    I / We are so happy we decided to go with a planner. We were even more excited that we choose AMGM. Rhonda made sure I was completely at ease. From the day we booked her, until the moment I walked down the isle, She was truly amazing. Everything went smoothly, from out small fires, to making sure everyone was in place, everyone on time, and everything executed they way it was planned. I could NOT have made my day flow as it did, with out her and her team. I was able to focus on my wedding day with no worries. Thanks to Amazing Grace Management, we was able to enjoy our big day.

    Soon after I was engaged, my fiancé and I decided to host our wedding in my hometown of Raleigh, NC. I knew it would be challenging to plan a wedding from hundreds of miles away, but I was optimistic that with a little help we could pull off a nice celebration with our family and friends. I was in the market for a wedding planner when the venue manager at my reception location recommended that I give Rhonda a call…and boy am I glad I did! I knew from our very first conversation that I would love working with her. Throughout the planning process, she was my calm and steady voice of reason. As details and logistics grew increasingly complicated, she stayed by my side attending planning meetings and conference calls to ensure that my wishes were being executed by the vendors as requested. She also helped me keep track of loose ends that I would soon forget about in the flurry of parties, guest list adjustments and work assignments.

    The week before our wedding, it was extremely comforting to have someone in town taking care of things on my behalf until I arrived. When I got to town, there were minimal things left for me to do, so I was able to relax and enjoy some much appreciated down time with our guests. Rhonda remained engaged and accessible throughout our wedding weekend. Once I introduced her to everyone, our wedding party, guests and vendors alike all complimented her warm personality, professionalism and attention to detail. From that point on, it was official…Rhonda and her team were a hit!

    If you are in the market for a wedding planner, I highly recommend Rhonda and her team at Amazing Grace Events. Hiring her was one of the best investments I made in the celebration of our big day.

    I own a serving and bartending company and Rhonda hired my company to assist in a wedding. She was so excellent to work with, she made sure that the bride and groom were top priority. Our night ran so smoothly because we were on the same wave when it comes to pleasing the client. Amazing Grace Event Planning is the best!

    If you want a stress free well organized wedding, Amazing Grace Event Planning should be your first and last stop. Mrs. Hicks and team provided a truly Amazing and pleasurable memory for my husband and I as well as our families. Everyone in my wedding party and guest of the wedding all wanted her contact information. I would Highly recommend Amazing Grace Event Planning for any event services.     I have had the privilege of working with Rhonda at Solas on several occasions. Rhonda directs her events with AMAZING GRACE and poise. She facilitates every event at Solas from start to finish and is very “hands-on” and able to make clutch decisions. She has even been known to MC for a DJ when he was not able to announce the wedding party. For these reasons, and many more, she is a Solas preferred vendor and a great friend!

    Rhonda is wonderful! Very personable and really takes the time to understand what your vision is. Accommodating to all budgets, and has so many connections with vendors so that you can find exactly what you want and who can provide that. I would recommend AGEM to anyone for whatever type of event you need! Love love love Rhonda! She's the best!

    My husband and I had such a great time working with Rhonda and getting to know her. She donated her planning services to Operation Marry Me Military, an all inclusive wedding package contest for a military couple. Rhonda is a delight to work with; she's very sweet, friendly and professional. She was very attentive and made sure everything went smoothly. On the wedding day I arrived at the venue five minutes late and was starting to panic inside. Rhonda was so calm and collected as she handed me my bouquet and told me exactly what was going to happen next while escorting me through the venue. I was so thankful to have her, the wedding was perfect! We also enjoyed meeting her husband who is pretty great and pitched in to help too.

    Planning a wedding can lend itself to be one of the most stressful events of your life, if allowed. The most important element in the building blocks of wedding planning is to secure a wedding planner who is professional, poised, and precise. AGEM illustrates these characteristics and more!

    I contacted Rhonda Hicks of AGEM in early January 2011 to express interest in securing services for my October 2011 wedding in Atlanta, GA. My groom to be at the time was hesitant since AGEM was based in Raleigh, North Carolina and we lived in Atlanta, Georgia. At the end of our wedding night he couldn't have been more pleased and complimentary of all she had done to make our dreams come true.

    Rhonda was engaged and proactive in introducing herself to our vendors over the phone once contracts had been secured. In addition, she travelled to Atlanta 120 days before the wedding to familiarize herself with the ceremony and reception venue, met all vendors face to face, and to met with me and my fiancee regarding those elements of the day that were most important to us. She coordinated monthly conference calls and served as a liasion with vendors to handle any areas of miscommunication.

    She is definitely a representation of poise and grace. On your wedding day there will be areas where things will go wrong. That's why it's important to have a wedding planner in place who has taken the time to understand the needs of the bride and groom to represent you well. Thank you AGEM and Rhonda Hicks for breathing life into my Southern/City Chic vision!

    Rhonda is Awesome. If you decide to go with her for your wedding planner I know you will not be disappointed. She has a great presonality and great work ethic. Very professional and knowledgable. I couldn't imagine picking anyone else for my own wedding. If I had it never would have been as great or as smooth. The girl she had working with her was very professional as well. There are no words to describe how truely wonderful she made my wedding.

    Rhonda was AWESOME! When we met it was like she could just read my mind. I explained what I wanted and she helped me pull it all together perfectly! I couldn't have asked for a more professional and creative person to assist me. On the wedding day all I had to do was "be a bride"!

    I pretty much had the wedding planned out and knew exactly what I wanted (at least in my mind). Amazing Grace took over with all the final touches. It was great!! Rhonda met with me at the wedding location and gave me decoration and set up ideas. She knew that I was on a budget and she helped me make the most of it.

    A wedding planner is a MUST have. It doesn't matter if you have every detail planned out yourself or if you need someone to create your day from the beginning. As long as the planner can listen and understand where you are coming from and where you are trying to go on the Wedding day they will be your saving grace. Having a wedding planner will help you keep your mind on what is the most important part of the wedding ....the love that you and your fiance have for each other and why it is that you are getting married in the first place. Weddings can be stressful but a wedding planner will set your mind at ease. This is EXACTLY what Amazing Grace did for me. Rhonda is AWESOME!

    Amazing Grace Event Management truly exceeded our expectations. We could not have been more pleased with the level of professionalism and services that the staff of AGEM provided.
