I need to book a photographer asap, but in Seattle, WA they are charging like $3,000 or more. What is normal for 10 hours/all day?

So I am thinking of just doing Champagne and Gold as my wedding colors....do you think this is okay, or should I add in actual colors. I just wanted to do lights and candles and crystals. See Below...
