Truly Above the Rest
Lauren and Lulu are absolute gems. I’ll start with the important info: book them in whatever capacity you can for your wedding/event planning! They are so professional, seem to know every vendor I mentioned, and are so incredibly fun to work with. I hired this dynamic duo for month of coordinating and they seamlessly took the reins from me at 40ish days out and literally handled everything. Every vendor prep meeting, finalizing the last little details, all the back and forth with our venue, etc - done. We met whenever I needed to run through an idea or a few questions, and booking calls with them via their online tool was super simple. They also answered every panic-text almost immediately. Their industry connections helped us secure our last few vendors and at a discount. All around - amazing. My favorite part is how much they care. They want you to have the best day ever! They get to know your wedding party and family day-of and have eyes on everyone throughout the day to make sure everything is going as planned. One example of how dedicated they are: a favorite picture from our wedding is Lauren standing behind me at the reception, holding a canned cocktail in my fave flavor, waiting to hand it to me with the biggest smile on her face - after she’d gone to a grocery store to pick up a few when we discovered that the venue didn’t have them in stock as planned. The best! My only wedding regret is not hiring them sooner in the process!

I could go on and on about how amazing these ladies are. From the moment they stepped in, I felt relaxed and supported. Our dream wedding came true and we couldn’t have done it without Lulu and Lauren! Their passion truly shows in their work.
They managed to support and resolve a dress drama the day before the wedding while busy with many other things. On our wedding day we didn’t have to do a thing but show up and have fun. Lulu and Lauren checked on us throughout the night to make sure my husband and I were having the best day ever!

Incredibly organized and professional team of coordinators!
Lauren and Amanda were an absolute godsend! They were so responsive from the moment we connected. They used their years of experience to guide me and my fiance in making the greatest and most lively party of my life (a lot of guests have said the same, as well). The tools they use to stay organized and communicate work like a charm, which aided in making myself and my fiance feel well integrated in the process.
Keep in mind - my wedding was not simple. There were some special requests from a family friend who handled the flowers for the event, and the ATRE moved around vendors and made the impossible happen! I was so completely relaxed on the day of (and I'm a control freak so that is saying a lot) because I knew they had everything in line for me and my guests. I would absolutely recommend ATRE to anyone who asked because they were worth every penny and more.

The Most Awesome Planners Ever!!!!!!!
These ladies did such a phenomenal job with my youngest daughter's wedding in January 2022 that we could not even think of hiring anyone else for my oldest daughter's wedding in November 2022. Amazing Wedding Planners and Florists!
Above the Rest Events was such a pleasure to work with. I had my venue selected already and Lauren and Lulu helped me with everything else! They gave me such helpful guidance and made all of our meetings and calls fun. My mom and I felt so comfortable working with Lauren and Lulu and on my big day they were there for me in every way possible. My wedding was beautiful and exactly what I envisioned. I used them for my florals and rentals as well which helped streamline the process. My florals and table-scapes were SO STUNNING. I would highly recommend a wedding planner for any bride to be!
My fiancé and I were on the fence about hiring a wedding planner but we knew on the day of we wanted to be able to enjoy our special day with our friends and family instead of worrying about the logistics. And we did just that! We decided to hire Above the Rest Events and we are SO glad we did. Everything went SO smoothly! If there were any issues, we were never made aware and they were taken care of unbeknownst to us. Lauren and Lulu were the dream team, coordinating everything with all our vendors. They were so sweet, we felt 100% comfortable with them, and they were so easy to work with. Anything we needed or any questions we had - they were there. Our families were so impressed how smoothly the wedding went and how organized the planners were with the entire event from start to finish. I highly recommend them! I don't know where to start. I'm not sure if I can even put all my gratitude into this review! Lulu and Lauren were nothing short of amazing! They made sure I got exactly what I wanted and helped my special day to be perfect. Where do we begin with Lauren and Lourdes....wow! Do not get married without them on your team!!!! We hired ATRE for month of coordination. This means that you find and hire all your vendors, and hand over the reigns during the month before your wedding.
When it was time to get rolling, we had a seamless transition over to them. They just hit the ground running setting the timeline and expectations for the wedding day with all the vendors. We also hired them for floral services, and everything was GORGEOUS. On our wedding day, we only had one thing to worry about - taking it all in! Lauren and Lourdes made sure every detail was as we envisioned, kept in contact with our Best Man and Maid of Honor, and even made sure we had drinks in hand for our cocktail hour photo session. They were simply a dream and our wedding would not have been the perfect day it was without them. We felt like we have known them our entire lives and that they were not vendors but VIP guests. Lourdes and the team at ATRE are fantastic! I can't say enough great things about the level of service I received. The ATRE team brought my vision to life with very little input and effort from my end. I have an extremely busy career and am more analytical than I am creative. I only shared a handful of ideas from Pinterest with Lourdes and I was amazed at how the decorations at the venue turned out. I couldn't believe my eyes and am so thankful I used ATRE! Lourdes also helped me accomplish all of the wedding planning to-dos step by step without feeling overwhelmed. These girls are AMAZING! Lourdes and Lauren took my vision and made it come alive the day of my wedding. We had a destination wedding in the Keys and used ATRE for planning, floral, decor, rentals & catering; they are AMAZING!! Every single detail came out PERFECT, better than we could have EVER imagined. The centerpieces Lourdes and her team created (with almost no direction!) exceeded my expectations by 1000%. My wedding looked like it costed 10times more than it did b/c of all the amazing options they were able to provide me at such great prices. Lauren & Lourdes were so responsive and truly care about what happens on your big day, and everything leading up to it, no matter how busy they are. They were with me every step of the way and truly became part of our family by the time it was all over. Their attention to detail is astonishing! I used all the vendors they recommended and they were all FANTASTIC! People are still ranting and raving about how beautiful, perfect and seamless everything was! They took care of every single thing so my mom and I and all my bridesmaids could truly ENJOY the wedding. We are very busy and they handled everything for us and set up all my vendor meetings and even went to a few we couldn't attend because we are out of state. We are actually sad that the wedding is over and we dont have an excuse to talk to them all the time anymore! You can really tell that they absolutely love what they do! The second we found Above the Rest Events, our stress went away. We used them for our wedding planning and our florals/decorations. For the wedding planning, Lourdes instantly made us feel at ease, and it felt as if we’ve been friends for years. She was so willing to take our late night text messages, emails, and phone calls. Their organization and attention to details swept our worries away. Every recommendation they made for our other vendors were incredible. We honestly wouldn’t have changed a single vendor. Lourdes and Lauren took care of all the details with the vendors which allowed us to be fully in the moment for the day of the wedding. For the decorations and florals, we were absolutely blown away. We told them our colors and our style, and we trusted them with the rest. What they created was beyond anything we could have ever imagined. The venue decorations were exactly what we were hoping for (and more!). The flowers were delicate and beautiful. They made sure every little detail from the wedding arch to the table centerpieces were perfect. Our guests could not stop commenting on how beautiful it was. Lourdes and Lauren were there the whole day to make sure everything ran smoothly. Our wedding was the most incredible day of our lives, and we have Above the Rest Events to thank for making it a dream come true!!

Above the Rest Events certainly went "Above and Beyond" for my daughter's destination wedding which was originally planned at Cheeca Lodge. Living out of state we knew that we needed someone right there to help up coordinate this event. The wedding was to take place in Florida Keys in October. Hurricane Irma decided to make us reschedule. Lauren and Lourdes were right there for us contacting our vendors and we rescheduled everything for March at Cheeca..Then in December we learned the hotel would not be open on the date that they promised....so we had to find another place... They helped us find another venue... Playa Largo, made a site visit, recontacted our vendors, and started over with a new hotel catering department. They were in constant contact with us making sure everything was just as we wanted. They did the flowers for the wedding and reception along with providing table decorations and accessories and coordinated the beach wedding, beach cocktail hour and the beach reception.....It was beautiful and perfect......I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and all the services they provide. After interviewing several planners, It was obvious during my first conversation with Lourdes that Above the Rest was the perfect vendor to help with day-of planning. I would highly recommend Above the Rest Events for any couple who are planning a wedding. Having never planned a wedding we were extremely nervous but the great team at Above the Rest put all our worries to ease. They were very well organized and were always there when we needed them. We had a few designs in mind of how we wanted our wedding to look. We just showed them a few pictures and they captured our vision and brought it to life perfectly. We were blown away! Tips for hiring a wedding florist.. Hire Above the Rest Events! It is such a relief to have wonderful vendors during a stressful wedding planning process. Above the Rest definitely was one of them. Lourdes and her team was beyond accommodating, and patient! She took her time, she took my vision and executed it perfectly. I was blown away by my floral on my wedding day. She has the sweetest personality, and I felt like I had gained a new friend by the time our wedding happened. I would recommend her to any of my family or friends with no hesitation. She was so understanding, and she was the only one who would work with me wanting to do some of my own floral projects. I was denied by others who told me "It wouldn't be worth it" for them to take on my minimal needs. I was so happy to have found her as I started to get a little discourage. She was completely fine with me wanting to keep my floral budget down. Above the Rest Events is an amazing company that really understands what it means to be a bride, and the stress that comes along with it. I appreciate everything they did. Thank you a million times!

They are wonderful to work with. My reception decor was Beautiful. The decor at our outside venue was very pretty. Not over the top. Just perfectly simple, elegant. It fit what we were looking for.
They provided us with a burlap and lace runner, lantern and small floral arrangement on the long wooden box under the tiki hut free of charge, extra florals on our guestbook table free of charge, made the ceremony arrangements much larger than normal for the price we were charged and also set up extra florals (orchids and eucalyptus) on the welcome sign free of charge. In conjunction with providing all the extras listed above, They significantly discounted our delivery, set up and breakdown services, which I think start at $300 per location. Additionally, they charged us almost cost for all the florals because they truly wanted Michael and I to have as much as we could for what was allowed in our budget. If they were to total up all of the items they provided for free or at a discounted rate, it would be well over $500 that they did not charge us. Very rarely do they give away their services at such deep discounted rates, but we could sense they felt connected to us and enjoyed our story and wanted to do what they could to help make our day the 'best day ever'.

I absolutely recommend Above the Rest Events for event planning and floral decor. Because my wedding venue lacked an event manager, I needed extra assistance communicating with vendors and coordinating small details. Lauren and Lourdes have many industry contacts and were able to pass through thousands of dollars of savings for us when they handled vendor negotiations and contracts. For the floral decor, I know nothing about what flowers I wanted for my wedding and only described what decor I wanted on my wedding day in a few sentences. Lourdes captured my floral vision magnificently with garland greenery on the dinner tables and beautiful garden roses in my bouquet, and much more! I wanted a lot of details included in my special day, and Lourdes and Lauren made sure each detail was perfectly executed. Even when I threw extra ideas and requests to Lourdes less than a week before the wedding, she was able to execute them perfectly without problem. Lourdes and Lauren were monumental in the planning process and florals, but the most important and invaluable aspect of their service was the day of coordination they provided. Lourdes and her assistant, Jennifer, were so attentive to me and my husband to make sure we were happy and enjoying our special day. Lourdes and Jennifer handled any wedding day snags discreetly and professionally so that I didn't even have to know about issues until many weeks after. Working with Above the Rest Events felt meant to be and I am so happy I used their services. The team absolutely went above and beyond for me, my groom, our family, our bridal party, and our wedding guests. One of my favorite memories planning the big day with ATRE was when we coordinated a special food tasting from the caterer before we finalized our contract. If you want to feel like a queen on your wedding day, you must work with Above the Rest Events.

When my daughter Stephanie first suggested that we hire a wedding planner for her December 2016 wedding, I initially dismissed the idea because I felt that we were so detailed and organized on our own that we would not need a professional planner. Boy, am I glad I reconsidered that decision and chose ATRE to help plan her wedding!! Lauren and Lourdes were a joy to work with, from beginning to end. We started talking with them a year before the big day and they provided excellent guidance all along the way. My daughter and I met with them every quarter to discuss the ongoing details and to plan for the next phase. They were right on track every time! Stephanie and I called or emailed them if a question came up in between our meetings and they were very responsive. They understood Stephanie's vision for decor and atmosphere for the event from the beginning and executed it perfectly to the end. They worked with vendors on our behalf and even saved us money in the process. Lourdes was fabulous to work with as a planner and a florist. The flowers and table decorations were beautiful! She had many creative ideas to share and helped us embellish and execute our own ideas, too. For our event, we focused on EVERY detail and the ATRE team embraces the same philosophy. It was comforting to know that they were working behind the scenes to make certain everything went off perfectly. And it did! Lourdes even handled a late-night issue at the reception venue the night before the wedding and we had no idea there was a problem of any kind -- until she told me about it the week after the wedding! It gave me such peace of mind knowing that Lourdes and her assistant Jennifer were onsite for the ceremony and reception to keep everything on time and in sync with the caterer, DJ and photographer. I thoroughly enjoyed my daughter's wedding and loved working with Above the Rest Events. I highly recommend them!

Lauren and Lourdes all I can say is Wow! We would be I shambles without you both. They helped us with our "destination wedding " where we were out of town but majority of our guest were in town. They may time for us for all of conference calls and they always made time for meetings in Florida at a moment's notice. I love that they were always easily assessable and got back to us quickly. They are talented and knowledgeable! The day of the wedding I had no worries all I was responsible for was staying calm and marrying my husband. Above the rest events was probably my favorite part of my wedding planning process. I think the main reason is because they put everything at ease for me! They are so professional, creative and have a answer/solution to everything! As soon as I started to describe my vision (with a lot of "something like that", "you know what I mean") they totally nailed it!!!! They knew exactly what I wanted and made it come to life! My wedding was a bit unique because it was the week of Hurrican Mathew a cat 4 hurricane that was supposed to make land fall here in West Palm Beach 3 days prior to my big day! Needless to say you can imagine the stress I was under. As if planning a wedding isn't overwhelming enough add a hurrican To the mix...oh the rollercoaster of emotions!!! Lourdes who was the lead on my wedding called me a few days prior to touch base, when we spoke she never gave one ounce of doubt that reguardless of the hurrican heading our way they were going to make it happen! Almost as if it wasn't even coming. She proceeded to tell me everything was on track, flowers in, details ready for a GO ..on Sunday my wedding day! Imagine my sense of relief! In moments of doubt she lifted me up!!! By gods grace we were spared by the hurrican and my special day went off without a hitch. What this team does is so much more than just setting a table or placing objects. They make magic come to life. They truly took my breath away at every intimate detail. Everything was set up with precision and not one detail was out of place. They created a setting that expressed what our hearts felt and that was pure LOVE. It was so romantic and warm. I literally cry at the vision of my wedding day!!!! They took so much time to make everything PERFECT went above and beyond to create quite the masterpiece! They are honest, they are experienced and they really know what they are doing when it comes to helping make a vision come true.They helped plan our wedding and made our dream become a reality. Seeing everything the day of and not having to worry about a single thing is the best feeling. I would recommend these girls to anyone getting married. They also do floral so it was literally a one stop shop and the girls went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted. I absolutely love love love Lordes and Lauren. They are awesome women who hang on to every detail you want and need. They both worked very hard to come up with what I needed and were there for me every time I had an issue. Above the rest is exactly what they are! I've heard horror stories about some wedding planner/ decorators, you will NEVER experience this with these girls! They made my vision come true with a twist of their own to make my special day BEAUTIFUL! They respond back to you almost immediately and are on point with understanding what you want. I wasn't a picky bride and on some things gave very little Input and they just ran with whatever I gave them and gave me what I couldn't of even put in into words! I truly don't know where to start with these beautiful ladies! Lauren and Lourdes are truly masters of their craft. Their communication is prompt, clear and calm. They guided me through the florals (which was a big deal for me) and entire wedding planning process. During the wedding day I didn't have to worry about ANYTHING! All they wanted to know was what they could do for me or if I was OK. Words can't express my gratitude for their excellent service. They definitely made my day so much more memorable and enjoyable. Between running after a 10 month old and being a lifelong procrastinator-you could definitely say I was lost at where to begin! We were lucky enough to have Lauren and Lourdes work closely with us to help plan the whole wedding process. They went above and beyond our expectations! We were supposed to get married on the beach bur due to rain our venue changed to a patio space. I was so nervous about it but they made the space absolutely breathtaking! When I walked into the reception I cried because it was just everything I wanted bUT MORE. They even helped settle my nerves during the reception. Could not ask for better. I hired ATRE to help me with proposing to my now fiancé. They were so helpful and gave me such great ideas. They also decorated everything and took all the weight off my shoulders. My girlfriend loved everything. She was so surprised and couldn't believe all of it was for her. They walked me through every step and planned the whole thing. They found vendors for me and planned the dinner for my family after. There's no way I could have done it all by myself. We are really excited to have them planning our wedding too. We hired ATRE for Day of coordination (or “month of” as they call it) and as my florist and we are so happy we did! Lourdes and Lauren were there for me for the whole month before my wedding. They helped me tie up a few loose ends and they made sure all my vendors knew where to be and what time to be there. Lourdes met me at my venue so I could explain exactly how I wanted everything to look like and she executed it perfectly!!! My flowers were to die for! Lourdes worked with my budget and gave me more than I could have ever imagined! Lauren created an itinerary for my hotel venue coordinator, DJ and photographer etc and everything was perfect!! My mom and bridesmaids were able to focus on me and having fun and not worry about a thing! Thanks for making the most important day of my life unforgettable! You all are the best!!

Above The Rest Events is AMAZING!! Very personable and professional, but fun. I actually enjoyed the time we spoke and got together. If I was ever stressed out, they were there to calm me down. I felt like they always had my back. Everything I needed they were there to take care of. I wasn’t planning on hiring a planner, but once I started the process I realized how much work it was. I also hired their florist and all their preferred vendors as well and saved so much money! They all worked together so perfectly and you can tell that they absolutely love that they do! I don’t even have the words to describe how much I LOVE the ladies at Above The Rest Events! This is the perfect name for them bc they seriously are ABOVE THE REST! Lauren was the first person I spoke to and I knew after the first time I spoke to her that she was the right planner for me. I hired them for full planning and design and it was worth every single cent! They walked me through ever step. My wedding was flawless and Lourdes did such an amazing job on all my flowers and made my wedding more beautiful than I could have imagined. I don’t know how she does it. She gave me things I didn’t even know I wanted. I would recommend these girls and their staff to every single person I know. They are truly worth the money. Words cannot express how grateful I am for them and how much I am going to miss them now that my wedding is over! Hire these ladies, you won’t be sorry you did!

I had a wedding down in the Florida Keys and hired ATRE for planning and floral. I am beyond thrilled I did!! I had a “coordinator” with my venue and thought that meant wedding planner and I was WRONG. She was awesome but focused on the hotels side of things. I met Lourdes and Lauren and knew right away that I needed them. It wasn’t in my budget but it was totally worth the money times 10 and they saved me a ton! My wedding was like a dream, I didn’t have to do anything! Lauren found all my vendors and got me discounts on everything. Lourdes designed everything and gave me the most beautiful, perfect, unique flowers and décor ive ever seen. I know that my wedding would not have been what it was if it weren’t for them. They love what they do and you can tell. They make you feel like family and you know they really care. Everything from bustling my dress to making sure I had something to drink all night, they were there for me and I never needed anything. Do yourself a favor and pick this company! They are seriously “Above The Rest”! Thank you thank you thank you!!

From my first conversation with Lauren and Lourdes I knew they were going to go above and beyond. We had many changes throughout our planning process and they were fabulously flexible and creative in creating the perfect floral designs and accents. On arrival to my venue I found the most perfect setting. I truly feel Lourdes got me, she gave me exactly what I wanted. I think she somehow got into my head and saw how I invisioned my wedding and made that happen. The floral arrangements were gorgeous! Above the Rest is a perfect name because that's what they are...From pinning and busling my dress to making sure I wasn't seen before walking down the isle, Lauren and Lourdes left me feeling like everything was taken care of and I could relax and enjoy my day. That is definitely more than I expecting. These ladies have this figured out! I am truly greatful.

We used Above the Rest Events for our wedding. Very Professional, friendly staff. The were available to us via text and email as well as phone which made it super convenient for me since our schedule was so busy. I would recommend this company to anyone. Our wedding was fantastic and flawless. We had a great time and were able to enjoy our night. We used the florist they had on staff too and we were blown away at the attention to detail and overall look of our wedding. The price was so reasonable too. This company has your best interest at heart and truly care. I'm so happy we decided to use them! Thank you!!!

These girls were amazing. We were so happy they could plan our big day. Everything went smooth and the decorations were breathtaking. Most of all we appreciated their attention to detail and professionalism.

I just can not express how grateful I am for ATRE. They asked what my dream wedding would look like and they made it happen. My husband and I were on a tight budget and had a lot of people coming to the wedding and I was so stressed out and Lauren and Lulu just took it all away and told me not to worry about a thing. I completely confided in them and they did everything exactly how I pictured it. Our day would not have been possible if it wasn't for these ladies. I am so blessed to call Lauren and Lulu friends not just our wedding planners. I would recommend ATRE to EVERYONE who needs planners because they are just simply amazing and not just at their jobs but as people too. I love you girls so much!! Thank you!!!!!

Words cannot express my gratitude for these ladies and the ATRE staff. My wedding was something out of a magazine! It was the PERFECT wedding and it's all because of them. I came to them with a simple idea and they worked their magic and brought it to life. If you think you don't need a wedding planner, think again and if you think you can go with just any one THINK AGAIN! I know that the ladies of ATRE placed as much care and consideration into my big day as they would have placed in to theirs.
Lauren and Lourdes are professional, kind, considerate, filled with positive energy and the hardest working planners around! They were such a big part of our life that it was bitter sweet when the wedding was over!
Lauren is a top-notch planner and I am incredibly lucky tob have had her help. She always made use feel as though she had everything 100% under control. Trust me, you want this is a planner!! Lourdes is like a design genius! It's like she was reading my mind!! I loved everything she came up with! She respected my input and added her special designer eye to my ideas.
The day of the wedding ran so smoothly. Everything, every person, every moment... Was Exactly how we planned. I also took their advice on vendors and we were very happy we did.
I am in awe of their work!!!! They are like magic fairy (wedding planning) godmothers!

I never leave reviews, but I could go without saying something about this amazing team of ladies! Thank you all so much for making my wedding better than any wedding I have ever been to. I was completely floored at the service Above the Rest Events provided to me and my family. We chose to use the new florist on staff and we are so happy we did- she was amazing and SAVED US MONEY! Every detail was perfect and we had a BLAST! They know how it’s done! Can’t wait to hire them for other parties!

My daughter was married last April in Boca. Let me just say, I was skeptical as to why someone would need a wedding planner. I was very wrong about that! - These girls were so helpful, kind, and attentive. I felt like they were part of our family. My daughter’s wedding was gorgeous and all of our friends and family could not stop raving about what a great job they did with the design and decor. We were so please with everything and mostly that our daughter and her husband enjoyed their wedding without any snags!

My wedding was destination wedding outdoors on the beach (FL Keys). It was such a beautiful day that I will remember forever. My wedding planners were amazing at helping me with details and deadlines. I live in another state and could not attend or meet with vendors so having them do this for me was crucial for the wedding! Everything was done exactly as we discussed and we couldn't be happier! They made my really stressful decision on having a destination wedding, really easy and smooth. Thanks ladies!!

They were both there on my wedding day, which made it so easy for my bridal party and family. They remembered small but important details about specific needs for some of my family that we requested. My wedding was a huge success because of the girls at Above The Rest Events. I kind of went into the planning process thinking I could handle it all myself, but I was so wrong! I found them and I instantly felt like they could do more than I could have ever thought of doing. They were there every step of the way and the vendors they suggested were amazing!- loved every single one of them. It also seemed like they had great relationships with each vendor so that was also a bonus. Will recommend to all my friends and family for sure!

We had these girls for our wedding and they were outstanding! They were so organized and helpful. I had met them when they did a party for my friend. I instantly loved them and saw what they did to transform the area we were in. They were professional and always on hand, but discrete. So pleased!

Money well spent! Let me just start by saying I am so thankful to the team at Above the Rest Events, because they truly are above the rest. Our wedding was flawless because of them. I was able to enjoy my day and relax knowing that they were always one step ahead of me making sure everything and everyone were in place at the time it/they needed to be. They were so caring and thought of things I could have never come up with on my own. Everything down to the last detail was perfect and beyond our expectations. They even got us a wedding card! I would recommend them to anyone I know and plan on using them for future events...because they do more than just weddings!!

The were a pleasure before the wedding, and very creative and modern, but the day of the event, I really saw the effort they put in to make my vision come to life! They also ran everything, so that I was not bothered with any minimal detail on my special day! I would highly recommend them to anyone, and their price is very fair!

Highly Recommend ATRE!
We hired ATRE for their coordination package and would highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding. Our venue handled much of the upfront planning, and we already had many vendors selected, so the coordination package ended up being the perfect fit for us.
Their support became especially invaluable during the final three months leading up to the wedding. They fully took over vendor coordination, logistics, timelines, and day-of execution, which lifted a huge burden off our shoulders and allowed us to actually enjoy the lead-up to the wedding instead of stressing over details.
On the wedding day itself, everything ran seamlessly. I truly had zero stress because I knew they had everything under control. Multiple vendors even went out of their way to tell us how organized, professional, and wonderful the ATRE team was to work with, which says a lot.
We’re so grateful for everything they did to make our day smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. Thank you, ATRE!

Lourdes and Lauren did an incredible job on our wedding! We hired them as our floral designers- their vision for our venue was so lovely. The bouquets and centerpieces were GORGEOUS- I absolutely fell in love with my bouquet! They are consummate professionals and I'd highly recommend them for other events.

After my initial face to face meeting, the email responses were delayed a bit. I looked around at a few vendors to see if I could find just the right color table cloths, but no one had as nice as the ones that I wanted as this vendor! So, I was very happy that Lourdes and her team were able to come together in providing the items and services at an affordable price.
