From the moment we hopped on our first call with Jamie at absolute, we had that instant “this is our person” feeling. She just radiated calm, cool confidence - like, if there were a dozen questions flying at her at once, she’d handle them all with a smile while fluffing your veil on the way to the aisle. Throughout the planning process, Jamie and her team were organized, proactive, and somehow made juggling a million moving pieces look easy.
They handled everything from vendor management to last-minute questions and changes with total grace (and zero drama). The timeline was perfect - we didn’t have to think about a single thing the entire weekend. Jamie and her team were so on top of everything, we truly got to soak it all in and just enjoy - which is exactly what we were hoping for.
Jamie brought great energy, serious expertise, and made the whole experience feel less like a to-do list and more like planning something magical with an ultra-competent best friend. I'm so sad it’s over…but I know Jamie’s a friend for life. 1000/10 would recommend! -

Words can’t fully capture how much Jamie and the Absolute team cherished Alex Squared. They truly grasped our vision from the start and brought it to life seamlessly. Alex & Alex uber cool vibe was felt the entire day & night..from the amazing food, decor, and the incredible music, the entire day unfolded flawlessly without a single moment of stress. I never once checked the time or worried about anything—my only focus was watching my son and daughter-in-law get married. From day one of planning to the final lights of the night, she was there through it all. Every vendor, every laugh, every tear—she made it perfect. More than a wedding planner, I gained a lifelong friend. Thank you with all our hearts! -

I am a recent 2024 bride, and I hope this review helps another bride starting her search for a wedding planner. I found Jamie after parting ways with another planner 4 months before my wedding. A friend and former Absolute bride raved about her experience with Jamie, and I can honestly say Jamie and her team are even better than the direct recommendation. Jamie is organized, prompt with communication, detail oriented, and supportive of the style of wedding I dreamed of having. She went above and beyond to find vendors that matched my vision and budget while always giving me straight, honest advice when I needed it. Everything was discussed - even at 2 am when she replied to my emails - down to the napkin. She is rightfully respected in the event industry, and I always felt good when other vendors told me I'm lucky to be working with Absolute. They know, and I now know, that she knows what she's doing. Our flawless wedding weekend reflects her hard work and excellent team, and for as happy as I am with her execution, I am most appreciative for who she is as a person. Jamie doesn't lose sight of what everything is really about, and she won't let you lose sight of it either. Jamie and her team thoughtfully stopped me in the whirlwind of my wedding to just take it in. It was a beautiful moment I'll never forget. It's so simple but so important. She gets it. -

It's been about 6 months since our May 28th Miami wedding, and I've only now finished processing what a weekend it was. Jamie and her team made it all possible. I reached out to Jamie 3 months before my wedding date, after having an awful experience with a different planner. With 3 months to go, I had most of my main vendors but was still missing a few bigs ones (music + band) and there were all the loose ends left to be tied up. From our first conversation, I knew Jamie was my girl. She seemed to not only understand who Zach and I are as a couple and as people, but she understood how much this day meant to us and our families. From the minute she stepped in, wedding planning went from stressful to blissful. When I got COVID 2 weeks before the wedding, Jamie helped make all the accommodations necessary, even having our final floral meeting via Zoom. I can't say enough good things about Jamie and her team. She truly lets you be a guest at your own wedding and I was able to enjoy each precious moment of that weekend knowing I was in great hands. Thank you, Jamie and team! We'll never forget any of it. -

Absolute definitely knows what they are doing. I had a previous wedding planner who quit 3 months before my wedding. I called around to other planners. I had THREE DIFFERENT PLANNERS who were busy recommend Jaime and her team. AND I am so happy she was available. Jaime took charge, cleaned everything up. Dotted every "I" and crossed every "T." Her team included Kimberly and Devin and they all went above and beyond to make sure my day was special and I was under no stress. They are great, humble people. 100% professional. They make you feel like family. What I loved the most was they took BTS photos. They captured the candid moments which I cherish and it was a lovely surprise after all was said and done. I hope to work with them for other life events in the future. If you get the chance to have Absolute as your planner, then you are one of the lucky ones! -

If you’re looking for a planner that has literally ABSOLUTEly (pun intended) everything under control - even the things you hadn’t even thought of - Jamie’s your girl. Her and her team of hardworking professional planners were superb. I’m not saying this lightly - I’m very type A myself and literally plan for everything. So for me, hiring a planner was more so I could enjoy my wedding day without worrying about all the millions of things happening at once. But from the second Jamie and her team came on board, there was a very quick realization that I never ever could have done this myself. It was also so comforting to be able to just enjoy knowing everything was in very capable hands. Jamie is so organized and on top of things, but she also has great taste and her advice was 100% on point. Among many other things, she recommended some ideas that I wouldn’t have thought of, but those ideas ended up being a highlight of our wedding day. I highly highly recommend her to brides out there that just want to enjoy their day while everything runs flawlessly. You will not regret it!!!! Our wedding was amazing, the flow was perfect, the dance floor was packed, and I attribute that 100% to Jamie’s hard work coordinating and planning everything to a T. -

Can't even put into words how amazing Jamie and her team are. I connected with Jamie from our first phone call - she is so personable and immediately became a part of our family. Planning a wedding from the opposite side of the country was no easy feat, but having her on the ground in Florida made it all so seamless. She is so well-connected in South Florida and every vendor raves about her. My favorite part of wedding weekend was that I didn't have to worry about one thing. I was able to be completely present and it's all thanks to Jamie and her team. Our bridal party still complements me on how well-oiled Jamie and her team were - not missing an inch or a detail. And all of my guests continue to rave about our wedding. It was such a dream and wish I could do it a million times over. Thank you, Absolute. We love you! -

I will preface this review by saying that I am a business owner who is extremely attentive to detail, very demanding, and wanted a top notch even while remaining attentive to budget. Moreover, my wife has very elaborate taste. Now with that being said, Jamie and her team delivered a night that we felt was absolutely perfect.
We started working together about 6 months before the wedding, and I can honestly say I would mssg Jamie ten times a day on some busy days. She never got annoyed or frustrated and was extremely available and always responsive which means everything to me. She delivered incredible vendors to us who were willing to be flexible and work to help bring things within a realistic budget. We didn't just plan a wedding, but it was a destination weekend event, with dinners, lunches, brunches, welcome bags, and countless details. We had an extremely intricate ceremony with a huge wedding party and tons of moving parts. Everything went off great.
Without rambling any more, I can wholeheartedly recommend Jamie and Absolute without any hesitation at all. She is tough (in a good way), on top of her stuff, doesn't let any small details slip past her, and is incredibly invested in your event. My wife and I most certainly will refer her to friends and family, and will work with her again for future events. Thanks Jamie and co. for everything! -

Jamie and her team are the BOMB!!
Jamie and her team are the BOMB!! We chose a very difficult venue that had never done a wedding before. From our first meeting with Jamie she gave us the confidence that she and her team could turn this dream of a venue into a reality. Jamie was with us every step of the way and she was always available to deal with my minor freakout moments. The day of the wedding she brought 5 of her staff that were prepared and calm at all times. I even had a crisis with my dress and Mikki was able to cut and sew it in 5 minutes !! (love you Mikki). At the end of the night I was so sad when the absolute team said goodbye. I wish I could have them with me forever!! Thank you Jamie and team for giving us the best night of our lives!! -

She absolutely puts her whole heart into each wedding she plans, and I have no idea how she does what she does with such perfect grace! She's amazing! She absolutely made our wedding go off without a hitch, and we got to enjoy every single second of it! We love her tons, and would recommend her a million times over! You will not find someone more sweet, calm, and fabulous as a wedding planner than Jamie Lipman! -

She had just the right amount of input in terms of vendor selections, and then as we got closer to the wedding day she handled all of the stuff that us brides shouldn't have to worry about- contracts, timelines, vendor setups/breakdowns, etc. On the wedding day she completely wowed us all with her multi-tasking abilities. Her personality and work ethic are truly made for the wedding planning industry.... a real natural! I would definitely recommend every bride to hire a planner, and I promise Jamie will go above & beyond your expectations. -

Her response time is better than the police or Jimmy Johns. All the vendors were excited to hear we were working with Jamie as they all already had wonderful working relationships!
