Trying to find a wedding planner, but I would literally be putting my entire wedding day into the hands of one person! I had a friend whose wedding planner did NOT show up on the day of her wedding.....

I want to plan my wedding myself, but im not sure, should I hire a wedding planner? Has anyone here successfully did it themselves, or, what made you end up hiring a planner?
