa's salads: she knew who would do food pickup, staffing, AND had beer donkeys (you should try to combine vendors/ have as few vendors as possible). Everyone in the Austin-wedding industry knows Ashley and is obsessed with her. This woman is brilliant.
For month of coordination, my event was handed over to Beth. When a vendor forgot about my event and I called Beth to say, "WTF?" She was on the phone with me agreeing, and laughing in shock, and had also handled the situation in the 10 seconds it took me to call. She was patient while I struggled to hand over control. If I was throwing a coup, I'd want Beth on my coup team.
Everyone in my family commented how calm and kind Beth was at the event: she made sure we were taken care of in the most seamless way. I know there was at least four half-finished margaritas abandoned at my wedding because wherever I was dragged to, Beth made sure I had a fresh drink in hand. When there was a surplus of food leftover, Beth boxed it up and sent it home with us. A week later and my dad is still talking about how great Beth is.
I will not miss wedding planning, but I will miss the constant communication I had with these women. My husband and I consider them friends.
We can't wait to watch Ashley-Nicole Affair grow and kick ass in the Austin wedding industry. -

I can’t say enough good things about Ashley and her team. Ashley has a way of connecting that makes you feel like you’ve known her forever! People truly do underestimate how important coordination is on your wedding day. Beth was my lead coordinator and did an amazing job making sure everything was picture perfect. I literally didn’t have to worry about a thing, and neither did my family or wedding party. We were all so appreciative! How do I even start to describe the last year working with Ashley Nicole Affair. These ladies are true professionals that always make you feel like the top priority, even though they probably have a million other brides vying for their attention. I purchased the partial planning package in November 2020 and it was one of the best decision I could have made.
Now, let’s remember this is an amazing team and company all around. Please excuse the length of this message cause they deserve to be bragged about…
From the jump, Ashley was extremely responsive and already keeping me on track for success. She set me up with all the vendors that best suited my vision and was easy to bounce ideas off of. I even changed my vision a few months out and she didn’t flinch. She worked with my florist to make adjustments and made sure that everything I wanted was coming to life. On the wedding day, she was my personal cheerleader, professional decor mover, vendor wrangler, and all around perfect planner!
My lead planner Beth was an angel. She was patient, sweet, and super helpful when it came to catering and decor questions. I literally sighed a big breath of relief when she arrived at the venue on my wedding day. The kind of person that brings calm to any room and someone you can have complete trust in. My husband had very few opinions on the whole wedding process but constantly told me that he was so impressed that Beth knew every answer and made it all look easy.
Weslyn was only present on my wedding day, but was so easy to instantly click with. She never shied away from any task that made my life easier. A true sweetheart.
AND THE RENTALS…the best value and the best quality. Between ANA and my florist, my entire venue was covered head to toe in beautiful decor. I didn’t have to buy a seating chart, welcome sign, table numbers, etc. It made life so easy! Also, GET THE GLAM BOOTH, TRUST ME!
Overall, if I could offer any advice about wedding planning, it would be to hire a planner that you click with, find value in, and someone who you trust to handle your special day. Ashley and her team were all of those things for me and so many other brides. Trust me, she is your perfect planner and will make your dreams come true! -

I just want to say how absolutely AMAZING my wedding day was… and I attribute it to Ashley Nicole Affair (and my amazing mom)! We got the month of package with Amanda and Bridgette. Amanda was in constant contact with my mom and I for months before the wedding (group/individual texts, emails, etc.) Amanda did everything from giving advice, providing recommendations to providing us with design input, and so much more. I thought that was the best part… then the wedding day came and it honestly was the most flawless gorgeous event we could have ever wished for. Amanda and Bridgette even took me into the back room and got on the floor to help me safety pin my dress when parts of my bustle failed. 😅 They took off my wedding heels, tied my sneakers, kept me and my family calm, and were a total God send. Ashley and her team are KILLER. The sad thing is that Ashley had COVID the week of my wedding, so I never actually met her in person! But even when she told me that, I didn't have an ounce of worry. She made sure I had already been set up with the other people in her team and worked with them previously, so when the worst happened and she couldn't come, it was no big deal. Beth and Weslyn stepped in immediately and took over. Everything was so seamless! They definitely knew what they were doing and made my night MAGICAL! I was so busy and everything was a blur, but because of Ashley's team, it all went smoothly. I never had to worry about anything. I booked the "month of" coordination because I'm pretty type A, but I'm SO GLAD I DID, because having to worry over little details the day of your wedding is the last thing you want to do, and because of their hard work, I was stress-free! Where to really begin with Ashley and all of her magic? Before booking any vendor, I think it’s really important to consider them in two parts; the planning process and the actual outcome on the day of. Ashley and her team exceeded any possible expectation on both.
My husband and I booked Ashley when we got engaged in 2018. From the beginning we knew we would likely have a 3ish year engagement and it was important to us that we found vendors early on. I can be particular at times and found myself looking through and messaging SEVERAL wedding planners in the ATX area. For some reason we didn’t feel the connection I was looking for until we got on the phone with Ashley. Even before our call, Ashley was intentional and asked about how my husband and I met, what was important to us, and how she could help us with any of those pieces. When we got on the phone, it was clear that Ashley treated us like people and showed a genuine interest in us and what we wanted. At the time, Ashley and her team were fairly small, and that didn’t really matter to me. Intentionality trumped any number of followers or extravagance. Her passion for weddings and design made us decide to book her full service planning. We were planning an Austin area wedding from Boston, and I wanted to make sure we didn’t leave any small details behind. Best. decision. made.
During the planning process (the full three years), Ashley was there to answer questions, help guide, decisions, and her vendor recommendations were on point. She was always honest when we asked for opinions and never tried to up-sell or add any unnecessary elements that didn’t match our vision. To say that Ashley went above and beyond is an understatement. Some examples: I pictured having dreamy drapery on wedding day. When I reached out to the drapery vendor, I was told that it might not be possible due to some logistical issues with the venue’s ceiling. I reached out to Ashley to ask if we could think of any other design element to make up for the fact that drapery was not possible. Within an hour, Ashley emailed me a sketch that the drapery vendor had created for our wedding, and it looked stunning on the day of. I remember crying when I saw it on the day of the wedding because it meant the world that she partnered with them to make it happen. She has such strong partnerships with vendors in the area and it truly shows. Each time I interacted with a vendor, they had nothing but amazing things to say about Ashley and her team. Another example: I really loved the idea of having some arches as backdrops for our altar. Ashley knocked on her neighbor’s door to see if they could help make them. She eventually did find someone to make them for us and they looked incredible. She loaded her car up with rentals and made several trips from her home to our venue to deliver them. Throughout it all, she was there to laugh with and advocated for us each step of the way.
On the day of everything was absolutely stunning and perfect. As with any relationship, trust is important. We talked with Ashley about what it was we wanted- I spent three years reformatting my Pinterest board but didn’t exactly know how I wanted things to look or come together. Ashley made an extensive look-book of our wedding day that was so incredibly detailed (included rentals, recommendations, color palettes, etc.) She thought of the smallest details and really helped make our wedding unique to just us. One of Ashley’s greatest strengths is her partnerships with other vendors and her team. We were introduced to her husband, John of Moodyography, during our initial phone call and booked him as well. He was fun and incredible. Ashley also partnered with her assistant, Liz Green, who made beautiful calligraphy for our seating chart. On the week of our wedding we were introduced to Emily and Amanda. Emily helped run our rehearsal dinner and Amanda joined on wedding day to assist Emily in organizing our very large (and at times chaotic crowd), and will always remember her helping fluff my gown/ veil right before walking in. We couldn’t stop hearing how kind, relatable, and organized they both were. And during that entire day, Ashley worked the logistics and behind the scenes to make it all look like MAGIC.
At the root of it, I knew everything would come out perfectly because throughout the past couple of years she always gave us patience and intentionality. We couldn’t of have dreamt a more beautiful whimsy fairytale wedding. Ashley and her team helped change my husband’s perception of what a wedding could be and gave me the confidence to relax and have the greatest time of my life (which is sometimes hard for me to do). It’s been such a privilege to see Ashley Nicole Affair grow professionally over the past few years. Still replaying October 16, 2021.
TLDR: Best decision we ever made was booking Ashley Nicole Affair. Ashley is a fierce advocate and intentional with each of her couples. Her eye for design is impeccable and her team (s/o to Liz, Emily, and Amanda) are incredible. Have a chance to talk to her husband/ photographer, John Moody of Moodyography, because he is magic as well! One of my favorite moments will be looking at Ashley and us saying “we did it” before she opened the doors before walking down the aisle. Thank you Ashley, for one of the most special days of our lives. -

When I had my phone consultation with Ashley and talked about having her help with my wedding, I never knew I was going to make a new friend for life and be introduced to the most amazing ladies I could ever imagine. When you book Ashley as your wedding planner, you do not just get her and her amazing work ethic on your side, but her amazing team as well! I was lucky enough to have Jamie and Bridgette apart of my big day planning too! Jamie became one of my closet friends. She was amazing at coordinating, planning, and really saw my design and vision. She would check in on me to make sure my sanity was still there and always offered a lending hand when I needed her! Bridgette was introduced to me on the day of and if it was not for her, I do not think I would have had the confidence to walk down the aisle. She talked me through the nerves, fixed my hair, and made sure I felt confident and beautiful! She was so sweet and really made the day go by so easy and effortlessly. I brought so many decorations and photos from home and they found a way to incorporate it all on the day of and made sure my style and design all matched my vision. They tailor their skills and visions to what you need and you would never know this was their "job" it is definitely a passion and sense of joy for them! Let me begin by saying I am an out-of-town bride who previously lived in Austin and I chose Ashley's month of planning package. If I did not intentionally give myself two years to plan this damn wedding, I would have chosen their fullll wedding planning services!
Amanda B. was our lead planner and I do not even know where to begin.... she made it fkn happen. I am the first to own that I am not the easiest person to deal with. I have high expectations and tend to be controlling, but Amanda handled me with such grace.✨ She truly went above and beyond in every measure… and her efforts did not go unseen by anyone, literally. Our family, bridal party, and even random friends had the best and sweetest things to say about her.
From the pre-wedding processes, organization, and communication - to the setup, being sure we remained on time (which I was so nervous about), the cleanup, and so much more… she got it done. ❤️
The best / funnest day of our lives was made possible because of Amanda and the Ashley Nicole Affair team. And no amount of sappy words or thank you’s could express how we feel.

The Ashley Nicole Affair team is just world class. I was blown away by the exceptional service provided by Ashley and her team. Upon my first interaction, I immediately felt warmth, care and an instant click with Ashley. She was genuine and truly invested in my needs and desires. Throughout the process, I was introduced to different members of her team as Ashley wanted transparency and development among her planners. We purchased the month-of coordination with Ashley Nicole Affair and the Moodyography photo package for our wedding on May 22, 2021 for an outdoor wedding at a private residence in Barton Spring neighborhood. Our original wedding date was in the spring of 2020 and we ended up rebooking which was seamless. I was able to text and email with her, ask for advice (she also calmed my nerves!), get some great vendor recommendations, which we used (DJ, photography, and caricature artist), and more throughout the year plus planning amidst the pandemic. We also rented several items from Ashley that were a big help too.
I am so thankful for Ashley Nicole affair's team including Bridgette and Emily who were also helping coordinate the day of. My parents absolutely loved working with Bridgette!
On the day of our outdoor wedding, it RAINED ALL DAY and stopped about an hour and half before. They were out there in their rain gear making sure things were still being set up and ready to go. They were hustling. My family was pretty unorganized in a few areas regarding the big day, but the Ashley Nicole affair team made it happen. My husband and I had a fabulous time and so much fun! We could not have done this without Ashley, Bridgett, and Emily by our sides. I highly recommend to anyone considering hiring a planner especially if you just want a month of coordinator because they truly added so much extra value to what we paid for. We purchased the month-of coordination package with Ashley Nicole Affair for our wedding on May 1, 2021 at Hotel Ella. I was able to text and email with her, ask for advice, get some wonderful vendor recommendations and more throughout the year plus of planning amidst the pandemic. She was also an expert on our venue so she was able to take so much stress off my plate. We ended up having to change bands in the middle of planning and Ashley was so thoughtful and a calming presence throughout that process. On the day of the wedding we had to change our entire plan due to rain and she brought in Jacy and 2 additional coordinators to make everything go seamlessly. I got so many compliments from guests even over a month later at how great of a job they did. After the reception they even saved us cake and desserts plus some flowers and decorated our hotel room beautifully. So much thought and care went into everything to make it all perfect! I could not have done this without Ashley and her team by my side. Words actually cannot describe how over the moon I am with the Ashley Nicole Affair team. Emily was my day of coordinator and she could not have been more spot on. The entire team from the moment they arrived helped turn my wedding day into perfection, there wasnt a thing they didnt think of.
I booked Ashley pre-COVID and it was hands down the best decision I made. Do not hesitate to 1) Hire a day of coordinator but also 2) Book Ashley Nicole Affair. They know what they are doing and are honestly the best in the business.
Not only were Emily and Ashley amazing, but also the come with the BEST team and the BEST recommended vendors. All together, everyone worked as a team and they looked like they were also genuinely having fun with each other. We booked with Ashley's recommendations photography, videography, and DJ. Honestly the dream team.
I could literally go on for paragraphs about how perfect they made my day, but PLEASE do yourself a favor and just book them! This was the first vendor I booked other than the venue, OH and Ashley recommended the venue to me before I even booked her, because thats how genuine she is. While she was on vacation, in europe, with her family.

Hiring AshleyNicole Affair was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We hired Ashley for the Month-Of coordination package and when Ashley jumped in to take over the planning at the one-month mark, I immediately felt a weight lifted off my shoulders. I had a bridal shower and bachelorette party going on 4-6 weeks before my wedding, so having her there to take the reins was beyond helpful. She sent the timeline out to all of my vendors, she made sure all of the needed documents (insurance, etc.) were collected and made sure everything was sent to our venue. This included catching any last minute details I missed!
In addition to this, I can't tell you how many times I was able to send Ashley a quick text (throughout the entire year before our wedding) - asking her advice on vendors, best places to buy linens, where to rent a disco ball LOL, etc... And she had an answer for everything. She helped me with suggestions for rehearsal dinner locations when nothing was available since we were planning in the midst of the pandemic. And she always answered promptly and with grace! This type of support during what can be a super stressful time in a bride's life is irreplaceable.
My coordinators on wedding day were Beth and Bridgette, who went above and beyond to get everything set up. My decorations were not light, and they sprang into action to turn my vision into reality. There was an issue with our caterer needing to set up tables where I had envisioned my cake display being set up, and Beth, Bridgette and Ashley were immediately able to move things around and make it look AMAZING. There was another instance where the photo booth I brought in was just not working, and they were able to fix it and make it look great. If there were any other issues on our wedding day - I did not know about it because these ladies never let it show. I could go on and on about the love I felt for this team (I mean, I never even made it to the bar because Beth and Bridgette always made sure I had a drink in my hand.)
From the moment we arrived at the venue to the moment of our sparkler send-off, we felt like we had a small army behind us making sure our day was perfect and it really was the BEST. DAY. EVER. I can't recommend Ashley Nicole Affair enough - every bride deserves this level of service on their on their special day!! -

I truly cannot say enough great things about Ashley Nicole Affair and her team!! I did the month of coordinator package but she seriously helped me and gave me advice from the start and throughout the entire wedding planning process. She was extremely responsive and kind! She also knows SO much about Austin wedding vendors! I know I could have not have planned or executed as beautiful of a wedding without her and her team. For the week of the wedding, her team members, Amanda and Beth, were the main coordinators working with us and they were our day of coordinators. Amanda and Beth were absolutely AMAZING! They were with me the entire day and saying they were beyond helpful is an understatement. I truly cannot imagine the day without them and know they had such a big part in making the day so perfect! I really did not have any worries the day of because I knew they had it covered. I also used Ashley's customizable photo booth for our wedding which is one of her available rentals and it was perfect. It looked beautiful and our guests had so much fun with it! If you are looking for a wedding planner, do not look any further. Ashley Nicole Affair and her team exceeded any expectations I had about a wedding planner and I am SO thankful her team was a part of our big day! -

I seriously need 500 stars for this one. Five isn't going to cut it. I don't even know where to begin. After cancelling two weddings in Chicago because of Covid, my husband and I felt so discouraged and defeated. We love Austin and decided as a last ditch effort to have our dream wedding, or something that at least resembled it, we'd throw something smaller together there. I had three months to pull this off and I knew I needed to start with a wedding planner. Along came the queen and superwoman that is Ashley Moody. The second we started talking she felt like a best friend and from that moment on, everything was PERFECT. I didn't know the first thing about planning a destination wedding and she held my hand and made things seamless every step of the way. All of her recommendations were amazing. Her team was professional. The execution was flawless. My jaw is still on the floor from how amazing everything was. It felt like we could have spent years planning this thing and she pulled it off in THREE MONTHS. I am a total perfectionist and the kind of person that usually stresses about every detail. I didn't feel one ounce of stress leading up to the weekend and I was able to enjoy every minute because I just knew that if Ashley was involved it would be perfect. I put all of my trust in her and let me tell you... perfect is an understatement. My wedding was better than my wildest dreams and it's seriously all thanks to Ashley and her incredible team. Words cannot express how much we LOVED Ashley. From our very first phone call, she was so invested in making this wedding the absolute best it could be. We hired her for full service planning, and have no regrets. Apart from the perk of getting her rentals for free (which made my budget wedding look glamorous), her artistic vision breathed life into the ceremony and reception. Her recommendations for vendors got us the most talented photographer, videographer, DJ, and caterer. The day of the wedding we had to eliminate the outdoor ceremony due to weather - she took care of all of the changes seamlessly, all while calming my MANY panic attacks and answering my 6AM text messages. Over the last year, I communicated more with her than with my own family! I even felt odd when our text group went idle during the honeymoon haha. Ashley went through a very difficult personal situation during the last month of planning, and she made sure that we did not feel abandoned. I am eternally grateful for all of the work she did. Even my guests noticed and complimented her efforts the day of the wedding! Ashley, if you're still wedding planning in 30 years, you're pre-hired for my twins's weddings! -

Happy New Year! As one does in the new year, a lot of reflection is done of the previous year and 2020 certainly was a lot to reflect on! Ashley Nicole Affair was definitely a big part of my 2020 in the best way possible.
In January 2020, I got engaged and the most given advice was to lock in my date, venue, and coordinator ASAP! After a bit of research, recommendation from my co-worker, and a 30 min phone call with Ashley, I knew I had made the right choice to go with Ashley Nicole Affair. Now that I've been married for 3 weeks, I can validate that I did!
Like many Covid-Brides, I had my fair share of challenges. Not to mention, my fiance being in the military didn't make it any easier. Regardless of the issue, Ashley was there every step of the way. She checked in on me, made sure I was doing okay, and gave me reassurance whenever I made a big decision such as moving our wedding date.
She was always available through text, even while on vacation, and when we finally met in person it felt like I was meeting an old friend.
Ashley also knows everyone in the business and connected me with the best team of vendors from the DJ to the cake bakery to my tailor! I truly believe this is why my wedding day felt so smooth because she is genuinely friends with all the other vendors!
I also want to give a special shout out to Ashley's team member Beth. She was so calm and attentive and was able to manage my crazy family from the dress rehearsal to our send off. She is truly an angel.
In summary, you cannot go wrong with Ashley Nicole Affair. Your coordinator should feel like your best friend and confidant. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being my partner in crime in 2020. My wedding day was the happiest and easiest day of 2020 because of your team. Appreciate you! -

We booked Ashley Nicole Affair to coordinate the day of our wedding. My wife and I did much of the planning on our own after a negative experience with another planner. Trusting another planner made me nervous, but I forgot all about my woes once we started working together. Ashley was SUCH a lifesaver wrapping up the planning process, during our rehearsal, and the day of our wedding. I am a huge details person and it was SO nice to work with Ashley and fully trust her judgement and expertise. I felt 100% comfortable handing the reins over to her. She is able to work with many personalities and crazy family members with decisiveness and kindness. Ashley also has a great sense of humor, while still being super professional. Also, when COVID-19 made everything incredibly stressful, Ashley stepped in with her knowledge of local guidelines and her experience with intimate events happening at the time. That really helped ease any concerns we had about our smaller October wedding. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for wedding planning services, whether you're going with the day of or all out with the full service package. -

Ashley Moody of Ashley Nicole Affair is a freaking GODSEND. My now husband and I were planning our Austin wedding, but as we travel for a living, having a local wedding planner was a must. Enter Ashley Moody, who went above and beyond what I thought possible. She answered every call, text, and email within minutes. She had an educated, experience answer for every question we had. She also helped us stay on budget! We truly couldn't imagine having the wedding we had (250 guests at Pecan Springs Ranch) without her. For example, we had a huge Texas thunderstorm come through during our wedding reception. It totally messed with our timeline, as it was going to be pouring rain during our fireworks show. Ashley was able to coordinate with us, each vendor, and every guest to move our timeline around. She made it look easy, and I know it was not. Thank you, Ashley for making our dreams come true! I feel I could write a novel and if I could give Ashley and her team 10 stars, then I would. Partnering with Ashley for our wedding day was the best decision that we made. The help and support she and her team gave to me leading up to and especially the day of brought me to tears. They care SO much. Ashley is so personable and makes you feel like you're the only bride she's working with, even though you know her client list is long. I'm already uber organized and detail oriented so having Ashley be that way on another level made our planning go so smoothly. Planning a wedding long distance was no issue at all. She's available to answer the most minute questions and was always so quick to respond on both email and text. Her team on the day of was equally awesome. I had someone at my side at all times just to answer my questions or even ask for a drink. There is no task that you ask them to do they won't say 'yes, I will absolutely do that.' We had to switch up some ceremony decor due to the wind and one the coordinators suggested a few great options and I let her go with whatever she thought was best and it all worked out. It's apparent she (and her team) loves what she does and makes you feel loved as a bride as well. I will sincerely miss our planning conversations and witty banter -

Speechless. In the best way ever. Not only is Ashley a rockstar at her job, she's funny, laid-back, and super responsive. I had her as our day of coordinator and everything went so smoothly. Like....nothing went wrong y'all. As soon as I even began to think something, Ashley and her staff were right there with an answer to the thing I was thinking about. Throughout the planning process, I had decided I wanted a coordinator to help with the timeline of the event. This service was next-level. Everything was perfect.
