I wasn’t answering questions or watching the clock — I was simply a mom, soaking in every moment as my daughter married the love of her life. That is a priceless gift, and it’s one I will always be grateful to Naomi for. The entire day flowed beautifully, and if there were any challenges behind the scenes, we never knew about them. When we met Steph, she described how her approach is to evoke a feeling that is inspired by your home and everyday life. Since that moment, we knew that both our wedding would be special, and that the planning process would be much more enjoyable than it would otherwise be. Steph used inspiration we shared with her of our home, favorite hotels around the world and vineyards to create a one-of-a-kind experience that was special for us and our guests. During the week before and day of the wedding, my family and friends kept asking me, as the bride, how they could help or if I was stressed. I repeatedly answered that I was not stressed because I knew Steph and her team had it covered. Even the decisions she made the day of the wedding to account for possible mud, cold and rain transformed the venue into something that had exceeded our dreams of the best case scenario. We are so incredibly grateful for Steph!

Gina absolutely saved my life when my previous coordinator / rentals fell through 7 weeks before my wedding. She calmly stepped in and coordinated new rentals and inventory which took so much stress off of my back. She is kind and funny and listened to all of my requests and made them happen! I am super grateful for her!

Couldn’t have chosen a better event coordinator/ wedding planner. Not only did she make my daughters wedding flawless she also made it stress free she was on top of every detail. She is very responsible, proffesional and friendly. Loved working with her.

Hiring Maddie as our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made. From the beginning, she was incredibly responsive and organized, ensuring that every single detail we had envisioned was brought to life perfectly on the day of our wedding. The moment I arrived at the venue on our wedding day, Maddie was right there by my side. Her calming presence is unmatched - nothing ruffles her feathers, no matter what is happening behind the scenes. She kept me feeling grounded and relaxed throughout the entire day, allowing me to actually enjoy every moment. She also surprised me with a beautiful tote filled with all of my favorite treats, a detail that made me feel so special. If you are looking for a planner who is professional, detail-oriented, and a total rock of support, I cannot recommend Maddie enough!

ANA MADE OUR DAY ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. Not to mention she has an incredible and professional team by her side! She gave us her time, energy, and effort always proving to us along the way that she cared about our day just as much as us! She went above and beyond for us and We could not be more grateful. Joni was my wedding planner for my 4/21/23 wedding and I only have good things to report. She is hands down one of the best. You can tell she cares about her brides and wants them happy. Joni is well-connected in the area and her reputation precedes her. She is kind, patient, and knows the business (venues, vendors, etc) inside and out. I was blown away by how beautiful my wedding turned out. She's got a fantastic team of planners and vendors and is super professional. Leading up to the day, she was always responsive and kind. Her assistant, Sonia, was extremely organized and prepared on our calls. Answered my many questions and followed-up with vendors as needed. She was fantastic on my actual wedding day- she ensured everything was taken care of, and her assistant for the day, Laura, was also wonderful (and very kind/patient). If there were any issues, I did not know about them or they were already handled. For your wedding (especially a semi-destination like mine), you want to have someone you trust who has the experience and professionalism, and Joni is your person. I still receive compliments to this day about how amazing the wedding was and how beautiful it was. Words cannot express my gratitude. Thank you to Joni and her team! Highly recommend.

Camila was the support I didn’t know I needed - part planner, part therapist, and somehow part mind reader. She always knew exactly what needed to be done before I even had the chance to stress about it. From managing vendors to solving last-minute surprises, she handled everything with confidence and grace (and somehow made it look easy). I honestly don’t know how people plan weddings without her - I barely knew how to plan dinner before she came along. If you’re getting married, just call Camila. You’ll thank yourself later.

Danielle is the kind of wedding planner you want if you care about professionalism, calm energy, and a schedule that actually stays on track. I worked with her internationally and she handled moving parts with confidence, kept everything on time, and stayed upbeat the whole way through. If you’re planning a destination wedding (or anything complex), she’s a great, smart choice.
