My venue won't allow sparklers, confetti, rice or seed. I am not fond of bubbles or rose petals. Balloons sound like they would take to much time and hassle- any other suggestions of what can be done when we are leaving the reception for the car?

I saw a dress i like on someone. It's ruched with dropped waist and soft organza tiered on the bottom. I saw 1 in sweetheart and one in a scooped neckline. Anyone know of such a dress??
