Can't express how much Ashley and her team saved my wedding. I hired the team for a period starting 3 months out, and they took over my vendor management and coordination like it was the easiest thing on earth.
Not only that, but they handled multiple disasters, helping me remain calm and focused on my big day:
When I needed lighting recommendations because my lighting vendor ghosted me, when I ripped BOTH my wedding ceremony dress and reception dress right before their respective grand entrances, when our a/c vendor showed up and then disappeared AG & team secured my refund before I even knew it'd happened, and even when a guest shattered a glass candle holder, they were there. They even set up everything from table signs to our board game table.
Thank you so much AG and team. Collaborating with you was one of the best wedding decisions we made. -

Ashley Gonzalez was our wedding planner for our Deer Creek wedding on January 18, and we’re so grateful for her calm and collected approach. Ashley was the perfect day of coordinator! I don't even feel right calling her JUST my day of coordinator. Months before leading up to my wedding we would have check-in calls and she made sure I was on the right track for planning and would remind me of things I might have missed. The month of the wedding she had weekly calls with me assuring me everything was all set-in place and would be perfect. Ashley was so professional and always available for even the silliest of questions or concerns.
On the day of my wedding - Ashley was the calm I needed at times and my Hype girl when I needed one. Thanks to Ashley, not ONE thing was wrong on my wedding day. She made sure everyone, and everything was in the correct place at the correct time.
I don't think it happens much when your guests compliment your day of coordinator, but I had many people come up to me and tell me how wonderful she was, and how they wish they had known her when they were getting married (Ashley even helped stitch a guest's dress that popped!)
I cannot say enough great things about Ashley, she is truly AMAZING, and my day would not have been as perfect as it was without her!

We had weekly calls the month leading up to the special day but even prior to that she was willing to address any questions I had whenever they came up.

Where do I begin! I have a major planning personality but as I got closer to my destination wedding, I decided to hire Ashley and I am so thankful for that in the last few months of planning! She was not only amazing leading up to our wedding but a life saver the week of, as we had a major storm coming our way and all of our events were planned for outside. Because of her, our week ended up being so smooth despite the almost hurricane weather and our guests never would have guessed our wedding events were originally supposed to be outdoors. Everyone was amazed. AGEvents…where do I start?! There is too much to write in a review that I am going to keep it short and sweet as the amazing things about Ashley and her team can go on and on and on.
From the time I picked my wedding date, I knew not only did I want a coordinator but needed one to help with the my wedding planning. My family originally thought that it was unnecessary and that we could all pitch in to pull off an 170 person wedding without the help of a coordinator. I took it upon myself to hire Ashley and her team and by the end of the wedding weekend my family said this wedding couldn’t have gone off the way it did without AGEvents.
Prior to my wedding, Ashley reached out to all of the vendors, coordinated the timeline with the appropriate people, and made sure that everything was going to run as smooth as possible. The week of the wedding, I realized I needed more assistance with my rehearsal dinner including table arrangements and such, and Ashley made the most beautiful arrangements and signs etc for the rehearsal dinner. I gave Ashley full reign to do whatever she wanted for the rehearsal dinner and I walked in and started shedding tears…I was so happy with the end result and the decor. The rehearsal dinner was beyond gorgeous.
The wedding day was so smooth thanks to her and the team. Everything was ahead of schedule, done before I could even ask or think something needed to be done, and coordinated beyond expectations.
All of my wedding guests were ranting and raving about the amazing day and how smooth the entire day went and I cannot say anything less than, thank you AGEvents… it’s because of all of you.
Lastly, I cannot wait to have more events to be able to work with the team in the future.
Ps. Ashley and her team are the sweetest and most detail oriented group you can hire for your events. You need them even when you don’t think you do. They are a MUST. We love you guys!!! -

Let me start off by saying Ashley was my day of coordinator for my wedding in May 2022. I hired Ashley in Feb after speaking with a few coordinators. Ashley was by far the best at listening to my vision and needs for my wedding day and clearly communicated the services that her package included. She was always super responsive. Prior to the day of the wedding I had a handful of telephone conferences with her to discuss the status of vendors and day of timeline. She was helpful in providing a recommendation for a florist and transportation after the wedding. She also contacted all of my vendors the weeks prior to the wedding to confirm day of details.
On the day of the wedding, Ashley was there the entire day and made sure that I was not stressed. I tend to get stressed/overwhelmed very easily and I can truly say with Ashley by my side I remained calm and was able to enjoy my entire day of the wedding. Side note: it was raining, at some times pouring, throughout the day of my wedding, and Ashley monitored the weather and helped me make the decision to keep my ceremony outside & the ceremony ended up being perfect and it did not rain. She is very detail oriented and made sure everything was set up how I envisioned it; every detail up to setting up our DIY photo station, memorial table, to the song that the foam lights were passed out to, and our UberEats order at the end of the night. My mother and mother-in-law still talk about how hiring Ashley was one of our best choices.
I HIGHLY recommend Ashley of Ashley Gonzalez Events. Please do yourself a favor and hire this amazing wedding coordinator. She sets a high bar and can do it all. FIVE STARS!

Ashley was our day of coordinator and was absolutely wonderful!! I could not have imagined planning our wedding celebration without her.
Our reception was flawless and ran super smoothly, thanks to Ashley. She took care of everything and we were able to relax and enjoy the day without worrying about a thing. She always took an extra moment to check in with us too, to see if we needed anything throughout the night!
Planning from out-of-state and during a pandemic was not ideal, so it was so nice to have Ashley to lean on for support. She was calm, reassuring, and so helpful during all of it, giving me great tips any time I had any questions or concerns. She was super responsive any time I wanted to chat and our check-ins were great to ensure we were on track and keep me excited throughout a long and weary planning period. She also took care of signage for us which was a relief!
We were SO happy with how everything turned out and can't thank Ashley enough for running everything perfectly that night. She's truly a professional and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a day of coordinator or planner!! -

If you want your wedding or event to be a literal dream come true, then Ashley is who you need. Ashley saved my event in many ways on the day of the event. If you want an advocate for your vision, Ashley is the one. I can be shy on sharing my frustrations and Ashley was literally my super hero! If I thought that a vendor should've been providing a certain service, Ashley was the advocate of my vision at all levels. She advocated my vision during the planning stage and the day of the event stage. My only mistake was not hiring Ashley as my fulltime party planner for my event. She was my day of coordinator and rocked it! All of my vendors raved about her! Her vendor recommendations were all excellent. My favorite were the photo booth and DJ!!! Her commitment to my event made me feel like she was the owner of the event. There is nothing more satisfying for me then working with people who care. If I was thinking it Ashley was already on it!! Minutes before the door opened to my event, I wanted to change the entire entrance! Ashley did not make me feel crazy in any way! Anytime I had an idea for my event, she answered the call or text almost instantly. Responsiveness to me is worth a million dollars in todays crazy world of shortages. She supported my vision and made it happen!!! I recommend her services 10 out of 10 to anyone and everyone. Mostly to those as picky and difficult as me. -

ASHLEY WAS AMAZING!!!!!! I can not say enough good things about her. She was super helpful, organized, and really was there for everything I needed little and big. I live in RI and being an out-of-state bride can be difficult. Ashley was in contact with all my vendors, and my venue. She really made this whole destination wedding thing a breeze. Pre Wedding she was in contact with me almost daily especially as we got closer. Sending me a checklist, making sure I had certain things picked out and done. With living our of state she had filled in for me with multiple meetings with different vendors. I was always getting facetimes and videos to help me on all my decisions. Fast forward to the actual day of my wedding, I don't think that girl sat down for one minute!!! She was on top of EVERYTHING!!! All my guests and other vendors were commenting how great she was. Ashley was by far THE BEST money spent on our wedding!!!! I didn't have one issue on my wedding day and if I did she never allowed me to find out. She made me so relaxed I didn't have to worry about one thing. Ashley, you are amazing girl, don't ever change!!!!

Best decision ever!!
I was initially a "do it yourself" bride that thought she could do everything on her own and boy was I wrong. Planning a wedding while having to navigate through your already busy schedule can become stressful. This is why I decided to hire a Day of Coordinator (DOC). Although I hired Ashley as a DOC, she was very helpful prior to the big day. She attended vendor meetings with me (in person and over the phone), she provided useful referrals, and provided me with a timeline on when and how things should be done. she contacted all vendors to make sure they had all the information and tools needed to do their part. When the day of the wedding came, I didn't have to worry about anything. I simply showed up. She was on top of everything and everyone. She made sure everything went smoothly. Im so happy that I decided to work with her. Ashley is not only an amazing DOC, she is also a great person that projects positive energy. She's easy to work with and is very professional.
