Alegre wedding and events made my vision come true. It was such a beautiful wedding. Everything that I needed For my wedding Amelia was able to get. She went above and beyond to make sure my vision came true. She worked so hard. Her team was amazing and making sure everything was in order. If it wasn’t for Alegre I would Feel lost. They made me feel so comfortable.
We had a meeting with a floral company that wasn’t able to do half the stuff Alegre was able to and charging us an arm and leg for just flowers and Amelia was able to go above and beyond. I can Go on and on about this company. I want to let every bride know you will feel comfortable and feel like family afterwards. I hope to one day use Alegre again. We love you!! -

Quinceañera
My husband and I rented the Arch from Alegre Weddings and Events for our daughter's quinceañera main table. By the time my husband and I got to the hall Amelia and Nick had the Arch up and decorated it to match our daughter's theme and the look on my daughter's face when she arrived and saw her table was priceless. I definitely would recommend Alegre Weddings and Events to anyone that needs a party planner. -

Our experience with Amelia was such a dream. I was so stressed about having a planner and securing all my vendors. I found out Alegre offers more than just planning. We added florals and decor rentals which made it so easy. It was nice knowing I had a one stop shop. She made sure my vision was clear from the beginning and confirming final details just in case my vision changed. I felt taken care of and when they day came I didn't stress aside from the wedding anxiety. -

Dream wedding
I had my dream wedding thanks to this amazing lady and her team! I was running late I hadn’t even done my make up only my hair I had forgotten my dress and everything seem to be going wrong however, as soon as I showed up to my venue, Amelia had everything taken care of. It was all perfectly set up from my ceremony to my reception. Food, drinks, decorations, everything when I showed up all I had to worry about, was myself, and even when I had forgotten things she made sure to handle ever situation that arose. When my caterers forgot the plates and silverware she went a found me plates and saving my centerpiece after they were thrown out. I couldn’t recommend this amazing lady enough! Thank you Amelia for everything you do, and did for my very special day. You truly did make it the wedding of my dreams! -

My dream wedding
Alegre Weddings and Events, where do I even begin? I had the absolute pleasure of working with Amelia and her team for my wedding day. They executed my vision and brought everything I had planned to life. My reception was an absolute dream come true and I will forever recommend them to anyone I know. Book with Alegre Weddings and you will not be disappointed. Thank you again to Amelia and her team, I truly couldn't have asked for a better vendor. Look for yourself, you can't tell me my wedding wasn't a dream. -

If you're looking for a top-notch florist, look no further than Amelia!
We originally had another florist that we were working with for our wedding, but we ultimately realized they were not the best fit for us and that's when I came across Amelia! One of the main reasons I loved our reception space so much was the fact that they had 12 chandeliers and I envisioned all of them being draped in greenery. Amelia made my vision come to life and the chandeliers alone completely transformed the space! I happy cried when we first saw the reception area on the day-of. We also hired her for other floral items such as bouquets, boutineers, corsages, wedding arch (we rented the hexagon arch from her and she added florals to it), as well as centerpieces and other florals, greenery and candles throughout the event. She also handled the rental and installation of our disco ball. Her communication is amazing, and her prices are reasonable. Would absolutely recommend hiring Amelia! -

This review is only for a wedding arch that I rented from them - I would highly recommend. After getting quotes from several companies with high minimums, outrageous delivery fees, etc. I was in a bind about a month before my wedding. Amelia was really responsive, provided a fast quote and reasonable delivery fee. I booked them and everything went as planned regarding delivery, pickup. I was happy with how the arch looked and was super lucky to have found this vendor!! -

Amelia took the worries out and put the excitement into wedding planning! It was an easy, hassle-free experience that I will relish in forever. On the wedding day I knew I was in great hands and she just handled it as things got thrown at he having to coordinate all the different vendors we used. I would absolutely recommend Amelia!

My husband & I worked with Amelia and her team for our Longmont farm wedding in June 2023. We hired Alegré for day-of coordination, though it felt like she went above and beyond in getting the event to a seamless place well before the day-of.
The cost of Alegré's coordination services was well worth it. We could not have held this DIY-style bohemian wedding and enjoyed it as much as I did without Amelia's attention to every detail & execution of our vision - they went above and beyond!
We did all of the third-party booking (caterers, infrastructure, photo, music, officiant, venue) in advance and handed her a sheet with all of the pertinent details about 2 weeks before the event. She took over communication then and made sure everyone knew where to be, when. She knew what gaps to fill in where we didn't.
Amelia attended our rehearsal and made sure we stayed on track with our schedule and had a clear vision of the ceremony, transition times, and more. At the wedding, Amelia and team were everywhere - setting up tables, linens, etc. before we arrived and checking in with both bridal & groom party to make sure we were in order. Her calm, kind and professional manner were a welcome presence at the wedding. When there were snafus, she pivoted (sound struggles which we got through, we forgot something to slice the cake with, oops!) decisively and effectively.
Nick & I truly felt like guests at our wedding. Thank you Amelia & team for going above and beyond to ensure a successful event.

Renee Sent on 10/09/2018We hired Amelia for our wedding at the Botanic Gardens. She was in charge of packing our wedding presents up and delivering them to our home. All of our wedding gifts were stolen from the wedding that she claimed her staff had packed up. Further, she never went to the Botanic Gardens to try to look for them and the Botanic Gardens reported her staff was drunk at our wedding and even had an argument break out. We have filed a policed report as it was her responsibility to ensure we had our gifts. No wedding couple should ever have to go through such a horrible thing. -

I strongly discourage anyone from using this company for your event.
Alegre Weddings and Events was hired for the bartending and catering services at our wedding. Unfortunately, to my surprise as I sat for dinner at the reception, they did not provide the food we had tasted and contractually agreed upon. In addition to the very clear breach of contract, Amelia (owner) and her staff exhibited a lack of professionalism, and the service was poor. After numerous unacknowledged requests for a resolution, I pursued Amelia and Alegre Weddings and Events through the Denver Small Claims Court. The court determined that Alegre Weddings and Events and Amelia breached the wedding services agreement, displayed negligence, and were responsible for damages. I would not wish this experience on any bride or groom and therefore cannot recommend working with Amelia or Alegre Weddings and Events.
