  Amrit is an amazing Event Planner, Designer and Coordinator. A thorough professional and an absolute pleasure to work with.
  We hired Amrit as our Day of Coordinator and Event Designer and I can say all the credit goes to her for our absolutely gorgeous and smooth wedding. All the details were well taken care of and the guests couldn't stop praising the decor. Moreover, even with crazy Indian guests, the events started and ended on time - all thanks to Amrit.
  
  What I love about her is that she is not only very open to ideas as well as constraints but also very honest in letting you know if she thinks anything will compromise the quality of the experience or design. You can trust her blindly and know that whatever she does will be up to the highest standards. She just won't deliver or do anything that isn't high quality.

  By the time I started searching for wedding planners, my husband and I, and our families, had all decided on a venue, and narrowed down many vendors like our caterer, and basically decided on a budget. If not for these details, I would have booked Amrit for full coordination rather than just month of. I interviewed many other prominent planners in Northern California before deciding to go with Anais Events. Amrit stuck out to me because while other planners talked up all the decorations they could do for me and ways to transform the space at the Fairmont, Amrit complimented our choice of a venue and asked what my ideas for the events were, and then used my answers to discuss how we could enhance the natural beauty of the Fairmont (if you have ever visited this hotel, you know the space does not need to be "transformed"). Her humility, attention to detail, and respect for the money we were spending really resounded with me, which is ultimately why I chose her.
  
  One thing I learned during wedding planning is that all vendors work on a priority basis. If your wedding is a month or less, you will hear immediately from most vendors. If your wedding is still a few months out, your vendor may take time in getting back to you. This is true of Anais Events, but Amrit was great about letting me know timelines for responses. When my family or I had questions, we would compile everything into one email and Amrit would give me a timeline (a day, a week etc, never longer than a week) in which she would get back to us. Her ease of communication and straight-forwardness made the planning process much easier.

  Right off the bat, after looking at her work on Facebook and her website, my husband and I knew we wanted to work with Amrit and her team! We loved the beauty and elegance of her décor, and after our initial meeting with her, we were sold! Amrit is so down-to-earth, and very professional! Her creative vision is like no other. She worked within our budget, and made our dream wedding come to life. We also used her services for wedding coordination, and we still hear about how smooth the entire day's events went! If any couple is looking for professionalism, elegance, and someone to create a dream wedding with a budget in mind, look no further.

  Amrit is amazing!!! I hired her as my full time wedding planner and she also did the décor for my wedding ceremony & reception. I got married in April 2014 and had a destination wedding (which was pretty overwhelming!) but Amrit always made me relaxed and secure that all would go well. She is so talented, creative, patient, and intelligent and I am so thankful that I found her! The two comments I always get about my wedding are how beautiful the décor was and how the events were so on-time.   Amrit and Anais Events were absolutely crucial in making my wedding day as amazing as it was! I honestly don't know what I would have done without them. Amrit's creativity and ability to tailor to her audiences is second to none. She was truly a god-send and made my wedding completely stress-free for me and my family. My parents and I agree that our biggest mistake was not hiring her from the day I got engaged!! Amrit and Anais Events are truly remarkable, and I recommend them to anyone who has any type of event that needs planning! Absolutely the best!!

  We hired Amrit to plan my simple, low budget wedding at an Indian temple with a very plain hall. With Amrit and the Anais Event staff, the hall was completey transformed and looked better than I had ever seen it. We received compliments on the decor from virtually every guest that attended. In addition, Amrit had no problem working with my small budget and was very accomodating to last minute changes. We were so happy with the results of my wedding that we hired her for my sister's wedding as well! Not only is Amrit an excellent organizer but she has a great eye for design.

  One word to describe the services, professionalism, and work of Amrit and Anais Events is AMAZING. Amrit helped me plan and execute my wedding in July of 2010 and working with her was probably the best decision my husband and I made. From the very first meeting with Amrit (and she met us at the location of the wedding), she was so organized, articulate, friendly, and really made us feel that she wanted us to have a beautiful wedding and to enjoy it. She certainly delivered on all counts. My husband and I had absolutely no worries putting our entire wedding basically in Amrit's hands. Her first service to us was the creation of our beautiful invitations. We had non-stop compliments on the elegant, classy, and one of a kind logo she came up for us. This logo carried through on all of the stationary for the wedding (place cards, table cards, programs, candy station labels, menu labels, etc.) and it also became a huge hit as we transformed it to appear as an image for our dancefloor. Aside from this, Amrit also took the time to understand our style as a couple and really made the experience unique and personalized for us. If you take a look at the Anais Events blog, you'll notice that each wedding is different from the other - and this is because Amrit is a supreme artist. Having someone who truly loves her craft and is passionate about it makes all the difference, especially in the details. I am a very picky and meticulous person myself (I studied Architecture and City Planning, and so I'm trained to focus on details) and there was not one single thing Amrit did not notice. Down to the gorgeous votive candles on each of our tables - this woman and her team are truly professionals. We really put all of our trust in Amrit to showcase her talent and she went above and beyond our expectations. She really gave us a lot of value for the cost and I am so thankful for that because nothing was a waste - nothing! We are getting non-stop compliments about our wedding decor, organization, gorgeous, gorgeous flowers, and over-all feel. As a bride, you always feel nervous about a wedding and working with Amrit really made it all that much easier not to worry. Amrit will stop at nothing to make her client happy.
  I just want to stress that what is truly unique about Amrit is her design aesthetic. As I previously mentioned, Amrit is an artist. She knows how to bridge the vision for your wedding day and the reality of it. She works with basically any budget because she truly can make anything look beautiful and just right. Making something look elegant and classy is something inherent in her artistry. You just simply cannot go wrong. I could probably write an entire book on how much I love Amrit and Anais Events, but for the purposes of this post, I will have to stop here. Brides-to-be, if I can give you one piece of advice to ensure that one of the most important days of your lives is certainly one of the most memorable, it is to hire Amrit!!!!

  I was extremely happy with the floral and decor provided by Anais Events at my June 2010 wedding. From the start, Amrit was easy to work with, especially since I was planning everything long-distance. I was able to fly in last minute one weekend, and she even arranged to meet with me on a Sunday to go over ideas and samples. I completely changed the colors and theme during that consultation so it was totally worth it! Everything turned out more beautiful than I imagined, and I continue to receive compliments to this day. I would highly recommend Anais Events to all future brides!

  Amrit decorated the wedding hall and the dining hall for my wedding at an Indian temple. The decoration was absolutely beautiful and the pictures came out amazingly good. Amrit is extremely professional and creative. She gave great suggestions for the choice of colors, fabric, centerpieces etc. I am very happy I chose Anais Events and highly recommend them for special events such as weddings.

  Amrit decorated the wedding hall and the dining hall for my wedding at an Indian temple. The decoration was absolutely beautiful and the pictures came out amazingly good. Amrit is extremely professional and creative. She gave great suggestions for the choice of colors, fabric, centerpieces etc. I am very happy I chose Anais Events and highly recommend them for special events such as weddings.

  Amrit is very professional and has high standards. Her artistic abilities are a big plus. She is also very detial oriented. over the course of the planning, She was very good in keeping up the email communication as we needed. We were very impressed with her organizational skills.

  I am very happy with the work Amrit and her team did for us. Her design background lends to the contant influx of ideas and creativity in her vision. She is not your typical indian decorator and is very accomplished in what she does.
  Infact my mom loved her - my mom and I couldn't agree on anything - but amrit created a happy medium for us to coexist. Everyone loved the decor and efficient coordination of the wedding. People still complement us on it :)

  As most brides, I had a very strict budget which Amrit was not only able to accommodate, but made my wedding beautiful! I have seen her do both very elaborate weddings and more simplistic ones like mine, but she does an amazing job on both and I have recommended her to everyone in our circle of friends that is getting married. She's done all our weddings and I wouldn�t have it any other way! Just ask to view her portfolio, you won't find anyone like her.

  Anais Events did an exceptional job in planning, design and managing the event. Amrit was very reponsive , creative and professional delivered the services she promised. Wedding decorations and stationary design were outstanding and were appreciated by all attendees. We could not have done the event with out Anais's help.
