My cousin introduced us. He was James' best friend and they went fishing together quite a bit. He had been trying to get us to meet for months earlier but neither one of us was looking for a relationship. We had both been burnt in serious relationships before. I was focusing on being young and getting my life put together and James was focusing on getting sole custody of his son, Austin. I decided I would go fishing with my cousin just to get him to stop trying so hard. So we met on Bob Sikes bridge, both wearing fishing clothes (not attractive at all) and we just clicked. We had a date for two days later by the end of the night. When I was pregnant with our son we first started discussing getting married. I told him I didn't want to be one of those couples that get married just because they're having a baby. After the baby gets here if we're still happy together we can discuss something then. Well Our beautiful baby boy is 6 months old now and we're getting married in 3 months.
