We will be getting married at my fiance's hometown church in northern Virginia, and will be having a relatively small reception in a small, kindly stone house. The bridesmaids will be wearing Christina Wu Celebration in the color Persimmon, so a deep orangey-red color. Our theme will be very rustic and fall-themed, with shades of red, orange, and yellow all around. The star of the floral show will be sunflowers, as they were one of my grandfather's favorites. There will be wooden platters, pumpkins, baby's breath, greenery, acorns, etc.! Our meal will be buffet style barbeque from a local BBQ place in town, and we will have a dessert table full of homemade cookies and treats - of course, lots of pumpkin and apple flavors! Overall, the wedding will be a small but fabulous event, and I am so excited to get this ball rolling!
