The best ever!

The best wedding planner ever!! She assisted with every detail of our ocean reef wedding and it was everything we envisioned from top to bottom! She even seamlessly put our rain plans in place when the weather didn’t cooperate for our wedding! Could not recommend Andi enough! She is also extremely kind, understanding and such a hard worker. Her list of vendors she recommends is beyond and everyone is so professional. We love Andi and would use her time and time again for any large parties we have! 10/10 recommend!

Ocean Reef Wedding!

Working with Andi was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding weekend. From the very beginning, her level of organization and attention to detail gave me complete peace of mind. She is incredibly thoughtful, prepared, and always ten steps ahead, which allowed me to actually enjoy the process rather than feel overwhelmed by it.
Andi’s deep connections throughout South Florida truly set her apart. Because of her relationships with vendors and creatives in the area, we were able to get so imaginative with our decor, rentals, and overall design. She helped us think outside the box while still keeping everything cohesive and elevated. Every recommendation felt intentional and perfectly aligned with the vision we were building.
What impressed me most was Andi’s ability to anticipate my needs before I even voiced them. Every touchpoint we had felt purposeful. She used each conversation as an opportunity to better understand me, my style, and what mattered most to us as a couple. From intuitively knowing the kind of welcome bags we would love, to setting the exact tone and vibe for our rehearsal dinner, she somehow took all of my “out there” and scattered ideas and transformed them into a beautifully curated, personalized wedding weekend.
The end result felt so uniquely us. Nothing felt generic or templated - it was thoughtful, intentional, and deeply personal. Andi has an incredible gift for translating a bride’s vision into an experience that feels effortless, elevated, and meaningful. 1 Hotel South Beach Wedding

We truly cannot say enough good things about Andi. From the very beginning of the planning process through the end of our wedding weekend, she was thoughtful, organized, calm, and completely on top of every detail.

We planned a full wedding weekend with Andi, consisting of multiple large events — a seated rehearsal dinner for 165 guests, our wedding for 200 people at 1 Hotel South Beach, and a post-wedding brunch — across different venues and with many vendors involved. Andi managed everything seamlessly. She helped us think through decisions at every stage, kept us on track, coordinated across venues and vendor teams, and made what could have felt overwhelming feel completely manageable. The entire weekend ran so smoothly, truly not one thing went wrong.

What stood out most was how stress-free the experience was. We were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment, knowing everything was being handled with care and precision.

Her attention to detail is exceptional, and her vendor recommendations were outstanding. Every vendor she suggested - from our bridal valet to our band and beyond - was not only incredibly talented, but genuinely kind and a joy to work with. That positive energy made the entire weekend even more special.

Beyond her professionalism, Andi is a pleasure to work with. She is warm, responsive, and truly invested in her couples. Thanks to her, our wedding weekend exceeded every expectation - beautifully executed, joyful, and completely stress-free. We could not have asked for a better wedding planner or wedding planning experience working with Andi and her incredible team of vendors. Andi is extremely detail-oriented and organized, and she alleviated so much stress as she handled every single detail perfectly. We live in Houston, TX and planning a destination wedding seemed a bit overwhelming at first, but we were in the best of hands working with Andi. From recommending vendors, providing a fully comprehensive to-do list, attending every meeting with vendors and giving extremely helpful and honest recommendations based on previous experiences, and handling everything including timelines, setup, etc. on the wedding weekend - Andi completely blew us away at how well she managed everything. If I could give Andi and her team a million stars, I would. I cannot recommend Andi and her team enough if you are looking for a wedding planner (and I do not recommend getting married without a planner!) I consider myself a detail-oriented person but I have nothing on Andi...she made sure my husband and I were on top of all of our to-dos throughout the entire planning process. We can’t recommend Andi and her team enough! We knew hiring a wedding planner would be very important because we both lost our mothers. We interviewed 8 planners across South Florida, and from the moment we met Andi, we knew she was the right fit for us. As busy professionals with limited time for wedding planning, we needed someone who could handle it all—and Andi did.

From the start, Andi was incredibly organized and responsive, which immediately put us at ease. She was always available to answer questions and provide guidance throughout the process. This was Andi’s first time working at our venue (which had a lot of restrictions), but she handled the event management team with ease, making sure everything went smoothly despite some challenges.

She helped bring our vision to life beautifully, and suggested creative ideas we never would have thought of—like a magician for our welcome party, which our friends and family are still raving about! We cannot recommend Andi highly enough. She is my “must have” from the weekend. From the moment we reached out to her, she was adorable, personable, understanding, and flexible. Andi is amazing!

We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner! From start to finish, Andi was incredibly organized, helping us keep track of every detail that goes into planning a wedding. Her positive attitude made a stressful process more enjoyable, and she always had a kind word or solution when things felt overwhelming.

Andi’s vendor recommendations were spot-on - she connected us with an incredible band, stunning florals, and photographers / videographers who were not only talented but a joy to work with on the big day. This was especially important as we were planning a destination wedding and did not have the chance to meet all of the vendors before booking them. Her deep knowledge of our venue and her strong relationships with the staff were invaluable - it really felt like we had a dream team the entire weekend!

Beyond amazing

OMG there are so many incredible things to say about Andi - where to begin?!? Words can not even describe how great Andi is! Throughout the entire wedding planning process, Andi never missed a beat. She responded quickly, she was so insanely organized, she answered everything with full transparency, and she made me feel comfortable the entire time we were planning.

Wedding weekend she was BEYOND AMAZING. We truly trusted her to handle it all and there was a lot! We had to switch the reception inside because of the rain and she made it my dream wedding! Our plan B felt even better than our plan A. She did everything in 24 hours to make it happen and it could not have gone any better. She handles stress and pressure with grace. Dream Wedding

My son just got married at Ocean Reef Club and the Bride's family worked with Andi, she is absolutely incredible. A destination wedding can be hard but she made it seamless. Each vendor she introduced us to was wonderful; Daniela make-up, Erika photography, Parrish Design decor and Bridal Valet. It was a 4 day wedding with several events each day and she was present for each one, ready to help, answer any question or any need. I worked with her to plan the rehearsal dinner and it was exactly what I envisioned. The communication when planning was clear and efficient. The night could not have been more beautiful. Every time I needed her she would appear. The wedding was beyond anything I imagined; from the flowers, to the New Orleans 2nd Line, the dinner (food was impeccable) and the Band at the reception. The reception was planned for outside and the day before Andi and the Bride had to make the call to move it indoors due to the weather. I cannot explain what an elegant, magical space she created over night - we all agreed it was even better than outside. She truly created the Bride's dream wedding and we all got to live inside of that dream for 4 days! I highly recommend Andi!!!

Run, don't walk!!!

If you're reading reviews about wedding planners, I assume it's because you're in the market and trying to decide with whom you'd like to work. And if you're anything like me, you're probably feeling like this is a tricky position to be in! I had never planned a wedding before, nor been close to the process, so I had no idea what to look for, what I did and did not need from a planner, etc. So, when a friend who works in the wedding biz in Miami recommended we talk with Andi during our search, my now-husband and I literally Googled "questions to ask a wedding planner when interviewing them" :) We told Andi as much when chatting with her, and she was very accommodating of our complete lack of wedding know-how.
As luck would have it, the only Saturday she has available for the month we wanted to get married was the date we really wanted the most, and that was my first hunch that this was going to be a match made in heaven. The second and third nods from the universe that Andi was going to be our planner were (2) she didn't try to "sell" us on her service - she's confident *and*not pushy, which I appreciate in any sales situation & (3) Andi felt like someone I could be friends with had we met outside of wedding world - she & I simply clicked.
We had a short turn around time to plan the wedding (my then-fiancé & I first spoke with Andi in August, officially hired her in September, got married in February, and had to change our venue in November!!) but you'd never know it, considering how it all panned out. It was literally PERFECT.
And, the décor, music, photo & HMU vendors she recommended were all excellent. Truly - no notes.
Multiple people (guests and bridesmaids alike) have since told me that I was *SO* chill that weekend that they were worried I was totally dissociating :) but I wasn't! I just knew that Andi had everything under control, and should something become a problem, she would fix it.
I knew this to be true not because of more gut feelings, but because the Thursday before my Saturday wedding, the venue I'd chosen for my Sunday brunch tried to cancel on us. Yes, I'm serious. And, Andi worked tirelessly (and successfully) to make sure the event took place, at the venue, as planned. P.S., beware the Ritz Bal Harbour. Trust me.
One last thing I'll say is this: there WILL be things that go wrong when planning your wedding - its inevitable. There's too many moving parts & people for it to be smooth sailing. As a result, you want a planner who is not afraid of bumps in the road, who knows her stuff, and will advocate for the vision you have of your perfect, ideal wedding. That person is Andi Lipton. Hire her. Refer her to everyone you know. And thank me later :)

Wedding Angel!! When in doubt, trust Andi!!

Could not recommend Andi enough. She is an absolute game changer and was our wedding angel from start to finish! My now husband and I had no clue what we were doing at the beginning and was referred to Andi. After meeting with several planners, there was no question that Andi truly knows the wedding industry inside and out. Her attention to detail and calming presence made every step of the process feel effortless. She is able to gracefully navigate any road bumps that happen to come up. Her recommendations were spot on, and we quickly learned early on to just trust Andi - she knows exactly what she's doing, and she'll make your dream wedding a reality. Professional, Knowledgeable, Fun!

Andi was such a pleasure to work with. She is energetic, SO organized and on top of things. She has an expansive knowledge of wedding vendors in South Florida…we are not from the area so did not even know where to begin. Because of her organization, once the wedding weekend arrived, we were able to really enjoy ourselves. I looked around and saw everything she put together and was amazed. Our guests said it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended.

Her process is a well thought out machine. She started off by offering us a range of vendors for different areas (Photography, Videography, Flowers/Décor, Entertainment) for us to choose from. She kept the options narrow - if we weren’t satisfied with the initial vendors, she gave us another 3 options until we nailed down people we liked. We booked the big vendors early and as we decided on add-ons (photo booth, cigar rollers, etc.) she responded fast with options. She even helped negotiate with a band for our welcome party I found on Instagram – she did it all!

Also, not to be forgotten, her team was such a help throughout the entire wedding weekend. She has surrounded herself with a great team.

Andi was/is an exceptional wedding planner and goes above and beyond for you. We got married at Ocean Reef Club and I live in Orlando. She made everything happen long distance. She made our meetings that did have in person fun and efficient and I always felt like I could trust her with my vision. I could not imagine planning a wedding without her.

The most at ease I've ever been for such an important event!

Andi was recommended to us by the Perez Art Museum as their preferred coordinator once we had booked them as our wedding venue! From first meeting to last, Andi was everything we could have hoped for in a coordinator. She is decisive, warm, creative, organized, and above all committed.

In our first conversation, Andi immediately set me at ease, answering each of my questions regarding her services, even going as far to explain her day of timeline process at the initial meeting. Something of importance to me, was being able to have a visual of the décor/invitations/etc. as I have difficulty picturing the full vision in my mind, and Andi ensured this was a reality at each step of the planning process. Having moved to Florida from out of the state, we utilized all of Andi’s recommendations for our vendors and could not have been more pleased with every person that helped make our dream day a reality!

The wedding planning process itself was (mostly ;) stress free and a genuinely enjoyable process thanks to Andi. I’ve have heard from many brides that they were exhausted and excited once the wedding planning process was completed due to the stress it induced, and I can honestly say, thanks to Andi I never felt this way. She expertly handles every miniscule detail, communicates with you each step of the way, and allows you to participate as much/as little as you would like in the planning process that helps make it enjoyable for you as a couple! Each meeting with Andi during planning with efficient, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable as she is a pleasure to be around.

On wedding day, I cannot emphasize enough how incredible it was to have a zero-stress day from start to finish. Andi had worked hard to ensure a trusting relationship was established between us as the couple, herself, and the vendors, so that day of I had no second thoughts about the expertise and capability of the team that made our day a reality. Our wedding was the day I had envisioned since creating my first wedding vision board on Pinterest in High School and so much more; and this absolutely would not have been possible without Andi. We will miss getting to work with her but will always cherish the memories made October 2023 with our dearest friends and family thanks to her!

A dream June Miami wedding

We had our dream wedding this past June in Miami and it was all thanks to Andi! Because we worked with her for the past year planning our big day, we were able to plan the best weekend ever. If you don't want wedding stress... Andi is for you!

We planned our wedding in Miami long distance from London. Andi took, what could have been a very stressful situation, and made us feel completely at ease with the wedding planning. She is extremely detail oriented, attentive and a pro! The wedding was a huge success with guests from all over the world. Everything from the flowers, venue, food and website was top quality and done with such taste.

Andi is also great at listening to feedback and adjusting quickly. She's a wonderful person and empathetic to what is important to the bride, groom and their families. We recommend her without any hesitation.

I was so, so grateful to have Andi throughout the entire end-to-end wedding process. Andi is incredibly detail-oriented and responsive, but what makes her stand out even more is her ability to problem solve any issues - with Andi, I always felt confident that everything was handled. She was able to resolve wedding-week venue issues before we even knew about them, could communicate our vision and feedback to vendors much better than we ever could, and was always there to provide a trusted opinion when we needed it. I always knew I could text or call Andi for a question, idea, or opinion and she'd get back to me within minutes. Every vendor that Andi recommended was exceptional, and I think these relationships are a testament to her work ethic and professionalism. Andi is the best!

Andi is a superstar. I cannot recommend her services enough!!!!! I don’t think it’s possible to express just how fantastic she is at her job in a few sentences.. but here’s my best shot:

She is organized, responsive, proactive, detail oriented (is an understatement) and an overall dream to be around/work with.

I have a huge and very demanding family.. and I can be tough myself. Andi handled all challenges and personalities with grace (and a sense of humor!). She executed everything perfectly. The food, flowers, band, photographer, schedule of the day, hair and makeup… everything went off without a single hitch. Even when there were a few chaotic moments (no fault of hers at all), she arrived onsite early and made sure that everything was remedied in record time.

I had a few ideas in my head of what I wanted the wedding to look like, but had some trouble articulating it. Even when I couldn’t quite put in to words exactly what I wanted she ran with it and gave perfect direction to all of the vendors.. because the wedding was just spectacular (is she a mind reader??). I know she has so many events all year round, but every part of our wedding felt so personal to us. She really understood what we were after, and no part of the wedding felt cookie cutter. Lastly, she felt like an ally throughout the wedding planning chaos. She’s a voice of reason in the madness! Truly a spectacular experience. Book Andi.. you really won’t regret it!!

Process was a breeze!

Andi was a blast to work with. As a groom I'm obviously not too stressed or worried about all the ins and outs. Andi did an amazing job from start to finish for us! She took care of all the annoying but necessary details for a great wedding weekend, letting us focus on the fun parts. We only needed to do two site visits, which made life much easier given we both work and don't live near our venue. Best party planner out there BY FAR!

Andi Soirées was by far the best party planner I have ever worked with. Not only is she adorable, sweet, kind and patient she goes above and beyond the call of duty to make the wedding of your dreams come true. We had a terrible wind storm the day of our outdoor wedding and she knew how bad we wanted it outside. She did not give up. She made it happen wind and rain and all! Perfection

Let me start by saying how thankful we are to have had our dream wedding at our country club, Indian Creek. It was gorgeous and the best day of our lives.
There is no possible way I would have been able to plan our wedding without the help of Andi Lipton. We were referred to Andi by a friend and it was the best decision we made throughout the entire planning process. She made every decision painless and easy, was extremely organized and stayed on top of vendors (and us) to make sure every detail was perfect. I think the most valuable part of hiring someone like Andi is that not only is she great at her job, she takes all of the stress off of the couple. She also advocates on behalf of the couple by finding the best vendors to suit their vision and the best rates.
There was, as to be expected, a few minor hiccups during the planning process and Andi quickly and efficiently handled all issues.
She keeps the couple in the loop with correspondences during the planning process and is extremely easy to contact, which is a blessing considering how busy she is - Andi, if you’re reading this, please take a vacation :)
The day of the wedding is planned in fine detail down to the last minute (no I’m not joking) and while that may seem intimidating, it is very helpful and she makes sure the event runs smoothly behind the scenes. The couple is able to relax and enjoy their wedding day together with their loved ones.
Overall, Andi Soirees was worth every single penny. I truly enjoyed working with Andi and her team and am eternally grateful for the spectacular event she planned for us. 10/10, 5 stars, the best of the best. Stop thinking about it and hire her for your wedding.

Perfect weekend

Our wedding weekend was perfect and wouldn’t have been possible without Andi. From our initial meeting to the invitations to the welcome party to the wedding itself to the after party, she listened to our vision, picked great vendors who all delivered on what they promised, and made sure we were making progress with contracts, payments, and decisions along the way. Once the actual wedding weekend came, we got to completely relax because she and her assistants (who are also awesome) handled everything. Being present (no phones!) was an incredible feeling that made the wedding even more special. We also had some rain during the weekend, and she handled it perfectly with the vendors and with us. She did a last minute audible for the welcome party, which ended up being great! And then fortunately, it cleared just before the actual wedding ceremony so that was Plan A and exceeded even our high expectations. Definitely the best night of our lives! We loved working with Andi because she was so professional and delivered an extremely high-quality service so we would both highly recommend working with her!

Absolutely incredible. EPIC was the word used by many guests. It would not have been possible without ANDI. 3 days of events, rehearsal dinner, welcome party, then the main event the wedding. Most professional in the industry

My review is from the perspective of an industry vendor.
As an invitations designer and printer, I deal mostly with wedding and event planners on a daily basis. In this capacity, I work very closely with the good, the bad, and the not-so-good event planners!

Having worked with Andi on 50+ weddings and events, I can say with absolute conviction that Andi Soirees is the very best in the business. From my experience working with dozens of planners, her attention to detail is unmatched in this industry. From the first contact regarding a project, I know that Andi "just has it". I never have to chase her up for information from the client, never have to check her details, and when I call out of the blue with a random question or opinion....she answers immediately - she just has her finger on the pulse of every detail of each and every event, and every detail is meticulously executed. We won't get away with cutting corners for Andi!

For this reason, Andi is highly respected by all her vendors, we know she will make our work look amazing and delight her clients which, of course, reflects on our business...so we jump at the opportunity of working with her. Her clients love her and rave about how wonderful she is at our client meetings!

She is such a pleasure to do business with and I'm honored to be a part of her spectacular productions.

Andi is truly the most amazing wedding planner! I can not thank her and her team enough for making our dream wedding come to life. Andi did the impossible and saved the day!

Andi is simply a delight to work with and made the planning process a fun experience. Without going on and on (which we could for days!) here is what sets Andi apart from the rest:

...realizing our outdoor wedding would be a disaster due to upcoming
storm (100% on weather radar) Andi with 2 days notice managed to
move the multiple vendors by 1 day. Bride and groom married 1 DAY EARLIER! An impossible feat but Andi did it. Responses from vendors:
"We would do anything for her"! Her reputation is pristine and Miami
loves her. Needless to say we dodged a bullet as the torrential rain hit
and continued through the evening. She went above and beyond and our rock star wedding planner made our fairytale wedding a reality. (just one day early!).
So glad we chose Andi before selecting a wedding date! A 10++++ wedding planner and dear friend for life.

Best decision ever

Andi Ocean Reef Wedding

My sister and I both used Andi as our wedding planner for our Ocean Reef weddings. While hers had to be postponed last year due to covid, Andi helped make sure mine went on, while taking the proper precautions to make sure everyone stayed safe. She seamlessly managed vendor relations and stayed on top of every detail so I could sit back, relax, and enjoy my engagement. Would do it all over again thanks to Andi

We had a last minute covid wedding and my husband and I thought we could handle putting a wedding together ourselves. We were very wrong. Andi came in and made our wedding dream board a reality. Best Destination Wedding Planner in Miami!

Andi is an absolute super star and one of the most spectacular event planners I have ever had the pleasure to work with. We found Andi through word of mouth and by reading the reviews on this website.

From our first FaceTime call to the many months of texts, calls and emails - Andi was part therapist part wedding planner extraordinaire. Our wedding was a destination wedding with people travelling from all over the world for 3 days in Miami. After getting to know us and our personalities, Andi immediately “got” what type of wedding weekend we wanted. She knew exactly what vibe and decor we were looking for and delivered it in an absolutely spectacular fashion.

She respected our sometimes wacky suggestions and always went above and beyond in making them happen - i.e. she even found us some otter cake toppers at the last minute!

One thing that struck us throughout this process was how respected Andi is by her peers and the wedding community in Miami. Every single vendor we spoke to continually emphasised how nice she was and what a pleasure she was to work with. I think for us, that spoke volumes and reaffirmed that we made the right decision.

Finally, one of the things my parents most appreciated about Andi and her team is how respectful she was of our budget. Where possible, she always suggested ways to lower costs without sacrificing the aesthetic of the event. She was always on our side when it came to negotiating pricing and contracts and we found her advice invaluable!

As we look at the pictures from our wedding, we wanted to truly thank Andi for making that weekend one of the most magical weekends our life. We would never have been able to execute such a flawless and absolutely gorgeous event without her. She is simply an incredibly talented person that was a joy to work with! Thank you!!!

Thank You Andi!

Andi planned our wedding at the new Rubell Museum, it was the first wedding ever there. When Andi first showed it to us, it was basically a pile of rocks inside a warehouse! We completely trusted Andi to make our art museum wedding dreams come true and she did an incredible job.

Here’s some of our favorite things about working with Andi:

- She made us feel like we were her only clients (and we know she has many!)
- She executed all of our crazy specific detail requests effortlessly (we were a little detail crazy about everything from the type of candles we wanted to the brands of beer we served to the color of the up-lights..)
- She Immediately responded to calls, texts, emails within minutes, even when she was on her one short vacation of the year
- Her personal, amazing relationships with all of the vendors: our caterer, venue, decor etc. Really helped the planning process.
- Overall we were completely at ease and stress free through the entire wedding planning process because we knew Andi had everything under control!

Outstanding Wedding Planning Services

There is absolutely no way we would have been able to pull off organizing our wedding weekend in 3 months without Andi. If you want a beautiful wedding that you and your guests will love and never forget, then Andi is your girl. We met with so many different wedding planners around Miami – most of them left us feeling like they didn’t genuinely care about us and our event. We were just going to be another client with a party to plan. Andi, on the other hand, made us feel so comfortable from day one. At the outset, she met with us to figure out our vision for each of our 3 events and our overall budget – we had a rehearsal dinner (125 guests), the wedding ceremony and reception (220 guests), and our farewell brunch (100 guests). After our initial meeting, armed with her notes and a few inspiration pictures, Andi hit the ground running. Within days, she had premium vendors lined up and contracts rolling in for negotiation and review. Anyone can find vendors for your wedding; however, finding high-quality vendors that won’t overcharge you simply because your event is a wedding takes a lot of skill and effort. Andi has been in the event planning business for years, so she is well connected with the top vendors and will negotiate the best deal on your behalf. Her fee is extremely reasonable for all the work she does, and she works very hard to earn every penny of it. The entire time you’re working with Andi, she makes you feel like there is absolutely nothing to worry about because she thinks of every detail ahead of time and can quickly get unexpected surprises under control. Whenever we thought of something, we would simply send her an email and it was taken care of. When the wedding weekend, we got to enjoy every event to the fullest; Andi and her team make sure you aren’t distracted with any details or logistics so you’re free to eat, drink, and celebrate with your guests. Thanks to Andi, we have a beautiful memory of our wedding weekend!

Andi! Choosing her is winning.

We are so so lucky to have found Andi. Due to some unfortunate circumstances we had to part ways with our initial wedding planner and Andi graciously agreed to take on our wedding with only 11 weeks to go. First, Andi was such a great resource for educating us to as to what's normal and what isn't, and if anything even threatened to veer off track, she was all over it. Second, she has great taste and strong relationships with solid vendors, so she was able to translate our vision with such little direction - we were crazy busy during the last few months so this quality was so appreciated. Finally, and most importantly, she handled every little thing during the wedding weekend (big and small) with diplomacy, aplomb, and utmost boss lady panache. Our guests kept commenting that we were the most relaxed wedding couple they had ever seen, and it's truly because we knew Andi was handling everything. We can never ever thank her enough for making our weekend everything we wanted it to be and more. The BEST!

Zero stress wedding!

In the days leading up to our wedding all the guests would ask me why and how I was so relaxed (esp for a a destination wedding!) and my response was simply “have you met Andi!?!”. She always has everything under control and thinks of everything so you can 100% lean back and be confident that not only will everything be done, but also be done in the most beautiful way. I cannot recommend ANJÉ Soirées enough

My husband and I worked with Andi Dyal and ANJÉ Soirées for a year and half planning our lovely tropical wedding weekend. The best wedding planning advice I ever received was “Don’t even hesitate, hire a wedding coordinator”, and the best wedding planning decision I made was hiring Andi Dyal. She is everything you want in an event coordinator: experienced, knowledgeable and well connected, fast, effective, and friendly.

Andi knows everyone and has seen everything. From the beginning, I was confident that she could handle any issues quickly and professionally. What I learned was she usually just had the foresight to prevent them from happening in the first place. She has a wealth of vendor connections to draw on to make just the right recommendation for you; for your vision for your event, for your budget, for your vibe.

Andi listens to what you want and makes it a reality, down to the smallest detail. She makes recommendations and gives advice when you need it. She makes sure every base is covered (with a back up!) and allows you to really enjoy your event while she seamlessly manages everything from behind the scenes. Andi planned three days of events for us and our guests and we got to enjoy every moment of them.

Not to mention she is an absolute pleasure to work with. Andi is always early, friendly, and smiling. Her communication and correspondence is exceedingly fast, helpful, and professional. She is never out of touch. She keeps track of everything. She always goes the extra mile. It is truly a joy to work with people who love what they do. I cannot recommend ANJÉ Soirées enough.

Best money spent!

The best money we spent on our wedding was on Anje!
Over the months of planning I kept asking my fiancé what was wrong with me because I felt zero stress. He reminded me over and over again it was because Andi was doing such a fabulous job and I trusted her. He was right and the entire planning process was painless and seamless. Every question I had, Andi was already on it. The wedding was one for the books! We cannot think of a single thing that didn't go as planned. Andi is the BEST!

Our wedding was absolutely amazing thanks to Andi and her team! There aren’t enough stars on here to give to her. Everything she did was executed beautifully. I cannot begin to describe how appreciative we are of everything she has done for us to make our weekend absolutely magical and STRESS FREE. She is on top of her game. There wasn’t a single thing that Andi didn’t think of ahead of time. I woke up the next day with the top of my wedding cake boxed up neatly and placed in the refrigerator, my (signed) marriage license and Ketubah placed neatly by my belongings, my veil nicely returned to the closet, and just about anything else you could think of that you do not think about on your wedding day! Our entire day was planned out to the minute. Having her timeline was extremely helpful in getting our family and friends to the places they needed to be and letting them know the schedule ahead of time as well. Andi is by far the most organized and detail oriented person I know. She is also extremely easy to get ahold of. She responds to emails on the same day and will schedule a call with you whenever you need to talk.

Her recommendations for our florist, our invitations, wedding favor bags, and just about anything else you could think of were wonderful as well. We loved working with all of the vendors she recommended. Each person we met with (flowers, hotel coordinator, etc) appeared to adore Andi which is not the least bit surprising.

Andi from AnjeSoirees is hands down the best and I would recommend her to anyone. She is seriously unbelievable at what she does. She’s extremely organized, professional, knowledgeable about the wedding industry, and overall a wonderful and easy person to work with. She listened to both me and my husband and came up with ideas that would please us both. You will be so happy if you work with her!

Total perfection! The entire rehearsal dinner and wedding weekend was flawlessly executed. As was the entire planning phase for both events at The Ocean Reef Club. I can't express how amazing Andi and her team are. My wedding at the Ocean Reef Club was cancelled three weeks before the wedding due to hurricane Irma. I grew up going to Ocean Reef so it was incredinbly sad to have this happen, let alone to have to scramble to still get married in such short notice. Further, being an out-of-towner, it was a daunting task to move everything and change the venue in such a short amount of time with my family flying in to Miami from all over the globe. However, what turned into a disaster was completely salvaged by Andi and her team. In fact, we were able to move my wedding to the Faena which I thought was an even more beautiful wedding venue than the first! Andi didn't sleep to ensure that my wedding was beautiful and still went off without a hitch. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone seeking a wedding planner. I'm not sure where to begin writing my review for our experience with ANJE Soirees. When planning your wedding, you want to make sure that everything is perfect from the decor, to the music to the food, and Andi did just that. She not only helped coordinate between vendors, but she was patient and most importantly LISTENED to our needs and wants. She understood any concerns we brought to the table, and was able to make sure we went into the weekend stress free. Andi brought some unique ideas to the table, and really just went above and beyond all weekend.

Anyone planning a wedding/event in the South Florida area (or anywhere for that matter!)- we HIGHLY recommend using Anje Soirees! Andi is a lifesaver and her team makes anything possible. We felt immediately at ease once we hired Andi and had the initial conference calls with her for our wedding planning. She is extremely responsive over email, phone and text and never left a single to-do or question hanging for us. I always felt like her only client even though she has a completely packed annual schedule!

Andi is also a strong negotiator with vendors and knew from experience what was possible and what things should cost, which allowed us to save a significant amount in our budget through her connections and negotiations. I was especially impressed with Andi’s speed in finding vendors, receiving price quotes and setting up tours/samples. What would have taken us weeks we received within a few days from Andi. It’s amazing to say the least and the service was worth every penny!

I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed working with ANJE Soirees - Andi is so organized and provides lots of helpful timelines, to-do lists, budget sheets, calendars, RSVP organizers, etc when you start working with her. I am a super organized person from working in finance/corporate positions and she surpassed my expectations! On the weekend of our wedding, her day-of team was also awesome- sweet and friendly but also tough and on top of vendors and timing. Our wedding day was fantastic and not one thing slipped through the cracks- we owe most of the success to the ANJE team!

Selecting Anje Soirees as our wedding planner was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding at Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo. From the moment my mom and I first spoke to Andi, we knew we could trust her with everything. Prior to working with Andi, my mom and I were questioning everything regarding the logistics of the wedding. Within minutes of speaking with Andi, everything became simple. She is a veteran of planning weddings, specifically at Ocean Reef, and knows everything about the venue.

In addition to her organization, Andi is very well connected throughout South Florida. As soon as I came up with an idea (like having a live artist paint our first dance), Andi knew exactly who to recommend. She could also recommend multiple vendors within various price ranges, which made our decisions very easy.

To Andi, nothing is impossible and no request is too large. Since my mom and I do not live in South Florida, we were able to count on Andi to collect all of our pre-wedding items for us. She picked up all of our items for our welcome boxes (including items from local farms over an hour away from her office).

Throughout the wedding weekend, Andi made my family and me truly feel like guests at the party. She was constantly refreshing our drinks and bringing us anything we needed - she even bustled my dress!

Andi was truly amazing to work with. She was so on top of everything and didn't miss a beat. Every detail was handled and was done with ease. There were so many things we didn't think of that she was on top of and helped with. She made the day for all of us amazing and so much less stressful than it could have been. The wedding would not have been as much of a success without her help. We are truly grateful for everything she did and would absolutely recommend her to anyone I know!

She is the absolute BEST! I consider myself to be a very picky and particular person so I found it very hard to find someone who I thought would be able to carry out all of my expectations, and I think Andi is the only person on this planet that possibly could carry them ALL out and more! She made sure my every detailed was done. I felt save having her around and she ALWAYS answered my calls and messages regardless of the hour. My husband and I would recommend her with our eyes closed. She was amazing and made sure that everything was on schedule and she was firm with the vendors and she really defended and protected our money to make sure we would get the best prices. I really enjoyed working with her and we already miss our group chat!! :)

Andi is the best person to have on your side when planning a wedding. Simply put Andi gets. Things. Done. She will keep you on task, she has wonderful relationships with the best vendors, and she specifically chooses the vendors that she knows work well with your personality and will bring your vision to life. I am a very organized person, yet I am truly in awe of the level of organization that Andi maintains. Nothing slips through the cracks. We had to relocate a large portion of our wedding weekend due to Hurricane Irma, and when Andi called me to tell me the bad news (that our hotel and rehearsal dinner venues both needed to be moved), she also called with a completely solidified backup plan that was already confirmed and was just waiting for us to sign on the dotted line. Our wedding planning process presented some very unique challenges, and Andi handled them quickly, calmly and professionally. After working with Andi for a few months on wedding planning, we decided to hire her to help us plan the rehearsal dinner as well because we saw how fabulous she was and we knew she was the right person for the job. I can’t even imagine what my wedding would have been like without Andi!

Andi was exceptional. From her communication skills to her execution, she truly never missed a thing. We could have not asked for a better wedding and a big part of our wedding’s success was due to Andi’s direction and planning expertise. With less than than 30 days until our daughter's wedding at Ocean Reef Club, (Florida Keys) we received the news that the wedding venue and hotel was closed due to the devastating effects of Hurricane Irma.

Our daughter was determined to marry the love of her life on the date as planned! Without ANJE Soirees and Andi Dyal, I truly believe it wouldn’t have happened.

Andi heard the news about the closing of our venue and went into immediate "venue search". With her assistance, we were fortunate enough to miraculously secure Vizcaya Museum and Gardens and she found lovely accommodations for our 200 guests at a top-notch hotel in Miami. We had a Welcome Party scheduled for the Friday night before the wedding. With Andi’s knowledge and contacts in the Miami area we were able to secure the help of the senior event planning staff at the hotel and local vendors to also make it a night to remember!

Andi knows everyone to call and everything you need to make your event a class act! Need a babysitter? Need a dog day care? Need last minute uplighting? She will find it!

I know ANJE Soirees was dealing with numerous event relocations due to the storm... but they made our bride, groom, and family feel like we were their ONLY relocation ! The girls with ANJE Soirées that were involved in our event were genuinely invested in making our wedding a memorable one. Their professionalism is over the top! Their attention to detail is exceptional!

Andi assured us that she and the vendors were determined to exceed our expectations and THAT THEY DID!

I have learned two things from this wedding experience that I will remember for our second daughter’s wedding! Try to avoid planning a wedding in south Florida during hurricane season. Secondly, don’t plan a wedding without the help of ANJE Soirees and Andi Dyal!

We will be forever grateful for what you did to give our daughter and new son-in-law the wedding they will never forget!

There are no words to describe how amazing Anjé Soirées is. Our wedding had to be relocated 20days out due to hurricane Irma, Andi had options and solutions before the first tear could fall. Her entire planning process was thoughtful, organized and extremely smooth even with the relocation. No matter what the topic was, she was on it, and available to walk us through it. Her contacts are A list, her venders are top notch, and she is a dream to work with. Even as the only rain cloud in the entire state of Florida camped out over my beach ceremony at the exact moment the bridal party stepped on the sand, she was calm cool and beyond collected. Our wedding was a gigantic success because of Andi's professionalism and solution based mentality. My husband is "in the business" I 100% understand why she was his choice for a wedding planner. You know the saying “she’s a breath of fresh air”? Well, Andi Dyal is literally that! As a bride, groom, mother of the bride/groom, maid of honor, or anyone else that has decisions in your wedding- one thing you hear a lot is “relax and take a deep breath.” Andi was my deep breath. My Mom & I called her one afternoon, we were doing our best to organize my wedding ourselves, but frustration led us to call and see what she had to say… thank goodness we did!! The first time I spoke to her she made me laugh, she was so refreshing and easy to talk to, she asked a few questions and an hour or two later I had an email with a full list of everything I needed! Wow! The same agenda that gave me so much frustration was so simple and so easily handled by Andi, at least that is how she made it look! I knew that hiring her was going to be a great decision, I just wish I had called her sooner! In only two hours she had my mind at ease and decisions were already being made!! She sent me lists of vendors in my price range and set up conference calls with them so we could discuss the plan together and BOOM just like that we were through planning.She will speak up for you, ask questions you don’t think to ask, she will call whoever, go wherever, or find whomever she needs to get things done for you! On time! Just like you dreamed! With zero stress! I had the most beautiful wedding, better than I could have imagined. I am so grateful that she allowed me to enjoy the process instead of remembering it all as a headache. Thank you Andi for helping me make these memories, and for being what feels like a best friend. You were my right-hand-man and it wouldn’t have been the same without you!

I was struggling planning a rehearsal dinner for my son and his fiancé at Ocean Reef Club on Key Largo--a place I had never visited-- from Birmingham, Alabama. In comes Andi to the rescue! She was very familiar with all the restaurants on site, and emailed me pictures of all along with pros and cons of each. Once I selected the restaurant, she knew its specialties to help with the planning of the menu. She did all the coordinating with the restaurant regarding times, table arrangements, cocktail hour, wine selection, etc. I was planning to select the rehearsal dinner invitations locally and handle those myself. When that time came, my husband had emergency open heart surgery, so Andi stepped in, selected several invitation options, and emailed them to me to choose from. Of course she knew exactly what I had in mind! She then did the wording, ordering, addressing, mailing, and receiving the RSVPS without batting an eye. She coordinated with the florist, so the day of, she made sure the floral arrangements and place settings were just so. During the evening, she kept checking on us to make sure we didn't need anything. In the months leading up to the wedding, Andi was accessible from early morning until late at night. She was super organized, and always pleasant. If you want a fairytale perfect wedding anywhere in the world, Andi is your planner. I would recommend her 1000 times over!

Hiring ANJE was hands down the BEST DECISION we made when it came to planning our wedding. Andi is extremely knowledgeable and unbelievably organized and professional. I never felt stressed because I knew I was in the best hands. She thought of everything down to the last detail (e.g., making sure that the catering staff was waiting for us with plate of food and champagne right after the ceremony; having all our belongings delivered to the hotel suite before the end of the night, to name a few). Several people have told me that I was the most laid back and easygoing bride - and that's ALL thanks to Andi. She made wedding planning fun and stress-free, and I was truly able to enjoy my wedding day because I knew she and her incredible team had everything under control. My husband and I have very demanding jobs, so I literally could not have done it without her. Not to mention that she set me up with most amazing vendors who made my wedding absolutely spectacular, and, more importantly, constantly made sure we were within our budget! I could not have asked for a better person to help me tie the knot! TRULY THE BEST.

Andi was absolutely fantastic!!! As a bride, there are so many things to be stressed about, and Andi GUARANTEED will take away all of this stress if you work with her. We had her do our wedding coordination, but if we did it all over we would have her do all of our planning! She is so organized, detailed and really helps keep any bride on track. The moment we met Andi was actually on a Saturday when she was in the middle of organizing another wedding at our venue. She was cool, calm, and collected. The first thing I saw was her FANTASTIC timeline for the wedding, which planned out every 2-3 minutes of the wedding. From that moment on I knew we would get along perfectly. If you're anything like I am and very into lists and checking boxes but you want to delegate this task to someone you can trust at your wedding, Andi is definitely for you!!

Andi is also extremely understanding and considerate of what the bride and groom want, even if it presents organizational challenges. We had some rain on our wedding day and Andi did an unbelievable job making sure we kept our ceremony outside. She got each of our guests umbrellas in case the rain started up again.

I cannot thank Andi enough for making our wedding so special and I truly recommend her to anyone.

Aside from being incredibly detail oriented, she has a powerful sense of calm that is entirely necessary for planning such an event. Andi has the most amazing connections in the industry and has developed relationships with the best, most professional vendors. I knew I was in good hands with her but nothing could have prepared me for how beautifully everything came together. My wedding was flawless, as though it had been rehearsed 100 times. Andi was so awesome to work with! She is super fun and helps to keep things stress-free, all the while being extremely professional and on top of EVERYTHING.
My husband and I were planning our Miami wedding from Austin, and Andi couldn't have made the process any easier. She was fantastic to work with, had a cadre of amazing vendors to recommend, and always had great suggestions or work arounds when issues arose (and they always do). She helped us set up a budget and negotiate with vendors, which in and of itself made working with her worth it. She was also extremely creative and thinks out of the box, helping us to identify a venue that isn’t your standard cookie-cutter hotel ballroom. Despite being sick the day of our wedding, she was there with a smile, coordinating all of the vendors on-site and managing our very large, loud family and wedding party.
Working with Andi was one of the best wedding decisions we made. Because of her extreme professionalism, attention to detail and diligence, my husband and I were able to enjoy our wedding day stress-free. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner in Miami.

Next to marrying my now husband (woohooo) hiring Anje Soirees was the best decision I made for our wedding - Andi and her team are the most incredible planners out there!!! We live and work in New York full time and had the difficult task of planning a South Florida wedding long distance. Out of everyone we worked with, Andi was the most responsive and organized vendors we worked with and always kept us focused up until and on our wedding day. The day of the wedding, one of my other vendors fell ill and Andi was able to get a replacement there in less than 30 minutes (if you live in Miami you know its impossible to get anywhere in 30 minutes so this is just one testament to the miracle worker that Andi is ??).
I'm not naturally a calm person but on our wedding day, with Andi and Carlyn by our side, I was the most calm I've ever been and I was able to take in how amazing our day was.
Andi is quick, organized, thoughtful and executed the most perfect day. Never in a million years did I think that I would get to marry the man I've been dreaming of in the most perfect wedding and it all came true and then some. I was hesitant about hiring a wedding coordinator since I am such a control freak, but from the moment I met Andi (over a glass of wine, of course) I knew I had found a wedding angel for the month of our wedding.

My husband and I had already locked down most of the details but this wedding planning situation was becoming a full time job and I was going insane. I was looking to hire someone to be our “wedding coach” who would keep us on track. I had spent so much time locking down the perfect reception venue, rehearsal dinner venue, florist, designer, photographer, stationary designer, band, videographer, yada yada…..but I didn’t have any free time to focus on the special personal details that I so badly wanted for our wedding weekend.

Enter Andi and ANJE soiree’s. Andi is the perfect combination of chic professional/best friend/cool chick and really tough personal “wedding” trainer who doesn’t put up with dilly dallying. Prior to the wedding she made sure that all of our vendor contracts were signed on time, and she pointed out anything we needed to focus on that should have already been done.

The weekend of the wedding she brought two assistants, Carlyn and Jen, who were equally fantastic. They had this wedding game down pat and were ready for any curve balls that would be thrown their way.

I loved every minute of working with Andi and her team and would recommend ANJE Soirees to any bride and groom. You will be in the best of hands while enjoying the greatest night of your lives- without worrying about a thing.

Andi and her team at Anje Soirees were amazing. Not only were they able to get my family and my bride's family on the same page and ready to go for the big day but the entire production seamless. Andi had everything planned out from start to finish. Having Andi and her team on board made it possible for my bride and I to enjoy our big knowing everything was being taken care of and was under control. What the Anje team was able to do was no less than a miracle in my opinion and I would gladly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner or for day-of help!!
