Here's my dress. Any recommendations for the right bra? Not really into the adhesive ones, they usually give me a rash.

I am in such a pickle trying to decide to wear cute flats or heels for the wedding. I am no way a heels type of gal, and if I were to wear heels, it'd be 3 inch the most. Help!
