Hiring Mallory and All the Dainty Details was hands-down the best decision we made during our daughter’s wedding planning process. From day one, she was organized, thoughtful, creative, and incredibly responsive. She truly listened to our daughter’s vision and brought it to life with such care and attention to detail—we couldn’t have asked for more.
Mallory and her team handled everything from timelines and vendor coordination to design inspiration and last-minute changes with grace and professionalism. On the wedding day, my daughter and I didn’t have to worry about anything. Everything ran seamlessly, and we were able to be fully present, knowing Mallory had it all under control.
What really sets Mallory apart is her calming presence and genuine passion for what she does. She made us feel supported, excited, and stress-free throughout the entire journey. Our daughter’s wedding was more beautiful and meaningful than we could have imagined, and we owe so much of that to Mallory’s expertise and dedication.

Mallory was a joy to work with through every step of the process. She went above and beyond to make our day as easy as possible. She was always kind and helpful, gave us great feedback and suggestions, and even took care of our dog for a few minutes for us. Thanks to her, we were able to find a great list of vendors, found decor and flowers that felt perfect for us, all within our budget. She truly is a rock star and knows her stuff -

Firstly, hire a wedding planner. Second, if you choose to hire a wedding planner, hire Mallory. I hired Mallory as a partial planner, and it was the second best wedding decision I made (aside from marrying my husband :) ).
Working with Mallory was an absolute pleasure, from start to finish. I initially hired Mallory because she was the only wedding planner I spoke to who was honest with my about my budget and expectations. She genuinely wanted to help me plan the wedding I wanted while helping me stay within my budget, which was really important to me. She was kind, yet honest, as she has a keen understanding of what is reasonable and possible in the wedding world. Not only did Mallory help us stay within our budget, but she helped us save thousands of dollars in wedding expenses. If you’re worried about your budget, Mallory will quell your fears.
Mallory always handled my concerns with care and compassion. She provided a really comprehensive and straight-forward timeline and was really on top of reminding me when wedding tasks needed to be done. Mallory also has incredible connections in the wedding industry- we hired most of our vendors through her and LOVED them too.
I have never met anyone with as acute attention to detail as Mallory. She made the pre-wedding planning far less stressful, and she made me feel comfortable and confident that she had everything under control the day of. I was able to actually have fun on my wedding day because of Mallory.
TLDR; hire Mallory. She’s amazing. -

Mallory is amazing to work with and hiring her early was one of the best decisions we made. We opted for her Day Of Planning but I was really impressed by the amount of communication and help we received in the months leading up to our wedding. She was very responsive - She checked in regularly, quickly answered any random questions we had, and provided all the resources we needed. Without her, I would have been beyond stressed on wedding day - we were able to hand over the day to her and Leigh without worry. They executed everything flawlessly. Also, both Mallory and Leigh have a calm and kind demeanor that really helped me on wedding day (I was so nervous!). -

I honestly can’t say enough amazing things about Mallory! She was there for us for over 2 years as we tried to plan our wedding! She was such a blessing to find and I knew were in great hands from the moment I talked with her! She made me feel so at ease and was by far the best wedding coordinator I could have ever asked for! Mallory and her team were so amazing to work with and were absolutely invaluable to making sure we had an amazing and stress-free wedding. While we opted for her "day of planning" services, she really went above and beyond our expectations from the moment we hired her--doing everything from checking in on us, answering all our questions, keeping us on track, managing communications with our vendors, making sure we left no stone unturned, and so much more. We found her web tool (Aisle Planner) extremely useful as it allowed us to share our plans in a common place, and provided numerous resources to help us cover every last detail. In the end, she helped us build a rock-solid plan, and when we handed everything over to her on the day of our wedding, she and her team executed it flawlessly. We almost can't believe that we almost thought about going through this whole process without her! -

Exceptional Wedding Planner
Hiring Mallory was the single smartest thing we did while planning the wedding. As MOB, having Mallory allowed me to enjoy the day. Mallory has quiet confidence combined with exceptional organizational and communication skills. Whether she was reviewing contracts or coordinating with vendors she was very attentive to our needs. Mallory is very well connected which helped with coordinating with the other vendors. She is an expert with details and offered us many suggestions that were spot on! Everything was perfect! Our guests had a wonderful time...but more importantly our daughter said her wedding day was "everything and more". Mallory and her team helped make my not so little girl's wedding dreams come true. It was a magical day!! -

Mallory made all steps of the process both leading up to and during the wedding day much less stressful. Although I mainly hired her for the day of, she checked in along the way to make sure things were progressing and giving me ideas when I was stuck. Although at no fault of her own we didn’t have her backup on Friday for rehearsal, she communicated every step of the way and coordinated with all the vendors in advance. Mallory and her team ensured the day went smoothly, taking care of any coordination or issues in most cases before I even knew about them. I would definitely recommend her to others for their perfect day! -

Hiring Mallory was the single best investment we made in our wedding (and my bride-to-be sanity). For two years of planning and re-planning our to COVID-19, Mallory was incredible. She had great ideas, was immensely helpful with coordinating and keeping track of vendors and contracts, and solved every day-of crisis with grace and good humor, including magically getting a massive coffee stain out of a light-colored bridesmaid dress. She was extremely communicative and went SO above-and-beyond what a "month of" planner role is... I don't know how we could have done it without her. -

Phenomenal Wedding Planner!
I cannot recommend Mallory highly enough! Our daughter and now son in law were married on October 24, 2020 at River Farm in Alexandria, VA. Mallory expertly and adroitly guided us through the challenging process of planning and having a wedding in the middle of the COVID pandemic. For safety reasons, we had to limit the guests to essentially immediate family and three bridesmaids. Mallory connected us with a videographer who was able to livestream the wedding for everyone else and it was a smashing success. They even spliced in PowerPoint videos we made in advance of the couple, the venue, and the junior bridal party. Essentially all of the planning had to be done online or by phone rather than in person. Every vendor that Mallory recommenced was top notch .... caterer, musicians, florist, photographer, bakery, transportation, makeup artist and hair stylist etc. She typically answered all calls and emails within seconds to minutes. Every detail was attended to and she devised a timeline that worked perfectly and seamlessly the day of the wedding. The vendors were perfectly coordinated and did a fantastic job. Mallory and her assistant took care of everything so we could all “be in the moment” and enjoy the celebration. Her design and selections of everything from the floral arrangements to the linens and tableware were soft, elegant and so beautiful! She totally captured the romantic garden “feel” that our daughter and son in law had in mind. Furthermore, Mallory’s design for the seating of the guests at the wedding ceremony as well as at the dinner tables had everyone spaced safely apart without losing the feel of still being connected to each other. She was a miracle worker! Never in a million years would I have thought that I would be giving individual hand sanitizers labeled “Spread Love, Not Germs” as a party favor for a wedding or that the guest’s attire would include face masks. Mallory really made what was a potentially very stressful planning process very smooth. Most importantly, the wedding itself was beautiful, relaxing, personal, smooth, and enjoyable for the bride and groom, their families and friends and even their “virtual” guests thanks to her expertise and help! -

All the Dainty Details was amazing! I was a COVID bride and while the scale of my wedding is not what was originally planned, I still cannot imagine my day without Mallory. She took care of every tiny detail so I had literally nothing to worry about except enjoying my wedding day. She was so helpful leading up to my wedding as well and was an overall joy to work with. Could not recommend more! -

From our first call together, to our wedding weekend, Mallory made sure "All the Dainty Details" were figured out flawlessly. She was very organized, and always maintained a calm demeanor, which is exactly what is needed on your wedding day! Mallory was also always just a call or text away, which made brainstorming and planning so convenient. She is very creative and assisted with bringing many ideas to life. Mallory was a wonderful wedding planner. She really knows her stuff. I was planning my wedding by myself for a majority of the year and then decided to hire someone a month of to help me. Mallory made my life SO MUCH EASIER. She is so quick to respond, helpful, incredibly knowledgeable. My wedding went SO smoothly and instead of worrying about the details, timing, etc. - I was able to enjoy MY OWN wedding because I knew Mallory would take of everything. If you are looking for a wedding planner - go with Mallory. You will not regret it. -

Mallory went above and beyond in coordinating and planning for my daughter's wedding. The day of the wedding, she was an absolute angel. I enjoyed the entire day! Her kind personality and organization skills make her easy to work with. Very responsive and very capable at her job. Would not have been the same wonderful experience without her assistance. She coordinated transportation, the event, a breakfast as well as assisted with hotel accommodations. She kept us calm and took over handling the least little problem. -

Mallory was very easy to work with. She helped put together my wedding timeline and understand everything that I wanted. She stayed on top of my vendors and responded to all of my questions right away. On my wedding day, Mallory took care of everything without having to ask me anything -- it just all magically happened and everything was perfectly executed. I don't even know if there were any issues because she took care of everything. I was able to focus 100% on my friends and family and enjoying the day instead of thinking of the logistics. She was truly great. Highly recommend! -

Leigh did such an amazing job with our wedding. She had about one week to pull out elopement together and she did it with a sense of calm, grace, always with a smile and willing to help. She was communicative throughout the whole process (even the day of!). We highly recommend Leigh at All the Dainty Details!
