 I first met Jose at Castle Point Mortgage and thought he was just too nice and cute to let him get away! But time moves fast and before I knew it Jose had moved on to another company- and I was too. I started at New Day as a processor and figured I'd never see him again. One day while at work with my new company I hopped out of the elevator towards the door to go to lunch. Outside the office I see Jose talking with the newest batch employees, and my heart skips! It's just another day at the office- and I am not prepared for this! I spin myself around to the nearest bathroom, and true to form- slide on the tile floor, grab aimlessly for a wall (but instead find a plant) and fall to the ground with arms flailing in what my mom refers to as "the octopus". I scurry to the bathroom like a wounded animal and attempt to pull myself together. We saw each other a lot at work and talked all the time. But just when I thought there might be something between us- Jose had left the company. Soon after I did as well. Just a week after I left a friend of mine had a birthday party that I planned on attending. I got to the party and the first person I saw was Jose. I couldn't believe my luck! We talked all night and made plans to go out the next day. The next day I wake up to my phone ringing. I've overslept! Jose is calling and I'm an hour late to meet him. I pull myself out of bed and drive to the city to meet him. We talked and laughed all day, and have been together ever since.
