We had our wedding at Mountain Meadows Lodge just two weeks ago and we are still glowing reminiscing about the entire weekend! We had a very large wedding and the staff at MML was extremely accommodating. We wanted to be able to spend quality time with everyone that was coming so we decided to have people over at the lodge on Saturday for yard games, swimming and relaxing followed by a bonfire that night. The wedding was Sunday and truly felt perfect. There is not one thing that we would have changed or done differently. We are so incredibly grateful to the Bill, Marge, Alex, Ali and the rest of the crew that made the weekend possible for us. We were at the maximum capacity for the venue and yet it still felt intimate. Our families had an incredible time and many of them told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. People felt like it was really special which I attribute a lot to the comfortable, inclusive environment. It was also great for kids (which we had over 20 of) as they can swim, run around on the lawn and see/feed the animals. It is hard to but into words just how grateful we are to everyone at MML. We had a vision and you made it possible with ease and understanding. Thank you again. We know that there will be new ownership soon which we are said to hear (though understanding!). We hope that other couples will have similar experiences at the lodge in the future. All our love, Katie and Travis

This is bittersweet to write as I'm not sure what the fate of weddings at MML is for the next wedding season as Bill will be moving and the lodge will be under a new owner. But we still feel we must profess how amazing Bill, Alex, Ali, Marge, and the rest of MML team is. They helped create and execute what was the most amazing and perfect weekend of our lives. I know it's cliche, but it is true. Our wedding had every perfect detail included from start to finish that we could have ever imagined and we had more fun than ever thought possible. From daily nightly bon fires and smores, to accommodating all of our family requests, to letting us create a sundae bar of our dreams, to letting us feed the animals, and so many more moments- the team at MML now feel like our family and we have never felt such joy and happiness. Marge and Bill put up with all of my last minute requests, I was at the Lodge 5min and Ali was already standing on a chair hanging a decoration I thought we might be able to use. Every morsel of food was delicious, every activity so engaging, and every story from Bill so interesting! It was the perfect venue to transition to the next stage in our lives of being married as we were surrounded by such loving people and the most beautiful view of mountains, lakes, the AT, and animals. I will forever be grateful and think lovingly of the people at MML and wish them the best of luck in their new endeavors. They are truly like family and bring so much goodness into the world. Mountain Meadows was amazing and helpful. They made us feel like we were part of a family and they helped us stay on budget while having quality foods, drinks, and more. The venue is beautiful, right by the water, you can see mountains, and the animals on the property were cute and a big hit. They made sure everything was perfect, and genuinely cared about our time at the wedding!

We had a wonderful time at the lodge. Everything was just perfect. If you want to have a relaxing wedding then this is the place. They handled everything right down to the last detail. I highly recommend this venue.

Alex and I knew this was the perfect venue for us once we arrived at the property. The grounds were beautifully manicured, and the staff was more then welcoming. It was ideal to be able to lodge on the property, and have the ceremony and reception there as well. It was like renting an VRBO, but better. The wedding coordinator and owner took care of organizing the tent, linens, food, setting up the ceremony site, help create a weekend time line and finalized all the weekend details, with our input, of course. The weekend ran smoothly, and the staff was attentative to us and our guests every needs. We will absolutely be back for a weekend visit, and highly recommend Mountain Meadows to anyone looking for a lovely, relaxing wedding in the heart of VT!

Having our wedding reception at Mountain Meadows Lodge was everything we imagined. We spent Thursday-Sunday there, and enjoyed the lake, goats and pony, ample games, and friendliness of everyone at Mountain Meadows Lodge. Bill, Lauren, Alex, Matt and the staff were unbelievably accommodating and helpful every step of the way from planning to the big day. The reception was well-coordinated, the food was delicious, and the scenery was outstanding. We definitely plan to come back just to visit!

The staff at Mountain Meadows Lodge we fantastic. As we got to know them over the course of planning the event we knew this was for us. Extremely accommodating and professional. We even included Bill in our ceremony. As for the venue itself, the grounds were incredible. It had everything we were looking for and then some. I highly recommend Mountain Meadows Lodge and staff for your big day.

If you are thinking about a destination wedding, or a wedding in Vermont, do yourself a favor and talk to Bill at Mountain Meadows Lodge. Once you talk to Bill and then visit Mountain Meadows you will feel a lot of the wedding anxiety lift from your shoulders.

Bill, Lauren, Alex, Matt and PV are the nicest people you could ever meet. They treat your wedding as the most important event that they have ever hosted. But at the same time, they give you the confidence that they have handled just about every wedding calamity with ease and grace. The wedding ceremony and reception were magical. The grounds are beautiful. The lake is breathtaking. The food is amazing. There are activities to keep everyone busy and happy - hiking on the Appalachian trail, horseshoes, kayaking, ping pong, darts, badminton, or just relaxing in the Adirondacks chairs. Feeding the goats was a big hit with the young ones. In short, it was a perfect wedding.

+MML is the ideal spot to have a wedding. My husband and I were looking for a place where we could have the ceremony and reception in the same location, and host our immediate family on site. We knew we had hit the jackpot when we went to look at MML.
+During the planning process, the staff always had an answer for our questions, relaxing us during the planning process and instilling a sense of confidence knowing that they had done this many times before. Given that they have done hundreds of weddings over the years, they have a good idea of who to work with, so we trusted them completely and were not disappointed.
+The more we worked with the staff at the Lodge, the more we were confident that our wedding weekend would be incredible. Bill helped put together a menu that would meet all the dietary restrictions that our guests had. Lauren, the coordinator, provided guidance on how to plan out the day, but at the same time was flexible when we decided to change stuff around. Matt and Alex were incredibly friendly, and made sure guests were having a great time throughout the weekend. The entire staff genuinely seemed excited for the weekend. It made for a friendly, positive atmosphere that ensured that our guests and we had a great time.
+The setting is absolutely beautiful, and the entire weekend was amazing. There was not a single moment we were stressed or something didn’t go right. The ceremony started on time, the champagne toast was awesome, and the cocktail hour and reception were flawless. We wholeheartedly recommend the on-site food preparation; the dinner was amazing (Lauren had timed things so that we did actually get to eat the food!), and the carrot cake that their onsite baker prepared was one of the best cakes we have ever had.
+MML will always hold a special place in our hearts because of this magical weekend. We highly recommend them to anybody planning a wedding, as you are guaranteed to have an amazing time!

Mountain Meadows was the perfect setting for my daughter and son-in-law's wedding. Casual but attentive to every detail. They knew how important this event was to us and went to every length to ensure that all was perfect. The guests were enchanted by the setting and thoroughly enjoyed exploring the property, including the adjacent hiking trails. Anyone looking for the perfect place for your dream wedding...look no further! From our first interaction with Bill, we knew Mountain Meadows was the venue we wanted. Bill and Lauren were so easy to work with through the entire process. Not only is the venue absolutely beautiful, the staff is hands down the best! The food was amazing the entire weekend! Bill, Lauren, Matt and Alex made all of our guests feel at home. Everyone is still raving about what a great weekend it was!!
Every single detail was taken care of, every staff member was friendly and inviting.

It's as simple as this: choose Mountain Meadows Lodge for your Wedding venue!

I was the groom during a late May wedding here and it could not have been better. The staff were among the friendliest and most accommodating people on the planet. We didn't have an official wedding planner, and the Saintly folk at the Lodge provided insurmountable advice and care for over a year as we planned our Wedding- never even mind the absolute perfection on the actual day.

The location itself was breathtaking with perfect temperature for being on the water in May. It's right on the Appalachian Trail, providing great hiking opportunities for your guests (We did an early morning hike to a Thundering Falls on the day of the ceremony). You'll likely have the entire Lodge to yourself if you have more than 50 guests, so that provides a great atmosphere at all hours - no matter how late the partying goes.

I seriously cannot recommend this place enough.

Mountain Meadows Lodge helped us to experience the wedding weekend of our dreams! We could not have asked for a better time, but we could not have done it without all the help and support we received from Bill, Lauren, Matt, Claire, and the entire MML staff. We live in NYC, but were able to come up twice for planning visits, and each time the "planning" weekends felt more like fun mini-vacations than like work. The atmosphere was lovely, the food and drinks were fantastic, and the entire staff was willing to work with us to make our wedding truly our own. We would also like to commend Mountain Meadows for adapting to any issues or changes that arose without skipping a beat. They were very malleable when it came to dealing with both absent guests and timing changes. An awesome place to get married! Hopefully we will be back to visit in the future!

We absolutely loved everything about Mountain Meadows. The wedding couple were looking for a place that would allow the bride and groom to have a voice in the entire event, and Bill and staff at Mountain Meadows were happy to accomodate them. Bill and staff were extremely quick to handle any issues that came up, and they were thoroughly professional yet very friendly. It was clear that the staff had lots of experience dealing with many events, and their calm, professional handling of the entire event really made the whole weekend a great success.

The only way I can put our wedding weekend at Mountain Meadows Lodge into words is to say that we felt that we were at home. Not only were we surrounded by all of our guests and everyone we love, but the MML staff became part of the weekend and part of your family the moment we stepped onto the property. I cannot express enough how the staff made us feel at ease all weekend and especially the day of the wedding. Lauren and Candace thought of things I forgot about and made it happen. I totally forgot about table numbers and next thing I know, Lauren is showing me beautiful card stock with intricate table numbers that matched my colors perfectly. Alex and Kyle remember your favorite drink from the bar and could tell during the weekend when a nice cold Vermont draft beer would add perfectly to our pre-wedding volleyball game with our cousins without us even having to go looking for it. Crying flower girl during pictures?? No problem! Leave it to Alex to run down to the freezer, and bring her up some Ben and Jerry's to make the picture process just a little bit easier. When I think about my wedding day and the special moments that happened, an MML staff member was probably involved. Whether it was delicious meals prepared by PV and Bill, ice cold water always filled after some crazy reception dancing, or someone never hesitating to stop what they were doing to make sure I or anyone in my wedding needed help, MML's staff was always there with a smile on their faces making sure you feel right at home!

I am a person who counts on reviews from other's at all times, especially when it came to choosing Mountain Meadows Lodge for my wedding weekend. I could not have made a wiser decision. My entire experience from the very first call to my final goodbye's was nothing short of perfect! Bill, Lauren and Candace along with Alex and Matt made my entire weekend! Bill could not be more helpful when planning especially on a budget. Candace should have been my maid of honor, I could not have appreciated every little thing that she did, even if it was for a reassuring hug, more. Lauren ROCKS, this woman became by best friend, seamstress, my therapist, oh and of course my wedding planner!! She put me at ease along with my husbands aunt who was our officiant. Any questions or concerns she had, Lauren was there every step of the way. Every detail from music to setting up my decorations more beautifully that I could have ever imagined was just flawless. The backdrop to every photo that was taken is truly breathless. We spent 3 nights at the lodge and by the end we were all planning our next visit back..to repeat the ENTIRE experience. My guests could not have felt more honored to be apart of such a magical weekend. My best advice is to choose this location, choose to work with these amazing people and ultimately choose to have a wedding you won't soon forget and neither will your guests. Just remember, what happens in the game room..stays in the game room!!

Our experience at Mountain Meadows Lodge was amazing from start to finish. During the planning process Bill was very responsive to all questions and requests. He was a joy to work with. During the actual wedding weekend everyone worked so hard to make the occasion memorable for all of us. Candice and Alex were wonderful, always ready with help and suggestions. The food was perfect, from the ribs at the rehearsal dinner to the wonderful scones at Sunday brunch everything was prepared with such care and attention and it truly showed in the end. The venue itself is lovely, all of our guests had a wonderful time exploring the area before the wedding and felt so at home. It was an evening that none of us wanted to end, truly magical! We can not thank you enough for this lovely event.

The Mountain Meadows team has vast experience making people comfortable; they understand how to make a complex gathering such as this weekend wedding infinitely more relaxed. There are a thousand decisions to make in any wedding, perhaps especially for today's wedding ceremonies because of the increasingly wide range of personal choice open to couples and families for how to conduct such a major life event; the staff listened to us carefully, took copious notes on our personal preferences, and guided us through the time with suggestions that added clarity and ease to the progression of various features of the ceremony itself as well as the overall flow of people. They had tremendous sensitivity to the nature of a time when two families are joining together, each of which is simultaneously experiencing a huge family reunion. Every staff member was warmly welcoming and responsive; the "vibe" there is of calm and competence from those in overall leadership roles down to those with more specific duties such as assembling and disassembling the tent. It's even a little bit magical how everyone took care of our smallest requests immediately.

The goats and pony enchanted everyone, particularly our two-year- old grandson and other children. The beauty of the setting -- a chance to canoe or kayak on a beautiful small lake where we saw loons and a Bald eagle our first morning out-- hiking opportunities from almost the back door, and game opportunities indoors and out gave the guests plenty of room to seek out chances to play.

The atmosphere overall was conducive to an enormously successful weekend for everyone, especially my daughter and new son-in-law! I am personally grateful and appreciative of the warmth and competence we experienced throughout the months of preparation and decision-making as well as the weekend itself.

They are all warm, friendly, relaxed, yet super professional. The lodge itself is magical. Between beautiful bonfires under a starry Vermont sky, amazing food on both nights, tons of games and opportunities to be out on the lake, and the staff's super friendly and helpful attitudes, we could not have asked for a better weekend. Tons of our guests told us how wonderful everyone at the lodge was and said that they wished they had gotten married there. I seriously cannot recommend Mountain Meadows enough!

Mountain Meadows was the perfect location for our Vermont celebration. We booked sight unseen from across the country and were thrilled to see that it's even better than it looks in photos! The owners and staff are all friendly and helpful and made our vision come to life perfectly. We hosted our rehersal dinner, welcome party (with an outdoor bar and a bonfire for smores!) and our wedding reception all on different parts of the property. Having MML to ourselves for the weekend made everything feel so personal. Everyone who was there was part of our event! Other local venues pack multiple weddings into a weekend, but not MML. When you book your wedding weekend you are the focus, and that attention and care really made us feel special. The bridal/honeymoon suite was a lovely place for us girls to get ready, with views of the tent being set up. The food was amazing (people raved about the "wedding chicken," filled with a maple cranberry stuffing!) and our cake looks like it came from the pages of a fancy magazine! Even in the pouring rain, everything went off without a hitch. We will forever be grateful to the incredible people who made our Mountain Mountain Lodge wedding so perfect. We look forward to visiting again someday, maybe for an anniversary!!

Our wedding at Mountain Meadows Lodge took place in mid-May and it was perfection, to say the least!
We were looking for a go-with-the-flow, rustic, country wedding, and we definitely got it... we also appreciate the small imperfections, the unexpected surprises, and everything not going exactly how it "should" (like a flower girl walking back up the ceremony isle as everyone is coming down) and we were okay with that!
We could not be happier with how our wedding day (and weekend) at the Mountain Meadows Lodge turned out. Rewind to the wedding planning, which we did from our hometown of NYC; Bill was thorough, quick to respond, and agreed with most of what we wanted, however don't be surprised if he speaks up if he thinks something won't work ;) Throughout the wedding events onsite, the staff was incredible, especially Bill, Lauren, Candice, Dave, PV, and Alex *the human, not the pony,* in no particular order. Each of them made it really easy and fun allowing us to actually enjoy our wedding weekend with family and friends, accommodating us in every way possible down to assisting/advising on a lot of the bride's DIY projects or making the bride a late-night snack after the wedding party was over just because she asked if there were leftovers!
The staff was on point at all times day/night (always very friendly and warm) and the kitchen did an incredible job with the food for our rehearsal dinner, daily breakfasts, adding on a lunch menu last minute (thank you again, Bill and PV!), and finally wedding reception; so much so that we finished every last bit of food there was (and trust us, there was enough for everyone).
Everything was homemade and absolutely DELICIOUS. Our guests cannot stop talking about how much fun they had!
The Mountain Meadows Lodge setting is beautiful and relaxing in itself, but the staff truly made the magic happen. We wish we can do it all over again (you know what we mean... we're still on cloud 9). Thank you to everyone at MML!!! ♡♡♡

Bill and his staff were there for us all the way even with the rain storm at 4:15pm and the Wedding started with the Brides approval at 4:30pm with only sprinkle at that point in the day. The Staff met all and went way above our expectations.
Thanks to the Bill and All Staff for making this Wedding Weekend for our two daughters the best time of their lives!!!

We had our wedding in the beginning of June, and it was an absolutely perfect weekend! From having everyone at MML help all weekend long with decorations to figuring out a backup rain plan (which we didn't need when it stopped raining a half hour before the wedding) we could not have asked for a better wedding. We would definitely recommend the venue to anyone looking for a great Vermont destination.

We couldn't ask for a better venue or a better staff. Everyone at Mountain Meadows was incredibly accommodating, and were genuinely as excited about making our wedding awesome as we were. And it was! Everyone had a fantastic time. The weather on our wedding day was iffy, but everyone handled it with professionalism and a sense of adventure! MML took care of so much stuff so that we didn't have to - it was wonderful. They talked to us about what we wanted, and handled everything for our ceremony, rehearsal dinner and reception, and it was all perfect. We came with our own decorations and ideas and they didn't bat an eyelash as they helped us set it all up and figure out the details. They understood us so well, and worked with us so we could have the wedding we wanted on our budget. I couldn't be happier, and would recommend them to anyone.

Words really can't describe how AMAZING Mountain Meadows Lodge is. From the beautiful location on Kent Pond, to the food, to every little detail, I could go on and on. They work extremely hard to make sure your vision is carried out in every single way possible. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. One thing I appreciated more than anything was how personable each staff member was. They each got to know my family well, and were accommodating to all. If you are looking for a "PERFECT VERMONT WEDDING", look no further. I just wish I could relive the weekend over and over!

I loved that we had the use of the entire venue. It was great to socialize with friends and family at the barbecue the night before and enjoy the facility and grounds all day Saturday afternoon. The staff at MM was amazing! They were so kind and anticipated every need/want with a great big genuine smile. I am very big on customer service and I give them a 10+ in that category. The wedding was absolutely beautiful on the grounds and the reception under the tent was fantastic! I will add that the next day breakfast was also wonderful because we continued talking and sharing stories. The breakfast menu contained the most delicious egg fritatta! Serioously, It was so very tasty that I want to get their recipe!
My family and I stayed in the Farm House and it was so convenient to be right there and be so close to all the festivities....Also nice to not have to drive any where after the wedding.
I loved Mountain Meadows and would highly recommend anyone who wants an absolutely beautiful Vermont Counrtry wedding and all the fixins'!

The atmosphere, staff, food, everything was so perfect at Mountain Meadows!!!! They made our wedding come to life the way we were planning and then some! We can't wait to go back for a weekend celebration!!! From the midnight snacks every night to putting up with and partying with our wedding crew to details that we never thought of adding to our day to make it extra special, they really know how to make you feel at home and walk around in a robe and slippers!
Especially thankful for Bill, Lauren, and Alex!!! You guys are AMAZING!!!!!!!!!

Bill and Dave and the entire crew at Mountain Meadows made our wedding more than a day - they made it an entire celebratory family weekend. We were aiming for a "family reunion" feel, and it was also important to be able to have our dogs there with us the whole weekend, and this was the perfect venue. At the end of the weekend, everyone expressed that it had been unforgettable, and I think the family/rustic/laid-back feel was a huge part of this.

Our wedding was small, about 50 people, and mostly family. Everyone was coming from out of town and stayed at Mountain Meadows, with a few staying at the nearby Greenbrier Inn (a sister business of Mountain Meadows and also lovely).

I was worried about the fact that the rooms were a bit rustic (and no in-room TVs) for some of my more picky future family members, but between the free wireless internet and other activities and gathering areas, I think it was actually a good thing that people didn't feel compelled to stay in their rooms. I did manage expectations by warning about the rustic lodging and suggest that people might consider the Greenbrier if they wanted TVs but no one really cared. Bill knows everyone in the area, and can suggest any additional vendors you might need.

The ceremony, the venue and the tent were lovely. Lauren, Dave and crew did an amazing job taking care of the details and installed a lot of the DIY-ish touches I had desired. They even hung paper lanterns in the tent for us, and also had the foresight to arrange for tent heaters for our chilly May reception. We told Bill to make whatever food was most popular, and we were so happy as the food for both the reception (ribs, chicken bbq) and the reception (pork, veggies, pasta) was maybe the best food I've had at a wedding. The bonfire cap to the evening was a nice touch

At the end of the weekend, our family members were hugging Bill and co because they had such a great time.

MML was awesome and took care of everything. They were super on-top of every detail, and we didn't have to worry about much at all. Bill, Lauren, and Dave are awesome at organizing everything and are genuinely cool people. We definitely want to go back and many of our guests said the same. Would definitely recommend, especially if your goal is to have fun and spend time with all your guests.

We cannot begin to explain what an amazing venue MML was for our September wedding. We would recommend Mountain Meadows lodge to any future engaged couple that's looking for a fun and laid back wedding day, that captures the essence of the Green Mountains. A very beautiful landscape fom the entrance, through the lodge, to the water edge. The entire weekend, from the welcome dinner Friday to the wedding on Saturday, was perfect. Bill, Anne, Dave, and Lauren made the whole planning process fun and easy. The whole staff made the wedding day run smoothly and we never had to worry about a thing. From the way they set the tent up to the small details, it was perfect and they beautifully captured the image we had in our minds. Our guests cannot stop talking about how much fun they had and it truly was the best day of our lives. Thank you again to MML!!!!

The friendly and dedicated staff at Mountain Meadows Lodge put on a beautiful rehearsal, ceremony and reception for my wife and I. Attention was paid to every detail and it turned out better than we could have imagined. Most importantly, the staff took care of everything, my bride and I didn't have to stress over a thing or lift a finger the entire weekend. I have recommended the venue to friends getting married and will certainly be back to visit.

It is a beautiful wedding location. The property is gorgeous and the views are spectacular! The owners and staff at Mountain Meadows are incredible. They made sure all the guests were well taken care of. The bride mentioned that everything was exactly how she wanted, planned and hoped for. The bride and groom and all their friends loved MML. The feeling was laid back and light, while the service was high end. The setting and the weekend was perfect. We are all grateful for all their help and thoughtfulness throughout the planning process and the wedding weekend. Highly recommended!

This was a perfect Vermont wedding. The staff was wonderful making you feel like family. Food was excellent - not your typical wedding food - perfectly prepared on the premises. Beautiful surroundings as well. Can't say enough good things about the entire weekend.

The staff at Mountain Meadows Lodge did an excellent job hosting a perfect weekend for our daughter's wedding. The venue is beautiful for an outdoor ceremony, and the staff went above and beyond expectations to make every detail go smoothly. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of everyone involved and their friendly, relaxed demeanor. Really good people, providing great service at a good value, with a smile. The Mountain Meadows Lodge truly made this wedding an even more special event for our family.

Our daughter was married at Mountain Meadows Lodge on August 22, 2015. Under a birch arbor overlooking the lake with the mountains in the background was the perfect site for them to wed. Anne and Bill were wonderful to work with. I can't say enough about their attention to detail, the value for our money, their open and welcoming manner and their flexibility. They have a full time wedding consultant and an operations manager on site to help with every detail. I would give MML 10 stars if I could!

The total amount was for the rehearsal dinner Friday night, breakfast on the wedding day, cocktail hour, reception, and brunch the next day. It also included the wedding consultant! We shopped around and the $$ we spent for a whole weekend at MML was the same as what we would expect to pay for a one day wedding in Boston. Take a day trip to beautiful Killington, VT to experience it for yourself!

Mountain Meadows was a perfect venue for Emmie and Chris. From the moment they met Bill, they knew this was the place, not just to get married but to make their vision of the weekend unfold. Over the many months prior to the wedding our primary contact was with Bill who we found, patient, kind, warm, and good-natured. He was highly responsive to all of us.. At no point did we feel as though we were "doing business" rather, making a friend.
Bill and Anne, Dave and Lauren provided timely feedback, a continuous flow of good, useful information, do and don'ts as well as things to consider.
Mountain Meadows staff embraced our families and guests. The wedding weekend was perfect. The food, thank you PV, was excellent, the details taken care of by Dave, Lauren and the staff effortlessly.
Every single guest at the wedding said they would love to return to Mountain Meadows, a direct result of the warmth and care of the the entire staff at Mountain Meadows.
I feel blessed to have meet Bill and Anne.

It took all of 2 minutes after getting to Mountain Meadows Lodge for my husband and I to decide that it was the PERFECT place for our wedding weekend. We could not have been more right! Everything about the lodge, the staff, the ambiance was, in fact, PERFECT!! From day one, Bill, Anne, Dave and Lauren set my mind at ease on planning (which we had a year to do). They responded to all my emails in a timely manner and were incredibly accommodating! I am, by nature, a control freak and do NOT give up control of anything lightly, ever! When we arrived on Thursday to check in, we were greeted with hugs from Bill. This is a business to them but they make you feel as if it is all family! Lauren came up to the bridal suite to check-in with us and I gave her all of our centerpieces and everything else that was needed for them to do set up on Saturday. I felt instant relief of stress, I gave up all to Lauren with the complete confidence that things would be perfect, and they were.
The rehearsal went well and the bonfire was awesome and relaxing!
The day of the wedding Lauren checked in with us frequently but was never, ever pushy! Every single employee greeted everyone from us to the bridal party to the little ones running around with smiles and ease. Even though I was behind I never was made to feel rushed and the ceremony went off perfectly. The food was AMAZING, huge thanks to Bill and his kitchen staff!!! Many people went up for seconds and some for thirds!!
Dave is an amazing general manager, he was always around, working hard but never looking stressed.
I can't begin to thank them all enough for the entire weekend. Not one thing went wrong, it was a fun and wonderful time and many are already talking about returning for a "reunion" weekend!!
Thank you Bill, Anne, Dave & Lauren for all you did to help make our wedding weekend PERFECT, relaxing, TOTALLY stress-free and fun!!!!
You can't go wrong with Mountain Meadows Lodge!!!

We were there 3 nights for my daughter's wedding. Everyone was really nice and accommodating. The lodge and grounds were beautiful and a special thanks to Bill for the clear skies he ordered up for the wedding! The breakfast, rehearsal dinner, wedding reception meal and booze were all fantastic! I would highly recommend them. It was great to have the whole place to our self with the exception of the occasional thru hiker on the AT who are always fun to chat with.

Our wedding weekend at Mountain Meadows could not have been more perfect!!! Bill and Anne were wonderful hosts to us and made sure we had everything we could possibly need. Lauren was a dream! She ensured everything ran perfectly, and she put both my husband and I at ease, knowing that we could rely on her to make sure everything was perfect. She was so delightful to work with, and she and her staff ensured that everything looked beautiful-- from the smallest to the largest details. Everyone raved about the food-- Bill and PV blew us all away with how delicious the filet mignon was. I have a gluten allergy, and Bill and staff went out of their way to make sure I had plenty to eat that was safe for me. I could not say enough positive things about our experience with Mountain Meadows. We had our dream wedding, and they made that dream come true!

Mountain Meadow Lodge was the perfect venue for our daughter's wedding. The lodge itself is so quaint, but large and homey, with warmth and country charm filling every nook and cranny. It was a weekend of friends and family joining together for many activities. From the Welcome dinner, bonfire, s'mores, beverage selections, disc golfing, hiking, boating, fishing, yard games, and feeding the barn animals; to the wedding ceremony on the lawn, beautiful tent reception, dancing, wish lanterns and brunch the next day! it was more than the bride and groom dreamed it would be. (Mom & Dad too!) All the staff went above and beyond to make every aspect go off without a hitch, and always had a smile on their faces. A truly fabulous group of people! Owners Bill and Anne were so very friendly and accommodating from the very first question to the final cleanup. So many wonderful things I could say; Bill the Chef with scrumptious home cooked selections, Anne arranged two teenagers to help with childcare on site, Dave can make anything and everything work, Lauren assisted with many aspects of our "planning" directing us as needed, and all the bar, kitchen and lodge help were simply so competent, friendly and just terrific! We couldn't be happier. A perfect day, a perfect setting, the sun was shining and smiles abundant! Guest were frequently heard to say.. the food was great, lodge terrific, "Best wedding ever!"

There are not enough words to describe how awesome Bill and the Mountain Meadows team were. We were planning the wedding from long distance so had to make many choices sight unseen. Bill and Dave we so helpful getting all the rentals worked out. They don't do a lot of winter weddings but went all out to help us with our vision.

The Lodge is a wonderful mix of summer camp and your favorite Grandma's house. The interior is relaxed and cozy, with lots of comfy areas for sitting and hanging out. Due to a snowstorm, several of us spent a week there and it was perfect for an extended trip. You feel like you rented a home rather than a hotel. Having the ceremony and reception in one building made all the planning so easy. The lodge is kid friendly so little ones aren't in danger of breaking priceless heirlooms.

Services of note: PV and Dave's cooking is simple and delicious. Guests raved for days about the food (pro tip: got with the family style meal. you're welcome). Dave went above and beyond to find use the types of beer and wine that we like. He even ordered special bottles for my mom. Lauren kept things running smoothly the day of and made sure we got lunch (soo important!). The game room is a great way to keep kids (of all ages) occupied during the reception if they dislike dancing. Dave kept finding us deals on our original rental estimates that saved a ton of money.

PROS: Amazing food. Straightforward and upfront pricing. Laidback, but not lazy. Every member of the staff was very helpful. Perfect for any budget. Perfect for small weddings. Flexible in all aspect. Outdoor hot tub. Very kid friendly. Giant fireplace and s'mores. Very professional. LGBTQ friendly.

CONS: We had to go home.

The lodge is absolutely beautiful. The service was excellent. We were treated like family the whole time we were there. We had to stay a few extra days because of the snowstorm in Boston and I couldn't think of a better place to be. Our children just loved the surroundings and winter in Vermont is just breathtaking.
We loved our whole experience. Thank you Bill, Dave and the rest of the staff for making a memory for our family.

Mountain Meadows Lodge provides a perfectly picturesque setting for a Vermont wedding with it's lakefront setting surrounded by majestic mountains. The large windows allow you to enjoy a winter wedding within the venue's humble abode and warm interior. The owners and staff at Mountain Meadows Lodge were incredibly kind and amazing to work with. Want your wedding to be a weekend of outdoors activities, gorgeous scenery, and accommodating staff? Look no further than Mountain Meadows Lodge. Even your guests will thank you! Bill, Anne, and staff were truly wonderful. We had a lot of special requests and environmental twists we wanted and they accommodated everything. We even had our dog as our flower girl! The setting is picture perfect and sure to provide lasting memories. Right on a lake in the green mountains, set back from any road noise, it is extremely private and in touch with nature. When renting the lodge you get basically get a whole weekend escape for the cost of 6 hours at most places! Take advantage of it. Make this a destination for your guests. We had people traveling from 15 minutes away and some from other countries. It was great to have everyone staying at the same place too. Bill's cooking is certainly a highlight. We asked for all vegan meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and he took it as a challenge with great results. Even packaged/froze all our leftovers! The Appalachian Trail runs right through the property, so encourage your guests to go for a hike, or canoe, or swim, or bike ride! Certainly feel enveloped by nature and sure to please any outdoorsy couple. The price was completely reasonable and they were very flexible/easy to work with. When we showed up they provided us with a wedding coordinator (forget name...) who made sure all parts went smoothly. It was truly like hiring a professional planner! Be sure to leave a very nice tip. Highly recommend having your ceremony in the morning, adventure all day, then party the night away! We even had our rehearsal dinner there. Rooms of all varieties! Even camping options. We looked at tons of venues and most were expensive, some unwilling to work on our requests (vegan camping, etc), or other reasons. I grew up 30 minutes south of here and I was blown away by it's beauty and professionalism. Truly the "Perfect Vermont Wedding".

A great value at a great location with great food! It was the perfect location, couldn't have asked for anything more, expect maybe to do it all again! I'm not sure where to begin. Mountain Meadows and all of it's staff was the most accommodating and flexible venue we looked at. They made our wedding planning experience so not stressful and fun. My husband and I had a vison for our wedding day and MML made every detail happen. The food was amazing and all of the staff made sure everything was perfect. Dave, the operations manager, was so knowledgable and always gave us options on things which we really appreciated. Bill and Ann, the inn keepers, were so welcoming and fun to be around, they made us and all of our guests staying there feel like they were right at home. If you are deciding on a Vermont wedding, or any other event, I highly recommend Mountain Meadows Lodge. We have absolutely no complaints about this place and are so sad that it's all over!

Wow! Mountain Meadows Lodge was the perfect location for our wedding. I had so much fun! Our primary goal in searching for a wedding venue was to find a place where we could spend quality time with our out-of-town family and friends over a wedding weekend, rather than feeling confined to a 4 hour window. On top of that, we wanted our family and friends to be able to experience Vermont's beauty! Instead of looking for something perfect, we wanted something comfortable and with character. MML really delivered! We held our rehearsal dinner and small (45 person) ceremony and reception at MML. Our guests thought the venue was a perfect choice, and they enjoyed spending time at the lodge and talking to the staff. Another great perk of MML is that Bill takes care of almost everything (venue, food, guest rooms, equipment rentals), and really knows what he's doing. The food was delicious! The rest of the staff were great, and pulled everything together better than I could have expected! I had to move my outdoor reception indoors at the last minute due to rain, and was so pleasantly surprised at how well the staff had transformed the indoor space. It looked adorable! Everyone was so flexible, and did everything they could to make us happy. I would highly recommend MML if you're looking for a unique setting to make memories and truly enjoy your wedding day!

We could not have chosen a better place to get married. The staff works so hard to make everything perfect. They were there early in the morning until late at night. It was an incredible value and the food was awesome! There's nothing more we could have hoped for.

I highly recommend Mountain Meadows Lodge as a perfect Vermont wedding weekend location for anyone who is looking for a rustic, relaxed atmosphere with endless ways to have fun. Many of my wedding guests told me it was the most fun they'd ever had at a wedding! The dancing went on until midnight, the game room was a ball, the lounge area with fireplace was warm and comfortable, the hot tub was perfect for chilly Vermont summer nights, the pond was peaceful for kayaking, the walking trails began right on the property, and the rooms were charming and cozy. Alice the pig was a hit and turned up in countless pictures, and the rest of her farm palls were adorable for the kids (and all animal lovers!). I can't forget to write about the staff at Mountain Meadows, who were all completely wonderful. With their hard work, the weekend with all of the details included, went smoothly. The food for both rehearsal dinner and reception was delicious. Everyone was extremely flexible and helpful all weekend long. Lauren, Dave, Bill and Anne took the weight off my shoulders, setting up and preparing each table and corner just the way I had imagined so I could relax and get ready in the Bridal Suite. It was an unforgettable wedding weekend, to say the least. I will forever have the fondest memories of Mountain Meadows in my mind and in my heart, just as I know my husband, our families and all of our guests will too.

The entire team at MML worked impeccably to create a memorable wedding weekend for my daughter and her husband. As soon as the couple laid eyes on MML, they knew this was the perfect location-both inside and out- for their celebration. And, their vision came true in every way possible.

Bill and Dave, who literally run around tending to practically everything, were responsive, flexible, hard working, efficient, and willing to be put out while not batting an eye. Before the wedding, they quickly responded to all our questions as well. Lauren, the wedding coordinator, was on top of everything my daughter requested and smoothed her pre-wedding jitters all along the way. She stayed aware of all of the details and carried each one out with aplomb. Anne, Bill’s wife and co-owner, was there to both calm my nerves, as well as make sure the kitchen and any other unseen aspect of the weekend, were carried out professionally. All of our guests, and I mean all, raved about the wedding, MML as a venue, and everything MML has to offer. For a weekend retreat in a gorgeous VT setting, the staff and venue of MML cannot be surpassed.

Also, on the MML wedding website, many wedding services are posted; extra lodging, hair salons, flowers, etc. We chose several of the services MML linked us to and they all also met our expectations. I appreciate that MML provides this extra service to busy couples and their families!

If you are looking for a sublime VT wedding, we all heartily recommend MML! In both the planning and the actual wedding, Bill, Dave and the staff, combined with Alice the pig and a gorgeous setting, gave us all one of those wedding weekends to be forever remembered.

It's hard to express how absolutely perfect our wedding at Mountain Meadows was. It started when we visited mountain meadows and met Bill (the owner). The location is just stunning. It is jaw dropping beautiful. Bill was extremely warm and friendly. On day one he sat down with us and we worked with us to make sure we would stay within our budget. We put a deposit down that day. Bill and Dave (the operations manager) guided us through the process of getting taking care of the logistics. They were extremely accommodating. Our wedding was 100% vegan, they had no issues with that. Our friend made the desserts for our wedding, they made sure there was space in the freezer. We wanted to save money on the rehearsal dinner, Bill suggested we just do some veggie burgers and some salads. Every step of the way they were there to help us out and figure out a solution to our problems. The weekend of the wedding was no different. Lauren (the included wedding coordinator) was great. She was friendly and experienced. The entire staff was great as well. I feel bad writing this because it's just not a good enough writer to articulate how fantastic the whole thing was. It was the rustic Vermont wedding that we dreamed of.

There is one more thing, there is something intangible, a feeling you get, when you know something is right for you. Your wedding weekend is extremely personal and a wonderfully intense moment of your life. I truly feel that the MM staff was part of my family that weekend. They were there working hard, but also took the time to hang out for a moment and share a laugh. When I came in to MM I shook Bill's hand, when I left I gave him a hug. It is a special place run by special people. I can't recommend it highly enough.

We had a wonderful time at Mountain Meadows. The staff was so accommodating, helping us hang yards and yards of bunting, taping down our table runners that were flapping in the breeze, and countless other little attention to details, and doing it with smiles and patience. We had requested that the meals be vegan with also some gluten-free dishes and Billl didn't even blink, The food was delicious. I know there were a few converts to tempeh. A paddle out on the lake at sunset definitely was a very relaxing way to start the weekend. We were very happy when Alice joined us on the day of the wedding. No one could resist her charms.

We were looking for rustic, relaxed, kids-friendly wedding, but in Mountain Meadows we got much more than we expected. We still hear people commenting about how magical everything was and how much they enjoyed it. The property is not only beautifully located, it also has plenty of things to do to entertain your guests during the whole weekend. Kent Lake is beautiful - great for swimming and kayaking; the lodge is on Appalachian Trail and there is a beautiful short hike to waterfalls starting right at the door. One wakes up with birds singing in the mornings, and can see the Milky Way and fireflies at nights. Kids (and adults) enjoyed feeding Alice the pig, the pony and the goats. Bill, Dave and Lauren made everything to accommodate us and our guests and make us feel at home. Lauren is an amazing wedding planner: she came up with some great ideas about the ceremony, helped and took care of all the smallest details even before we could start worrying about them. Food was amazing, and not only during the reception: we loved the breakfasts with home baked sweet breads and lot of different fruit. Finally, Bill, Anne and their kids are great hosts: we really are very thankful for a very happy time. Everything consistently exceeded what we imagined, and has left us in awe of just what great hosts, a beautiful place, and a great time we had. Thank you!

Mountain Meadows Lodge hosted our wedding on June 21st, 2014, and we couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out.

We really enjoyed working with Bill, Anne, Dave, and Lauren, who are all such nice, down-to-earth people. They really are so flexible and accommodating in so many ways.

We were looking for a kind of "no frills" vibe, and Mountain Meadows provided a tasteful and beautifully simple way to achieve that. The grounds, particularly where the ceremony is held overlooking the lake, are absolutely beautiful and meticulously taken care of. The food on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (for brunch) was all great. We (and all of our guests) enjoyed visiting the animals, spending time in the hammocks, and hiking on the Appalachian Trail, which passes right through the grounds.

Bill and the rest of the staff basically did 90% of the work for us, guiding us through every detail that needed to be decided and checking in regularly to make sure we were on track and everyone was on the same page.

Again, we are so happy with the way our wedding turned out, and would recommend Mountain Meadows to anyone looking for a beautiful backdrop with a laid-back vibe!

Although mostly everyone loves their wedding no matter what, ours was truly unforgettable thanks to Bill, Dave, Lauren and all the staff. We flew in from Brazil to have our wedding in Vermont so it came with a lot of extra problems to solve, but the people at MML are simply great! They were professional but super friendly, helpful in all possible ways, whether it was figuring out timing or calming us down before the ceremony, everything went perfect and way above our expectations.
We can't thank these guys enough, they took care of us and all our guests and made it a wedding that everyone is still talking about!

Our wedding weekend could not have been more perfect. Bill, Anne and the whole staff are fantastic. They make you feel like family. Not one detail was left out. If any issues arose while planning our wedding and during our wedding they were quick to take care of things. The inn and grounds are beautiful. If you are looking for the perfect rustic Vermont venue look no further than Mountian Meadows Lodge.
We got married four years ago and we have been back to visit all but one year. We can't get enough. It's perfect!

We could not have been more pleased with our wedding at Mountain Meadows. It was the perfect location for a family and friends event. Having the whole venue to ourselves for the weekend meant we actually got to visit everyone at our wedding, many of our guests commented how it was a relaxing atmosphere for them to meet and visit with other guests. From the moment we settled on Mountain Meadows Anne, Bill and Dave were so responsive to our every question and need. They guided us in terms of what decisions we needed to make and when. They recommended fabulous local services for our wedding needs. They worked with us to create the perfect, individualized menu for our event (including making one of our recipes and making the exact cake we wanted). Once we arrived Bill, Anne, and Dave were constantly there making sure everything ran smoothly and Lauren walked us through every little step of the ceremony, thinking of things we didn't even know to think about and working with us to make sure it was just what we wanted. Mountain Meadows made our wedding perfect, for us and all our guests. Bill, Anne, Dave, and Lauren made us feel welcomed and like close family friends. We cannot say enough how fabulous Mountain Meadows and everyone there are.

My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better place for our rustic Vermont wedding. Mountain Meadows Lodge is an absolutely beautiful location and the setting is just perfect. We got married in October with the foliage and lake as the backdrop for our ceremony which was breathtaking. Not only was the location perfect, but the staff was wonderful too. They were friendly, helpful, funny and kind to all our guest. They were there for us every step of the way and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Our guest still tell us to this day how wonderful the staff was and that it was the best wedding they had ever been to which says a lot! To us, this is the pefect place for a Vermont wedding!

All of our guests absolutely loved Mountain Meadows. Bill, Anne, Dave, and Lauren are fantastic. It was clear from our first visit that they've been doing this for a very long time. Lauren thought of things I would never have thought to ask about, and Bill and Dave were great with giving us food suggestions, supplies for the wedding, and suggesting vendors in the area. Many of our guests told us after that they are considering booking additional events there and going back for additional stays. My husband and I are definitely going back for anniversary celebrations. You cannot get more professional, flexible and friendly people. They treated us like family and worked within our budget. I would recommend them to anyone.

My daughter made arrangements and had her wedding at Mountain Meadows Lodge in the summer of 2011 and it has become the standard for which I now judge all other weddings. We had 40-50 people from all over. Some as far away as Barcelona, Spain and from Colorado, California, Massachusetts, New York, Atlanta and other locations.
We all had several days to meet, play (there's a LOT to do) and get to know each other a little before the wedding which made the main event that much more special and meaningful. Between the pool, lake, hikes, barn, animals, games and game room, hot tub, etc. we were busy all the time and so were the kids !
Bill and Anne could not have been more hospitable or accommodating in any way. Their attention to details and presence made them practically family by the end of our stay. I couldn't recommend any place more enthusiastically than The Mountain Meadows Lodge for a memorable time.

As soon as I got engaged, I had a very specific idea of what I wanted in a wedding: a wedding weekend somewhere on the water in northern New England where we wouldn't have to leave the property, laid back with games and a real rustic feel while still being a beautiful, really nice wedding and an ice cream sundae bar. As soon as I came across the website for Mountain Meadows Lodge, I knew I had found it. They even had a calendar on the site so I could see if the dates I wanted were available! Bill, Anne and Dave made the entire weekend completely perfect, from making the menu exactly as I wanted to arranging babysitters to perfecting every last detail. If you're looking for some fancy five star accommodations, this probably isn't the venue for you, but if you're looking for a naturally gorgeous venue that your guests will be talking about for a long time to come, this is for you. I can't tell you how many times someone asked me where I found this place and how amazing it was. Lest you think I'm being completely biased, I will say the one tiny drawback was the wedding planner was kind of abrasive and rubbed my husband and some of the groomsman the wrong way. However, we only dealt with her the actual weekend of and she executed the wedding perfectly, just could probably use a lesson or two in how to talk to people. That being said, this would not even remotely deter me from doing it all exactly the same all over again and the rest of the staff more than made up for that. I loved everything about my wedding and we're already discussing throwing another party there for something! You won't regret it.

Mountain Meadows Lodge itself is in a gorgeous location and the venue is lovely and warm, exactly what we were looking for. What made the wedding so perfect, though, were Bill, Anne, Dave, Lauren, PV and the rest of the staff. They were wonderfully sensitive to all our ideas and needs, helping us create a most beautiful and memorable wedding for our daughter. They were always utterly professional and yet were able to make us feel like family. A perfect combination! I would highly recommend Mountain Meadows Lodge.

Mountain Meadows was perfect for us. Bill & Anne are so warm, welcoming and always positive. I recommend Mountain Meadows whenever I can. The grounds are beautiful with a Vermont laid-back quality that I love. The food was fantastic. I loved that we could have all of our loved ones around us for the entire weekend with bonfires on both nights. We felt at home - like we were a part of Bill and Anne's extended family. It was magical.

Everyone was so great and helpful through the entire weekend our wedding group stayed there. They went above and beyond. I loved the lighted walkway down to the lake and fire for our welcoming party, the very sweet VT gift left in our suite and remembering how concerned they were that that electric company had to do some late night/early morning work that could not be changed to a later date and the power would be out for a bit the night of the wedding, when we said it would be fine they still made sure all our overnight guests had water and flashlights and lit candles making it a fun/memorable experience even though they were worried it would be an inconvenience. The food they made was absolutely delicious and I could not be any more pleased with our experience there.

The rehearsal dinner was fun, a perfect blend of good food and a nice time outside. The wedding ceremony was to be outside, but rain forced us inside the tent. Bill and his staff made adjustments quickly and all went well. The reception went very well. The food was great. I feel the children had a great time and were fascinated by the farm animals. All the adults indicated they had a wonderful time. Those who stayed at the lodge were comfortable. All in all we had a great time in a beautiful setting by Kent Pond. (I am writing as the father of the groom and thus indirectly did business with the Bill.)

I cannot stop saying enough amazing things about these people. Bill, Anne, and Dave are the most amazing people to work with! My fiancé and I had a vintage carnival themed wedding there several weeks ago. The best part of Mountain Meadows is their flexibility. They can help you plan a minimalist wedding or give you a blank canvas for your imagination to fly. I wanted a carnival wedding. So they made me a carnival menu and a carnival dessert table,, rented cotton candy and popcorn machines and allowed me to bring in two cars and two truck loads of stuff....then the wedding coordinator, Lauren, had me walk through my wedding decor (took maybe 45 min) and then she flawlessly carried out my vision without me lifting a finger. They were absolutely amazing! I could not have been happier! Thank you so much, Mountain Meadows! My guests cannot stop raving about how amazing the wedding was and we could not have done it without you!

I could not express how incredibly happy my husband and I were with our wedding at Mountain Meadows. All of our guests have raved about how this was either one of the best or the best wedding they have attended. Bill, Anne, Dave and Lauren made our day absolutely incredible and provided an incredibly personal, tailored, genuine, hands on approach. The venue itself is beautiful with classic Vermont scenery, and offers a ton of outdoor activities. My husband and I did a lot of items ourselves to save money and personalize our day, and the staff helped us every step of the way (like how we needed wire cutters to cut the pins in the flower bouquets at the last minute, they helped us plan the course for the 5k race we hosted the day of the wedding, they helped me coordinate table linens when we decided to provide our own, we had intricate center pieces that the staff put together beautifully etc).

The staff were incredibly professional and yet so friendly and personal it felt like we were being hosted by close friends or family. Bill crafted an amazing meal, cooked just inside the lodge (which was personalized to our taste and needs for some special diets). This meal tasted far better than other (more expensive) meals I have had at weddings, where you know the food is overcooked and obviously prepared ahead of time. The staff took care of all of the details and coordinated the wedding so effectively there was absolutely no stress or burden on my husband and I. By the end of the weekend I was actually sad at the realization that I had not captured a picture with the staff who had made our weekend so perfect.

I highly encourage anyone who is interested in a rustic outdoor Vermont wedding, who want a classic yet family style approach to their wedding to book with Mountain Meadows. My husband and I feel incredibly lucky to have found Mountain Meadows for our wedding and would not have changed anything about the weekend.

We just got married this past weekend (10-13-2012) at Mountain Meadows Lodge in Killington Vermont and we couldn't have picked a better place to get married! The staff was fantastic, the food was great, and the views were breath taking. There is no other place I could have imagined getting married. The owners Anne and Bill were so welcoming and kind to all our guest who stayed on the property with us for the entire weekend. Bill & Ann and everyone at Mountain Meadows Lodge were incredibly welcoming and offered impeccable service. They truly made our wedding weekend perfect. All of our guests felt at home, the food was fantastic and the ambiance incredible, all for a reasonable and affordable rate. We would not have done it anywhere else, it was absolutely perfect. I know it comes late, but I would like to give a HUGE thank you for everything you did to make our wedding everything we imagined. The services that were provided and attention to detail were top notch.
We knew from the moment we arrived that with all the snow, it would be a challenging weekend getting everyone in from the airport and home again. You guys were there when we needed a ride to dinner, and when we needed pulled out of the snow when we were ready to leave.
We really felt "at home" at the lodge and cannot wait to come back and visit again.

Bill and Anne were wonderful hosts for our wedding. They keep the house well appointed and were able to work in all of our little details including an unconventional circle seating pattern for the ceremony and special hor d'oeuvres that we provided the recipe for. They wre very accommodating and easy to work with. For a smaller, more intimate wedding, I highly recommend them. They handled everything, soup to nuts from the tent, table linens, food, etc.

Bill and the team will take care of everything! By visiting the site you will be blown away by the natural beauty that surrounds you. The welcoming staff take care of all your needs and those of your guests. We had a large wedding and loved that folks could stay on site, take advantage of the pond and local trails. Bill and Lauren guided us throughout the process and once we arrived we sat down with Lauren went over all the details and from that point on I was able to relax and just enjoy the weekend and our guests. Can't thank everyone enough for all you did!
