Where to even begin!?
We started wedding planning with Anna over the last 1.5 years & we had the wedding of a lifetime this past weekend! She is truly 20/10 stars & we cant say enough praises about her. She is the reason why our wedding went so smoothly
From our initial meeting, she hit the ground running and is not only professional & communicative but also creative and organized! She is a wealth of knowledge and put us in contact with so many incredible vendors. She truly is the MVP of our wedding weekend and we are enterally grateful for her.
She is such a gem and voice of reason during the stressful times of wedding planning. She offers her advice however never oversteps and she truly helped bring our vision to life. If you get the pleasure of working, consider yourself lucky :) She even got us a customized champagne bottle as a wedding gift. She goes above & beyond

From the initial inquiry meeting Anna was just more than perfect for us! She is so professional, listened to all of our dreams and most importantly made them come true and then some. She made it so easy finding the right vendors for us and being their main point of contact. Anna was very responsive at anytime of the week and any time of day. Wedding day was more perfect than I could have imagined. She set up everything and helped direct all vendors. I was truly able to enjoy every second of the day. The whole process was so much fun and so organized! I can not express how much we recommend Anna Williams, she will make your whole wedding planning experience magical! -

I honestly don’t even know where to start with how incredible Anna was. From the very beginning, she understood what we wanted, even when we were still trying to figure it out ourselves. She listened to every idea, every change, every random thought, and somehow turned all of it into something that felt so true to us. What I appreciated most was how calm she stayed through the whole process. Whenever I started stressing about timelines or tiny details, she just had this way of grounding everything and reminding me that it was all under control. And she really did have everything under control.
Our wedding day went so smoothly that I kept waiting for something to fall apart, but if anything did, we never knew. She handled everything quietly and confidently, and our families kept telling us how beautiful and organized the entire day felt. That was all her. Anna is a phenomenal wedding planner. In the weeks and months leading up to our wedding day, we always felt heard by Anna, and she helped us navigate all the uncertainties, questions, and decisions we had along the way. She worked extremely diligently to make sure everything was perfect for the wedding day. When it finally came, we were blown away by how smoothly everything ran and how beautifully everything came together. Anna's hard work and dedication not only made the best day of our lives possible, but she made it even better than we thought it would be. Hiring Anna as our wedding planner was truly one of the best decisions we made during our wedding journey. From the very beginning, she was incredibly personable and made us feel seen, heard, and completely supported. She took the time to get to know us as a couple, and every recommendation she made—from vendors to décor—reflected our personalities and vision perfectly.
Anna’s attention to detail is unmatched. Nothing slipped through the cracks, and I was constantly amazed at how on top of everything she was—from managing the timeline down to the smallest finishing touches. She anticipated needs before we even had a chance to think of them, which allowed us to actually enjoy our engagement and wedding day stress-free.

Anna did great at pacing the night along with checking in and asking if I wanted any changed (like cake now or wait?) she was very organized and made things run so smoothly! I know she did an amazing job because my mom let loose and had fun! (Usually my mom would be doing all the behind the scenes work) would recommend Anna to anyone! -

Me, being me, thought, Hey, I can totally plan, schedule, and run my daughter's wedding myself! It was a small wedding—just 30 people in a cozy venue. I figured I could pick the vendors, map out the timeline, and handle the entire evening like a seasoned event planner. Ha!
Fast forward a few weeks before the big day, and suddenly, I had a horrifying realization: I also wanted to enjoy the wedding. Turns out, trying to juggle a million details while also being present for family and, you know, actually having fun is not as simple as I had imagined. I was originally reluctant to spend extra money on a coordinator (because let’s be honest, the budget had already skyrocketed), but then I met Anna. Or rather, I panic-called Anna. And let me tell you—best. decision. ever.
Before I even met her in person, she radiated calm, kindness, and an almost eerie level of wedding wisdom. After our first meeting, I knew she was worth every penny. She had an uncanny ability to be everywhere at once, think ten steps ahead, and handle every detail so seamlessly that I could actually relax. I mean, she even made sure I was having a good time—which was not on my original to-do list.
Long story short: Anna was the MVP of the wedding, and I have her on speed dial for any future events. Absolute game changer. We will treasure this day forever. -

Anna Williams truly went above and beyond as a planner and coordinator for our wedding and made my experience as a bride 1000x easier. As an anxious, not-so-organized, over-thinking bride, Anna was truly there to take all of my ideas and worries and issues and find a solution for every one of them. She responded to my of my random emails/texts within minutes (the most amazing touch to put my mind at ease), and on the wedding day I felt fully confident to just embrace the day and let her handle the rest! There were so many small details about the wedding day that moved forward flawlessly because of her (and would not have happened without her). She was an AMAZING problem solver and responder when I became suddenly ill during our reception, and made the night run smoothly so that many of our guests didn’t notice when the bride didn’t return to the dance floor! 😂 Anna made sure everything was packed into our car and also sent us off with a beautifully hand-painted bottle of champagne with our names and wedding date which we LOVED. I can truly not say enough incredible things about her! BOOK THIS WOMAN! -

There are not enough words to explain the amazing job that Anna did for our daughter’s wedding!!!! Not only was she on it with reminders, timelines and wedding knowledge, but she was flexible!!! We had a few last minute mishaps with RSVP’s with our own family (Brides…. Make your people RSVP and plan for more than anticipated) and in return caused what could have been a pretty stressful situation! Anna did not allow us to get stressed! She stepped right in and added chairs/tables and utensils, smoothed over the seating situation and all was right in the world for the remainder of the night! Her level of multitasking is beyond incredible and her knowledge of weddings made everything just flow! In the end we give her 5 stars times a million!!! The lord knew exactly who we would need and he gave us Anna! We are so very Thankful!! -

Anna was one of the best decisions we made in selecting our vendors! Her price is extremely fair for the value she delivers. We went with the day of coordination package and couldn't have done it without her! Anna is extremely professional and prompt, you know you can count on her.
She helped our day run extremely smoothly and also assisted in all set up & coordination (which we had a lot of our own candles/materials). She has exceptional attention to detail, which was amazing coming from a fairly type A bride.
10/10 recommend her services and thank her for making our wedding day the best day of our lives! -

Anna was so amazing to work with. Hire a planner has been our number one piece of advice to newly engaged couples due to such a great experience with Anna.
She provided great suggestions and vendor recommendations in our budget. As we got closer to the wedding Anna confirmed all the vendors and did the work in advance to ensure everything was covered. She thought of and addressed gaps we had not even considered. Our wedding day was smooth and stress free thanks to Anna. Can’t recommend her enough! -

After researching for a few months and reading reviews on the Knot for our wedding day (Aug 4th), I decided to reach out to two wedding planners including Anna. Within a couple minutes of talking with Anna, I knew she was the one. First of all, I was so impressed with her honesty and professionalism. I felt like she was a big sister and a closed friend to me who will make sure my big day would be exactly the way I dreamt of. Hiring her was the best wedding related decisions I made. She was always available and quick to respond to any questions. She was very attentive, knowledgeable, understanding and executed our visions perfectly. She developed a detailed timelines and coordinated with all our vendors in advance. She took a weight off of me in so many areas and our wedding planning was so enjoyable and fun. It was because of Anna that I actually got to enjoy my own wedding from rehearsal to the day of, beginning to the very end. I have worked in corporate events before, so when looking for a coordinator I wanted someone who was detail-oriented, straightforward, and could execute my vision confidentially on the day of the wedding. Booking with Anna was one of the BEST parts of our wedding! At our very first consultation Anna and I spoke for almost an hour - she asked every question imaginable to understand exactly what we were envisioning, then put together a custom package to help up button up wedding details. She made the wedding day experience so fluid, fun, and easy. My husband and I were absolutely blown away by how attentive and helpful she was onsite, helping unpack boxes, being the first contact for all vendors, and was just amazing, amazing, amazing. Highly recommend Anna for ANY wedding! -

We could not have asked for a better wedding planner. Anna was extremely knowledgeable and organized, and we always felt confident after asking for her advice. We had many non-traditional aspects in our wedding (flower bros, party animals, no wedding party), and she was amazing at helping us pull it off in a way that was uniquely us. We appreciated her straightforwardness and honesty when asking about what to expect with vendors, what certain things would cost, etc. If you want your wedding to go off smoothly and feel confident on your big day, we highly recommend Anna!! -

We used AnnaWilliams Events for a 200 person church wedding and reception. She was very flexible in the way that we initially contracted her services. We used her for comprehensive planning, vendor selection/contracting and the "day of" services. She came recommended from a well known wedding photographer in our area. Anna was great in every way. We were determined to have a stress free/no drama wedding and we accomplished this because of her. She helped us make so many decisions by sharing options, experiences and her honest advice - always delivered clearly, She was excellent helping with the rehearsal and gently explaining ideas to the Pastor and truly taking lead when it was needed most. I do not know what we would have done without her on the day of the wedding. Her graceful nature along with her take charge attitude was just what we needed to make sure everything happened as planned and that we could truly just enjoy the day. She has a true gift in managing people in these situations when gentleness is needed but decisions need to be made! Everytime I checked in with her, she had already taken care of whatever it was. We highly recommend AnnaWilliams Events and cannot imagine another wedding without her. -

Anna is absolutely amazing! Getting a planner was a great decision and choosing Anna was the best decision! The wedding process is very overwhelming but she was there to help us through every step. She has great vendor suggestions, helps with budgeting, and is great for bouncing ideas around! She really helped take a big portion of the planning burden off of us and made it go smoothly and even a little more fun! Anna is really personable and the biggest sweetheart. We originally weren’t going to hire a wedding planner because it wasn’t in our budget, but Anna offered us a day of coordinator package that fit within our budget and can I say that was the best decision we made with our wedding. Anna went above and beyond and far exceeded our expectations!! She met with us twice before the wedding to check out the venue, create a floor plan, and to do a rehearsal. We didn’t know much about weddings, but she walked us through everything and really put the day together. She also did an event timeline for us and contacted all of the other vendors for us. She was also there first thing in the morning the day of the wedding and was the last to leave. She Is very hard working and professional! She was by far the best vendor we went through. I cannot say enough good things about her. She was even flexible and understanding when we tried to reschedule for a date in 2021 because of covid, unfortunately our caterers and venue would not let us reschedule unless we paid for the new date so we kept our original date. Anna is a must if you’re having a wedding, she really did make the day easier and stress free. She is also so nice and sweet! Our wedding day wouldn’t have been complete without her! Thank you SO much Anna! -

I loved having Anna as our wedding coordinator! She was so easygoing, very easy to talk to, and she made sure that I did not worry or stress about anything on the day of! She knew what she was doing and she had it all planned out. Leading up to our wedding, she reached out to all of our vendors and let them know the game plan. Anna took charge, and she did it so well. I honestly did not know how necessary and helpful she would be! My mom, my MIL, and all of my bridesmaids were able to relax and enjoy themselves all day because Anna had everything organized. During the actual wedding, there were a couple things that happened that weren't planned (as always), and I did not even know about them until days later, simply because Anna had it all under control. I am so thankful that we found her! Do yourself a favor and book Anna, you'll be glad you did! -

I was on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator because I had already selected all of my vendors (i.e. photographer, caterer, etc.). I quickly learned that the big items are not why you need a coordinator - it's the small details. I found Anna and could not recommend her more highly to anyone who is searching for a planner/day-of coordinator. She is responsive, organized, friendly, and affordable! I can't imagine what a mess our wedding would have been without Anna and am so thankful we found her.
Your special day should be spent enjoying time with friends, family, and your significant other - not worrying about what time the caterer is going to arrive or how the tables are set up. Anna made sure that we could enjoy our day and made it go by so smoothly. Highly recommend! -
