Hair and Make Up Hire!

Let me tell you, Livia and Alex knocked it out of the park! I was a bit worried that they would not have enough time to finish everyone’s hair and makeup, but they did, and they even got done early! We were able to show a picture or describe what we were wanting, and they brought our vision to life! I felt like an absolute queen the day of my wedding, sitting back and getting pampered.

Wonderful Experience!

Working with All Dolled Up ATX was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I chose to do my bridal portraits on what turned out to be the windiest day of the year and my hair and makeup stayed flawless the entire day. As for my actual wedding day, ADU staff were on time, and professional, and gave all of the girls the hair and makeup that made them feel the most comfortable and beautiful. The staff was quick and efficient and ensured we had a lot of fun on a special day. All of our hair and makeup looks stayed perfect the entire day!! Livia runs a beautiful homegrown business that caters to clients to make them feel like a million bucks. Search no further, this is the HMU team you need!

Professional, high-quality, creative and reliable!

Livia's team did an amazing job getting me and my daughters ready for our big day. We all looked – and felt – absolutely gorgeous. We had a trial before the big day, which was even more helpful than I realized because I hadn’t thought through my look to the level of detail that my stylist had. She was on time, had all the supplies we could have ever imagined needing, and checked in with me often for feedback on how the look was coming together. She was very accommodating when I wanted to change the hairstyle, and gave great recommendations when I wasn't sure about something. She was also a pleasure to spend time with, making the experience even more positive. She was amazing with my young daughters (5 and 1) too. She made them feel very comfortable and finished my 5-year-old’s updo well before she got fidgeting. And without compromising quality. I would absolutely recommend All Dolled Up ATX for all your wedding/event hair and makeup needs.

Very talented!

We used All Dolled Up ATX for our wedding in January 2022. They responded so quickly and were wonderful to work with. They were able to accommodate all of our requests & willing to work with us when we had changes. Alex did my hair & makeup, and she did such an amazing job! The airbrush makeup looked flawless and my rose gold eye makeup was so pretty. She was so fun to work with! And the owner, Livia, is so great. She displayed amazing customer service and is super sweet. She truly does care about all of her customers & artists experiences! I would definitely recommend this company as they can handle large wedding groups without any issues!

Wow! They made us look great!

They were amazing rockstars. They did an amazing job on hair and makeup for 10+ ladies and finished early. Everyone complimented on my make up and my hair. I honestly was so happy on how beautiful we all looked. They were so flexible with me, this was important because I was from out of town.
Thank you, for making me look so good, oh and they also made the groom look hotter than he already is.

The very best hair and makeup artists

I highly recommend All Dolled Up makeup and hair artists. Livia and her team are very easy to work with and their online planning tools are great to make your vision become real! Alex was my artist for my trial and wedding day. She arrived early on my wedding day in the country and was able to do hair and makeup for seven girls in a short amount of time. ADU was able to add more services about a week before my wedding and they communicated well with me the entire time. The airbrush makeup feels very comfortable all day and Alex made sure to choose flattering makeup colors and styles for all of my wedding party. She helped me calm down and touched up my makeup right before the wedding and took her time making each of us feel very beautiful. Weddings can be a bit stressful and chaotic but Alex was so calm and on point the entire time! Thank you for making it the greatest day of my life!

Best Hair and Makeup

My wedding day would be nothing without All Dolled Up! Makeup and hair is not something I would say is my forte so when I reached out to All Dolled Up they did everything and more to make sure they knew exactly what my style should be on my wedding day. All Dolled up was extremely accommodating and very professional. I booked All Dolled up very close to my wedding date and they did everything they could to fit me into their busy schedule making me feel like a true bride. I was fortunate enough to have Mia do my hair, make up, and the best spray tan of my life. She made me feel like the most beautiful girl in the world and the best part is she does it all while making you laugh. Most of my bridesmaids and mom also had their hair and makeup done and they all looked gorgeous. I could not recommend All Dolled Up enough to anyone who is looking for amazing hair and makeup for their wedding day!

I felt like a princess!

had an amazing experience getting both my wedding hair and makeup done by Livia! She was so friendly and talented! I showed her a picture I liked for my hair and she replicated it perfectly. My airbrush makeup was gorgeous, and it stayed on ALL day, even in the heat. Plus, she matched my skin color perfectly. She even gave my unruly eyebrows a nice shape! Thank you, Livia!!!

I had an amazing experience with All Dolled Up! Alicia did my makeup and hair for my engagement shoot and my wedding day. We got married in the spring in Austin so I went with airbrush makeup so that it wouldn’t melt off in the heat and it was AMAZING!! Not only did my wedding day makeup and hair look perfect, but after 3 hours of hiking and moving around a state park for our engagement photos it still looked flawless- top quality for sure! I often am nervous about getting my makeup done because I’m multiracial and my skin tone can be hard to match but Livia matched the airbrush foundation perfectly. She also made my bridesmaids look beautiful and everyone loved her work.

I was just a random wedding guest and the wedding was in Austin (live in Houston). I am a person that does not wear makeup and I barely fix my hair. I was talking/scheduling with Livia who was amazing at responding and trying to find someone to do just my makeup/hair since I was not a whole wedding party. Livia managed to squeeze me into their super tight wedding schedule. I was assigned Stephanie for my amazing magical artist.... that girl can whip up a classic updo/makeup in literally an hour. I have no idea how she did but Stephanie did. I got so many compliments on the way to the wedding, at the wedding and on the way back to the hotel. I highly recommend if you want high quality work and peeps who really care about you. I was so impressed with all dolled up in their professionalism to their work... Livia and Brandy did an amazing job with my hair and air brush make up for a head shot session I had a few weeks ago. I do not wear a ton of make up and my hair style is simple. They did a great job of taking my simple look up MANY notches. I didn't even recognize myself! They transformed my natural self into a professional and elegant look! They were down to earth, approachable and great listeners! Studio is close to my house, so that was a bonus!

So now for several big events and also for our Team headshots we went to Liv and her colleague Brandy. Each time they nailed it! Easygoing but so on point and helpful. They have come to me at my home and on site at a hotel and made getting ready such a breeze. My makeup lasted through the event and even into the next day. Craaaaaazzzzzyyy but so so good. For the LLS Man and Woman of the Year Fundraising Gala we had Brandy come to our hotel suite and she nailed it for 3 of us. Wowza! We all felt like princesses. I could not be happier with the All Dolled Up team: Aneysa, Brandy and Livia are truly talented!! Their airbrush makeup made me completely flawless low flawless!!! I looked like a celebrity all night even through and crying and sweating!! I don’t know how they did it!! Also, I was blessed with the crazy thick hair that doesn’t want to hold curls, but somehow they got my hair to have that wavy look straight out of the movies and it held all night! It was magical!!! I got the best pictures I’ve ever had from that night at the gala! These ladies are worth their weight in gold!! Highly recommend!!!

Livia and All Dolled Up are amazing. She did the makeup for my wedding yesterday for me and my 4 bridesmaids. I was blown away by the quality and results of the makeup! Everything was perfect and I could not have asked for better results. Livia and her team were so professional, easy to work with and super sweet! Livia and her team are amazing! I emailed for quotes for my December wedding and it was such a breeze. They were able to cater the quote depending on how many ladies I wanted to get makeup done for. I didn't choose the hair option, but they were fine with that. I did my homework and showed Livia what I wanted for my makeup look and showed her during my trial run. I am SO glad I did the trial run because the looks I thought I had wanted.... were NOT what I wanted!

The day of the wedding, Livia showed up early - she's amazing! And she got started with myself, 2 bridesmaids, and my mom. I ended up changing what I wanted for my makeup look and she made me look phenomenal. I have vitiligo on my face and her airbrush makeup covered it up... You couldn't even tell! The makeup was natural and looked beautiful. I wish I could have Livia do my makeup everyday! Hah!

I highly, HIGHLY recommend All Dolled Up for special occasions. Livia is AWESOME!

All Dolled Up was amazing to work with. Liv and her team did my bridal hair and makeup for my bridal portraits and my wedding day. They also did all 6 of my bridesmaids. They were so flexible and accommodating. They arrived on time and very well prepared with everything they needed. They are warm, welcoming and friendly. They know how to make a bride feel beautiful. We had so much fun getting ready and laughing together. They engaged with my whole bridal party and made everyone feel comfortable. They do an amazing job with airbrush makeup. My makeup lasted all day and all night. They will give you exactly what you are looking for but also put in great suggestions from experience. I felt beautiful but still natural, not overdone. I was so happy one of my best friends recommended them to me. I was a very "everything done last minute" type of bride and they were so accommodating! I was blessed to have Livia doll me up for my rehearsal dinner and wedding day. I have been in pageantry my entire life, and am used to having artists do my hair and makeup. Livia was far beyond any artist that I have had work with me before. The airbrush makeup was flawless..in fact, when I look back at my wedding photos I'm thinking how there were literally NO flaws with my makeup, it almost looks edited on! Aside from how great my hair and makeup were, Livia is just a sweet and genuine person. She is obviously passionate about her work and that's what makes a company great. I would recommend her to any and everyone who has a special event coming up.

We hired ALL DOLLED UP for our daughter's wedding at Ranch Austin in October, 2016...We all absolutely LOVED these incredible ladies who literally dolled us up - ESP the Bride, the Moms, and the Bridesmaids! We were honored to have Livia, the owner, and her assistant, Kate, perform miracles on our hair and make-up!! But not only are they incredibly gifted in their hair and make-up expertise, but they are exceptionally enthusiastic, encouraging, and engaging young women! It's like they were the BEST beginning to the BEST DAY EVER for our Beautiful Bride! They made all of us feel beautiful and they especially made our Bride feel like the Queen she already is! Working with Livia and her team was so much fun! I feel like I have really gotten to know Livia and I'm so thankful she took the time to get to know me and understand what my vision was for wedding day. I had several trials and Livia never got upset if I was unhappy about something. She always took note and made sure everything was perfect on wedding day. Natahsa and Liv are amazing at what they do! Liv is very professional, and quick to respond to all my emails, and questions. She also did an amazing job with my hair and make up for my boudoir shoot! Natasha did my make up for my engagement photos, and my wedding. Each time she did a perfect job! If I would notice something I wanted done differently, she was happy to fix it. They don't know unless you tell them! Once the few spots were fixed, I looked and felt flawless! Natasha and Brandy also did all of my bridesmaids, each of them looked gorgeous! They also did my grandma, who never does her hair or make up... my goodness I've never seen her look so beautiful! One of the first things my new husband said after the ceremony was, "I'm so glad you look like you, and you look beautiful." Natasha did so good making me look natural, yet adding the little bit of glam that I love. You will not regret hiring All Dolled Up for your wedding!

I had a wonderful experience with All Dolled Up for my wedding! Livia was wonderful to work with and was always willing to answer my many questions. They made sure we could all get our makeup and hair done with time to spare before the ceremony. We didn't feel rushed and we were all able to enjoy ourselves and take lots of bridesmaid pictures beforehand. We had three stylists and they all did a fantastic job! I felt absolutely beautiful for my wedding and highly recommend using them!

Livia didn't just put makeup on my face, she airbrushed my face like an artist on canvas! She took one look at me and knew exactly how to make me my most beautiful. I was surprised at how little time it took but I looked stunning and the airbrush makeup lasted so long, I looked perfect the next day when I woke up!

Livia did my make up for a "girls night out". She was able to cover dark spots on my face and used just the right amount of make up. The air brush didn't feel "cakey" or heavy. It also stayed on all night. I appreciated the fact that Livia listened to my requests on how I want my make up done as well. She made me still "look like me"... Just a little more dolled up :).

Livia Pope at All Dolled Up ATX came highly recommended by the bridal salon where I purchased my wedding dress, and I could not have been happier with my experience. Livia is not only exceptional at her artistry, but she is a delightful person. From the moment I walked in her door for my make-up trial, I felt as though we had known each other for years. She was warm, easy to talk to, and very interested in knowing about me. I left her chair feeling as though I had made a new friend. I wear make-up daily, but it's not something I know much about, and I am very resistant to making big changes or bold statements. I wanted a look that would be soft and classic, last all day in the late-August Texas heat and humidity, and show up well in pictures. Livia listened well to what I envisioned for my make-up and created a beautiful look that was perfect for my wedding (and she did the same for my mom and bride's maids). One amazing quality about Livia that I didn't know to look for when I hired her was that her personality is exactly what you want with you while you are getting ready on your wedding day. She is efficient and professional but at the same time easy going and calm. She brings a joy and peace to the room that was so valuable. Her positive demeanor helped keep me calm on this very important day, and not only that, she gave me a very encouraging pep talk about marriage before she left, which was so sweet. Hiring Livia was such a great decision, and I would do it all over again!

So incredibly happy with the results from All Dolled Up!! Livia did my trial and we had a blast. She gave me the perfect look on the first try. Then, on the wedding day she brough Natasha and Kate with her. They were so much fun and SUPER talented!!! They did hair styles for each girl based on pictures my party brought with them (each girl had a different style). Then, the airbrush make-up was a hit. If you want to feel like a bombshell, Livia is your girl! Her expertise and intuition made us all not only feel special but look stunning on our friend's special day. One of my biggest concerns with hair stylists and makeup artists is that they do not always listen to the concerns of their clients. Let's be real, trusting someone to do your hair and makeup can at times feel daunting. Many are in a rush to get things moving along and completed they tend to not truly listen to what makes someone feel beautiful. On special occasions (e.g. weddings) it's best to make sure EVERYONE looks and feels their absolute best. Livia is the latter. Not only is she a talent, but her charm and kindness radiate just after one conversation. I'm so happy we had the opportunity to work with her.

All Dolled Up Austin is the only way to go! Livia was so amazing! From her airbrush and cosmetology talent to communication/ availability, she was there with me all the way through my engagement photos to to day of my wedding! My bridal party, myself and my mother used her services and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. She even offered to airbrush the guys if they needed it ? Brooke also did my hair beautifully! The best part about my experience was that I never felt rushed the day of and felt so beautiful! Truly a great experience! Livia is a joy to work with. I was a maid of honor in my best friends wedding where All Dolled Up managed our makeup and hair (also did the bouquets which were fabulous!) I was a bridesmaid in a wedding recently that used All Dolled Up for hair and makeup for the bridal party. I was blown away by their service, professionalism & their capabilities for both hair & makeup. Livia and her team of two stylists were absolutely amazing. Every single member of the bridal party looked phenomenal. Not only that, but everyone was 150% satisfied with their final look....and if you have been in weddings before, there is always someone who hates their hair or makeup. Personally, Livia did both my updo and makeup. I provided her with a picture and she executed the updo to a T. During the process she also shared her ideas and input so I would be totally satisfied with my look. The icing on the cake...after she finished I noticed I could see grays since my hair was up. Being the hair styling gladiator that she is, she used airbrush makeup to quickly color my hair and hide my grays. I received so many compliments all night long! If I were getting married in the Austin area, I would hired All Dolled Up in a heartbeat.

Livia did my hair and makeup for my July 4th wedding. She drove over an hour and thirty minutes to meet me and was the definition of a professional in every way. Both my boho styled curled hair and airbrush makeup were done to perfection. But, the best part of Alldolledup was the pure sunshine that they brought to my wedding day. From her wonderful attitude and compliments, to her thorough explanation of the process and upkeep and her celebratory outlook, I felt pampered in every way. Livia and the entire All Dolled Up crew are completely amazing! I first met Livia when she did my makeup for a magazine photo shoot. Not only is she super sweet, but she did such a beautiful job that when I got engaged, I knew I had to have her do my makeup again for my wedding. All Dolled Up ended up doing my makeup, my mom's hair and makeup and three of my bridesmaids hair for my wedding day. Everyone was thrilled with their final looks, and I couldn't be happier with the final result in pictures. These wonderful ladies were wonderful, not only did they make me look my best on my wedding day, but they were also very flexible with my schedule. Awesome hair and Make up service for the bridal party and the bride. The girls traveled to our location and did the make up for the bride for Rehearsal on Friday night then returned on Saturday for hair and makeup of bride and MOB and bridesmaids. Everyone thing was perfect. Brooke and Livia matched the picture that the bride had in her dreams of what she wanted to look like. We all had a good time getting ready with the girls.

Livia and Brooke were amazing! They were fun and our makeup and hair looked awesome. They were fast at what they did but they took their time. Absolutely no complaints. Also, we first met Livia at a bridal shop that she previously worked at. My daughter tried on three dresses and told Livia what she liked best about each one and Livia said she had the perfect dress for her. She came back out with it and sure enough, the dress was a perfect combination of all three and it was the perfect dress. Livia and Brooke are wedding experts and are very helpful on all subjects of wedding.

After a long and somewhat frustrating search for a make-up artist and hair stylist for my wedding I luckily came upon the wonderful girls of All Dolled Up. From the start I had a great feeling about these girls. I mean, they are the whole package… they travel and come to you (not having to go anywhere on your wedding day to get dolled up is a super plus), they do BOTH hair and make-up, they take care of your bridesmaids if they want it, and they are just about the sweetest girls you could ever meet. Going through the trial was important and good for me because I got to see what airbrush make-up was all about, plus I got to spend some time getting to know Livia and Brooke. Seeing them on my wedding day was such a joy! Livia and Brooke’s kind spirit helped me feel calm and confident (I know this review isn’t supposed to be about their personalities, but they were just so great). Their skilled hands made me feel absolutely beautiful! I got so many compliments on my hair and the make-up looked so natural (and so me). Livia and Brooke were easy to coordinate with during the planning stages and getting the payments worked out was a breeze. I am the event planner for Avery Ranch Golf Club, and I worked with the AllDolledUpAustin girls for a styled-shoot. They were so professional with planning the details, and they made our bride and groom look great. I had never tried the airbrush makeup and wanted to look my best for our professional photo shoot too. I loved it; it was so light and flawless. Even the groom got airbrush makeup! They even covered a scar for our bride who hated it her whole life. The make-up and hair stayed throughout the entire shoot and the photos came out really great. I can see why they think brides shouldn't choose anything but airbrush makeup for their special day.

On a scale of 1-10, All Dolled up’s rating is off the chart, an 11! Words can’t express how much gratitude I feel towards Livia, my stylist, she made my wedding a perfect day. The comments that I received from my family and close friends who complimented me on my hair and make-up were not only how beautiful I looked, but also how lucky I was to have a stylist who really knew what she was doing!
I have never felt prettier or more beautiful in my life!
I had a picture of how I wanted the back of my hair to look, but had no idea how the front would be styled. Livia knew how to style my difficult bangs and the results were stunning! I had my make-up airbrushed on, a pricier option, but so worth it! It feels light on your skin and the coverage extends past your neck for a more even look. I felt as if the make-up would not sweat off in the heat, which on a warm day is so important. She even covered the birthmark on my arm, a flaw that has always made me self-conscious in pictures.
Livia and her business partner, Brook, stayed for my wedding and made sure that I looked perfect in every picture, touching me up throughout the day. My wedding was running behind and she helped me remain cool and calm throughout the entire process, she even saved the day when I forgot my future husbands ring after I had walked to the alter! She ran into the bride’s suite and retrieved his band, saving me from further panic and embarrassment. I don’t know what I would have done without her! She totally saved the day!
If you want a consultant who treats you like you are their "only" client, like you are their "best friend", then you have come to the right place! I would recommend them to anyone and plan to use them again if I ever need to be “All Dolled UP!”

Brooke is AMAZING! I had one helluva time finding someone to drive from Austin to Fredericksburg to do hair for me and my bridesmaids because of ACL weekend. She and I had multiple phone calls and text chats before we met to discuss what type of hair styles me and my bridesmaids wanted, and she was spot on!

I really had no idea what I wanted for my hairstyle, but when I showed her a photo of my dress and described the atmosphere of the wedding she had a hairstyle in mind that was perfect. She took her time with each of us to make sure we had the style we wanted, and if our hair was being a bit difficult she made it work somehow. I could not have been happier with the way all of our hair turned out. AND it was windy that day, but the styles she used, our hair held up during photos and we all looked amazing during the ceremony.

Brooke from All Dolled Up made our special wedding day fantastic! We got married on September 1,2012 on a hot and slightly muggy day. Not only did she show up on time, but is extremely friendly. I think that is important as well as looking good. She did all of the bridal parties hair, my mom and MIL, SIL, flower girl's as well as my hair. Timing was perfect! We looked beautiful! I was worried about it staying all day with all the humidity and hugs, but my hair looked just like she first styled it all the way to the end! Liv was very patient with me as I decided to change my hairstyle close to the wedding. She was willing to set up a few hair trials to ensure we had the hair perfect for the wedding day. On the wedding day Liv, Erin and Kristen did a great job getting through 11 people by 3:30 pm and 3 flower girls. Everyone loved the airbrush makeup and hair. Even one of my bridesmaids who had some gray hair showing, Liv was able to cover it up with the airbrush which she was so happy about. The team went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was wonderful. The makeup held for over 12 hours, my sister's was still in place the next day. I would recommend All Dolled Up to any bride, even if you have a large party Liv knows how to staff it properly to ensure everyone is finished on time.

All Dolled Up was one of the recommended vendors by Green Pastures Restaurant (our wedding venue) and I'm so glad I contacted these talented women. Having an opportunity, as the bride, to do a trial run before the wedding, really helped me figure out what I did and did not want. They were great about listening to what we wanted and making recommendations for what would work best with the theme of the wedding and with out individual complexions and hair types. We looked amazing with the air brushed make up and they even did a quick fix on my hair part to even out my hair color, which I didn't even realize was uneven. I appreciated them having my back! That's exactly what a bride needs. They were just so patient and flexible and also just a lot of fun to be with! Livia was great to work with and I would highly recommend all dolled up to any bride wanting natural and flawless makeup on their wedding day. (But they can do amazing dramatic makeup too!) I tried one hairstyle at my trial but realized I wanted something different. I sent the photos of my new hair style and on my wedding day Livia was able to match it perfect! Whitney and Brandy were the other two stylists and they both did fantastic jobs as well. They were able to finish a total of 7 ladies in great time and with no stress. One of my bridesmaids was not happy with her look (she was not used to so much teasing) and they happily adjusted it to her comfort. Brooke has been my stylist for many years and when I was scheduling services for my wedding I could not imagine using anyone else. Brooke made the process easy and stress free. I can't recommend Livia and her team enough! I first met Livia approximately 10 months before my wedding and she couldn't have been sweeter. She was extremely helpful in helping me decide on my wedding day look and made the entire process of booking hair and makeup for my friends and family very easy. Livia provided airbrush makeup and hair for myself, my mother and mother in law, as well as four of my close friends. Everyone was extremely pleased with their final look. Not to mention the pics came out great, thanks to All Dolled Up. Five stars!

So, I have mixed feelings about giving a mediocre review here because all the stylists that I worked with on my wedding and trial days were great. My issue is really with the makeup itself. I was excited about trying airbrushed makeup and hired this company because that is what they offer, BUT - and this is a big but - I have come to realize that this type of makeup is not for everyone. After my trial for my bridal portraits, I almost removed the makeup because I hated it so much. It was immediately cracked and looked scaley. I decided to leave the makeup because I knew that you wouldn't be able to tell in the pictures, but I discussed the issues with All Dolled Up and they offered some reassurance that they had a different formulation they could try on the day of. I really wish that at that point they would have told me that maybe this type of makeup wasn't the best option for me. I'm sure the makeup artists are just as proficient at applying traditional foundations. Now fast forward to the wedding day. I purchased the bride + 12 package and out of the 13 of us, only 2 people liked the way their makeup looked in the end. One was my 13 year old cousin who still has perfect skin. For the rest of us, the makeup immediately looked scaley and cracked in multiple places. A couple of my bridesmaids even went so far as to remove the makeup because they disliked it that much. I explained the dislikes I had about my look, and the makeup artist applied a setting powder to help ease the look, but it really did nothing to make it look any better. In the end, I just wish that they did a better job of explaining that this might not be the best option for everyone, and I wish that they brought regular makeup to use in order to fix these issues if necessary.

Poor Service

I received hair and makeup services for my wedding on 10/23/20. Both myself and the groom's mother. The hair and makeup artist did an ok job on our hair (not stellar) but both the groom's mom and myself (the bride) were extremely disappointed with the make-up services. The client service we received after expressing our disappointment was poor as well. I would not recommend their services.
