What are your thoughts on ceremony programs. Do you really need them? I am torn on if I want/need them. Thanks for your input

I am looking for ideas for bachelorette party. I don't want to go around to the bars drinking. Other ideas in Chicago or suburbs, anything appreciated, probably around 15 girls.

How far in advance do you normally send out rehearsal dinner invitations? We are having the rehearsal during the day and then the dinner in the evening so people will have to take off work at least...
