I was speaking with her about the chivari chairs and chargers and asked if she also had a caramel apple and mini pie bar. She said she did not but she could. She quickly dove right into creating one that surpassed anything that I could imagine. It was awesome and everyone has been raving about it! The chairs and chargers also helped to add an elegance to the event. I can’t wait to plan another event and work with her again! Thank you so much, Stacy!

We rented chairs, linens, charger plates, napkins and candles from A Moment Forever, and everything was in PERFECT condition and the day came together beautifully. Top notch service and quality and an excellent price. I would certainly recommend working with Stacy to anyone in the metro Detroit area. -

After checking prices around we found a moment forever. They were the most reasonable on the pricing and also had the best quality. Also very nice and helpful when it came to making our tables look just right. They really made our venue look and feel more rich and inviting. -

Begging brides to not use A Moment Forever / Weddings & More. My wedding was scheduled for March 21st, I was basically the Guinea pig for covid cancellations. She (Stacey) refused to refund me even partially my $1700 payment although I paid her early and in full. She said she would make good for another event as long as she was available on the date. I had my drive-by baby shower in November and she acknowledged being available but made excuses to not provide service I requested (hot chocolate bar, caramel apple bar, etc.) The cost of what I requested for my baby shower was half of the cost for my initial order of linens/chairs. Very fair compromise. It takes her 7-10 days to respond to an email and when she does respond, her emails are incredibly lengthy, unprofessional and ramble on about how she is the victim and her business may not survive covid. Don’t bother trying to call her either, she does not answer her phone. The last few months, her business page is filled with fear mongering political posts completely and totally unprofessional. According to our contract, I had until the date of the event (3/21) to pay in full, I dropped off final payment money order for $650 on Tuesday, March 10th, it was deposited in her account on Wednesday, March 11th and the first restrictions came down Thursday, March 12th. By the following Tuesday (March 17th- 4 days before my wedding) all gatherings were to be cancelled. I plan to file my small claims suit to obtain some of my payment back if not all. I feel stolen from. It speaks volumes when someone shows no empathy for something so out of control on what should have been the best week of my life. DO NOT HIRE!!!!!!!!
