We just need a space that we can rent and bring our own food. We want to keep it close to Xavier University (due to traffic) but everywhere is too expensive or doesn't allow food. Any suggestions?

A good friend of ours play violin and DJs. He offered to do our wedding (voilin at ceremony, DJ at reception) for free. Of course we are going to pay him. We just aren't sure what is typical for this...
