I have paid the amount listed as the "actual" amt on my dress and it is not changing its stats to "fully paid". Anyone else have this issue? Is there a trick to resolving it? Thanks!

Is there a location where the planning app's dashboard is explained? i.e. what the actual vs. estimated bar and others mean. I can't seen to sort out the diff between the two budgeting bars.
