Michelle and her team from Affordable Swarayz were amazing. I added a couple things to our reservation a couple weeks before and they accommodated for us. They were quick to answer emails and any questions we had. Thank you for making our wedding process so easy and stress free! We order a couple table / clothes, a whiskey barrel, and a back drop for photos that they even helped attached our name to!! Everything was so beautiful all thanks to you!-

We couldn't have asked for more
I can't say enough about Affordable Swarayz and their team of awesome people. They did exactly what I wanted and more. So many extra details that I never even thought about. And when one of my vendors backed out at the last minute, they found a replacement and made everything better before I even know what happened. -

Best Planner Ever
We met with a few planners before we met Michelle at Affordable Swarayz. Half way through our meeting, we knew we had found our planner. She was so personable, knowledgeable and prefessional. She made me feel stress free on our wedding day. I am so glad we found her. -

I can't thank them enough
Michele and her team were the best!!! I thought I could do my wedding all myself and was getting so stressed out. Affordable was already doing my tables, chairs and linens so I reached out to them for help. I am so glad that I did. I met with Michelle and went over everything that I had done, what still needed to be done and how I visioned it to be. She took it from there and my wedding day was beautiful and stress free. I can't recommend them enough. -

Made our Wedding Absolutely Perfect!
Without Michelle, our wedding would not have been as perfect as it was. She was always on top of things and kept our wedding running smoothly. Not only did she coordinate everything, she also was our officiant. You will find no better than Affordable Swarayz. Highly recommend! -

Life Saver
Michelle was a life saver. I had hired her as our officiate. I should have hired her as my planner as well but I was a "do it your self" bride. That back fired on me when my rental company cancelled on me at the last minute and I had to rentals for my wedding. Michelle stepped up to the plate and not only helped me find a company that could accommodate with everything that we needed, but she along with their help made my wedding the best day ever! -

Affordable Swarayz & Michelle are the best. She makes sure that at all times she includes you on the planning of your wedding . I had gone to other wedding planners before and they all made me feel that it was more about their own planning rather than mine, when I met with Michelle from day one she made me feel at ease and I knew that she would make my dream wedding come true because she understood from the beginning my vision. -

I was very hesitant to hire Michelle OR any wedding planner, I was one of those brides that tried to save money and thought I could do everything myself...(NOT!!!) Wedding planners are VERY expensive and thankfully Michelle was very reasonable. The less days to the wedding the more detailed it became where I was completely out of tune and stressed. My groom and I have been together for 7 years with twin (5 yr) old boys, 2 dogs and all of our family + friends flying in was very tough to organize! Michelle always responded and answered my texts and also recommended other vendors that were reasonably priced and great! She was THE BEST hired vendor at my wedding to say the least! She completely worked her tail off to make every single aspect and detail of my wedding a perfection! (and OH man theres A LOT of those little things that we all forget). I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH she's AMAZING!!! Our family couldn't be happier, she was the complete package that made it all happen and the wedding was incredible thanks to her! THANK YOU MICHELLE!!! although we live 90 minutes (driving) away, if we ever have a party or a company function I will definitely reach out in hopes she can travel and organize it because I know it will be GREAT!!!!-

Michelle was great! Great communication throughout the planning process.
Even our family members complimented us on choosing her as part of our vendor team.
We could not have picked anyone better to finalize our union.
She also came through with beautiful wooden benches we wanted for our ceremony which were the perfect touch for the rustic/country chic style we were aiming for.

I do not know where to start because there is so much I want to say and have so much to be thankful for. Michelle took her time with me as I was someone who had never even dreamed I would be getting married and didn't know where to start with planning a wedding. Michelle was an invaluable asset to our wedding she provided many services and suggestions some we didn't even think of. On wedding day she was not only the officiant, but the glue to the entire operation working well with the caterer dj and all the vendors. Michelle assisted me with decorating my ceremony site, and officiating my wedding. She was extremely helpful when it came to finding other vendors such as a photographer. Michelle even sent me multiple vow examples. I felt that she knew exactly what I envisioned for my ceremony and was confident that anything she came up with would be perfect. Michelle knew exactly what to do to make the dinner for 75 family members run smoothly. We were all preoccupied with our mither's memorial service and could not "manage" one more thing. Michelle was truly amazing. She was originally hired just to be the officiant, but she jumped in and helped out with everything from the linens to set up to clean up, and everything in between! I think she even got some pictures! She was amazing, and we couldn't have had our perfect wedding without her! -

Michelle planned a "seashore" themed bridal shower that far exceeded my expectations! She took care of all the decorations, food, beverages & desserts. The decorations were awesome ! Centerpieces, table covering and place settings were perfect... simple but elegant. They were exactly as I had envisioned them being, but even better. Every detail was taken care of! Michelle listened patiently, offered suggestions, and did so with confidence and reassurance. I will certainly call Michelle for future events and would recommend Michelle and Affordable Swarayz to anyone that has a special day to plan for. -

Michelle Carter provided wounderful help in planning and decorating for my daughter's wedding. She is able to provide many service from planning, rentals, set up and final clean up. She is connected with serveral local DJ, caterers , and florists. I had several guest tell me that it was the most fun at a wedding that they ever had. I would reccomend her. -

Michelle was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I depended on her for many aspects of our event. I feel I could not have pulled together the wedding on my own. Michelle worked with all our vendors, got everyone in on time, helped with set up and clean up. She proved to be a very professional asset to my daughter's wedding. Michele and her team at Affordable Shindigz, were beyond accomodating in helping us plan this fundraising event. Our planning committee is rather large, and unfortunately, the changes were many. We asked and they delivered. Affordable Shindigz' arrival was prompt, and all members of their team were very clean, friendly and professional. I found Michelle/Affordable Shindigz at a bridal expo very late into my planning. Our wedding was only a few weeks away but I needed a few last minute ideas and there she was! I ended up hiring Michelle as my full "Day-Of" coordinator. She was there by our sides making sure our entire event ran smoothly and it really impacted our whole wedding. Our guests were SO happy and we were able to enjoy our wedding without having to worry about a thing. I highly recommend this company for any of your wedding needs, They are not only professional, but by the end of your wedding, they will be your friend. -

Michelle was wonderful to work with and everything was beautiful! Even the weather cooperated (except for a little wind) and she improvised a little to deal with the extra breeze! She wasn't pushy like another planner we had talked to, and that meant a lot to the bride and me. Affordable Shindigz is highly recommended! -

Michelle was very professional lady. She provided the set up and music for our beach ceremony and was our officiant. She also put up a decorative wall in our reception hall. She did a great job and was very flexible with the weather on the beach that day. She had to reset it up because of the tide coming in. Michelle did an excellent job with this. There was some issues with her sound system and the person in charge of providing the music that worked with Michelle. Michelle was very good about making good of the issue that occurred with the sound system by refunding me that portion of the money. The two decorative walls that she provided in my hall were beautiful. Over all Michelle was very flexible and did an excellent job. Thank you, The Davidson's -
