Where do I begin. If you want a best friend, someone who is honest, loyal, truthful, kind, nurturing, respectful, and who truly wants the best for you and your family, hire Ani.
Let me set the record straight: my review cannot fully capture the value she added to my wedding and to my life. Beyond the wedding, I gained a lifelong friend. She approaches your wedding not just as part of her job, but with genuine love for you and your family, ensuring your special day is everything you dreamed of and more.
And when it comes to the nitty-gritty, she takes it SERIOUSLY. She is on the money. Tough when she needs to be, never shies away from hard conversations, puts her head down, and WORKS. She is incredibly well-connected within the wedding industry, has amazing relationships with vendors, and expects the best from them, which means you get the best.
Everyone around her delivers 110%. Not just her, but the entire team at her company. They are diligent, competent, understanding, and they just… execute.
I’m honestly sad that my wedding era is over!! I’ll miss our weekly meetings and spur of the moment long phone calls, but I gained a lifelong friend in Ani, and that’s something I’ll never lose.

It doesn't get better than Ani!
Ani is, quite simply, the best wedding planner you could ever hope for—better than the planner you’d imagine in your wildest dreams.
My husband and I hired Ani as a partial planner 5 months before our wedding after having already chosen our venue and a few initial vendors. From the moment she stepped in, she transformed the entire process. I have so many extraordinary things to say about Ani, not only about her talent as a planner but also about her warmth, her energy, and the kind of person she is, that it’s hard to know where to begin but here goes.
I chose a partial planning package because I thought I was too Type A to let go of control, but it turns out that Ani is the Type A soulmate I didn’t know I needed. I suffer from major decision paralysis, and from the minute she joined the process, she brought clarity and structure. She sent me beautifully organized checklists, spreadsheets, and internal deadlines so nothing fell through the cracks. Her reminders were always gentle but effective—never overwhelming. Her organizational skills are truly unmatched.
She also has deep industry connections and helped me secure all remaining vendors—each one a perfect fit. She showed up for everything: tastings, linen selections, floral samples; she stayed in constant communication with every vendor, tracked payment schedules for me, and made sure every detail was executed flawlessly.
Ani is a fierce, tireless and unstoppable go-getter. She will bring your vision to life, and if you don’t yet know what your vision is, she will help you discover it. She has the answer to every question you can imagine, even to those you don’t even know to ask. Throughout the process, we felt like we were her only clients. Her responsiveness is almost superhuman. She always answered texts within minutes, often seconds. And always with an amazing attitude. She makes you feel taken care of in a way that is both comforting and confidence-boosting.
But beyond all that, her personality is the true magic. Wedding planning can be stressful, and emotional, and finding someone you click with is essential. Ani is that person. She is sweet, funny, grounded, and so easy to be around. My family and bridal party are full of big personalities, and Ani navigated everyone with grace. She read the room and knew exactly what each person needed. Everyone loved her.
We became friends and remain friends years later. You can be completely yourself with her. She will talk you off every ledge - wedding related or not. She is young, charming, vibrant, diligent, and radiates this incredible positive energy without being over the top. She is the exact person you want by your side on your wedding day.
Her team is equally great, going above and beyond. For example, I unexpectedly got my period the morning of my wedding. Before I could even process the panic, someone from her team had sprinted out, bought tampons, and returned before I even knew she’d left. That’s the level of care you get with Ani. I would hire her again in every lifetime.
My wedding was the happiest, most fun day of my life, and I owe so much of that to Ani. If you’re lucky enough to get a chance to work with her, do not hesitate. She is extraordinary. -

Ani was a fantastic wedding planner. She gave us the wedding we wanted in ways we wouldn’t have even imagined. Every step along the way, Ani was professional and thorough. The 18 months leading up to our wedding was insanely busy for us outside of wedding planning. Still, Ani always reduced our stress and made our wedding tasks manageable. My husband got to saying, “in Ani we trust.”
We got so many compliments on every aspect of our wedding. Several friends said it was the best they’d been to in years. Ani made that happen for us. Hiring her was the best wedding decision we made. -

Ani was an absolute joy to work with, and we are beyond grateful for her as our wedding planner. Her positive attitude and spirit made the entire planning process enjoyable. She communicated with us clearly and promptly, always making us feel heard and understood.
From a professional perspective, Ani's organization and attention to detail were unmatched. She took the initiative to navigate and coordinate over 10 vendors on our wedding day. Ani successfully flipped our ballroom in just one hour, a feat that was not easy. Our flip involved 275 table settings, intricate centerpieces, numerous candles, rearranging furniture, and so much more. Our party would not have been possible without her!
Ani made magic happen and brought our vision to life. She also took the lead on all communication during the week leading up to our wedding and on the day-of with our bridal party, ensuring we were as stress-free as possible. This was a huge help and made our day relaxed and enjoyable.

Working with Ani was the best choice we made
Working with Ani Wolff and her team in preparation for our wedding was the single best decision we could have made. Ani’s a great wedding planner that brings empathy, clear communication, close attention to detail, transparency, and flexibility to the process. She’s the person you’ll want to work with to make your planning, and wedding day itself, run seamlessly. We would recommend Ani as an essential part of your wedding and wedding planning process.
We met with Ani shortly after getting engaged where she shared her process, expertise, and transparent estimates for her services. She also helped us to understand what our overall budget could be for the wedding that we wanted to have. We felt like we could trust Ani right out of the gate.
After deciding to work with her, we met on a monthly cadence to discuss options for things like venue, vendors, details, and timelines. She kept track of all of our details on a project management platform to which we had access. This kept us on track with what we had to work on, well ahead of schedule with most decisions, and relatively stress-free throughout the process.
When it came to venues, vendors, and purchases, Ani did a great job of taking our expectations, budget, and general intended vibe for our wedding to source the right people/things. She has a great pulse on the best folks to work with and matched us up to 3-5 options to choose from. They were all amazing which made decision-making tough — a great problem to have!
Ani is also flexible and consultative in how she works with you. We thought we had a clear idea of the kind of venue we wanted, but the first one we decided to look at (and ultimately the one we went with) was a departure from that. Ani was sure to check in with us to communicate that, but she swung with us when we we expressed interest in things we hadn’t fully entertained before. I would recommend having some idea of what you’d like, but just know that Ani is easily able to help you fill in the gaps.
Overall, the planning process was seamless and Ani kept us on schedule so that we really weren’t stressed out about any of the logistical and aesthetic details of the wedding, giving us plenty of space to manage the personal parts of planning.
As for the weekend of the wedding, Ani, Gab, and Gab ran the show like the pros that they are.
Ani was there to orchestrate our rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and welcome party and everything went off without a hitch. This gave us the ability to be fully present with our guests.
The day of the wedding was no different. Ani and her team were the first people we saw when we started preparing for the day at the crack of 8am. Ani had a very solid timeline that was shared with all of our vendors and the venue and we stuck to it.
They did an amazing job of getting all of our VIPs into position for the events of the day like hair/makeup, photos, and lunch. Ani was even sure to align with our VIPs on fielding questions and concerns about various things throughout the day. Basically, Ani and her team were there to manage any and all issues that popped up (hardly any did), so we could be free to be excited about getting married! She took the very few high-stress moments and brought us back down to earth.
Like I said, working with Ani was the best decision we made for our wedding. We were lucky to have met her and planned our wedding with her, and our only regret is that we don’t get to plan another wedding with again soon. -

Ani and her team were amazing on our wedding day! Everything went so smoothly and Ani was prepared for anything; for example, she had a kit full of safety pins and bobby pins that saved me when one of my bustle buttons broke on my dress, and helped keep my veil in place for the church ceremony. Not only did my wedding vision come to life on the day-of, but Ani was so on top of everything during the planning process. She responded within minutes to emails and texts, and was excellent in coordinating all of the logistics with our vendors. Loved her, and would definitely recommend Ani Wolff Weddings to other brides-to-be! -

My husband and I got married out of state which can be stressful to manage especially during the last couple months before the wedding date. Ani was extraordinary to say the least! Filled with gratitude
Planning a wedding is stressful, time consuming and laborious. There are countless details that make such an occasion, many of which require careful consideration and decisions. To-do lists expand with every conversation - whether it be with parents, vendors, or your spouse! It's a good thing we had Ani Wolff on our team.
Ani Wolff's pinpoint management of our wedding day in New York elevated the occasion for us as bride and groom; and for our vendors, who have had nothing but positive feedback after working with Ani.
Upon reflection of her work and her format, Ani crushed our expectations. She did an outstanding job in getting to know us and our preferences, put us on a schedule to plan the wedding, and kept those plans on track. One night we spent two hours going through a checklist, after which we never had to discuss those items again - she just took care of everything.
There are a few other attributes of Ani's partnership that we sincerely value. She kicked ass during the rehearsal of our wedding. We had big grins on our face as she efficiently led the process, putting our family and friends into place and clearly articulated what's going to happen next. On the wedding day, she had everything a bride could ask for and then some in her fanny pack. She effortlessly whisked everyone - and everything - into position during the wedding, which included a first of its kind room flip in our venue.

Ani was essential to making our wedding a dream come true. As we neared the date, my husband and I realized how overwhelmed we were with juggling the various vendors and details. After beginning to work with Ani it was like a huge weight was lifted and we could enjoy the lead up to the event as well as every minute of the big day. She took over all communications, seamlessly wrangled everyone in our large wedding party, effortlessly moved crowds in central park so our photographer could get the perfect shots, and got us out of the door at the end of the night so we could continue the party while she tied up all the loose ends on site. She is nothing short of excellent to work with and we've already recommended her to friends getting married soon! If you want to truly enjoy your wedding, hire Ani and allow yourself that precious time to focus on yourselves and the occasion. -

Ani made our dream wedding come true!
On May 13, 2022 we had the wedding of our dreams.
If we rewind 9 months earlier, we were recently engaged and just booked our date with the wedding venue. A wedding was imminent but we had no idea what to do. That is when we were fortunate to connect with Ani. From our initial call she immediately started building our timelines, so that we can understand how everything would come together and when we would need to make decisions. She also provided a budgeting tool so that we can understand our costs as we started the process of vetting vendors.
In the months leading up to the wedding we would have periodic zoom meetings where we worked thru our checklists. Ani walked us thru every decision. She always listened to us and provided us with multiple options so that we can make the best decisions. She spoke to the vendors on our behalf and kept everything organized. We never felt overwhelmed in the process.
In the days leading up to our wedding everything started coming together. Our expectations were that things were going to get hectic. While we definitely had some exciting moments leading up to the wedding including the birth of a new niece, everything was going very smooth on the wedding side. Ani took care of everything.
On the day of the wedding Ani was there every step of the way from ordering lunch to making sure my makeup artist had everything she needed. She came to my hotel room while I was getting ready and didn’t leave my side until the wedding was over. Throughout the day, Ani handled everything and somehow still managed to always be by my side when I needed her. During our ceremony which was held outdoors there was a brief period of drizzle during our vows, and like any bride I started to panic. Before I knew it, I had a beautiful clear umbrella covering me and the stress melted away. It felt likes she was in our minds and anticipated our needs before we could verbalize them and that put us at such ease on our big day. It allowed us to just enjoy the day.
I tell my husband I wish I could relieve that day again because it was like a movie. I have no doubt in my mind without Ani that could not have been possible. If you are thinking about hiring a wedding planner take it from us you will not be disappointed she is the best!

Ani was a lifesaver! From our first conversation, we could tell she was efficient, detail-oriented, and incredibly invested in her clients. When we began working more closely together in the few weeks before the wedding, she was on top of all the details, handling conversations with vendors directly and pushing back where needed to ensure that our needs would be fully met. She also ran a rehearsal the day before the wedding, which was a much-appreciated bonus! She was ALL OVER every detail on our wedding day, everything from untying knots in a bridesmaid’s necklace to finding a huge amount of bandages for my shoe-torn feet, and running interference when needed to ensure that we could enjoy a stress-free day! She took the time to fully understand our vision for the day, the family and religious traditions involved, and any family needs, and made sure that there weren’t any surprises. I do not know what I would have done without Ani. When I was planning my wedding, I truly did not think I needed a day of coordinator, but everyone I spoke to told me it was worth it.
Let me tell you, after seeing everything Ani did. I promise you this was my number one vendor I needed. I would have had multiple panic attacks if I did not have Ani helping prior to the wedding and the day of. Ani showed up at 6:50 AM at the wedding day ready to jump in. She was by my side the entire day and made sure everything happened flawlessly.
There was never a moment Ani was not running around making sure everything was perfect. From ensuring breakfast was arriving, getting my vendors to the correct rooms, helping carry my train, helping me in and out of my gown, bringing us water, getting our wedding party and family in the correct places, making sure my husband and I took time to ourselves, checking in to see if we needed anything, and so much more.
All I can say is I could not have done it with out her and I am most grateful she was at my wedding.
My best advice to anyone planning a wedding is hire Ani! It was the best decision I made in the past 2 years.

Ani was a lifesaver for my March 2022 wedding. Ani truly is a wedding expert who has the talent, organization, and personality to ensure a successful day. Ani instantly made me feel at ease from the moment my husband and I hired her. Her day of timeline helped the entire day stay on track! She served as the point of contact for all my vendors and ensured they were on time and knew every detail of the day. We started working with her for day of coordinating services about 3 months prior to the wedding, this allowed for us to become comfortable with her and for Ani to learn our style. We had numerous meetings through Zoom and she even accompanied us on a venue tour. She was always available for emails, texts, and calls. Her hands on approach really made me feel at ease. For the actual wedding day Ani worked from the start of the day through the very end. She was always attentive, caring, professional, and calming. Ani is so much more than a wedding planner. She is one of the kindest and most understanding people I have ever met. After having 4 planned and canceled . After we decided to invest in a planner. I don’t think my day would have happened without Ani. As first I was resistant to all the planning and meetings. I am psychotherapist for my mind is usually focused on everyone but me! But Ani made me feel safe in making myself and my wedding a priority . She is funny, and upbeat and never controlling . When I met her in person she shined . I was beyond blown away by her knowledge, professionalism and patience . Ani is worth her time in diamonds (big ones with perfect clarity. Also I did not expect my wedding planner to have attended McGill one of the top schools in the world. Her maturity and intelligence shows just watching her to do her job. I don’t leave reviews unless I really have something really incredible to say . Ani is really going to be something spectacular in this business .

Is it weird that I want to have another wedding just so I can hangout with Ani again? Run, don’t walk, to Ani. She GETS THINGS DONE and makes your wedding day completely stress free (literally I was chillin all day). She is professional, prepared, knowledgeable and the best support system you need on your big day. Either nothing went wrong on my wedding day or I had no idea anything did because Ani swooped in and fixed the issue before it was even known (I have a feeling it was the latter). We were AHEAD of schedule for hair and makeup, we started the ceremony ON TIME (sorry but, when has that ever happened in the history of weddings?), I never didn’t have a drink in my hand, she was always an arms reach away, she literally got UNDER my dress to help put my shoes on (multiple times), she kept us on schedule all day even with pictures, she had ice water at the ready for me when I got too hot, I would look up and see Ani mouthing to me “are you good? Need anything?” And I was totally fine all night, feeling good, was fed, and I promise you it was because of her. She also made sure all of my clothes/ shoes/ THE GIFTS/ anything of mine made it back to my hotel room and was organized. I came back at the end of the night after the bridesmaids and I trashed the room when we were getting ready and Ani had ensured the hotel staff cleaned my room, my shoes were put away, my extra clothes were hung up… I’m still in shock at how great she is. I have zero regrets from my wedding day, except that I should have hired her for full planning instead of just day of coordination. When you have someone like Ani, she takes away the stigma that your wedding day is stressful/ runs late/ is anything short of amazing. Honestly the easiest money I spent for my wedding and the BEST vendor we had hands down. Already one of my bridesmaids is planning on reaching out to her for her wedding coming up because she witnessed first hand how smooth Ani made the day go. Seriously, reach out to her now!!!! It goes without saying that planning a wedding during the pandemic posed many challenges. As we got closer to our 2020 wedding date, having Ani as part of our vendor team made all the difference in being able to have a beautiful wedding day. She was so kind, thoughtful and helpful in every way- everything from coordinating plans with our venue directly, steaming my gown in addition to all of the bridesmaid gowns the morning of, helping us stay on time the entire day and keeping us hydrated and my lip gloss fresh! Ani was the most organized, professional and supportive planner that I could have had helping through my wedding day. My day was seamless and stress free thanks to her. From the second I spoke with her to inquire about my big day I knew that she was ‘the one’. After writing directly to Ani Wolff to express our concerns and not receiving a response, I am sending this review as a heads-up to all future brides. Ani Wolff left us disappointed with the absence of many deliverables as outlined in her contract, in addition to her lack of communication in the days leading up to the wedding.
As the Father-of-the-Bride, I should have paid my daughter for all the work she did to coordinate her own wedding. This review could have detailed all the things that Ani Wolff Weddings promised and did not deliver for the September 2025 wedding, that resulted in unnecessary expenditures on our end. Based on my disappointment with her services, I can only provide a rating of one star!
