Very easy to work with and made sure event was set up on Miami Beach. We wanted to get married early in morning (9am), because we were catching a cruise afterwards. Their team made sure to get there early. We had some friends hand out gift bags with water and hand fans. Also, we were able to give the early attendees donuts and coffee from the boardwalk, since it was early. Perfect location for family to walk from surrounding hotels. Everyone enjoyed the ceremony and the simplicity of it. We decided to not do personal vows, however Armando still gave us the opportunity and even though we still didn't he made the ceremony special. They did not disappoint!

We found Armando on Google, and he was nothing short of amazing! He was helpful with putting my mind at ease through the whole process. Once we made it to our wedding day, we arrived early and Roly- our officiant and our photographer Trish were ready to get everything set up and going! Made our dreams come true.
We were looking for a sweet, simple and small ceremony on the beach with our immediate family and they made that dream a reality. Not only was Armando willing to work a holiday for us, he was wonderful through the entire planning process. The ceremony was more than we had hoped. It was light, playful, loving and absolutely BEAUTIFUL. The sand ceremony is a must! Everyone was impressed with how beautiful our wedding was. As far as photography it is top notch! My husband and I celebrated 20 years by renewing our vows. Found this site online and called them they set everything up promised an amazing job and delivered over the top service. The whole location south point beach was gorgeous the pictures were professional the ceremony was amazing. We did the sand ceremony, trust me ask for it it was a very beautiful memory. My kids enjoyed everything and the photos caught them in their elements and also caught their personalities. I would definitely recommend them to my friends as a wonderful and amazing service. Being that this wedding had to be coordinated thousands of miles apart with my now husband who resides in Spain and I who lives in NC...it was the easiest part of our wedding planning. Nancy and the man that performed our ceremony were both EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL and made us feel that our special day was important. The ceremony from start to finish was beyond our expectations. I got married last year on Key Biscayne. My husbands family winters in Florida and he loves the beach so we decided to have the wedding there. We live in California so the first thing I did was google beach weddings in Florida. We wanted something simple but nice. I found their website and looked at the photos and packages. It was perfect. Everything we needed. The prices were great too, most places charged so much more. The only thing I had to do was get the permit for the location, that particular beach you need a permit but most you dont. We showed up and everything was ready. We had the beautiful, romantic wedding we wanted. I know I won't be married again so I can't use them again but I can tell everyone how happy I am that I found them! Thank you for making my wedding planning stress free and my wedding perfect!

Armando is one of a kind for so many reasons. Imagine having your beautiful dream wedding planned since forever and a hurricane comes and is the cause of it getting cancelled.. I was that bride, sad and devasted. Thank God for Armando who regardless came through to at least give us a chance to get married at Sunset on our original wedding date which was also our 4 year Anniversary. Where to start! When my life partner and I decided to elope and have a beach wedding in Florida, we came across a number of possible wedding vendors. Being the very thorough and organized person that I am, I wrote several inquiry emails and left many messages for most of those vendors. I decided to go with Affordable Beach Weddings when I was sittting in my office one night around 9 PM and Armando responded to inquiry email. We texted message for a short while, then he called me that night. I was sold! As a very busy person, who works off hours, I found Armando to be very responsive. Whether it was very early in the morning, late at night or the middle of the day on a Saturday, I felt like my wife and I were his priority. That was VERY important to us. Further, when we said we wanted a religious ceremony and found out Armando is an ordained minister, that was icing on the cake. All of this to say, we were very well taken care of. We had the wedding of our dreams and Armando and his team made that happen! Armando became part of our family and we will forever be grateful for the extraordinary experience of our wedding day!

Our officiant Janeth Hernandez was great and she guided us through the ceremony easily. She understood exactly what we wanted and was able to provide for us. We actually were competing with another wedding on the beach that had messed up their timing but there was no comparison at how much better our setup was compared to theirs! The flowers and the chairs were gorgeous and the photographer, Priscilla, did an awesome job at capturing the perfect picture for our wedding album. My experience with nancy was joyful. I was i late to my wedding and concerned but she assured me that everything was going to be wonderful and it was. Hello! I just wanted to take the time to thank you and your husband for such a PERFECT wedding on Marco Island last month!! It was beyond everything I EVER imagined it to be!! I loved being able to plan my wedding from Ohio and not having to stress or worry about a thing!! You were so prompt with answering any questions and concerns I had and you made sure everything was completed without any hassle!! I was so completely relaxed that I spent the majority of my wedding day on the beach before I realized I'd better get up to the hotel and start to get ready!! Your husband did an AMAZING job at the ceremony and was such an awesome guy to have the pleasure of dealing with! And last, but CERTAINLY not least....the photographer....Susie....I can NOT even being to put into words how completely FANTASTIC she was!! She made the pictures so fun and everyone just loved her upbeat personality and the excitement she brought to something that everyone usually dreads...haha! She took a total of 220 pictures at our ceremony and I honestly loved every single one and ended up purchasing them all! She is so great at her job and it shows in her photos! People were stopping on the beach to watch and many were talking to my parents about how awesome she was and how the poses and things she was doing were going to be great....and they were nothing short of amazing whenever she got them sent to us...which she did so quick I couldn't believe it! We got home on Tuesday afternoon and she had the proofs to us by Wednesday evening. I just really truly can't express my gratitude to all of you for making this wonderful day a dream come true...Thank you and your entire team for everything!! Nancy and the photographer were wonderful. They were able to come to another location with short notice than the original location.the ceremony was so beautiful as well as the pictures I purchased them all..I want to thank u for a perfect beautiful wedding...definitely recommend your services to anyone....

Being that we had a ranch wedding it was a little different than what they specialize in BUT they still made it happen for us! We wanted a specific ceremony version so we made it our own and added different things to be said... They made it happen! He literally read word for word what we put in the revised version of the ceremony speech!!! He was on-point and we could not be happier with their services!

PERFECT! As a bride I had so much on my mind and stressed out over everything except the venue. It was absolutely perfect. Nancy Muro is the best! I could call or text her at any time she is very punctual and was 10 steps ahead of me. She even surprised me with things that weren't apart of my package like ;the sand ceremony and the bamboo sticks! For the money I paid I got more than what I expected. Everything was absolutely beautiful and I will cherish these memories forever.

I absolutely LOVED my wedding! I was married on July 30 by Carrie from Notary On Time (Affordable Beach Weddings) on Ft. Lauderdale Beach. The price was very affordable for us and the value was tremendous. I was so glad that the ceremony was beautiful. They are very responsive to your needs prior to the wedding and I am sure that can create whatever you want for your big day! I highly recommend them if you are looking for a beautiful outdoor/destination wedding.

We had this company for our ceremony with their tiki package. All of her team from officiant to photographer were fantastic, made is both very comfortable and took their time with us. Fantastic service.
The only down since is we did not ask for a religious ceremony which we received, but it was not over the top so we still enjoyed it.

The event was handled in a professional manner, very beautiful work and awesome photography. The arch, chairs and everything was decorated nicely. I was worried about the photos, because there were so many people on the beach ( Sunday- weekend), but when I viewed the photos, they was absolutely perfect, it was like no one was there. If you don't like crowds, I would suggest that the wedding ceremony be held on a week day and not around the time of any holidays. Overall, the wedding was beautiful!!!

My experience with Affordable Beach Weddings was fantastic from my first contact with Nancy to the completion of our Anniversary Renewal Ceremony. After 18 years of marriage and a couple of serious illnesses my husband and I decided to take a luxury vacation and top it off with renewing our vows on the beach. Affordable Beach Weddings offers great prices for their services, excellent follow-up and follow through, and exceptional professionalism. Our event was beautiful, memorable, and the officiant,Sergio, was official but friendly. Our photographs are gorgeous capturing every aspect of before and after the ceremony! We contracted Nancy for our wedding. We had a little "hiccup" in our plans but she was able to help us out professionally and made sure that everything was going to work perfect. The decorations, photography, personal touch, everything was great. I definitely recommend notary on time (affordable weddings). We were very happy with the services provided and everything else.
